I had paid an amount of 15, 222 rs on Sep 2 2020 for annual plan with router, Due to non availability of router the plan change was not done, and I had requested the refund of 15, 222 Rs. I have already paid Rs 5511 via auto debit for the 6 + 2 months plan on Sep 2 2020 . The receipts were shared in email looping nodal officers and appellate authority .
Your customer care is only opening and closing tickets. And as of Nov 11, 2020 asking me to wait for more time. I have already waited for 2 months.
On October 7 2020, your customer care sent email that refund request SR[protected] is processed but I did not get refund . I have submitted statements and when asked for the transaction number and details from your end on the transaction, I did not get any response
Tired of getting calls and messages mentioning “ Sorry for inconvenience caused”. I am expecting resolution At the earliest .
