    Refund not received in case of double payment.

    On 19th March 5.37 PM i paid for my new connection through PayTM (1280Rs) which said transaction successful but they have not recieved the payment so the agent asked me to pay one more time and this time it went through immediately.     On 21st Feb 2021 - I asked them to please disconnect my connection and refund my money.
    Reason: In a short duration of 2 months i have raised tons of complaint and they are not able to resolve my issues.

    I waited for 10-15days for my refund, but didn't get any.
    Then called them again on 8th march. Customer care said we only process refund if you call us and request for refund.

    This was closed by them on 13th march then called again they reopen and they again closed it. I still didn't receive my money.
    The amount customer care told me is around 3300 rs plus.

    This is clear scam because i m begging for my money since the day i asked for disconnection (21st Feb 2021) but still no luck. I don't have energy to keep calling them for my money.
    They should refund me the money for February month as well because of the pathetic service provided by them.

    I disconnected act connection on 29th of march due to my router issue which purchased from act with 2700/- after a month of my initial connection days .

    In march 2021 month i have faced lots of connection issues, raised a couple of tickets respective to my act...i was paid for 150MBPS pack for year but i used to get speed of ~10mbps later after investigation by your site engineers they where told me that it is router issue. So they took away my C5 tp link router saying "router in warranty will replace the router" on ~26th March 2021 after that they have not replaced my router back. After 4 days of my patience I made disconnection request on 29th march.

    Post after my disconnection:
    Later I spoke to customer care regarding my router and my account balanace. They said you account balance was ~6548/- this will be refunded to your account(for the same account which I paid to yeary pack. After that for the router they said we will refund the router amount as well with the same account ...after some days they said we can't refund but will give you a new C5 router.

    Till today every day I call customer care regarding this issues no resolution found from last 1 month ..i have raised many ACT tickets with help of ACT cutomer care.
    Today after 1month also my two issues are not sorted out, 1> refund of my balance account 2> reversal of my C5 router or refund.

      On October a sales executive from ACT team (Shivu ) checked in our residence to get the new connections done. I requested him to give me some monthly payment plan. But he suggested that Rs 5677 has wonderful offer with six months (till April 19th 2021) validity and a router free. So I agreed. As I point of contact from ACT team he assisted to opt for the plan and assured that he set the right plan. But now I am asked to pay to resume service.

      On Oct 19 though he performed all the steps from payment to selecting plans I asked him to send an email with the details which he did not do and assured that there will be no issue until 6 months. But now while contacting him, there is no proper response. Please have this checked. I am getting SMS stating that account is suspended. When I open a service request they are just closing it without addressing it.

        Disconnect the connection more than a year but i am keep on Getting automated calls. Every time i used select proper option 3. No need. Not required option

        I have raised ticket with act nodal team no use. Keep getting

        Please help me to stop these calls

          Act team didn't refund me my money once I paid for connection they didn't give me connection due to their internal issue.

          The issue was from their end so I requested for refund now I am not getting refund money as well.

            Router refund

            I had terminated my ACT account that I had availed from Feb 2020 to Apr 2020. The ACT team had received my router on 30th Jan 2021 which is Rs 8000 and said I should receive refund in 10 days. So far I have been keep on sending emails and there are lot of SRs raised and 3 of which listed below
            So far no response. Hope they respond sooner.

            This is Hemanth Regala, I referred my cousin Bachala Yashwant for the New Connection with ACT fibernet on Mar 7th 2021, paid the amount Rs: 2121/- on the same day through ACT Mobile APP.

            They promised to provide me with the services within 24 hours.

            We are on Mar 15th 2021, it's been 8 DAYS, none of their team or member came to my house OR at least tried contacting me or my cousin.

            Even my calls got ignored several times when I try to reach their sales executive(who promised the services within 24 hours of time)

            I have been calling their customer care everyday and always they are answering like "Sorry for the delay, we are keeping this request in HIGH and today our technician will get back to you". The same answer I have been hearing for a week now and NO body called me on this request.On top of it they are closing the complaints without my consent.

            I'm very much disappointed with the service, I felt like I was cheated and not sure whether they will provide me with the service.

              Good evening,
              It’s really an awful time to get in touch but no other go.What kind of connection are you providing? All just fake ideas and plans? No proper service nor response from the provider or the service operator!!
              Are we just here to wait for you to send someone? I don’t understand like filed a complaint and they never responded to it.They never came even after responding after hours of calls! They informed that they’d check the problem within an hour but no one showed up! Now all I need is a refund because I’m totally fed up with your network connection which is totally not satisfying.Hope you atleast reply at the earliest.

