Untill now no one has connected with me and are not responding to calls and messages for its installation.

After the payment the person who has registered is not at all given any information and not replying to messages. (Manoj - [protected])

    Hello,
    I have paid for a 6 month broadband subscription plan on 25-Oct-2020 and I am still waiting for installation to get done.
    I have tried reaching customer care and the support executive multiple times. But every time my call does not get connected or my call is disconnected from the other end.
    I want to cancel the subscription and get a full refund on the subscription amount I have paid.

      I was having network issue since September 2019 and when I raised a complaint a technician came and informed me that router is not working, so I bought a new one(D-Link dir841) and raised a request to check if the router is working and configure it. ACT sends a technician after 15 days(after return policy ended) and says that it is also not working. I gave it to a friend of mine who is an existing ACT customer and my router is working fine. So I raised another complaint and the technician does not even listens to what I say as even he does not understand what the problem is. I again bought 3 new router's(D-Link dir819, D-Link dir615 and tp link Archer C-50) those 3 are also not working for me but are working for others(2 of my friends got new act connection even after listening to my issues with ACT).
      It has been the same for the last 1 year(Applied for deactivation but could not due to covid lockdown). Now the internet goes down for at least 2 hours daily. Customer care numbers are not working, complaints made through ACT app are automatically being closed after 24 hours without any response.

        I have paid for new fiber net connection on 20th October Rs.4306.we cancelled the next day because they said it's not available for our locality have to paid extra 2500 for junction box. But still now we didn't get the refund amount. It has been more than 10days if we are calling they not attend the call.

          I'm from Chennai and have been trying to contact the ACT customer care service since the past 2 days via the numbers provided on the ACT Website for Chennai region. I've also sent mails to the customer care and the Nodal officer regarding the same. There is no answer to the phone calls and there is no response to the mails for the same. I want the connection disconnected as soon as possible.

            I've been trying to terminate my ACT connection (no: ) several times for past 3 months but not able to. All my phone calls and emails are unanswered. So stopped paying bills, which forced them to call me.
            When I reported the problem to the executive who called me. He asked me to pay the due amount and promised that he would terminate the connection once I clear the amount. So, I paid the amount while he was on the call. He said he has disconnected the account and the status will change in a while. It never did. Such frauds!!!

              I had the worst experience with ACT FIbernet. I applied for the new broadband connection and got a call from a salesperson and he said installation will be done definitely after 1 week of payment. After a week, I called the same person and he didn't lift my calls for two days and blocked my number after that. I went to a nearby act office, they said we working on it and assured that installation will be done in two days. Days passed and nothing happed. I had mailed to the helpdesk, contacted customer care but nothing worked out. 25 days passed and I visited the act office for three consecutive days and finally, a group of men reached me and installed a server box and told me that installation will be done in 24 hours. 1 week passed and nothing happened and I went to the ACT office for two consecutive days. Finally, after more than a month from the date of payment, one fine morning a group of men reached my home and started the installation and in a while, they said they forget an instrument and told that they'll come and finish the installation in the evening and left. After an hour or so I got an incoming call from the ACT office and they said it was not possible to provide a broadband connection to my location and told me that they will process my refund in a week. I was shocked, and called the same person again and explained what happened in the morning and he told some non-sense reasons with just a simple sorry. After successfully wasting more than a month of my valuable time they finished it with a simple word. Actually must to mention was the arrogance of their service people. This thing happened on Oct 15th and till now I didn't get my refund. I paid the amount for the new broadband connection through my credit card and paid an amount of 500 as a late fee for that. I want my refund to be processed asap.

                  My wifi is not working since Friday.Despite of their policy of resolving requests within 24hrs, its already been 48hrs and nothing has been resolved.The best part is, when I have raised the issue and generated a ticket no for my issue, they even closed the ticked without resolving it.The ticket no is SR[protected].Since then I have raised numerous complaints but seems to be getting no where.My Act ac no is[protected] and registered mobile no is [protected].The act ac is registered under my friends name.My no is [protected].My email id is veer.[protected]@gmail.com

                    Internet has been down for more than 3 days now and I have raised multiple tickets but no one calls me and updates me on the status neither I get any information from customer care when I call in to check the status. This has turned into an frustrating experience and I am running out of options now. Customer service has taken a toll lately and internet service has taken a huge hit as well. I need immediate help in getting my issue resolved. My open complaint number is SR[protected], act keeps closing tickets without resolving them

                      I'm trying to call Act fibernet customer care from 2 days and there is no answer infact busy as always and there is no option to opt for disconnecting the broadband. I want to disconnect the broadband send your agent home and do it right now or else don't expect the bill to be paid in the coming month. This is pathetic, as you have provided wrong email ID under google reference for the disconnection.

