    I don't have internet since morning and this happens every month. Every month I spend atleast one or 2 days without internet. Slowly I am losing trust on Act

      On Nov 11, 2021 i made a payment for my act fibernet connection. I received a message that it was not complete and hence i repeated the payment and within seconds i received a message from the bank only now it appeared the payment had been made twice. I immediately reached out to act with a helpdesk requesting them for refund and they promised action within 72hours. It is now almost 40 days and my issue is unresolved though they have unilaterally closed the helpdesk ticket. Also I send my bank statement but no action has been taken.

      Kindly resolve the problem and refund the amount in bank.

        Sir,
        I am looking for permanent disconnection, but there is excess credit in my account which I would like to use after few months when I re-connect.

        I tried calling the ACT customer care many times, but they make me waiting long time in the line saying that they are transferring to disconnection team, I finally got dropped.

        Past few days I have been calling them, Satish from the disconnection team is not agreeing to the above and he says the excess credit amount will lapse and the ACT will take the amount. So he said only option is to use the connection now, but I have said I want to permanent disconnection now. Maybe after few months I'll re-connect

        I then sent a mail to appellate.[protected]@actcorp.in and they confirmed that the credit can be utilized on the time of reconnection.

        Sir, Past 4-5 days I am following up, but they are not picking the calls, making me wait indefinitely.

        I had been calling for more than 45 days by now, you can see how many times the SR[protected] was re-opened.

        Kindly coordinate with the disconnection team and disconnect permanently. I would like to use the credit after few months.

              I don't have internet since 3 days and this happens every month. Every month I spend atleast one or 2 days without internet and they always have the same reason "One of the data link is not working". I don't know how delicate their data links actually are that they get damaged every month.

              And the customer service is the worst, I've been put on hold by the customer service as I'm typing this complaint and it's been more than 40 minutes.

              I'm definitely switching after this.

                I had been the valued consumer of Act for past 7 years. Couple of years back I had taken additional connection at my parents place. I had been taking prepaid package for six months for every recharge. Recently 3 months back, there was connection problem for which complaint was raised. While resolving that Act person came to know that the network port box was removed by the owner who until that time was Act customer and he completely shifted to another broadband service. Act person was taking this excuse and was forcing us to put that network port at my home. As we had a bitter experience of huge electricity bill earlier before, we hadn't agreed for placing it at my place. Act person was rude and he said that he can't get me connection from some other network port in the colony, I had to forcibly disconnect it from my place. When I had disconnected, one more month around Rs 320 was to be refunded from his end. I was following up with Act Customer persons multiple times for getting refund. Tickets were getting raised and closed without calling me up. Recently, with this bitter experience I decided to disconnect my 7 years old connection. Due date being 10th I had raised request them to disconnect well before that. Now I get a call saying that bill cycle is from 1st to 31st. Now one person gives me a call that he will transfer the previous refund amount to this account, but I have to continue this connection. Thus is how these people are working and now they say Due for my old connection but won't refund my previous disconnected amount.

                No response from them. It's been like this since I got my first connection disconnected. No proper process of refunding the amount. But we get lot of automated junk calls and messages for a meagre due amount. This due amount can be actually adjusted with the refund, which they don't do it.

                These ACT people are real fraud, the same has happened with me also.

                  Act got suspended without notice. There is no payment due. Support team is delaying resolution when followed up. Will not recommend anyone this service.

                        Hi, I stay in Hyderabad city outskirts and here apart from ACT no other broad band is available. As i dont have any choice i took the connection and till now no installation was done. They waited till i made the payment and than after no responce. I called the CC where they show interest in taking the complaints which will have no resolution. I couldnt attend my interview because of this and lost the opportunity. Please suggest me on how to file a consumer complaint on this.

                        I called customer service several times and raised complaint almost twice and tgey gave me a TAT 5days. I had a urgent requirenent of internet connection so i told them if they dont fix it by 4dec, 2021 they have to refund my money and i will not wait for next 15days for the refund process. On 5dec, 2021 the technician came by himself without my followup and fixed the connection. It hardly took 10mins to give the connection. Some how i fixed this issue by my end and it is too hard to take pressure.

                          I've got a new connection recently. It's been a month and I'm facing few connectivity issues. The main thing is the connection will get automatically timed-out and the internet gets disconnected. I've to again login from the act fiber page and it'll be fine then. I do this process almost 4-5 times a day.

                            [protected] estimated time of resolution was 30th of Nov 2021 then without intimation it was postponed to 1st of December and today is 3rd of December till now no one has come forward to resolve my request ..and only thing they have is sorry for the inconveniences caused plz bear with us

                              I have requested for disconnection of service on 5th September 2021, below is the reference, without my knowledge the account got reactivated with this reference number ID-SR[protected], I am not sure who activated this service and how it got activated, without my approval how act team will activate the service, even I did not make any call for reconnection of service, now got a message that due is Rs 303.7. it's my humble request that please remove the mobile number from your data list otherwise your act people will call and simply activate the service without customer approval, for your survival benefits don't activate the disconnected accounts. This is something bad strategy for reactivating connections

                              when I was calling customer service and asking about the billing enquiry simply they are disconnecting the call. worst experience with helpline guys.

                                  I am not having internet since 3 days. Called customer care center many times and always received poor service. Everytime they are giving false promises that issue will be resolved, everytime postponing estimated resolution.

                                  They are not sending technician to fix the fault.

                                  Upon that, they have raised request to disconnect my service without asking or taking my permission. I have called and closed the disconnection order. Again they have reopened it without asking.

                                  It's impacting my work as I work from home. I am losing alot of money and it's impacting my health. IF SOMETHING HAPPENS, ACT FIBRENET WILL BE RESPONSIBLE

                                  How can they promise that they will give service for 1 year and took the whole money?

                                  The issue is still not resolved. No one is taking any proper action.
                                  Upon that, people working in call centers are being bery rude to me and not listening to what I am saying. A lady was so rude and transferred call to wrong team.

                                  Just like ACT, this website is worst as well. Like no one works properly.
                                  After all, I have disconnected my service from ACT. They informed that I will get refund in 7 to 14 days. It's been 17 days. I have called them and they are now saying that it will take another 7 days.
                                  I am sure they will say the same even after 7 days.

                                  Was not able to provide service and now can't even return my money. I spit on the service

                                    4195rs is due for refund from ACT. Nov 22 cancellation was initiated. Per their claim 48hrs from cancellation request they will contact us and they need 4 working days to initiate refund.

                                    Today is Nov 30. I have not received any call from ACT and it's difficult to reach them. As everything need to be done in ACT app.

                                      I have paid annual subscription for my broadband in the month of may 2021. I got transfer in the month of October to vellore where act service is not available. So I have raised a service request no.SR[protected] for refund amount o[censored]nused six months. I have been told that I'll get a call from refund team for process but till now I haven't received a single call. Service request is getting closed everyday without giving me a call back and everyday im calling ur customer care to reopen it. This same indefinite loop of calling is going on for the past one month without refunding my money.

                                        Inter service stopped on 7th and raised a complaint ticket in 9th November 2021 and till now the issue has not been updated even simultaneously I’m calling to the customer service but after 12hrs or 24hrs my ticket is closing the area service man and the supervisor’s creating nuisance and playing with the costumers
