I requested a new connection to the act fibernet more than a week ago and paid in full amount.
Still now there is no contact any of the engineers or the customer care who promised me a connection within a day or two.
when ever i call to them they are not responding and blocked my numbers too
It's highly disappointing and it is a huge loss for me as i am a freelancer and internet is my main source of income
Please resolve this issue soon.

    I had requested for internet service disconnection and it was registered after multiple calls on 16-Sep. Act team took 8 days to process this and finally I have got a message on 24-Sep that the service was disconnected (I could not verify as we have already moved out). I had renewed the connection and paid for 10+2 months package and this disconnection came after 3 months. Act owes me refund and looks like I had to raise another request for refund which I did on 24-Sep. Act sent me a link to provide account details and I would have tried some 15-20 times and link doesn't work. I called the service center again there is no satisfactory response. This is all a big sham. My account number is[protected].

      I reaised a ticket againest refund for a fibernet connection on september 1st. I am waiting for refund almost 27days from this time not even sigle person has contected regarding this issue or nor customer care picks up

          I have cancled my connection. Theh told its a 15 days process. Its alreday 1month still i dint get any reponse for them. I am calling everyday, they are not giving any proper response everytime, they ll we have raised an issue, still it is in process. They are not even botherd to call back also very irresposible evry time when i call same reason they will tell. With in 24hr we will call back. Worst service.

            I am suresh ([protected]) and i have applied for a broadband connection and have paid rs.4491/- towards the same on the 24th of september and the sales guy was chasing me for the payment calling me to make payment every 5 mins. Form then on he never picks up my call. I have been following up with him mr. Umesh -[protected]. He never picks my and even if he picks by change, he says will call back in 10 mins. So he has not called me not connection is given. I also tried their customer service on [protected]. The executives keep transfering the call to some other person and finally the call is disconnected. I have done this many times but in vain. Please help me get my connection soon.

              Hello,

              On 08-aug-2020, i received a message from act fibernet saying that "500gb [protected]@no additional cost if paid today. Hurry pay today to avail this benefit exclusively for you". Hence i paid the 6month internet bill.

              But, i received 500gb fup on 21-aug-202. 13 days later of my payment.in general my monthly data won't exceed more than 500gb (Monthly).in september, i have exceeded my usage of monthly data (Due to family gathering). When i look at on 20th sep, 2020, i don't have any data left which caused delays in the internet speed.

              My point is that,
              1) when you offer 500gb why are you not consuming the offered data
              Instead of regular data limit? What does it make sense? Do you want
              To fool the customer?
              2) when you offer something why don't you provide the complete offer
              Details (Offer validity, usage, offer expire dates and terms &
              Conditions).
              3) when i paid the amount on 08-aug-2020, why did you took such a
              Long time (13 days) to add the offered data to my account. Either you
              Should have added on the day of payment received or next month
              Cycle.

              As a customer, we always think that there would be a offer data available when we exceed the regular monthly data limit. I want complete details about offer (Offer validity, usage, offer expire dates and terms &
              Conditions), related document & proper justifications.

                I'm located in bangalore and wish to disconnect from act. For the same i have been trying to get in touch via their app, but there's no option for disconnection. Instead it redirects me to unrelated faqs.
                I have also contacted customer care and have tried all permutations and combinations to reach someone i can talk to, but i end up getting redirected to unrelated nonsense. I'm highly frustrated and disappointed and wish to have never gotten an act connection.

                  I am forced to write this because the customer care is useless. First of all, it is absolutely impossible to reach act customer care. And even if one gets connected somehow, everyone has just one reply, "we will check and get back to you". My question is when?

                  The issue:
                  I had applied for a fresh act bb connection on 2nd september after completing all the process and paying the connection charge for 3 months. I received a message that i will get a call from a sales representative. No one called.in this era of wfh, i cannot afford to live without the internet right? And i had to move to a different service provider who installed the connection within 24 hrs. I am begging for my refund since then as the policy says a refund will be initiated if the connection is not installed. But it seems no one is bothered. No one simply cares.

                  I am saddened to note that quality of service has gone down this much. I was an act customer for the past two years and it used to be so good.

                  I am begging again here for a resolution of my case and a speedy refund.
                  I hope this level of management does care for people. Please don't break my hope and prove me wrong.

                  I had dropped the above mail on 9th of september and it has been more than 15 days since then and no resolution. I have no idea how the process works in this stupid company.

                  Also, i do not wish to hear answers like "we are looking into it". You guys would keep looking into it. Just refund my money. It is not a crime to ask for my own hard earned money. Don't behave like burglars.

