I have requested for disconnection of the services( account no :[protected], since the services provided / frequent disconnection of internet in peak hours and no service in weekends.
SR[protected] dated 21st Dec -2020 was registered for the same- To disconnect the connection permanently and initiate the refund.
on 23rd Dec, i received an email saying "Dear Customer, your request pertaining to disconnection of service has been addressed as per your discussion with our representative. Thank you. Regards, Team ACT"
Received another email on 23rd Dec

the same day i received a call from multiple people, why i wanted to disconnect, for which i have i told them due to improper service i want to disconnect, they tried to retain me however i have taken another service provider connection, i didnt want to go ahead with Act Fibernet, which i told them clearly.
I recieved another call from accounts department :[protected] a lady- she asked me why i want to disocnnect, i have told the same thing as told to other executives
on 4th Jan 2020, i have called Act Fibernet to check on the status of the refund, i was told the refund initiative has been rejected ( reason they said its not written here)
I have asked them what is the status of the account, i was told the disconnection in temporary, to make it permament disconnection they will raise another request and then refund will be initiated.
SR[protected] - Dated 4th Jan - they have raised the ticket to refund.
I have been Act customer for several years at Hyderabad ( account No :[protected] i have got 5973/- which was excess from hyderabad account after disconnection was transferred to Vizag act fibrenet connection A/c :[protected].
All my problems started after shifting to Vizag and taking Act connection here on 24th Oct 2020
First I had taken 3M subscription, paying them 1797/- a basic silver plan, after using couple of day, i found the internet speed not good as per my requirement, on 24th Nov I have again upgraded my connection thinking speed may be the issue by paying 4794/- upgraded to 6M - Gold plan, however after using for one more month
