It has been 3 days since I registered for a new connection, still I didn't received any communication from concern team.
Also I paid the full amount for 3 months as per plan suggested by customer representative.
I am an IT employee and internet is my main source of work, due to the delay in your service I was facing a lot of issues, so please speed up the process and try to give me a connection ASAP.
Also I have raised a complaint from your customer care. Here is my ticket Id

    Been trying to request for shifting the broadband to a new address via app and the link which customer executive sent me, but I am not able to book the request as it is giving me a error saying " something went wrong, try again later" attached the screenshot of the same.
    The link takes me through the shifting address page, I select the date for shifting and asks me to confirm on last final page and gets the error to try again, I have attached the screenshot shot for ur reference, I get this error even if I try from mobile app or through sms link, pls provide the resolution asap.
    It's affecting my productivity at work.
    Please do needful asap

      I connected to Mr. Ramesh ( [protected]) was new ACT internet connection on May 31st 2021.
      He followed with for payment and other feasibility process and made payment on June 1st 2021. A/C no.[protected]
      He committed by 5 working days connection will be done. I paid Rs. 4195/-

      I didn’t see any progress till June 4th later, he says there is no feasibility for your location which is pathetic.

      Later no response not receiving calls. When I reach customer care they raise ticket for refund, refund ref. is SR[protected].

      But ticket is closed by themselves automatically without any refund. Customer care doesn’t respond appropriately this is very bad .

      I need my refund back, it’s hard earned money.
      Please help me, and ensure In future act provides connection first later accepts payments .

        I have done the payment for new connection on may 30. Now its june 5 i didnt get the connection. Very very bad response from the management. I suggest everyone not to choose this fibernet. Very poor services and response. Your work will be effected if you trust on these guys.

        I need the connection by today. I have already raised the high priority complaint. They said will be resolved in 24 hrs. Its been 2 days but the issue was nt resolved. It an emergency for me to have this connection.

          I took the connection on Jan 23rd for broadband after numerous calls to check the speed over VPN. Every one promised the speed will be same. But after connection speed was found to be just 0.43 mbps. I requested to fix the issue asap as I was suppose to connect to my workplace. ACT technical showed no interest in resolving the issue initially after multiple follow-up they said not possible to resolve. I requested full refund I paid and received email from ACGT stating the balance amount was (-3861). After so many (soo many) follow up and paying rs 400 from my pocket for router return to there door step they paid part of the amount. Balance amount of Rs 172 is still pending to be paid. Request your help to get back my payment of rs 172 + rs 400 auto charges for delivery of router rom ACT. So far 100s of emails, phone call, tickets are raised. But Balance said amount is pending to be paid by ACT. Account Number :[protected]

            We disconnected ACT fiber net in the month of November 2020 due to their bad service. After that getting so many calls and mails from customer care, I agreed for reconnection and paid 4130 rupees after they said will give connection with in 4 hours. After 2 days somebody called and said that PORT is not Available to give connection, it will take one and half month...so apply for refund..they said.
            Then I requested customer care and asked for refund. Till now I didn't get refund. When ever I call customer care simply they raise the ticket and simply say u will get refund in 7 days. Every time ther are doing the same. On behalf of this daily iam getting calls that you of an offer apply for reconnection...while iam explaining the situation...simply they say sorry we don't know this, we are belonging to reconnection team...you please call customer care. Already I took another connection for my daily need. So unable to take this ACT if ther are able to give the connection now.

              ACT Fibernet — Delay in connection and not updating the status, after making the payment agency guy not responding my calls.

              Hello, Act team I thing you people are really ACT before making the payments from customers pocket, Not even think What they required purpose of Broadband and what is the Impact if we delay.
              Atleast Should respond customer calls right, i made the payment 3months advance rental paln and i clearly told to that ACT guy Mr. Chandan ([protected]) so rude less and so pathetic i have been called more than 30 times not even single call he is picking, not even tel what is exact reason to delaying provide the new connection, after that i called ACT cust care without telling any reason they raised one SR[protected] and it will be resolved by 05/06.2021 9AM, i got this message customer care people are telling within 2hours they will come and install new connection on 2nd of JUNE, now 3rd of JUN no one called me yet, and 2nd of evening i called to cust care again one lady kept on hold paasing your cal to our superwiser then after 30 min they disconnected the cal. Again today icalled custcare one guy GUTHAM told me we have forwarededyour concern they will take 24 hours to resolve, then i asked escallation matrix of ACT he also disconnected the cal.

              So now tell me i need the installation of new connection today itself only cause i was struggling to manage with mobile hotspot so only its an emergency kindly someone take high priority and fix the installation by today itself only, Else i have all the proof you people are given Fake commitments to install the new connection will be forwarding the case to consumer court.