                        I don’t understand how irresponsible someone can be over ones hard earned money?
                        When you take certain responsibility ensure you are served 100% and why do you keep disconnecting the Internet for every 12 hours and take 24 hours of time to resolve this is the 4th time the Internet have been disconnected and I’m unable to use the Internet as I use to do with other service. Iam very clear with ACT Fibernet if you guys keep doing this and the direct line with CSR have also been disconnected so it’s a clear point that if this happens again! i will opt for refund if any thing that’s not addressed or again disconnected intentionally without any crises or major reasons! I myself will have to take a legal action against you to serve justice to my hard earned money!

                          I’m from Chennai i took ACT connection on 28.10.2020 since airtel not providing fibreboard in my area. From the day i took connection my internet is not working and its going to be 3 days and tomorrow 4th day I’m without internet connection.
                          I made constant complaints
                          Through app
                          Through call

                          But no one solved...

                          I had paid in advance for 3 months and I was told that the Router and Modem would be provided free of cost.

                          I was talking to sales associate, Revathi Naidu. She promised that Router and Modem would be provided free of cost.(I have the chat transcript as evidence)

                          On (26-Oct), when the guys came to my place for installation, they said they don't have the modem and router and told me that I am entitled for free Router and Modem.

                          I raised a complaint regarding this and asked your team to refund, if you guys cannot keep up the commitment. From then on, there has no communication from you guys. When I tried calling the customer service, they said it will be resolved within 48 hours (that is 48 hours after I raised the complaint) !

                          I wrote an email to your nodal officer (nodalofficer.[protected]@actcorp.in)

                          From yesterday onwards when I tried reaching your customer care, it says number doesn't exist !! Looks like you have deliberately blocked my number. If that is malicious and unfair business practice. After this, I am really pissed off.

                          Glad that I got to know your quality of customer service even before I took the connection

                            I dont find any information on how to do this. Is this business ethics? Today - 30th Oct, i have cleared all outstanding bills.                               I am using act fibernet past 7 months.it makes more problem for me like lnternet will not work then i call to customer service means they are saying server problem in my area and then to repair that service engineer are coming after 2 days at that time i faced lot of problems
                              i can't able to attend online classes and tests then after i reqested to disconnet my ACT FIBERNET they have disconned then i have also reqested to take junction box in my house but no response.When on installation of ACTFIBERNET they said we will refund your money when you disconnet your ACT FIBERNET they are not refunding and they are charing money for us ...

                                Im in chennai, perungudi.I have act blast promo plan.They claim act blast promo has 150 mbps speed but i get only 30 mbps speed average.They charge so expensively but quality is very poor

                                  I have made a request for New Connection with Enquiry ID:[protected] on[protected] and executive confirmed that connection will be given by[protected] hence payment was made accordingly for the amount of 4845/- [Reference number is #P[protected]] but later i have not received any kind of message or communication regarding the same and i have taken up new connection with other service provider. And i m following up from past 3 months for my refund and no response till now is proper. I have even emailed nodal officer and appetite authority and no reponse on above. What kind of service is this what is the use of these authorities who never listens to customers and mails and standard template for all the emails like below:

                                    I needed a new connection, so I registered for one on 10th Octoer, 2020.I was promised 100% installation at any cost by the person who contacted me. But they will know whether the installation is feasible or not when we register itself. He LIED to me about it that it could me possible and next day calls me up and tells its not possible to install at my place because I stay very close to the transformer and asked me a more of 2k to install which I wasn't aware of. I couldn't afford more cause I already paid Rs.4825 for a 3 month plan hence I asked them for refund. Till now no one has even tried calling me and do the further process. That person has blocked my number. I applied for refund on 11th October 2020.looks like none of them want to refund. I am done waiting, I am a student I really need that money for other purposes. I have written all kinds of mails to all the nodal officers yet no reply. MY account number[protected] .PLEASE HELP ME GET THROUGH THIS
