I had conversation with Act support team and they are mentioned My refund amount is credited into my account at 11/03/2020. But when I checked my statement actually the amount is not credited, and I followed up more than 10 times and got from wait for some days.

But actually I waited more than 45 days and still didn't get proper solution for my refund process. I am totally disappointed for Act service and same I have sent queries to "tnfinance.[protected]@incredible.actcorep.in" and there is no ack from their side.

I need quick resolution for my concern.

    I have done a transaction to ACT Corp on Aug 29, 2020 for a new connection.On my first transaction, I received payment failure from ACT. So I tried second time (which was successful and I got service). But the amount was debited twice and I could see the receipt in my ACT account for both the transactions.They haven't refunded my first transaction amount.I have raised this issue twice to ACT but they closed these without crediting itself.Now I have raised for third time.I have submitted my payment history, bill receipt in all my tickets.In last ticket closure, they mentioned that they have initiated the refund but it's been 10 days, till now I didn't get my refund money.Please assist me with this.

      This is only one month I took connection. From the day one of setting connection, internet automatic disconnection started frequently. It is 5 to 6 times a day. They change the port and wire still issue persists. Almost everyday I had to call in customer number. I was asked by so called supervisor of this area that not to call customer care but to call on his mobile to get the issue resolved. This is a kind of harassment from Act FIBERNET. Frequently there is no internet connection. I have used service of many broad bands. ACT FIBERNET is worst one.
      During selling new connection they show their big reputation to take money from customer for higher plans. Within a month almost every day I had to call them for different issue.

        My mail associated with the Act account is [protected]@yahoo.co.in Please refund our money(rs.2769).we got connection by 4/11/2020..but the problem is the money has been paid twice with different cards in the same phone number.please process the refund as soon as possible.I have already contacted ACT staffs .there is no proper reply.we paid 2769rs twice by mistake.The bank by which we paid are State Bank of India and Standard chartered Bank. and name:K PREM KUMAR..you closed complaint the ticket before even resolving it..please refund its urgent.. when i spoke to Act officer they are saying that they received payment only once but i have proof of paying it twice..refer the picture attached.

              I have paid 3841 to the ACT fibernet (BilldeskActTV) and the Act agent said this hasn't been received though the transaction is successful and i am attaching the screenshot of Successful Payment here .

              Act Agent asked me to pay again using Debit Card Details .

              So I have paid 3841 Once again .Act Agent said the money is reversed in 3-4 working Days.

              Now its been 15 days and I didn't receive any refund .

              I Have raised ticket with them SR[protected] for the same .They simply closed it and I have reopened 3 times as of now.

              I want my hard earned money Back .

                There was one refund of Rs 4013 initiated from ACT on 5th May 2020 with respect to the ACT Connection[protected].

                This has not been credited to my account. Since May2020, I am following up with ACT and not getting proper response. They have given me the Cheque number A[protected] to do follow up with my Bank but they have also denied on receiving this money at their end. So where it got stuck?

                I was looking forward for this answer since May but ACT is not even bothering to call me and discuss. Every time I raised the request in the morning, they close it in the evening without discussing with me. Very unprofessional behavior it is, Even Nodal officer is there in the email but they don't bother.

                When I started emailing them, they started mentioning about the refund policies which is totally irrelevant. I am regularly requesting them to call me for proper discussion but nobody calls.

                Every time helpdesk team mention that billing team will call me but nobody calls.

                I got message that my refund is initiated and it will be credited in 7 days...but it is now 5 months and no credit happened.

                I also moved to my hometown and I request them to discontinue my subscription. They told me that there will be no charges and remaining amount (Rs 2999) will be refunded. But they had charged for WIFI router ...which was free when I opted for subscription. If they would have told me about this, instead of discontinuing the plan I would have paused it. You can't just deduct the money without discussing with Customer.

                I am now frustrated and irritated with the unprofessionalism of ACT Fibernet, hence raising complaint here to get some help.

                I would request ACT to refund my money - Rs 4103 which was initiated on 5th May and Rs 2999 on 7th Oct for cancelling my subscription. Also request Billing team to call me

                  I raised a relocation request in June and after so much of followup the connection was relocated on 14th October and was disconnected on 15th October. The account remained inactive from June but invoice was raised from September. I was able to use the internet for only one day but the invoice was raised for 2 months. I had been trying to connect with support from 16th Oct but none of them are providing a proper solution.
                  I am not able to raise a support ticket from ACT portal/Mobile app as it asks to pay the invoice to raise a support query.
                  Everyday ACT executives are calling and asking me to pay the amount raised for the inactive months, when I tell them my issue they say invoice would be revised in 24 hours but the next day a different executive calls and repeats the same.
                  None of the executives are able to revise the invoice from the past 20 days.really frustrating.

                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Broadband Internet

                    The issue that I have experienced was: I have taken act broadband connection on 26th of October 2020. Initially a customer service executive named Mr. Thamizharasan(Emp No 20288) assigned to handle my request.

