My name is Srinivasa Rao Tummala and my mobile number is[protected] and I am residing in D.No.54-14-4/18, , Plot No 212, Srinivasa Nagar Bank Colony, Vijayawada 520008, AndhraPradesh. and I am a Senior Citizen.(age 63)
I have ACT FIBER NET CONNECTION SINCE LONG TIME. six months back I have given a complaint that my internet connection was failed. after 2 days the ACT fiber net technician came to my house and told me that "a connection box should be installed in my house campus and should also have electrical connection and also he said that they will deduct Rs 50/- per month in the upcoming bill for using my home electricity. I agreed to that, Immediately they tightened the connection box and took electrical supply from my house. accordingly my internet connection comes. after 6 months i have received message for payment of Rs 4046/ without deducting Rs 300/-(ele charges Rs 50/-x6 months=total Rs300/-)
then everyday number of times i complain to the customer care centers but they could not give sufficient answer, and sent messages and voice messages that if i am not pay the entire bill amount the service of my net connection will be disconnected. From today they (ACT Fiber net)they are blocked my mobile calls also.when i called its display on my phone as "not respond time out" . I am ready to pay Rs 3,[protected]=3746)Kindly do the justice

    Reconnection of Network

    I have discontinued from act 2 days back i.e., on 10th April 2021 and unfortunately I had to reconnect the next day i.e., on 11th April 2021. And I had made my previous payment which is left due as I wanted my connection back soon. But from yesterday I had made more than 15 calls to customer support. Every time I call, they would only say that they will reconnect within 2-4 hours after I receive...

    My name is surendra kaitaapalli,[protected] I'm facing issues from day one 2018 to till date on paying the bill, power waiver, as I mentioned sent many mails and spoken to many customer care executives giving fake promises and closing the tickets like Bot.no use to talk with customers care executives hopeless and your nodal officer also is in Cc u can check below trail mail, no use, present issue is from 6+1 month pack oct 2020 to April 2021 no power waiver was revised even my location in box is port 1 I don't know why, my bill due date 15 of april, and im follow up in with your executives for power waiver how disgusting it this, you check in account details every 7 months I need to call your executives and follow up them, Is this is the way u treat the customers, I will wait till 10 EoD for revise the bill if it not happens means please take ur box and keep it some where else.

    Worst customer service, why I'm saying this because I facing from last 5 days, I think there is no super visors no audit no manager's in your company no one monitor

    I spoke to seven executives

    1. Pavankumar : Issue not resolved promised to arrange call back from supervisor, as of now didn't received. ( within 4hrs)

    2. Spandana : same she said im taking complaint on this issue we arrange a call back to you, as of now not received ( within4 hrs)

    3.Ramani : she promised to arrange call back and not yet received, these guys are simply reopen the ticket EoD it is automatically closed.

    4. Deva: This guy even not listen to my query and call disconnected from his end. Need to take action on this person at least try to listen the query.

    5.Naresh : he didn't know any thing about plans and wavier, all the things asking me please give training, he also did the kept me.on hold and disconnected the call.

    9. Manager/TL y.harshad Kumar. He promised that issue resolved with 4 hrs,

    I'm follow up you team from April 2 onwards to pay the bill before due date please revise for 6+7 months, but they just credited 1 month ras 59, this is happening from 2018

    Are your team and you guys are harassing me, I want permanent resolution on this issue not for every time I need to call for power waiver in future. If it not happens means please take ur box, I don't provide a single unit.

    If this is also not consern mail means please tell me whom should I contact.

          I have been facing internet issue for over a month now.
          It has become a full time job now, to call ACT call center everyday for the issue.
          The technicians keep closing the ticket promising resolution for the issue.
          Below are some of the tickets I have opened for the past few days,

            From past 2 months, this is some 10th time I've faced disconnection of internet. Whenever I call them, they'll tell "Junction box issue" and take days to fix it. I was done with it and told them to terminate my connection completely. Not once, but twice. But both the time they called me back and pleaded not to terminate the service and will rectify the issue asap. They gave a deadline of afternoon, by which they would fix it. Later postponed it to evening, and then to the next day. 2 days have passed, yet no updates. They aren't even ready to terminate the connection completely. What kind of service is this? I need an immediate response and compensation neither me or my family members have been able to use the internet for our WFH and online classes. We had to buy mobile internet packs as well which was of not much help considering how slow it is.

                end of march i have asked for account closure but after 1 day employe called me and told to ignore the bill.

                But after the employee call i got the message like this "Thanks for chaning your decision to use our connection again" i have not changed my decision.

                I have called many times but customer support is not at all responsive they are asking me to ignore the bills.

