My ISP was down due to cable issue at home and I could not get it fixed. So though of switching to ACT fibernet.
One of the sales rep advised to take 3 months plan and I will get the router free.
Connection was quick.
1st day of connect working fine and around 7 PM same day Internet stopped working.
Some one came and fixed
Next again Internet stopped. Called service and they fixed.
After 2 days realised I was get good speed but Downloading files from google drive took very long time.
To compare got my previous ISP and tried downloading the file on both. My previous isp was just 40 mbps and file was downloaded in 3 mins. Where as ACT 300 mbps took 11 mins.
So I decided to cancel as it was not worth from me.
Called customer and explained. They said I can cancel and get full refund. Cancellation was done on 22nd May 2020. This is when my bad time stared. After multiple calls they refund ~700/- by I had paid 4192/-
Till today they have refunded my money. I have called almost 40 times they say 24 hrs it would be resolved and when called to check what happed they say they escalated but they don’t do anything.
It need more than a months no one ACT takes responsibility to resolve this issue.
Please help refund my money.

    I have disconnected my Act Fibernet broadband connection on 1st June 2021. Since I have already paid a subscription for one year, I raised a refund request on 17th June 2021. It's been more than two weeks since I haven't received my refund. I have made several requests through Customer care and email but no use. I would like to get my refund as soon as possible

    I have disconnected the act internet and its been two months but no refund from the team. I have raised many tickets but no use. I want to get my refund amount ASAP. Kindly process the request.
    I took a temporary connection with ACt broadband. It has been more then 2 months since I raised a request for refund. But my refund is still processed. Called more than 10 times. Raised ticket multiple times but my request is closed without refunding the amount. My account number is[protected]

          I am not able to connect to the internet for the past 3 days.. I have been following up with the customer care and the technician without any solution to the issue.. In the beginning, I was told that the issue would be resolved by 10:00 AM on june 23, 2021.. And then by 5:00 PM on the same day.. Then the next day.. I was told the same thing.. But it still has not resolved.. I am working from home and the connection is very important for my work.. I am very frustrated with the service and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

            I have renewed my internet plan with ACT Fibernet in Feb2021 to 6+1+WiFiRouter and have paid in full. But I haven't received the router even after multiple service tickets and follow-up phone calls. I was informed everytime that 'someone' would call me back but nothing happened so far. Please help check and resolve the issue.

              Consumed : 31 GB out of 2000GB

              We have installed ACT Fiber internet by choosing on brand name at Shamshabad. Installation was delayed initially, After the installation 2 days later. Internet is not working, the same informed to customer care they simply told 24hrs it may be solved but even after 3 days my issue was not solved and daily 1hr I have spent for just to call to customer care. they are raising request and issue not getting solved.

              Hence, Finally decide to disconnect and took other service provider, I raised for refund even after 5 days no response from customer care and they are not even picking up my calls. Later i have checked on google reviews and found very bad review.

              I request ACT Team to look into this issue and solve, refund my full amount and also I have spent lot of my time and energy which was wasted and compensate the same.

              I have received response. But couldn't able solve the issue and till date there no update on refund amount, they are postponing and if we are taking new connection then immediate follow-up. But similarly if any issue with client/customer then there is no quick response.

                this is the third time my act connection has been disconnected saying "requested by customer or amount due. Called customer care team three times, explained there is on due from my end and the invoice generated yesterday for the amount 499 is a netflix subscription which was taken on 18th june late evening ist timezone. And the due date is on 3rd july.

                This disconnections have caused major impact to my multiple conference calls with my customer and have to switch to mobile data. It impacted my children's online classes too.

                Sent an email to act today morning requesting call back from customer care management, no response till now. Called customer care more than three times, but no option available to speak to manager or higher management.

                Writing this email with patience again expecting a call back only from management with the compensation for the impact, stress caused by the act team. If act team dont respond in next 24 hrs, i will call my lawyer to file a consumer complaint against act management.

                Note: taken 6 +1 months subscription by paying one time payment. It ends only on 11th july 2021, so that i can renew. Netflix subscription taken on 18th june (invoice amount: 499) generated, due date is 3rd july. Act have -3.2 as a balance from my account as on today.

                Let's see how much act customer care team care for their customers and how act is going to address my issue.

                i ACT HELPDESK team, Escalate this to ACT management ASAP for further action.

