I am trying to get a new connection and raised numerous requests, every time they call me and tell me our local executive will get in touch with you.
Since months i am trying to get one. Some how i got his number and after 20 attempts he took the call and simply said it is not possible to give one without hearing from my end.
Initially he refused telling me that my area is not covered. There is a numerous connections in my area, when i raised this question he obligated it is 500mts away, then i proved him that it is less than 500mts, he stated there are no nodes, i have escalated and came to know there is one available. I have contacted him and he finally lifted after 12-15 attempts and said he will contact and ask the node team to apply one and reply me.
I have waited for 1 week and he didn't gave any reply, meanwhile i have called many time which he obviously won't pickup.
After 3 weeks he picked and said same thing that he will contact the node team to apply.
Even the customer care numbers never worked or always busy...
I am from visakhapatnam, i have also given assurance that if i get a good connection, i have more than 10 references to share. As a growing network one should look for opportunity to widen their availability.
I am a prominent customer when i am residing in hyderabad, i thought the way they supported in hyderabad should also be given in vizag as well,
Since work from is new norm i am working with lots of network difficulties and act is the only one provider i can rely on this situation, i am much excited when i knew there are connections near me, but after 5 months of struggle they never took one positive step towards my connection.
Even i offered my financial support for equipment if needed, it is that important to me.
