On 08-aug-2020, i received a message from act fibernet saying that "500gb [protected]@no additional cost if paid today. Hurry pay today to avail this benefit exclusively for you". Hence i paid the 6month internet bill.
But, i received 500gb fup on 21-aug-202. 13 days later of my payment.in general my monthly data won't exceed more than 500gb (Monthly).in september, i have exceeded my usage of monthly data (Due to family gathering). When i look at on 20th sep, 2020, i don't have any data left which caused delays in the internet speed.
My point is that,
1) when you offer 500gb why are you not consuming the offered data
Instead of regular data limit? What does it make sense? Do you want
To fool the customer?
2) when you offer something why don't you provide the complete offer
Details (Offer validity, usage, offer expire dates and terms &
Conditions).
3) when i paid the amount on 08-aug-2020, why did you took such a
Long time (13 days) to add the offered data to my account. Either you
Should have added on the day of payment received or next month
Cycle.
As a customer, we always think that there would be a offer data available when we exceed the regular monthly data limit. I want complete details about offer (Offer validity, usage, offer expire dates and terms &
Conditions), related document & proper justifications.
