The issue that I have experienced was: I'm getting high packet loss from 7-12 pm every night since 13 September (installation date)

I like to play online fps games but due to high packet loss my game lags a bit and my actions in-game doesn't match with the game server due to packet loss and whenever I made a complaint regarding this issues I have been told to wait for 24 hr and most of the tech support don't know what is packet loss and one of your back end team member told me that our network is working good, they put all the blame on the "GAMING APPS" and when I ask how "GAMING APPS" server have this issue just for me they have no answer for that, I already told them that I can prove you guys wrong they took that on their ego and told me that we will not fix that issues. mostly every game uses their own server or AWS (Amazon Web Services), and this problem only comes when I use your network, jio hotspot don't cause any packet loss, jio broadband doesn't have this problem and airtel as well and this problem of packet loss only occur from 7 pm to 12 pm every night.

I want my issues to be resolve as soon as possible and please teach your tech support about packet loss, if you guys can't fix the issues I want a refund.

    We have activated the broadband service of Act since March.They do not have a working helpline, the numbers aren't working, no coordination, the app doesn't allow to raise another ticket and takes days to resolve the issue. No broadband since 3 days, no one to address the issue. This is ridiculous from a consumer who's been charged a lot but service isn't being received yet payment needs to be done. We haven't received any reply until now. There's not enough staff to address technical issues, very unreliable service.

      We have been following and calling up ACT team, No one is taking a responsibility to solve this issue from past 5 days.
      No technically skilled person to provide a solution till date.
      Worst Customer Service Ever.
      After writing an email as well no one responded.

      Everyday we are calling them, wasting our time in getting a solution from them.

      Best part is on the 4th day when i called customer care he closed the case and opened a new one without providing a solution or information.

      Not worthy wasting your time on them.

        Had requested for New connection & made the Payment of 5000rs but due to technical reason from ACT company did not get the connection even after 4 months. there were lot of reasons given by the executives & finally they are not responding to the calls & messages.
        When the refund was requested, there were again some reasons from Executive & refund was not made. Also i have been highlighting the issue to the company through helpline Mail ID but there is no resolution provided & refund is not processed. Its been 8 months now chasing for the refund.
        Please help on this.
        I have Payment receipts made in Google Pay, Mail copy, Messages & Call recordings as proof.
        I could only attach Payment Receipt. Please send a mail so that i will provide the Chat History, Mails related to the issue

          Hi, i have done the payment for ACT Fibernet Installation and the team responded that it would be done within 3 to 4 working days which is already done.

          After immense followup, i have finally got the router yesterday night and the technician said it would just take 30 min to 1 hour max for activation from the backend and then he would guide me the rest of the process. I think it is very important to have trust and faith on the service provider which i am losing even before the service has started.

          I strongly request to please get this sorted. My mobile number under which the connection is claimed is[protected]. I hope i dont have to disconnet from ACT for the reason of delayed activation.

              I have internet connection issue for every 5 days and the issue will not get resolved at all

              My internet is not working from last 4 days and there is no action taken though the ticket is open .the worst broadband network I have ever seen

                I have called ACT customer care multiple times and i didn't find the issue resolved till my bill due date[protected]

                I was not using the internet from 6th May 2020 till 30th September 2020, and having an assumption that the bill wont get generated in May month, I didn't pay the bill in May. But later after the call from customer care, i have paid the amount by June month and conveyed to the customer care who called me that i won't be using the internet for next 5 to 6 months, so they asked me to disconnect the connection and i have placed a disconnection request then and there. Later in July month my bill got generated for 1200Rs and still i am able to see the same amount in my outstanding, which is charged without using the internet and even prior information to disconnect. So I called customer care multiple times in the last 2 weeks and told the same and the dispute on the billing is not yet resolved.
                As the bill is charged for not using the internet and even after my disconnection request, i am not ready to pay the amount.

                I have called the customer care in august month and informed the same and then had conveyed them that i wont be paying the amount as it is charged for no usage and even after the disconnection request is placed.

                During these lock down days, i was away from Chennai and was not using the internet and ACT is charging me the amount for not using the internet and even after my wavier request, the amount is not wavered off.

                Its been 4 working days and the issue is not resolved yet, I got 2 calls from customer team and in the last call, they advised me to send a mail to retention team to get a call back and I have done it by 21st October 2020 and till now I didn't receive any call back from retention team and Its really a worst service provided by ACT

                  Extremely poor and unacceptable response from ACT.
                  How many people's money are you stealing Nodal Officer Mr. Shreyas Bangera?

                  I have paid Rs:7682 towards ACT Fibernet Account No[protected] on 02/10/2020 i.e. 10th October.
                  Since then there has been absolutely no response to set up the connection.
                  So, I applied for a refund request. Request number- SR[protected].

                  Each time I call the customer service number, they ask for 7 days. And the 7 days after that 7 more days.
                  This is unacceptable behaviour from ACT and they are giving lame excuses to not refund the money on time.

                  I have been promised refund in 7 days (on email). And I have not received it yet. Please refund my money.
                  It's my hard earned money.

                    it 's been over 2 months the connect was suspended and as promised by ACT my deposit amount is not refunded yet and trying to reach out customer care, there is no response, customer number [protected] .