              Hello it’s crossed 7working days till not received refund Wat you people are doing bloody service, no response from nodal n high authority, simply keeping fake info in website and running business. Please never ever choose before paying for new connection take an agreement n pay the amount, see now paying money and struggling now this corona situation no one will have money these beggars took my money now not refunding, if it’s not credited tomorrow will see Wat will happen

                I requested Act for new connection but they are dng repeated calls from sales till for the payment.
                After paying, no response from the technician or sales team.
                After 3 days, I called customer care and I requested for refund. Customer care initiated the requests and shared the refund reference number says you will receive the call from the team after 48 hrs for the details and after getting details withing 4 working days, you will get the refund.
                BUT NOW 72 HOURS GONE..., no calls received to get the details
                Total amount I paid 1850
                I hope consumer complaints will resolve my issue soon to get my refund.

                    From the past 3 days I've been trying to submit the shifting application in the app, the whole process is very informative but it shows some error at the end of the process saying "Something went wrong, try after sometime". I'm getting this even when i try this from my old address and my new address.
                    I tried calling customer care but it's just a bunch of options which is sending me the same link again and again.

                      Hi Team,

                      This with regards to the New connection issue, I have been floating emails to you and calling your help desk and it's been going unanswered.
                      I had submitted my documents to Mr Shivanna +91 [protected] and made a payment of Rs 3841 paid on 15th May 2021 against new connection (Prospect id[protected]

                      Please note i have been calling to your Call centre @+91 - [protected], +91 - [protected] the call is forwarded to all the departments except the department which can address the New Connection.

                      I have been trying to contact the Sales Executive (Mr Shivanna +91 [protected]) who contacted me for this New Connection, after submitting my documents and making payments, he is least bothered to attend my calls anymore (have tried cellular call, whatsapp messages, whatsapp calls) - i have all the chat history and call history.

                      I would need quick attention on this issue..

                      Either provide a refund or initiate the process of installation.. Else I would have to
                      book this concern under Consumer Protection Act 2019 if there is no proper response.

                        As I contacted for new connection at May 12 and payed amount . There was no proper response from the person who picked the order.so I requested to refund the amount at May 19 but its more than one week we didn't receive our refund amount..very poor costumer service and also want to raise complaint against the person who picked the order.

                          Hi,

                          I had a connection in chennai[protected] with 10+2 plan, due to lockdown I moved to my hometown in June2020. I deactivated internet service, 3800 rupees was present in account which was not refunded. They said they can transfer amount to other account.

                          Now I recently moved to Hyderabad and asked to transfer that connection to Hyderabad, they said it is not possible and asked me to raise new connection request. I complied and new account:[protected]. Raised request even after 2 weeks Amount is not transferred and every time I raise a request, it used to auto close.

                          So I cancelled connection and moved to Jio. Now current connection has 500 rupees odd in account.

                          Total put together, I have 4300 rupees in account. Have recorded my conversations with Act fibernet.

                                    I have taken ACT fibernet connection on 12 May. When I called ACT sales person to enquire about the broadband plans, he called me numerous times and convinced me to pay the amount and take connection and told me that he will get it installed in next 2 days.
                                    After that I did not get any call from him. I called him on 14 May to send somebody for installation but nobody came. On insisting, somebody came on 15th May. They checked something and said there is no setup-box available so we will come tomorrow. After that, he did not pick my phone call, After numerous calls to customer care, finally they raised a request (Request number - SR[protected]) and told that installation will be done before 8pm on May 19.

                                    Again on calling multiple times to customer care, May 17th some one came and installed a setup box. Since no one came even by evening of May 19, when i tried to reach out to customer care on May 19 enquire, they were very rude and told that its not 8pm and stay put it will be done.

                                    After that every time when I call customer care to get updates on my request, they just replying that " we escalated your issue, we highlighted your issue, a technician will call you with in 4 hours" and now they seem to hanging up.

                                    Its been more than 7 days now and I did not get any response on my connection. I have even emailed to nodal and appellate authority, everyone seems to be way to busy to respond.

                                    After numerous calls to customer care center, I seem to have rather lost my peace of mind with these constant unproductive follow-ups. Looks like their job is only to extort money from customers and once amount is paid, they just dismiss any request to process on the issue. Customer care department has no idea how to handle about the issue, or rather I should say, they do not even maintain a proper worklog or communicate with the concerned department and escalate the issue, or work on the bridging the gap between end-user and concerned department. All they do is just give false commitments in repeat.

                                    I hope they will understand the concern and take some strict action on this.

                                      I never asked for a disconnection of my account. But ACT disconnected my account without any intimation given. After raising a request for reconnection, they made me wait for 48 hours and closed the ticket, and now, I am unable to do anything. My app says, account deactivated, but why?
                                      This is so unprofessional. I am an IT professional and I need wifi on daily basis, but ACT is acting so unprofessionally here. I will never recommend ACT connection in Jaipur.
