I’m from Chennai i took ACT connection on 28.10.2020 since airtel not providing fibreboard in my area. From the day i took connection my internet is not working and its going to be 3 days and tomorrow 4th day I’m without internet connection.
I made constant complaints
Through app
Through call
Through email to appellate.[protected]@actcorp.in
But no one solved...

I had paid in advance for 3 months and I was told that the Router and Modem would be provided free of cost.

I was talking to sales associate, Revathi Naidu. She promised that Router and Modem would be provided free of cost.(I have the chat transcript as evidence)

On (26-Oct), when the guys came to my place for installation, they said they don't have the modem and router and told me that I am entitled for free Router and Modem.

I raised a complaint regarding this and asked your team to refund, if you guys cannot keep up the commitment. From then on, there has no communication from you guys. When I tried calling the customer service, they said it will be resolved within 48 hours (that is 48 hours after I raised the complaint) !

I wrote an email to your nodal officer (nodalofficer.[protected]@actcorp.in)

From yesterday onwards when I tried reaching your customer care, it says number doesn't exist !! Looks like you have deliberately blocked my number. If that is malicious and unfair business practice. After this, I am really pissed off.

Glad that I got to know your quality of customer service even before I took the connection

    I want to disconnect the service for [protected]
    I dont find any information on how to do this. Is this business ethics? Today - 30th Oct, i have cleared all outstanding bills. I want to stop your billing and need confirmation from your official capacity or else i have to initiate legal action for not providing information on how to disconnect

      I am using act fibernet past 7 months.it makes more problem for me like lnternet will not work then i call to customer service means they are saying server problem in my area and then to repair that service engineer are coming after 2 days at that time i faced lot of problems
      i can't able to attend online classes and tests then after i reqested to disconnet my ACT FIBERNET they have disconned then i have also reqested to take junction box in my house but no response.When on installation of ACTFIBERNET they said we will refund your money when you disconnet your ACT FIBERNET they are not refunding and they are charing money for us ...

        Im in chennai, perungudi.I have act blast promo plan.They claim act blast promo has 150 mbps speed but i get only 30 mbps speed average.They charge so expensively but quality is very poor

          I have made a request for New Connection with Enquiry ID:[protected] on[protected] and executive confirmed that connection will be given by[protected] hence payment was made accordingly for the amount of 4845/- [Reference number is #P[protected]] but later i have not received any kind of message or communication regarding the same and i have taken up new connection with other service provider. And i m following up from past 3 months for my refund and no response till now is proper. I have even emailed nodal officer and appetite authority and no reponse on above. What kind of service is this what is the use of these authorities who never listens to customers and mails and standard template for all the emails like below:

          We are in receipt of your email, regarding the Installation.

          We have gone through your account and we observe that there are challenges in the installation process.

            I needed a new connection, so I registered for one on 10th Octoer, 2020.I was promised 100% installation at any cost by the person who contacted me. But they will know whether the installation is feasible or not when we register itself. He LIED to me about it that it could me possible and next day calls me up and tells its not possible to install at my place because I stay very close to the transformer and asked me a more of 2k to install which I wasn't aware of. I couldn't afford more cause I already paid Rs.4825 for a 3 month plan hence I asked them for refund. Till now no one has even tried calling me and do the further process. That person has blocked my number. I applied for refund on 11th October 2020.looks like none of them want to refund. I am done waiting, I am a student I really need that money for other purposes. I have written all kinds of mails to all the nodal officers yet no reply. MY account number[protected] .PLEASE HELP ME GET THROUGH THIS

                Every week my internet is not working and actfiber team is not responding and they are not recieving calls now from 8 days i don't have internet and the manager of mehdipatnam area whose name is santosh when i called him he talked very rudely and now he is not responding. So almost 15 days every month I don't have internet .My account number is[protected]. I need refund for this month i.e, October 2020 as I did'nt had internet for almost whole month and still it's not resolved and no one is responding to my raised ticket which is SR[protected] and take neccesary action towards whoever is responsible for Ayodhya nagar Colony Mehdipatnam area.

                    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Act Fibernet

                    The issue that I have experienced was:
                    I have taken a act fibernet new connection. I paid total amount Rs. 4544.18 for 6 months duration. I had paid on 17.10.2020. But till now the connection process has not done i have been calling to customer care but they are not responding properly. They are saying that we are working on your issue it will be done please give me some time.

                    I want wifi connection ASAP. Its too delay please resolve my problem. In case it will not resolved, i want my amount back refund the amount.

                        I applied for new connection, but later refused to get one, prior to installation of my internet. I paid Rs 5657 in advance on 29th August for three months plan, till now I haven't received my refund back. I have been constantly mailing them, and in conversation with their support team, but none of them is useful.
                        Mail which i got from them, when i made the payment :

                            I paid 5/10/20 for new connection and at 10/10/20, i created a refund request because of no proper response from the girl who made me to pay.
                            I called several times to customer care and each time i am calling, each one is telling different thing.please confirm that i get my money within one day as per your policy.
                            Installation is not feasible in my area thats why i am asking for refund.you people mentioned that within 15 days you will refund, but customer care person told again i need to wait 15days.please refund my money within one day.                               I have subscribed to act fibrenet Recently and paid online. They said they will connect the internet but they did not. They came once to check and did not come for seven days. So finally I said them to refund but they have not yet refunded. How fraud can you get? They don't have proper customer services and their representatives can't pick the call. I'm one step closer to file a proper customer complaint legally.

                                I paid money on 5/10/2020 and they said there is no feasibility, so i asked for refund on 10/10/2020 still i didnt get my money.several times i called, the lady who made me to pay is not taking my call and she is not responding properly.i called to customer care several times and each time, they are saying different thing.i am very much frustrated because you ACT fibernet.please refund my money soon.                                   Internet is not working from 22/10, 11AM.
                                  Raised Sr for more 24hrs and it going to be 2days now with out service.. Still not received any response from the team. There is no mode or process to escalate the ticket in app.
                                  Worst customer service provided.

                                  This has impacted two days of work and caused loss of pay.

Even after 10 days they couldn’t able to resolve the issue so I raised for cancellation and request for refund. It’s been 3 weeks still no response and haven’t received the refund.                                       I have opted ACT services in the month of Feb 2019 with 6 months plan + Wifi router, I have been using ACT services till April this year (2020) In the month of March this year again I paid 8206/- for 6 months plan but due to Pandemic I moved to my Native and placed the disconnection request.

                                      In the refund amount, I got just 4200/-, for this I called customer care and got the response since I have not returned the router hence remaining amount is not given.

                                      I feel it is unfair, I had taken the WIFI router last year march and had been using ACT till this year April which comes around 14 months, So I have completed the 6month tenure when I opted for the service for the very first time then again I have been using your services till April this year.

                                      Please look into the issue and provide the solution as soon as possible.

                                      Without refunding money, tickets are getting closed, this is the 6th time it happened.

                                      I had taken the connection in Bangalore, I have mentioned the mobile number already, I feel it is sufficient to fetch all my details with that.