                          I am a old customer of ACT fibernet, I got a reconnection offer of 2 months extra subscription if I pay for 6 months plan. So, I took the connection and used for 6 months till now, my internet is disconnected now saying my plan validity is over. I am contacting the ACT fibernet team to solve the issue from 10 days but they didn't resolve the issue. I am working from home, now facing internet issue because of this. They added one month amount to my account and asking me to pay remaining 5 months amount to reactivate my internet connection. This is pathetic.
                          They are not providing the service for free, we are paying money for their service. Giving false offers and suffering the customers like this is not acceptable.

                              I took a new connection on 12th Oct opting for Blast Promo 6m+2m plan suggested by your sales person as I had my own router. However when the service engineer came for installation he found the router not capable to handle 150 mbps. Then I reached out to your customer care asking for a router with same plan where router is offered in 6m+1m+router plan however they changed the pan as basic and for 12 months and sent a bill for additional 4k. I called your customer care multiple times to cancel the wrong request but still it got processed. On 14th Oct I went ahead and raised a request for cancelling the connection completely where I got a call back in 2 hours and promised router and plan change to 6m+1M+router within 24 hours but its been more than 48 hours now without a resolution. If you can keep up the promise then better don't commit. Poor customer service. Please process cancellation of my connection and provide refund !!!

                                I have been using their broadband service for the past 6 months and they're increasing my usage every month by 5% even though it is same. Initially I had an FUP of 300GB and was left with 10GB before the month ended the next month I ended up using 10GB extra. So I purchased 10GB and used it. The next month I somehow exhausted 300 GB a week before the month ended. So I had to take 50GB extra again and later upgraded the FUP to 500 GB this month. Now in just 16 days it's showing I've used 350 GB of data which is the what I used for the entire last month. The funny thing is we had a power loss and then switch failure yesterday due to heavy rains in Hyderabad and still they show me using 3GB of data.
                                The usage increases by 10% every month even though it is the same routine I've been following.
                                I need refund of all the additional amounts I've paid and this scam to be stopped immediately.

                                  Applied for new connection and made payment also but did not receive any service for ACT in terms of installing and activating it. I have been calling them for the past one week they are not answering my call most of the time while giving false assurances some time of getting it done

                                    I am was a local act fiber net associated customer until they showed their true colors full of lies. My customer ID is[protected] and from past 5 days I am unable to use internet as ACT fiber net has made a promise to cheat customers with an advance payment of 6 months. There is no such thing of refund available from their side. Pathetic service and pathetic customer support.

                                      Dear Team

                                      This is with reference to my call to your customer support team yesterday, where I had already explained the delay response from the local Act team.

                                      Re-writing here the list of event occurred for your ready reference :

                                      1. Day one - 08/10/20 - we decided to take ACT broadband & paid online. The same day your executive Mr. Pratap (+91 [protected]) visited us and advised us to take a 6 month plan with free router & installation & requested for a differential amount. We asked him to go ahead & collect the cash after installation.

                                      2. Day 2 - 09/10/20 - A different team visited our home & did the partial installation (without router) & informed a different team will install the router. We called Mr. Pratap for the router status, he insisted on making the payment & intimated that router will be installed after payment. We did payment to the account provided by him. The day passed.

                                      3. Day 3 -10/10/20 - Mr. Pratap informed that the router will be installed after payment confirmation & requested us to wait for his call back. No call back received.

                                      4. Day 4 - 11/10/20 - It was intimated that the installation will be done next day. No further communication.

                                      5. Day 5 - 12/10/20 - We called Mr. Pratap for status, he requested to wait & he shall revert back with the status as he is waiting for the mail confirmation from HO. Again no call back

                                      6. Day 6 - 13/10/20 - Again the same things repeated, he was still waiting for the HO mail confirmation. He assured that installation will be done today / tomorrow morning max. Assured us to revert with the exact status. Again no call back ( as expected)

                                      7. Day 7 - 14/10/20 - We called him in the morning & asked for the status, he assured us that installation will be done before the day ends. We also called the customer care & intimated the status. As expected nothing happened nor we received any call back. We tried calling Mr. Pratap but the call went unanswered. Texted Him to cancel the order, no further communication will be entertained.

                                      8. Day - 15/10/20 - Today
                                      Now we request you to kindly cancel my orders & refund the amount immediately. We will look for some alternate option.
                                      Our experience with the ACT & Team is horrible
                                      No timely response. Lots o[censored]nfulfilled promises.

                                        I paid an amount of Rs. 2, 031 for 3 months broad band connection on 7-10-20. I was told that the service will be reconnected in 48 hours. But it was not happened. I called on 10th, 12th and 14 th to the call center. Every time it was told that, there is no port but we can extend the connection in 24 hours. But this was also not done. No call from any body from ACT. Every time i have to wait min. 30 min. to get the ACT call center. Which kills my time.

                                        I reqeusted the call center to escalate the call. He said it need one hour. I asked him to cancel my request and refund the money.
