Requested for relocation on 25th and got a confirmation of 2 is a connection date and 650 shifting

So after 10 days technician visited for giving a connection n told it will be connected within 10 min

N again got a call from act asking to pay 2000

First of all I did not get a confirmation regarding the 2000 charges when I waited for 10 days

From morning I called to customer care for more than 10 times n they are closing the case without my concern

I want call back today n i want the internet today if not I will raise a complaint against act

    Package: Monthly
    Consumed : 31 GB out of 2000GB

    We have installed ACT Fiber internet by choosing on brand name at Shamshabad. Installation was delayed initially, After the installation 2 days later. Internet is not working, the same informed to customer care they simply told 24hrs it may be solved but even after 3 days my issue was not solved and daily 1hr I have spent for just to call to customer care. they are raising request and issue not getting solved.

    Hence, Finally decide to disconnect and took other service provider, I raised for refund even after 5 days no response from customer care and they are not even picking up my calls. Later i have checked on google reviews and found very bad review.

    I request ACT Team to look into this issue and solve, refund my full amount and also I have spent lot of my time and energy which was wasted and compensate the same.

    This message has been already posted and there is no response from ACT. And Till date i have not received any refund and no update.

    Complaint was not solved, without any discussion and any refund how can ACT can close the ticket???
    Hello!

    The issue has been not sorted and till date refund has been not done. I need to talk to your Manager, why you people are simply closing the ticket without solving the issue.

      We disconnected ACT fiber net in the month of June 2021, as we have shifted our house and ACT doesn't provide service in our new location. Therefore requested for refund of the Balance amount (Rs.8791) since we have paid and taken a yearly plan.
      while disconnection they requested me to apply for refund thru customer care number Post disconnection. Have registered a ticket (SR[protected]) for refund, requesting customer care and asked for refund. Till now I didn't get any refund and they closed the ticket. Inspite of re-opening the ticket they again closed it. on 02July21 have again re-opened with a new ticket (SR[protected]). When ever I call customer care simply they raise the ticket and simply say u will get refund in 7 days. Every time they are doing the same. On behalf of this daily iam getting calls that you have an offer apply for reconnection...while iam explaining the situation...simply they say sorry we don't know this, we are belonging to reconnection team...you please call customer care. I am unable to take/apply for a transfer/reconnection of this ACT as they dont have service in my new location. I only want my refund.

          I had disconnected my ACT Fibernet connection around 11th of May and I haven't received the refund amount yet. Today is 08th April and almost after 1 month, when I call the customer care, they say the team has declined the refund saying I have used more than 12 months which is just plain lie. Why even does the team resort to lying? Are they that unprofessional? They don't even call to confirm with me if I had used for more than 12 months, but take their own initiative by lying.

          And the customer care executives are ready to write a ticket every time I call them, but the ticket gets closed automatically after around 2 days. This is pathetic!

          Please arrange the refund without hassle!

            I have disconnected my Act Fibernet broadband connection on 1st June 2021. Since I have already paid a subscription for one year, I raised a refund request on 17th June 2021. It's been more than two weeks since I haven't received my refund. I have made several requests through Customer care and email but no use. I would like to get my refund as soon as possible.

              My compliants are closed without my consent..where I was waiting for a call back from ACT management. But ACT team is least bothered about their customer.

              this is the third time my act connection has been disconnected saying "requested by customer or amount due. Called customer care team three times, explained there is on due from my end and the invoice generated yesterday for the amount 499 is a netflix subscription which was taken on 18th june late evening ist timezone. And the due date is on 3rd july.

              This disconnections have caused major impact to my multiple conference calls with my customer and have to switch to mobile data. It impacted my children's online classes too.

              Sent an email to act today morning requesting call back from customer care management, no response till now. Called customer care more than three times, but no option available to speak to manager or higher management.

              Writing this email with patience again expecting a call back only from management with the compensation for the impact, stress caused by the act team. If act team dont respond in next 24 hrs, i will call my lawyer to file a consumer complaint against act management.

