Inspite of complaining and informing ACT customer service, internet gets disconnected very frequently in Iyyapanthangal, Paraniputhur, Srinivasanagar area.. Either they say TNEB has cut down the ACT broadband wires or they say server issue but resolution takes more time and Office work (Work from home) and Children Online studies are affected to a great extent..

ACT is very irresponsible internet service provide and worst customer service

    Hello Sir/Madam, I have requested for refund issue to ACT internet team after disconnecting services on 9-Sept-2021. Also send couple of mails to seek the support and resolve but till now refund was not processed.

    FYI, internet connection setup on 1-July-2021 and internet not working from 28-Aug-2021, connection disconnected on 9-Sept-2021.

    Amount paid to ACT internet via online payment of Rs.3245/- and refund expecting from 28-Aug-2021 of nearly Rs.2240/-

    Also ACT sale person fraud and misguided, he is not responding to this issue, He is available on [protected]

      ACT fiber net services are not good, I called customer care, they told me every time within 4 hours we will solve your problem but not response 27th sep2021 to still, what a service?

      I heard my friends says me, act services not good, so dear friends if you need new connection pls verify ACT Fiber net and take

          Act Flexi Byte Purchased 10 Days Back, Still Not Reflected In Account

          We Have Act Fibernet Internet Provider In Our House. The Month After Exhausting The Monthly Data Limit, We Have Purchased Act Flexi Byte Extra Data Worth 599/- And The Same Was Not Reflected Into Our Account. We Have Purchased This On 19sep, 2021. We Have Filed A Complaint With The Act Fibernet Customer Service Regarding The Same But The Issue Is Still Not Solved, It Is 29th Today

          ACT Fibernet customer service is worst. I am placing disconnect request for three months now. I been constantly calling via toll-free number 'they say that they raised the token'. I even contacted local sales head who installed broadband, no response till now. Today the person spoke on customer service is very rude and hangup the phone while I was talking, after that I tried so many time and not able to connect any executive. I been paying three months of bill unnecessarily after I placed disconnection request. They reach me and disturbed again and again (annoyed) for new connection. But when I request for disconnection, they're not responding. They is no callback request on application as well as for placing disconnect request directly. Only way of communication is call customer care via toll-free number and it will take minimum of 10min to reach them, they won't connect most of the time. They will hangup when started ringing.

            Hello Consumer complaint team,

            I wish to complain about ACT fibernet service. I have shifted to a new location in bangalore but there was no ACT feasibility so ACT customer care confirmed that I will be receiving a refund and recovery team will call me to collect a Router within 24 hours. Once it is collected, refund will be initiated but from past 22 days no one has called me. Below is the list of complaint # details so far. Everytime they close it without any resolution. PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THEM AND YOU ARE MY ONLY HOPE.

            For new connection they contacted within 3 hours. But for refund after around 3 months, ACT has credited the refund amount. Anyway appreciate the support of consumer complaint forum without which it wouldn't be easier. Thank you for all your help.

            ACT Account #[protected]. Please see the attached image where ACT customer care has already confirmed about refund and there is a negative amount. But later on no one is calling me. Its a worst service as for the new connection, they will reach out within to 2 to 3 hours but during refund, they are totally ignoring.

              On[protected]:12:41, paid 1, 931/- for a new ACT internet connection under enquiryID:[protected]. A couple of people visit my premises the next day & told me they need to install a fiber switch & never visited back.
              On 23rd September 2021, called customer care & SR[protected] was logged to refund the connection amount paid.
              However, I haven't received any call or refund & the ticket has been closed on September 24th '2021 at 18:10 PM.
              Request the team to refund the money paid for installation or provide the new Internet connection.

                The internet cable connecting to my house is cut. A formal ticket has been raised on the 21st of September. It's the 24th and there is no action taken by the 'customer support' team. So far I've spoken to two people and all they have done is given me false promises. I also spoke to a 'team lead', unfortunately he seemed to be in a hurry and didn't pay attention to what I was saying. Since I'm unable to get through to the ACT team and run out of options, I've had to seek help on many fourms, seeking resolution.
                I stay in Hegde Nagar, Sabri nagar, close to thanisandra main road.

                    I had a very bad experience with act fibernet. Even the customer support people are very rude even they don't try to understand what the customer query is. I raised a relocation request even from app multiple times still its useless. Now my id got deactivated. Very poor service

                        I am living in vizag city and its been more than 60 hrs my internet is not working.I have applied 3 days leave because of this internet problem and still the issue is not resolved.During connection ACT representative said if you have any problem just complain it will be resolved maximum within 24 hrs and maximum there will be no issues at all and the service is very fast .For that thing only I have payed for the new internet connection for my work from home .There is no point of contact for the line enginner also then how will this issue will be resolved.I mailed, I called Still no HELP from ACT Fibernet

                        Its been same message coming where ever I am complaining regarding this issue.Its been 3 days I received same message continuously everytime from the customer care.While speaking with customer care they are disconnecting the call in between.Is this a way how you treat your customers .I have paid for 6 months plan its not even one month complete and the issues has started

                            Compliant Againts ACT Fibernet Bangalore :