                    As per his advice I have paid the fee and amount for BB connection. As agreed I paid for 3 months plan for which the router is free and installation is 500 Rs extra. The team came for installation only installed the fiber and router they didn't bring. The fiber installation is done on 30th of October. After which I am not able to contact the technical team and Thamizharasan. No proper response from their side.

                    It occurred on: 26/10/2020

                    either refund the amount collected towards the connection or come and install the WiFi router.

                    I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                      Just took act fiber internet connection a month ago. Since 3 days facing issue and internet is not working, h've been calling the customer service twice a day but no proper response from the executive. We were told that concern will be resolved in 24 hours but 48 hours is done still the concern is pending and no executive is calling us back.

                          Hi i have been using Act Fiber net connection for the past 4 years and recently I have moved to new house and requested to shift the connection to a New address in Gajularamaram on Oct 22nd 2020. Even after almost a week follow up the support team doesn't provide any resolution and asks us to wait for 24 hours every day. We have been following up for the past 7 days and still there is no resolution and we have already took an annual package with Act.

                          This isn't first time i have been experiencing such delay. Even in the past whenever the internet is not working, they will take almost 7 days or more to resolve after continuous follow up every day for two to three times.

                          The Customer support team is terrible . They don't have technician details nor the way to reach them.

                            I paid my act fibernet bill on 16th October for 4 times it showed failed for first 3 times and payment was successful at the 4th time. But the amount was debited all the 4 times and started reflection on my act account. I called the customer care on 16th itself and informed about the incident and they told that they will refund my amount. They told that finance team will do u call back never received call from them. Still now I didn't receive my refund and customer care response is rude and worst.

                              They charged me 4241 INR for a 6 month connection. But in the first 20 days there was no internet for nearly 10 days. I had to make numerous calls and emails but to no avail. They would put me on hold, promise me ticket is escalated but in the end there was no service provided. All complaints made to the appellate authority of Act also went ignored. So I asked them if they are not capable of providing regular service they should refund. They agreed to refund but it is 21 days since and I have not received a single penny. Customer Care agrees they are unable to provide service so why are they holding on to my money?
                              I have not faced such harassment from anyone so far and it affected my work so much I am into anxiety medication now.
                              I have recorded the fraudulent way they set their apparatus that every consumer gets a disconnect twice or thrice a month and loses internet for nearly 4 to 5 days a month. They made me give my bank details thrice already to refund me my amount but I have not received the refund. Their advice says the refund should reach my bank in 7 working days and that has not happened. In all their advices on phone, in person or via email they have only lied, cheated and defrauded me of my money, my time and my health. Please help.

                              I took a video of the poor infrastructure that ACT maintains in most apartment complexes. The junction boxes are open to abuse and the agents just keep swapping the non working ones with somebody else's. When you ask them they just shrug it off. So from that you can gauge that every body gets NO internet for 4 to 5 days a month. 2 days for being swapped. 3 days for following up with numerous calls and emails. This is the kind of Fraud Atria Convergence is indulging in and needs to be brought to light.

                              It is like harassment. I have received calls from 6 people since Friday asking me to reconnect. I was told I will get a refund then why am I being hounded by ACT people? Is this a new tactic to not pay me back my money. Kindly stop harassing me.

                              Kindly ask them to stop doing this.
                              First I do not get service as promised.
                              Then when I asked for Refund, I was asked to share Bank details THRICE already.
                              Every time i get assurance on phone and email and sms that it will be paid in 5-7 working days.
                              This is the THIRD TIME, 2nd after raising it on consumer forum where their agents said they will look into the matter.

                              Then they constantly call me asking me to take the complaint back but cannot assure of 100% service.

                              Still after more than a month, there is NO REFUND.
                              And complete silence. See their last email about payment. Please add it as evidence.

                                  I am using ACT Broadband and having issues since 1st Nov evening. Raised complaint in Whatsapp, called customer support numbers (two numbers does not work), sent email numerous times. Still i get an irritating auto reply and the same with Customer support. They have default answers that switch is down and technician will get back to us.

                                      Hello,
                                      I have paid for a 6 month broadband subscription plan on 25-Oct-2020 and I am still waiting for installation to get done.
                                      I have tried reaching customer care and the support executive multiple times. But every time my call does not get connected or my call is disconnected from the other end.

                                        I was having network issue since September 2019 and when I raised a complaint a technician came and informed me that router is not working, so I bought a new one(D-Link dir841) and raised a request to check if the router is working and configure it. ACT sends a technician after 15 days(after return policy ended) and says that it is also not working. I gave it to a friend of mine who is an existing ACT customer and my router is working fine. So I raised another complaint and the technician does not even listens to what I say as even he does not understand what the problem is. I again bought 3 new router's(D-Link dir819, D-Link dir615 and tp link Archer C-50) those 3 are also not working for me but are working for others(2 of my friends got new act connection even after listening to my issues with ACT).
                                        It has been the same for the last 1 year(Applied for deactivation but could not due to covid lockdown). Now the internet goes down for at least 2 hours daily. Customer care numbers are not working, complaints made through ACT app are automatically being closed after 24 hours without any response.