                  Hi all, after payment also every night at 1:30 am my account is getting suspended automatically.daily I am calling customer care who are supporting only between 7:30am to 12am.
                  We are getting account suspended at 1:30am.whom to contact at that time to resolve the issue.

                    Paid the due amount on 12th Mar 2021 successfully. Still the account is suspended for unknown reasons. Cannot contsct customer care. They say to make the payment first and we can contact. No response from Social media and helpline number as well.

                        1) I want to share an unpleasant experience, I had sent an email few days asking for process to deactivate my ACT broadband connection. ACT team dint even try to reach me asking the issue and straight away deactivated my connection !! Though I was asking the process from some other account & not mine !! Is this the way you treat your customers, btw been using your services for 6+ yrs now !!

                        2) Now I get a notification that ₹150 will be added as reactivation charges on my next bill, totally unfair !! This is your fault and I should not be charged this

                        3) Many days in a month their service is down, & they take 48hrs min to resolve the issues. But still they will go ahead & bill for entire amount & not pro rata !! When you can levy reconnection charges you should also calculate days when internet is shut down & charge accordingly.

                        4) Raised many issues on email/twitter, but looks like they don't care anymore.

                          It's been more than 6 days after doing the payment but still there is no god damn connection done
                          All my work is at stake
                          And the false promises made by the customer care is pathetic
                          Not giving my refund plus not giving the connection
                          Biggest regret getting into this
                          Disgusting service.

                              I have been facing internet outage at my place in Mahadevapura, Bangalore for the last two days.
                              They keep closing the ticket without any confirmation call from their end to check if the issue is resolved. This is ridiculous.
                              They charge an additional amount of Rs. 100 if you fail to pay the bill even by a day past the deadline. But no refunds for two complete days of service outage and impacted office work. I had to be on leave from office. Who is going to compensate me for that?

                              These people are running a scam in broad daylight.

                                I had installed ACT Fibernet and for the past 2 days I am facing problems with a reduction in speed up to 30 MBPS and right now my internet is down I called the representative who had convinced to buy me the ACT fibernet he is not responding, he stated that if within 30 days I disconnect it will be refunded.

                                  Hi!

                                  My name is Ekambaram B. My registered mobile number is [protected]. My user id and account number is[protected]. I have been ACT fibernet customer from past more than 2.5 Years. The services provided by ACT fibernet Chennai customer care is really pathetic. We can really judge the service of a company where the floor manager himself has very bad attitude.

                                  ACT was placed a Junction Box in my Building & given a Internet connection.

                                  On 2nd March 2021 A guy from a Service team of ACT approached me stating he need to take a connection from the junction box. I waited for him for almost 5 hours he didn’t turn up.

                                  After 5 hours a guy from a service team (SIVARAM BALAKRISHNAN EMP NO 26558) approached me & said he need to give a connection to behind street of my house. He said he needs to go to my Terrace to give a connection.

                                  But I told him I can’t allow you to my terrace (No wire is coming from terrace) since we have a garden at the Terrace. HE STARTED SHOUTING with BAD Words & Rude Attitude which triggered me & stopped him.

                                  He said if I am not allowing him to my he will remove my connection with that Junction box. I told him that my connection is active & I am an existing customer is this the behavior you show.

                                  For that he told for me New customer is important than the old & removed the connection with the Junction box. I am informed him that I will cancel the service & will raise a complaint.
                                  He shown his ID Card & told do whatever you do.

                                  I called the customer card on 2nd March 2021 & filled a complaint & requested for cancelation, but they closed the complaint stating cable issue.

                                  Poor Customer support & least bothered of the existing customers.

                                  Till Today (8th March 2021) issue is not addressed by anyone from ACT team.
                                  customer care service was not at all reachable and that us why i had to call Bangalore number and get the nodal officer number and reach him. But still it made no use. My question is that when i dont have services for atleast 10 days in a month then why should i pay the bill for one month service? Also for a service why should i keep calling and following up being a customer. When you people don’t value customer, then neither i value your service. I called in today as well for an update and the status is still same. They were asking for 48 hours ETA. I know that this email will never reach concern team nor it matters to you guys of one customer has deactivated the ACT service. But i will make sure that i put up my experience in social media and blog about this for sure. I will try my level best to make my friends to avoid such pathetic service

                                    I have disconnected the act fibernet on September 2020 itself and requested a refund. But still, now I haven't got the money back. I paid 3564 rs for 6 months plan and used it for just 3 months. they said me that refund has been processed back to your account in September 2020 itself but the money has not been reflected in my bank account. As proof, I have sent them my bank statement from September 2020 to January 2021 and informed the customer care almost more than 20 times but there is no proper response from them. Really I haven't seen the worst customer care response like this ever.
