Hi,
I have raised a request for downgrade of my plan on oct 7th. It was supposed to be resolved by oct 9th. Its oct 10th and still no resolution. Request num SR[protected]. Worst service ever. I am using act from past 4 to 5 years. This is the worst experience.

    I asked for a new internet connection from ACT fiberner, the executive name Balaji (contact no. [protected]), called me regarding the plan details and shared me the links to pay money before installation. I said him that i will pay the money after installation, but he forced and promised me that he be doing internet connection by the next day without fail, then i belived him and paid money. Then for 3 days he gave me somany resons for installation, on 5th day i called him regarding the connection he said me that there is not port options to give internet connection so we cant do it. At the starting he said me that there is available to give me connection.
    And now he already wasted my 5 days of time and now i asked for my refund. He speaking harshly and it will take time to refund my money.

      Even after calling multiple times to the support, my issue isn't yet resolved for [protected].

      Firstly they closed my connection without intimation, that too, 6 days after recharging the account.

      Now, they are not refunding installation charges (1500 INR) even after returning router and submitting bank details already before a month.

        I have made payment of Rs:7682 for 6 months of ACT Blaze on 02/10/2020.

        It has been over a week after payment was made- but there has been no contact. Hence I would like to not go with the connection and request a refund.

          Hello,
          I selected internet services for 6months. But the bill generated doesn't say that it was purchased me. i.e. My name was not mentioned in the bill and also the plan and period of time. Can I get a bill with following constraints:
          1)Customer name (Me)
          2) Vendor Name (ACT)
          3) PLAN and period of time.
          My contact No: [protected] and also I am attaching the bill to find me easily.
          So, please resolve my problem as soon as possible and make sure that the problem should be resolved.

            Cancellation of new account request

            Hi,
            I purchased a new connection via act app on 24th of september 2020 (See attached pictures for details). After days without any response, i called customer care and was informed that the sales team will contact me the next day and resolve the issue. As that never materialised, i called them again and asked for cancellation. Have sent an email to their help desk and still haven’t received a response their either. Kindly, process...

            I have taken act fiber net on 2nd october'2020 and paid inr 2125/- through the payment link they sent to me.. Later they declared that there is no feesability in my location.. I asked them to refund my amount but no one is responding positively my account no..[protected].. Please help me to get my money back

              I am using two connections in my building and have been registered under one mobile number. Each time I complain about the connections not working the complaint is not registered. I have problems with my connection for Customer ID number[protected]. Kindly attend to it.

                Dear sir, after being with airtel broadband for more than 15 yrs, but due to various issues & urgent net requirement for my kids exams being conducted online, we were told by friends to change over to act as it is the best service & internet provider in chennai today.
                I called your act sales rep mr. R rajesh - [protected] who promptly came to my residence on 3rd saturday oct and i paid (Almost 7, 000/-) up for six months act blast connection. He also promised to have my net connection working by monday 5th oct morning before 09. 30 am.
                They installed a box at the basement of my flats and the wiring and placed a router in my flat. The engineer mr. Karthik - mobile [protected] who placed the router said that with half an hour he will call me and activate the router. But he did not call me. I received a couple of sms text messages and emails with user name and password. But i am unable to connect to the internet as i dont know the procedures.
                I have been trying to all karthik but he is not picking up my calls, his caller tune itself is saying he is busy.
                Sir today is wednesday the 7th oct and my net connection is still not working and neither is anyone from act willing to help, you customer care numbers are always busy and i am always more than 30 mins away from speaking to a customer care rep as per the ivr. +[protected] & [protected].
                I humbly request some body in this act company to first of all fire this useless & a disgraceful engineer karthik of act and fix my connection immediately. If not i want a full refund of the money paid.

                  I am trying to get a new connection and raised numerous requests, every time they call me and tell me our local executive will get in touch with you.

                  Since months i am trying to get one. Some how i got his number and after 20 attempts he took the call and simply said it is not possible to give one without hearing from my end.

