      I have registered for new connection and the sales guy called me and reached my place immediately, without knowing availability he forced me for 6month plan (ACT Fibernet Account No[protected]. Promised me that on the same day set up will done.
      which did not happen. when i consulted with near by people they told me ACT is not available at my place. I applied for the refund on 18th NOV 2020, after six days ACT raised refund service ticket (SR[protected]) on 24 th Nov 2020, It has been two weeks and still i did not receive the refund.

        I had paid Rs.3841 to actfibernet via net banking to install new act fibernet broadband connection.That day the executive told that there’s a termination switch box near my house so it’s easy for them to install broadband without any difficulty. The next day when they came to fit the connection they told me that there’s no termination switch box near my house and they have to install the box first for which they have to make many holes in the wall and drill at so many places .But my house owner didn’t allow to do that so I told them to cancel my order and refund my money . Person who had come for installation agreed to it and he told me that he has initiated the refund process. But the money didn’t get credited to my account even after so many days . I don’t know what to do now

          The internet connectivity to my account is getting disrupted frequently and not working as per our requirement .We are facing huge amounts humiliation and embarrassment due to non-performance of ACT broadband from my company. You customer service is pathetic and is a non-accessible and non-performing function within ACT organization. We had an outage for 5 to 6 days .We have logged a service request through the ACT app . Kindly look into our last open request and at least have the courtesy to call back on the status of resolution. We understand that ACT unable to scale up to customer demands and will have to rethink on changing the service provider for sure.

            I am trying to reach to customer care, but I was kept on-hold for longer time which frustrates me.

            It's 8th Dec, I haven't received any call from the ACT team for the disconnection.

We are facing huge amounts of business losses, humiliation and embarrassment due to non-performance of ACT broadband. You customer service is pathetic and is a non-accessible and non-performing function within ACT organization. We have logged a service request through the ACT app again beautifully designed for a non-performing company. Kindly look into our last open request SR [protected] and at least have the courtesy to call back on the status of resolution.                     This is to bring to your notice that despite of raising a request with ACT Fibernet customer care executive in order to cancel my subscription towards Sony LIV app, I've been charged for monthly charges. I request you to kindly cancel my subscription of Sony LIV and refund the charged amount. I have tried deactivating the subscription from app but as I've subscribed from the ACT Fibernet app it needs to be cancelled from the same. Please do the needful at the earliest possible.

                      ACT service has become the WORST. My internet has not been working since 29/11/2020. I had raised a complaint/ support request on the next morning. It’s been 5 days since then and I’ve called their customer support ~ 15 times, sent them public and private messages on their Twitter handles and also sent an email to their help desk. No service engineer has showed up but somehow they manage to be very prompt in sending us the bills for the upcoming months and promotional content. I’ve been sent my bill for dec-2020 but I would not pay it as I haven’t received the service yet.

                      Attaching my service ticket number. I expect this to be resolved today else I’m just gonna choose to disconnect this ACT network.

                      I reached out to the nodal officer and also the disconnection team. The engineers came and also fixed the issue.

                        I have disconnected the connection in the beginning of November because there is no shifting privilege for Act in the place I currently stay. I have paid 6months amount in advance in August. I was promised the refund but have not received anything. There is no reply to my mails regarding the refund.

                          They are not disconnecting my connection . It is a prepaid account and they are unnecessarily charging me and creating due amount . I am not interested in their connection anymore. How could they create a bill for a prepaid account .

                            I have taken the ACT broadband connection in the 1st week of September 2020. I have initiated shifting request on 17th Nov 2020.

                            Act team visited the new house on 21st Nov and since there was no permission to drill the wall for the new 8 port box, they went back. On 23rd, when I spoke to Mr. Kiran Kumar, he told Retention team will get back which is a lie, no one got back.

                            On 23rd, in my neighbour's building, I saw one Act box was already present and I have taken permission from them to install another new box in that building and updated this over customer care.

                            From 23rd Nov, I have called and requested Customer care around 10-15 times and they say they will send the technician for installation. But, Mr. Kiran Kumar who is the in charge for my relocation is not at all picking my phone calls even though I am trying 20-30 times from 1 week and no one from Act team is responding. I am totally helpless without the Broadband connection and I need to Work from home.

                                  We are trying to relocate our broadband connection. We are trying to apply multiple times, but "SOMETHING WENT WRONG" is the answer we get.
                                  Please find the screenshots attached.

                                  We need it as early as possible as we have to stay at home to work for many days. Mobile Network is very weak which results in weak mobile data connection.

                                  Please consider it asap and resolve the issue.

                                    I am using ACT Broadband and having issues since 24 Nov evening. Raised complaint in Act application, called customer support numbers, sent email. Still i get an irritating auto reply and the same with Customer support. They have default answers that switch is down and technician will get back to us.

                                    After long fixed the issue on 2-12-20 10 pm Issue present in fiber cable join from back of act switch. I don't know way this guys tekan that much time to fix.

                                        I had raised query regarding the power discount which I have not received for complete duration.

                                        Since I am using since 33 months, I have received power discount waive off for 12 months and yet to receive for 21 months.

                                        Also I have raised request multiple times and this has been ignored and waiver of ZERO is paid.

                                        Please be transparent with customers and don't cheat people with improper service and guidance.