              Note: taken 6 +1 months subscription by paying one time payment. It ends only on 11th july 2021, so that i can renew. Netflix subscription taken on 18th june (invoice amount: 499) generated, due date is 3rd july. Act have -3.2 as a balance from my account as on today.

              Let's see how much act customer care team care for their customers and how act is going to address my issue.

              No action from ACT till now and the helpdesk ticket was closed without customer confirmation. Not sure, if we really have some customer escalation/experience team in ACT.

              Worst service and worst experience which I never faced with any vendor till now.

              Expect ACT management to wake up and come out for their customers...STill waiting

                I have taken ACT Blaze which is Monthly Plan and taken connection on 12th April 2021. But have relocated on 28th April to different location and not using the internet. But now they called me saying to pay the due amount of May month and they disconnected service on May 24th. Usually when we don't pay plan amount as pre-paid the service will get disconnected. They have deducted my credit amount in ACT account and asking me to pay the remaining balance. Why should one pay for it and i haven't received any such conditions documents on connection

                          A year ago I took ACT Fibernet broadband connection with ACT Swift plan, at the time of installation the router used was TP Link model TL-WR850N & was instructed by field engineer that the same router can be used for plans up to 300Mbps(Same thing is written on the back of router).
                          On 07/01/2021 I decided to upgrade my plan to ACT Blaze 150Mbps speed plan. The plan was activated but, I ended up getting same 50Mbps speed instead of 150Mbps, when I contacted the customer support team I was told that the router I had did not support the plan.

                          If the router did not support the 150Mbps plan I don't understand why the field engineer told me that the router he installed was enough for plans up to 300Mbps plans & now even though the problem if from their end they have charged me with 1, 280INR for the plan from which I did not receive any benefits & asking me to pay extra for new router. I did not assume nor made up the router issue, I was misguided by one of their field engineers which makes it their fault. I want ACT fibernet to compensate me with a new router at no cost as it is their fault.

                              I have disconnected my act fibernet connection on 6th June 2021. I have raised request for refund of my amount on 10th June 2021 but till now i haven't received my amount. It's been 20 days and the response from company people is irresponsible.                                 I have done payment for FlexyBytes and didn't receive them. When asked they said payment is not reflecting, please wait 24hr. When I called them even after 48 hrs they are saying we got payment but FlexyBytes service failed, We can refund your money back when you deactivate your account or we will reduce amount from next billing amount. This is a pure scam, taking money and refunding after 2 months is a scam. Please help. My act account no is :[protected]

                                  ACT is illegally deducting money from customer account. What action can be taken against them? I had ₹297 in account and I received ₹120 two times as credit for loss of days to access internet. And this itself adds upto ₹537 but I had only ₹417 but I kept quiet. Now in the end of June all of a sudden my account balance went back to ₹297 and after complaining now it's ₹353.
                                  ACT is doing lot of illegal activities of taking customer's money, not providing proper service. I WANT A STRICT ACTION

                                        ACT has disconnected the internet so many times from 1 month. we raised the complaint, every time they said it will be resolved with in 24hrs. You people are cheating us. we are fed up with this service seriously. Now everyone is working from home and fully dependent on internet. You have so many connectivity issue. Every time we have to call Customer care, they are not working proactively. No technician visited to resolve this.

                                        I have called to customer care agent (Asif Hussain, Manager name- Ashok ) and raised a complaint, till same issue, no idea what action they have taken. company is taking money every month on timely basis, Why can't you people give internet? This ACT is not trusted company. We cannot trust their service.
                                        worst service i have ever seen.
                                        I will rate you 0.

                                        this month this is the 4th time we are facing this issue, which has impacted on our office work and we both had to take leave coz of no internet. Please pay Rs 16000 for this. our salary will be deducted coz of you. Now you have to pay the money.

                                        You are not serious about you work. the type of worst service you ppl are giving, do you want us to give service like this to our clients?
