I have called ACT customer care multiple times and i didn't find the issue resolved till my bill due date[protected]
I was not using the internet from 6th May 2020 till 30th September 2020, and having an assumption that the bill wont get generated in May month, I didn't pay the bill in May. But later after the call from customer care, i have paid the amount by June month and conveyed to the customer care who called me that i won't be using the internet for next 5 to 6 months, so they asked me to disconnect the connection and i have placed a disconnection request then and there. Later in July month my bill got generated for 1200Rs and still i am able to see the same amount in my outstanding, which is charged without using the internet and even prior information to disconnect. So I called customer care multiple times in the last 2 weeks and told the same and the dispute on the billing is not yet resolved.
As the bill is charged for not using the internet and even after my disconnection request, i am not ready to pay the amount.
I have called the customer care in august month and informed the same and then had conveyed them that i wont be paying the amount as it is charged for no usage and even after the disconnection request is placed.
During these lock down days, i was away from Chennai and was not using the internet and ACT is charging me the amount for not using the internet and even after my wavier request, the amount is not wavered off.
ACT Fibernet customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Shivas t.k Its been 4 working days and the issue is not resolved yet, I got 2 calls from customer team and in the last call, they advised me to send a mail to retention team to get a call back and I have done it by 21st October 2020 and till now I didn't receive any call back from retention team and Its really a worst service provided by ACT

Updated by Shivas t.k Till today, there is not response from the retention team on my e-mail and the issue is not yet resolved and still not aware, why ACT is dragging this for these many days.