                I haven't received any further call back from the ACT Management team and surprisingly, this ticket has been closed WITHOUT Customer consent.

                Have sent multiple emails (attached), but ACT management is not even bothered to call customer back.

                Everyday, I get multiple marketing calls and i would like to know from which number ACT management/team is calling their customer.

                There is no escalation matrix or escalation form online. I am really disappointed with the service.

                    I requested to shift my WiFi connection on 16th June 2021 I tried this with act app but that is not appropriate app after that I called customer care 1st day they Said that they will resolve my issue within 24 to 72 hours I did not receive any call regarding this then called again to the customer care there was female candidate she Said will resolve issue in 24 to 7 days when I ask for supervisor she mute the call for 5 minutes and hang up on me .

                    In the starting there is a vendor name is shiv gupta he give me wrong information about instalation and shifting plan in the starting he Said when you will shift you need to pay 500 rs but on 19th their team member came they installed their box accept router because in this area there not any box of Act fibre net now they are charging 600 of shifting and 1200 for their act box in the starting they didnt tell me anything about this because of them my work got affected .

                      Hi Team,

                      I just took new connection of internet since 17 days I have raised more than 2 complaints for internet not working and I am loosing salary whenever internet connection not working and my TL and managers shouting at me as WFH given to everyone and I requested on priority. I think I did mistake selecting ACT than any other providers as I trusted more that best service I would get but of no use I might loose job shortly because of this. I lost 4 days of salary including tomorrow I opted Act 3 months plan 4195 rs but I think I might loose more amount from the current plan opted in regards to salary as the service is unimaginable. Greatest part I think you are doing sales in good numbers and providing worst service to customers in particular places or areas If my issue not getting resolved permanently tomorrow, I would file case in regards to service provided. There is no issue in regards technician, as they are fixing the issue but connectivity would not last for long. Experts who would provide information on call or chat messaging platform I just spoke with expert recently and requested callback from their supervisors or manager in regards to internet tomorrow.                         I booked a broadband service on 16th June and the Sales executive promised to get it installed the next day 17th June. Today being the third day after the registration, no one has come to do any work and when I call up the sales guy, he does not attend my call!

                        Is this service good? I paid 6 months advance payment..

                          Applied for new connection and paid the amount through the link and since port is not available they asked me to wait for 4days. Even after 4 days they couldn’t able to resolve the issue so I raised for cancellation and request for refund. It’s been 2 weeks still no response and haven’t received the refund.                             I opted for ACT fibernet on 13/06/2021. They came and installed the same on 14/06/2021. After which, the very next day the internet stopped working. I raised a ticket (SR[protected]) for which the ticket got closed even without getting the problem resolved. The following numbers contacted me saying they will resolve the problem by 16/06/2021 2 P.M but yes, sadly they never kept to their promise.

                            Yes. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. I've spent 3887 Rs. Paid for the 6 months pack. Was excited to use ACT Fibernet from all the wonderful reviews I got from my friends. It's disappointing I had to face these problems. Just leaving a suggestion, I used the ACT Fibernet only half a day and loved the speed but sadly got disconnected the very next day and the poor service from the customer care is really disappointing. If you get the customer service to work efficiently then no one will have to deal with all these problems. Thank you for your time. Expecting the refund as soon as possible.

                              I had discontinued the ACT connection in March 2021 due to covid situation. Every time I raise a refund request for my deposit amount, it will get closed within 5 hours. I call the customer care, the will reopen the ticket and it will get closed soon. I want my money back. It is not easy for us to earn that money. This is happening for most of the people out there who had discontinued the connection and raised a refund request. We want our money back.

                                    Hello,
                                    From the past 10 days I've been trying to submit the shifting application in the app, the whole process is very informative but it shows some error at the end of the process saying "Something went wrong, try after sometime". I'm getting this even when i try this from my old address and my new address.
                                    I tried calling customer care but it's just a bunch of options which is sending me the same link again and again.

                                      Date: 10 june 2021, msg received for account suspension. When called, they said they will disconnect in 24 hrs

                                      Date: 14 june 2021, my ticket closed without my consent ( which is a violation of consumer service). No response from customer care.

                                      Conclusion: SCAM, to generated bills and harass consumer with repeated bill pending messages.