                    I switched to act fibernet around a year back the very few months back i started on a 100gb plan but within a couple of weeks act mentioned that i have exceeded the limit so i bought flexy bytes and installed bandwidth + app on my mac and windows... Now even with 100gb last month and for the current month act has slowed my internet speed with 15 days of both months claiming that i have exceeded the limit... I spoke to representatives many times last month and this month but they are not helping me in any way, they said that their technical team will get in touch but that never happened... This is a very frustrating situation.
                    I know for sure that i couldn't possibly use the whole 100 gb within 15 days and that too on 2nd september when i am down with covid in an isolation ward in nri hospital. Do i have magical powers to use? I sent screenshots of bandwidth + usage also to vizag helpline email id no reply. Because i have been living in hyd for 8 years and i had the same 100 gb limit and never once have i exceeded the download limit and my usage here is very less compared to my usage abroad and hyd,
                    Either the system in act fibernet is flawed or they are trying to make money in a very unjust way... Either way, it's pathetic!!! I complained about the same in twitter too no response on that at all

                      Hello act,

                      Worst network and bad customer service.

                      I am not having internet connection from 12 pm 23/09/2020 till now. Its been more than 24 hrs no internet connection.

                      I have taken connection on 12th sept by paying 6 months plan.

                      So far 5 times i made calls to customer care, all are saying like sir server down, wire might have cut somewhere, we ll resolve shortly shortly..

                      So far no one called me from your side. Whenever i call customer care, u guys disconnecting my call..

                      Better you guys close ur business and sit at home.

                      Why the hell you guys are coming to market to sell internet services.

                      Waste of money.. Waste of time..

                      If i ask for disconnection and refund, you are saying 3 days for request taking.. Then this charge.. That charge.. Why are you so cheap and making loss for me.

                      Now itself no one responding me, if i give disconnection request, u ll never respond me and cheat my money.

                        The issue that i have experienced was: my internet connection is broken since 15 days now, sr[protected], there is severe lack of response from the act team, no botheration. Somebody calls and says they will fix it, but nothing happens. I am at loss of not being able to work since 2+ weeks now. If you see the sr[protected], it has been reopened multiple times and till today (Sept 24) i don't have working internet.

                        I know for a fact that there is a problem with the switchboard/box but no one is there in act to listen to me. I am tried of putting complaints on their facebook page.

                        How long does it take to fix a simple connection issue? Seriously act is losing its customers like anything. Act investors need to be aware of where their ship is heading.

                        It occurred on: 7/09/2020

                        I would at the minimum expect someone to come here and check in the act switchboard to see what is happening.

                        I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                            Hello, I have been using ACT Fibernet internet connection since 7 years but for the last 5 months the data usage is showing very abnormal behavior. I have used not even 500 GB of data for the month of September, 2020 but Act Fiber net portal is showing as 700 GB of data used. I tried reaching Act customer care but no one respond and takes responsibility. They are simply making me wait till the month end, so that data usage resets automatically. They are cheating by wrongly calculating data This is happening from last few months from the time I upgraded my plan. Please take some serious action against this Act Fibernet.                               [tirupati]i've applied for a new connection on 8, sep. After 5 days feasibility team reached and concluded that they have to install new cx box. My biggest mistake is paying advance 6months without knowing that they will install or not! Superfine days are going so well that it passed 15 dys. Till now they've not installed connection. They just arranged a wire to the premises that's it. Whenever i call they aren't responding, even though i've lodged a complaint through customer care. Is this the good way of serving the customers??

                                Internet wire was broken as they gave connection to the opposite side of road, which have frequent movement of heavy vehicles. I raised SR[protected] on 20th September but no one responded still.

                                I sent numerous mails, called customer care many times, but still no response.

                                      I am a regular customer from past few years and have been using paying amount asked by act. From past few months, i am facing issue with the internet and it is not fixed yet. I raise complaint and some one comes and fixes it after some time again it will stop working.
                                      Multiple executives/service engineers had come to our premises in this pandemic times and with having senior citizens and also children in the home, i do not want to take chances for the same.

                                      After 100’s of complaint i have decided to disconnect the connection.in this regard i request to refund my amount for past few months where i have lost the connection and also till feb 2021. Request to reply at the earliest and settle my payments as soon as possible.

                                      I am not getting proper response.

                                        I have took act fiber net and with in 15 days my 400 gb has been used where as i only have 2 phones one 1 pc how is it possible? Its just impossible in 15 days 400 gb. And then i came to know that this is the big fraud company and its data usage is fake and big lie and i wasted my 6000rs for 15 days and i can take an action against this, im requesting to solve my problem
