I paid amount in[protected] at 10:46 am. I waited more than 48 hours till now not given any connection. The client response was not good after paying bill . -CAF NO:[protected]

    I had paid for 6 months plan to obtain broadband connection . It's been 5 days still there is no one has called about installation. And no proper response from customer care . Every time when I call them they will say in 24 hrs your complaint will be resolved . But it's been 72 hrs nothing has resolved .

Recently I came to the city and call customer care service, they said that your payment has been lapsed and they demanding to pay 1500 rupees

          I had applied for new connection from ACT Fibernet on 7-Sep, by uploading all required documents and paying the amount for 6 months rental while on call with sales team. However nothing happened till now. I have called multiple times however no use. Two times customer service representatives disconnected the call. I have recordings as well. Sent emails to escalation contacts as well, which is of no use. If they are incapable of providing connection at least they should convey the same and refund the amount.
          As I am using internet services from other service provider, I need my money refunded.

          Forgot to mention, I had sent multiple emails, called multiple time and also user social media, which all are of no use as ACT team is such an unprofessional cheaters. Have 3 funny audio conversations with ACT team in which they may false promises. Tried to attach here, but not allowing audio file.

            I am one of the customers of ACT Fibernet from Hyd. For the past 1 month I have faced multiple net connectivity issues and when I called them for disconnection, they are very ignorant towards the issue and were not responding. Finally when they responded, I got a link where I need to update my Bank account details to process the refund. The issue here is this site is also bogus and no matter how recent the otp might be. It always gives a message that your OTP has expired. This is a very disgusting way to cheating people.

                Hi,

                I discontinued my ACT fibernet broadband, and requested for the refund of money on 28th of October 2020. It's been around 20 days now, however ACT Fibernet has not returned my money.

                Following two ticket for refund were opened, and both are closed now.

                It's unethical to hold the money for so long, and make customer follow-up so much. An outgoing customer must be treated in same way as an existing customer.

                Request help and closure on this matter.

                  I have been trying to get ACT to remove the junction box from my newly purchased house situated at Banaswadi ( Bangalore). Since the box is installed inside our compound backyard we find it very inconvenient and want the box to be removed since in future we will have engineers enter the house premises without our permission and does repair work when someone's internet doesn't work which is illegal. I want the junction box removed from my house to avoid these situations.

                      I am currently out of India and I am unable to access my registered mobile number. I want to reconnect my service as soon as possible and I am asking them to contact [protected] but they still dont understand. How can I enter OTP if my number is not active. Why dont they contact the number I provide them. I have sent multiple emails to them, they send a reference number of my complaint but still no response. I want them to reconnect my services asap as I will be in my place within 24 hours.

                          I don't see any options in the ACT app to downgrade the plan. There is no option to reach the customer service also. Please do the needful. There seems no difference in the speed between 50mbos and 100 Mbps. Please downgrade the plan to Basic.

                            Act fibernet team cheated my money. I had conversation with Act support team and they are mentioned My refund amount is credited into my account at 11/03/2020. But when I checked my statement actually the amount is not credited, and I followed up more than 10 times and got from wait for some days.

                            But actually I waited more than 45 days and still didn't get proper solution for my refund process. I am totally disappointed for Act service and same I have sent queries to "tnfinance.[protected]@incredible.actcorep.in" and there is no response from their side.

                            I don't why they are struggling to refund my amount.

                                  I had paid an amount of 15, 222 rs on Sep 2 2020 for annual plan with router, Due to non availability of router the plan change was not done, and I had requested the refund of 15, 222 Rs. I have already paid Rs 5511 via auto debit for the 6 + 2 months plan on Sep 2 2020 . The receipts were shared in email looping nodal officers and appellate authority .

                                  Your customer care is only opening and closing tickets. And as of Nov 11, 2020 asking me to wait for more time. I have already waited for 2 months.

                                  On October 7 2020, your customer care sent email that refund request SR[protected] is processed but I did not get refund . I have submitted statements and when asked for the transaction number and details from your end on the transaction, I did not get any response

                                  Tired of getting calls and messages mentioning “ Sorry for inconvenience caused”. I am expecting resolution At the earliest .

                                    We were moved to our native place due to COVID 19 in June we now came back to Hyderabad and I checked for my WiFi connection status it got deactivated.Then I called customer care they are saying you have due amount of ₹ 354 of July. They charged it for not using WiFi without informing them. Though I have not used atleast 1kb out of 200 GB plan.

                                    Now customer care executive saying that you should pay due amount of July along with Reconnection charges and you should pay for this month plan to use WiFi.
                                    I am frustrated

                                    Due amount + Reconnection charges + current month plan = better to take a new connection from other ISP

                                      Irene Ellis from Bangalore. Taken act broadband connection in may 2020 after paying Rs. 2157 which includes installation charge, Router charge and advance. The installation person who came connected my old router as he had not brought new router. Inspite of several complaints Act Fibernet has not responded positively but gives only false assurances.
                                      I am regretting having taken Act broadband connection as I am unable to use internet as my old router is defective and I have paid money for a new router to Act Fibernet

                                        Raised a cancellation and refund request in the month on August. Everytime they say we will get a call in 4 hours. No-one has contacted us back to resolve the issue. Need to get a refund of more than 3000rs.
                                        They seem to not care about our hard earned money