                            1. Internet went down on 11th and the complaint was raised on the same day. Received acknowldgement auto message from ACT as issue will be solved in 72Hrs .
                            2. Issue was not solved even after 72Hrs and when called customer care on this issue, the said that, there is box related issue due to which network is down and will be up in a day.
                            3. No improvements even after 4 days, when called customer care, they are helpless and we dont have anyone to contact on this further, except customer care and their email ID shared by team (nodalofficer.[protected]@actcorp.in). Unfortunately, there is no reponse over email, and customer care had hardly any information on this.
                            4. Somehow able to get local engineers number from locality while they were laying cables for other connection and when called them, they said, house owner vacated after cancelling ACT connection wherver main box was kept, and due to which all other networks from this main box got impacted.
                            5. when asked for ACT team for backup plan or atleast what is their next plan and restoring the connection, they had no clue.. Finally I asked them to place the main box in my premises and avaoid frequent visits inside residential premises due to COVID pandemic. They were not ready to place the main box inside premises but wanted to put on outside but taking electrcity from my premises which I denied and asked for other options, which they never had.
                            6. Requested for Disconnection of the internet and refund of the amount which was made (1280) on 16th August 2021. As per ACT records, it is 17th August 2021.
                            7. post calculation from 11th August from when services were down, 792.9Rs was the amount to be refunded - is what conveyed by ACT . and it is expected to be credited within 4 days.
                            8. There were multiple SMSs from ACT to update back account details to refund the amount, but when clicked on links it showed links expired. Same was conveyed to customer care and they informed that the amount will be refunded to original payment account.
                            9. Called Customer Care on[protected]:40PM - they said their team will call back in 48Hrs and refund process will be shared.
                            10. Called Customer Care on[protected]:55PM - they said it will be credited within 7 working days from 6th (the day which amount to be refunded is approved) towards original payment.
                            11. Called Customer Care on[protected]:20PM - they said stll on refunded (He told within 2 days it will refunded) and asked for callback - Mr Salim had called and said, by 20th before 12PM money will be refunded and he will call back 12pm to confirm.
                            12. Called[protected], customer care said, it is already credited to your account twice on 6th and 7th of september.
                            13. Today[protected], so far no proper update nor there is refund . It has been more than a month now.
                            If same was done from customer, shouldnt customer pay penalty or late fee on payment ? Similarly what do we have with ACT Fibernet .

                                  I am Rishikant Tiwari who was applied for new connection in Delhi on 14th September 2021. Which your seller had said, everything will be done in one day and now reading to look into it because today 17 September 2021 just went through it only. If seen, where has you gone that everything will be started for a maximum of 2 days, but you can see for yourself that it is not being worked on, so I am forced to read email and start my work and office. Taking leave also increased but because of your company I am also suffering.

                                  Therefore, Sir is requested to either get everything started from 8 to 10 in the morning or you should get all that you have engaged from here because I cannot take leave from the office.

                                    this is too much if I had not paid the bill frm past febraury what would have ACT charged and included penalties for the same.

                                    the disconection is from febraury and now it is almost october. I have even raised comlaints regarding this it wil say that the same will be conculded in 7 days but that7 days has not yet still come.

                                    I need a compensation for this. the agony from past six months for following up and getting no conculsions.

                                    this ACT people are still annoying they tell that they have paid and are telling that they are going to share the screen shot of the payment. But till now they have not shred the same nor the payment is done, I have to get a compensation for this.

                                    every time I post on this platform I get a call and a message that it will be resolved in 7 working days. But nothing is resolved. I have to a compensation for this. this is really ridiculous.

                                      To start with, we are facing internet connection issue very frequently. Minimum of two issues a month. There is an issue again since yesterday morning and when I contacted the customer support of ACT fiber they asked me to wait for 24 hours which is today (Sep 17th )morning. No technician came till morning and I again contacted customer care at 11:00 AM and they confirmed that issue will be fixed in half an hour. And that half an hour for them is not complete even now ( Sep 17th 3:00 PM )
                                      Now, I'm under lot of pressure, working from home, having no internet and being answerable to my company. I again called ACT customer support and asked for update a gentleman named Salman answered my call and simply asked me to wait till evening. I asked to connect me to their manager and that's it the call went blank from then suddenly they got technical issues, I stayed on that blank call for 20mins and it got disconnected.
                                      To my inconvenience, I again called the customer support and another gentleman is informing me that they cannot confirm the particular time by when the issue will be resolved. I asked for the maximum time and he told it might take another 24 hours which means three straight days without internet when working from home is soo much pain and inconvenience.

                                      We are facing this frequently since last year but now it really is testing our patience. We are paying the complete amount even while we are not getting internet everyday.
                                      These super powerful ACT people will disconnect the internet if their customers don't pay the bill on time and they don't even know how to resolve the issue quickly.
                                      Their customer service agents are so reckless and arrogant.
                                      Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

                                      So here I am again with in 10days with the internet issue.
                                      I want to keep this posted here as people will also know how frequently the issues occurs.
                                      I have no patience to call ACT customer support and listen to their scripted words. As I know they obviously ask me to wait for 24 hours.
