Firstly, I've been using this service for couple of months. And every week there is an outage. This is not at all acceptable if you're working from home.
Secondly, when i tried reaching the customer support regarding this multiple time through multiple numbers; they're either busy or can't connect. I was not able to speak to them even once when i was subscribed to it.
Thirdly, when i was fed up with this service i tried calling for cancellation, but guess what; still cant connect. So i wrote mails on 29th June to numerous email id of ACT Customer support regarding the cancellation and also informing i dont have any pending dues as you will have to pay 1st then avail services in ACT, they also acknowledged the mail and said the the request is under process. But they never gave me a resolution.
Now the real harassment starts, they kept calling me everyday for 2-5 times a day and kept asking to clear the due. Each time i would tell them politely everything that's been mentioned here, and they even apologise and take into consideration but again the next day, it's all the same. They kept calling me again and again, disturbing my peace. I've been harrased for nearly two months and I'm tired of it.
If i get any call from now on, I'll have to take this matter legally and i wont mind spending my entire life suing this company.
You have disrupted my peace entirely, Ive had issues with various customer supports of different companies but i can assure you this is THE worst customer support any company could have.