                  Initially he refused telling me that my area is not covered. There is a numerous connections in my area, when i raised this question he obligated it is 500mts away, then i proved him that it is less than 500mts, he stated there are no nodes, i have escalated and came to know there is one available. I have contacted him and he finally lifted after 12-15 attempts and said he will contact and ask the node team to apply one and reply me.

                  I have waited for 1 week and he didn't gave any reply, meanwhile i have called many time which he obviously won't pickup.

                  After 3 weeks he picked and said same thing that he will contact the node team to apply.

                  Even the customer care numbers never worked or always busy...

                  I am from visakhapatnam, i have also given assurance that if i get a good connection, i have more than 10 references to share. As a growing network one should look for opportunity to widen their availability.

                  I am a prominent customer when i am residing in hyderabad, i thought the way they supported in hyderabad should also be given in vizag as well,
                  Since work from is new norm i am working with lots of network difficulties and act is the only one provider i can rely on this situation, i am much excited when i knew there are connections near me, but after 5 months of struggle they never took one positive step towards my connection.

                  Even i offered my financial support for equipment if needed, it is that important to me.

                      For the past 3months there will not be internet available from ACT from around 9.30AM to 4PM, and this disconnection is very prompt on every single day for last 90+ days.

                      I've raised several SRs and service agents come after two days at 6PM where usually it works and tells sir there is no issue, internet is coming now.

                      I've made this complaints to Nodal officers as well and they doesn't care to understand the problem, answers same internet is working now if doesn't work raise complaint again.

                      Seriously with common sense applied we in our layout seen which houses has same complaint and identified issue is with ACT line if the line is changed it might resolve but to my surprise service engineers doesn't want listen

                              I have requested for new connection in Renigunta town (Near Tirupati). One of the person got all my details and asked me to pay the bill for 3 months, i did the same.
                              But it's been 10 days still they are not providing connection. But They promised in 3 - 7 days we will provide the connection during payment.

                              When i contacted them Via mobile (Point of contact), Customer support ([protected]) and Email. But nobody responded.

                              I messaged and called the person (Sekhar from Tirupati) multiple times, he is not even responding to my Call and Messages.

                              If you can't provide the New Connection, please refund my money (2581 INR).

                              You (ACT Fibernet) should have some ethics to follow and respects the Customer Which you not showing right now.

                              It's been 8 days since i reported. ACT Employees Didn't initiate my Refund process . And also i never get any call from Them. This is very very rude behavior.

                                    Act fibernet was installed in my house at 27 August 2020 and after 5 days of the installation there has been technical issues which continued. So i request for refund and it got approved and my connection got disconnected on 14 September 2020.
                                    I was informed to give my bank details and I received message that my refund will be processed with in 5 to 7 days, but today is 3 October 2020 and they are not giving me the refund.
                                    Every time i call them they say its processing and it will be resolved in 24 hours, and just keep on repeating same story.

                                      Hi,
                                      I have been using ACT Fibernet for many years now, but for the last 2 months the Internet Usage shown on the app is unreasonable. I am the only person using this at home & I see everyday there is high upload/download shown. In the past 2 days i.e Oct 1st & Oct 2nd I already see data usage of 45gb consumed. I have been raising service requests & trying to call customer care but in vain. The wait time is more than 1hr & even after 1hr call gets disconnected. I want someone to look into this urgently !!! I have a 250gb per month plan & 50gb consumed in 2 days is unrealistic.

I want to know what fraudulent activity is this ? Why is there a GHOST upload every 4hrs, within 3days (from Oct 1st to 3rd) there is data consumption of 76GB !! You are looting the data and want customers to suffer with post FUP .

Every day a new team calls me and tells this is not our team problem and some other team will contact you !! This is happening for 8 days now !! Such pathetic customer service, I have written to nodal and appellate authority but no resolution yet ! Just in 9 days 125gb data is lost or rather looted by app !! See image !

                                      I hope 24hrs means 24hrs and not 24 days !! Without providing me a resolution you have successfully closed my service request !! Also very smartly you have managed to remove sms and email notifications for closing the requests !!
                                      I am not going to wait for your resolution now, I ll take this matter to legal and file a FIR against you !! You haven't been able to explain what the fraudulent activities were from my internet or successfully managed to loot from loyal customers !