                The customer support told me that if you close your account you will get the accoutn termination message but i have not recivied any message till now.

                I request to close my account please.

                      I paid money on 26th March 2021 for package of 6 months ie.5270.Till now no connection was given and the people who called from act fiber they are saying that connection cannot be given we will refund the money but till now I didn't get any refund.

                        1st port person switches devices off, I don't get to use internet on weekends & weekdays from 9PM till next day 10AM.

                              I was using ACT fibernet until Aug 2020 on which I have terminated my account due to poor service (more disconnections and too long resolution time) in my area. I have settled my dues in the same month after the invoice was generated.

                              In the mean time, there were too many IVR calls and messages requesting for reactivation of ACT which was annoying to an extent. I got receiving IVR calls even though I select option '2' which means do not call back. So I thought I would press other options and got a call back soon (08.03.2021).

                              The ACT executive said that the network have been upgraded in my area and offered me to try the connection free for 7 days. I refused initially and in the end accepted to try out the free trial. There was no mention about reactivation or reconnection in the mean time.

                              No executives visited my premises until 13.03.2021. I told the executive who called me on 13.03.2021 that I do not need the connection as it took too long to even get the trial connection then I would expect similar response also for resolution later on any issues on the network.

                              In the mean time, I got an SMS that my connection is reactivated on 11.03.2021 and an invoice for around INR 650 on 12.03.2021.
                              I called customer care and was unable to understand the issue and unable to provide solution.

                              I wrote the same to Nodal and finally to Appellate on 16.03.2021 on this issue. But I have received no resolution on even a call back on the escalation until today (25.03.2021).

                              I got the connection disconnected for non-payment of the irrelevant invoice in the mean time (21.03.2021). I contacted the customer care on the same day and the executive confirmed that my connection is in disconnected state and I need not take any action from my side.

                              Today (25.03.2021) again I received SMS that my connection have been reactivated. I had no communication with ACT in any means (no calls, no App on my phone or did not visit ACT website). I contacted the customer care and the executive could not provide me exact reason for re-connection but said the connection was never deactivated since it was activated 11.03.2021 which conflicted with the earlier ACT executive whom said otherwise. Now he took disconnection request and another invoice got generated for INR 94.

                              I do not understand what is happening at ACT and also none of the executives were able (did not attempt) to make me understand the issue at their end.

                              In summary I strongly recommend to not to go for ACT Fibernet as they do not respect your privacy and keep on pushing promotional SMS/IVR calls. and it is very hard to come over this process of disconnection and get your hands off completely from their service.

                                I have raised case [protected] on 18th March for relocation. Got a message this will be taken care in 72 hours. But till now have not got any calls at all. Also called support thrice and they say someone will contact you soon. It's been a week now and yet no clue when this will complete.

                                It's better to close the connection is what I feel.

                                    I've been using this fibernet connection for 6+ months and renewed recently now. I shifted my house and requested for disconnection within 3weeks after renewal. I've been waiting for almost 2 weeks now, they have not given me refund yet. Every time i meet up customer care and nodal team, i get a new ticket number, because each ticket is closed automatically after 3 days without information.

                                    Finally i decided to comment on social media due to this hassle. So i raised a refund my money, since i've paid money in renewal for 6months.

                                    They said, they don't have the policy of refunding money. Anytime in future if i decide to avail their service?

                                      I have been a customer of act fiber for last 10 years, with 3 diff accounts at 3 diff sites. i usually make 6 months advance payments, 2 times every year. Likewise made payment till may 2020. But as lock down hit us all we used only till march. After which the site is shut. We dint open the site until recently i.e. feb 2021. I called them for reactivation in feb 1st wk. they explained about a scheme for 3 months package, 500 per month.. 1500 for 3 months. i immediately went to my account to pay, i have seen there an outstanding due amount of 900 plus, i called them and asked what is that for, i paid everything in advance for whatever i used, why is the balance reflectingg... they asked me to ignore that, go to other and make 1500 rupees payment. I did the same right away. After a month exactly in march month my account was deactivated. I contacted them .. they said that 900 plus needs to be paid. I requested for clarification.. after number of calls to customer care .. billing team got into action, called me and clarified that i need not pay that 900plus and they activated after a day or so... this is a school, we use internet to conduct online classes for high school students. For 2 days students missed classes. Today on march 22nd they deactivated again for the same reason. I have no words. Students have exams, we had to postpone exam for 1hour because act fibrenet promised to activate in 20 mins. But that ended up as false promise. We all used our mobile phones as personal hotspots and conducted exams. It is undoubtedly expected them to maintain clarity. Ofcoarse i still have another 1 and half months og service, but i am moving to airtel.
