I opted for ACT fibernet on 13/06/2021. They came and installed the same on 14/06/2021. After which, the very next day the internet stopped working. I raised a ticket (SR[protected]) for which the ticket got closed even without getting the problem resolved. The following numbers contacted me saying they will resolve the problem by 16/06/2021 2 P.M but yes, sadly they never kept to their promise.

Yes. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. I've spent 3887 Rs. Paid for the 6 months pack. Was excited to use ACT Fibernet from all the wonderful reviews I got from my friends. It's disappointing I had to face these problems. Just leaving a suggestion, I used the ACT Fibernet only half a day and loved the speed but sadly got disconnected the very next day and the poor service from the customer care is really disappointing. If you get the customer service to work efficiently then no one will have to deal with all these problems. Thank you for your time. Expecting the refund as soon as possible.

    Not refunding the deposit after disconnected

    I had discontinued the ACT connection in March 2021 due to covid situation. Every time I raise a refund request for my deposit amount, it will get closed within 5 hours. I call the customer care, the will reopen the ticket and it will get closed soon. I want my money back. It is not easy for us to earn that money.         Hello,
        From the past 10 days I've been trying to submit the shifting application in the app, the whole process is very informative but it shows some error at the end of the process saying "Something went wrong, try after sometime". I'm getting this even when i try this from my old address and my new address.
        I tried calling customer care but it's just a bunch of options which is sending me the same link again and again.

          Date: 25 june 2021, asked for disconnection. Closed ticket without my consent (saying i agreed to continue service).
          Date: 1 june 2021, bill generated. Asked to close account. No response.

          Date: 10 june 2021, msg received for account suspension. When called, they said they will disconnect in 24 hrs

          Date: 14 june 2021, my ticket closed without my consent ( which is a violation of consumer service). No response from customer care.

          Conclusion: SCAM, to generated bills and harass consumer with repeated bill pending messages.

              The Act fibernet company has taken my money and are not refunding the amount as they failed to provide service at my location.

              I Checked with the bank but they cannot see any amount that is credited to my account. Cx care agents are misbehaving with me and not responding properly.

                  Basic they cut the internet atleast 3 days in 3 months .I don't know why they have to do it .They also cut the internet just 1 day before the plan ends because they want us to start the next plan a day earlier .

                  And they cut the internet for 2 days. One on a Sunday because they don't have a holiday and we have to wait till Monday afternoon to get the internet .

                  And some other random day .

                  Basically of other broadband service were available here .I would have choosen that .

                  Other than that they provide a good internet connection .

                    I was promised a discount of rs 100 each month which was 5 years ago and have been complaining to the customer care and the technicians who often visit my property and they always say that “we’ve informed the authorities “. This issue was never resolved and the electricity cost for the box alone has gone upto 4, 500- 6, 000 in five years.

                          I just relocated from my house in Bangalore to another house. The act fibernet connection was already there in this house the technician literally came and just connected my router made a call and connection started. They didn't do any wiring or anything.and I m charged 650 for this?? How is this justifying, if there is wiring work and all I can understand but the guy did this job within 15 minutes. How is this viable?

                                  I have paid for the ACT Fibernet services for the months of March and April, however had disconnected the service in the mid of April. But i am still getting the bills for May and June. Have raised the issue multiple times to the customer care and nodal officer, but no use. I just get the standard message that someone will look into the issue within 24hrs, but absolutely no response. I must have sent around 30+ emails, the ticket is opened/closed/reopened/closed/reopened/closed. Apart from opening and closing the ticket, there is no response at all.

                                  This is the most frustrating experience I had with any company until now and I am surprised that this is the kind of customer service they are providing. Just doesn't care about the customers at all!!!

                                  The issue is still not resolved and ACT is absolutely useless in responding to the customer. I can say the WORST COMPANY EVER I have seen until now. Cannot believe the customers are treated like this and no response whatsoever, shameless people!!!
                                  There is still no update from them and I keep getting bills every month for the services which I am not using. Disgusting customer service!!!

                                      Its quite disspointing for me as ACT BROADBAND BANGALORE is not responding properly
                                      .I requested a new connection to the act fibernet more than a 4 days ago and paid in full amount.
                                      Still now there is no contact any of the engineers or the customer care who promised me a connection within a day or two.
                                      It's highly disappointing and it is a huge loss for me as i am a freelancer and internet is my main source of income
                                      Please resolve this issue soon.
