This is with respect to connection #[protected], we have raised the ticket for shifting of junction box almost 10 days back and still the same is not been done and due to which I have to bear additional rent and poor connectivity issues. With busy schedule and with poor connectivity issues, we had followed up with customer care team multiple time but our efforts are vein and getting lots of stress is added. This pop-up BP and other health issues to me and added lot of frustation. Fiber Act is not giving refund and not allowing to go to other internet service providers as well. Grateful, if you could take action to resolve my issue.
