1) I want to share an unpleasant experience, I had sent an email few days asking for process to deactivate my ACT broadband connection. ACT team dint even try to reach me asking the issue and straight away deactivated my connection !! Though I was asking the process from some other account & not mine !! Is this the way you treat your customers, btw been using your services for 6+ yrs now !!
2) Now I get a notification that ₹150 will be added as reactivation charges on my next bill, totally unfair !! This is your fault and I should not be charged this
3) Many days in a month their service is down, & they take 48hrs min to resolve the issues. But still they will go ahead & bill for entire amount & not pro rata !! When you can levy reconnection charges you should also calculate days when internet is shut down & charge accordingly.
4) Raised many issues on email/twitter, but looks like they don't care anymore.
