This is with reference to my call to your customer support team yesterday, where I had already explained the delay response from the local Act team.
Re-writing here the list of event occurred for your ready reference :
1. Day one - 08/10/20 - we decided to take ACT broadband & paid online. The same day your executive Mr. Pratap (+91 [protected]) visited us and advised us to take a 6 month plan with free router & installation & requested for a differential amount. We asked him to go ahead & collect the cash after installation.
2. Day 2 - 09/10/20 - A different team visited our home & did the partial installation (without router) & informed a different team will install the router. We called Mr. Pratap for the router status, he insisted on making the payment & intimated that router will be installed after payment. We did payment to the account provided by him. The day passed.
3. Day 3 -10/10/20 - Mr. Pratap informed that the router will be installed after payment confirmation & requested us to wait for his call back. No call back received.
4. Day 4 - 11/10/20 - It was intimated that the installation will be done next day. No further communication.
5. Day 5 - 12/10/20 - We called Mr. Pratap for status, he requested to wait & he shall revert back with the status as he is waiting for the mail confirmation from HO. Again no call back
6. Day 6 - 13/10/20 - Again the same things repeated, he was still waiting for the HO mail confirmation. He assured that installation will be done today / tomorrow morning max. Assured us to revert with the exact status. Again no call back ( as expected)
7. Day 7 - 14/10/20 - We called him in the morning & asked for the status, he assured us that installation will be done before the day ends. We also called the customer care & intimated the status. As expected nothing happened nor we received any call back. We tried calling Mr. Pratap but the call went unanswered. Texted Him to cancel the order, no further communication will be entertained.
8. Day - 15/10/20 - Today
Now we request you to kindly cancel my orders & refund the amount immediately. We will look for some alternate option.
Our experience with the ACT & Team is horrible
No timely response. Lots o[censored]nfulfilled promises.
