I hold account no[protected] of ACT fibernet since October 2019. I had taken ACT Gold Plan and has been paying six months contribution (an amount of approx 5656 INR). I noticed that I am unable to consume as many GB allotted to me and since November 2020, I was trying to reach ACT and my nightmares started since then. They have a useless mobile app which I have downloaded in my registered mobile no [protected]. There is no provision at all to downgrade the present plan and it was not mentioned clearly anywhere in the app. I started getting daily three sms that your payment is over due till 2nd December. I paid 1180 INR which is one month contribution as I was travelling that month away from my place. The sms continued with new song that your account has been deactivated. I paid Rs 4476.92, assuming that 1180+4476.92 will commensurate my 6 months contribution for the gold Plan. Umpteen number of my phone calls to their customer care resulted in listening to the listless recorded messages and pressing buttons which no where address my issue.
I caught hold of the sales engineer who got me this connection and talked to him and he told me that their operations people will be in touch with me. And nobody was in touch with me.
As it is costing me a lot of money, I started using their whats app no. Most useless replies, that to numbered and doesnt address your issue welcomed me.
I started using their email customer care. Result is same. An automated reply and ultimately I had an answer that my plan cannot be down graded. Good. I respect their "business practices".
My problem still starts again, since 1st January they are shooting sms three times daily that my January bill of 1180 is pending. If I donot pay, I shall be disconnected.

A very clever of fooling and leaving the customer in frustration.
