I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Broadband Internet
The issue that I have experienced was: I have taken act broadband connection on 26th of October 2020. Initially a customer service executive named Mr. Thamizharasan(Emp No 20288) assigned to handle my request.
As per his advice I have paid the fee and amount for BB connection. As agreed I paid for 3 months plan for which the router is free and installation is 500 Rs extra. The team came for installation only installed the fiber and router they didn't bring. The fiber installation is done on 30th of October. After which I am not able to contact the technical team and Thamizharasan. No proper response from their side.
It occurred on: 26/10/2020
either refund the amount collected towards the connection or come and install the WiFi router.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
