I'm customer from nagarbhavi bangalore i have paid the act connection amount of rs 4491 last week. From today i need wifi connection very badly but no response from the the wifi connection person name babu not even bothered to respond neither that person babu nor the connection boys who he had given contact. Very ashamed with your bloody service. So i need the amount refunded asap. Otherwise this is going to be the big issue i'll complaint at consumer court. So refund the amount asap.

    Not resolving my internet issue

    I've first submitted complaint on 19th september with #srt[protected] and they said the issue will be resolved by 20th september by 5 pm. The executive called me on that day and never appeared. They closed the ticket without any resolving the issue. I've called support 3 times to send an update to the executive and no update received and the ticket was closed at night.

    Then the very next minute i called support again...

    Address: plot no 46, hanuman Nagar, kapra, Hyderabad.

    My user id is.[protected], i paid my 6 month's bill in advance of rupees 2665 on 30. Sep.2020, and waiting since for internet, have registered multiple complaints regarding this through customer support

    Ticket ids. Ticket no:sr[protected] on 30 aug 2020 again on

    Sr[protected] on 2 sep 2020 again on
    Ticket no:sr[protected] on 5 sep 2020 again on

    After this they raised for disconnection on 10 sep 2020 with ref nosr[protected],

    Finally initiated refund on 16 sep 2020 with ref sr[protected].

    After making me wait of 16 days to provide internet even after payment, i have all necessary proofs,

        My act account number is :[protected] i have paid for 6 months act gold 6months plan of rs: 4948.93/- and i have used it for one month in that one month i did not get internet for 15 days after raising many complaints they restored my internet connection on 16th day again within few days the internet was gone due to very poor service i have raised a disconnection request on 8th august and also on that day act has my amount of rs 220 in act wallet and exactly after one month i have opted for disconnection on 8th august 2020 and i should get refund amount for 5 months that is 4123+220 (In my wallet)=4343/- i have raised request for refund they said refund will be processed within 15 days but now 40 days has been completed i have raised many complaints there is no response from act fibernet i did not get my refund please help me from this.

Preethi one who made me to pay is not taking my call at all and there was no proper response 😡 I paid 3403 and they didn't install so i asked for refund on 10/10/20. several calls to customer care number, each time they are saying different things . please refund my money soon.           I have raised a refund request on 2nd September but it's been 16 days abd my refund request has not been resolved haven't received any update.. i have contacted the customer care several times but they keep arranging callbacks which never takes place.. the refund request is raised but its not been processed for 16 days

              I registered for a new fibernet connection on september 3rd 2020 and act agent promised an installation within 7 days and its been 15 days and nobody has came for installation. I tried all the customer care numbers and still no use. I also raised a complaint token and they said they will look into it and respond in 48 hrs and still not responded. Now they wont even respond also they'll say we will look into it and do nothing.
              The guy who took payment wont even pick the call. Very disappointed and frustrated from this!!.
              I may loose a job because of these issues.

                  It has been more than 25 days I have already registered consumer complaint and it again new complaint no one is responding mainly that service team lead Rajkumar I have called more than 100 times not even 1 call he is not answerig...please take action against service

                    My internet has suddenly stopped working and i tried contacting act fibernet to resolve the same. I have tried:

                    1. Messaging through the automated whatsapp number (+[protected] which just raised and 1 ticket and stopped working completely.
                    2. E-mailing the support mail but only got an automated acknowledge response and nothing more
                    3. Calling the support numbers (+91 - [protected], +91 - [protected]) but kept on wait infinitely

                    After this much effort and my work from home being impacted severely, i could not reach a single human interaction from act fibernet and have only got answers from machines.
                    I would like to disconnect this service and get back 15 days of my money that i have spent and not got internet

                      I have requested act fibernet to disconnect my internet services due to poor connection and no back service during power cut (Sr[protected]). I registered the disconnection request on 15/09/2020. The customer care agreed that they will disconnect on 17th and i will be charged on pro-rata basis for the days i had used. But today 17/09/2020 i get an sms that it will be disconnected on 10/01/2020. Why should i pay for the service i am not using. As it is not a prepaid service why should i pay for the whole month? The customer service waseem ahmed said it is an advanced billing service and they will charge the whole month. This is not the case with any internet service provider. This is illegal and i am requesting the consumer forum to take this up strictly.

                          On august have done the payment of 7682.00 rs for my 6 months tariffs, however due to their issues in last 3 months and the bad behaviour of the technicians who visited to restore the connection i decided to deactivate my account and before that have asked them do i recieve the refund for the rest of the months. They said yes. However based on my request on september 4th they disconnected services and said within 5 days they process the refund of 6812.00 it's been almost 15 - 20 days still i did not receive the fund. But whenever i call to check they said it's been processed on sept 4th itself. And when i ask for the refund invoice to liaise with my bank, they are not ready share the details or invoice copy. My sincere request please help me to get my money back as i have already opted other service provider. And i am scared after reading few customer reviews that they won't process the refund.

                          Please do help me on this. I am okay to take legal action if it's mandatory.

                          I had been asking for the restoration of internet connectivity but from past 3 days believe me or not called so many times to the customer care no response and if I don't pay the bill on time they charge extra on us. I want to sue a case on ACT fibernet for not considering customer request and poor response from the company.

                            I reached the act help desk hoping that service would be good. I paid a 3months basic plan with the sum of rs 3403. We received a confirmation from sales officer that installation will happen within 3 to 5 days. On second day i received a call that installation will be done on september 3.

                            On september 3rd technician neither had an router or proper tools to perform installation. Routing of cabling was done crossing the neighborhood homes. They raised a concern on this that it can be done outer to the building. But the cabling was done like a hanger at the middle of the terrace disturbing them. Technician was saying that he would rectify it at the last and was least bothered in fixing at the end.

                            Wiring was done to home with the ventilator doors to be kept opened permanently. Installation was made successful without being provided the router and incomplete routing of cables. He mentioned that router it would be provided before evening.

                            Every time i hear a false commitment from technician and also from help desk that i would receive call back and router would be provided. But i am really upset with the service being provided at the first instance. Almost every day spending really 30 mins in the call of help desk and nothing happens at the end.

                            Ensure to provide me call back to fix it before tomorrow or reimburse the money back where i look for good service provider who focus on customer satisfaction.

                            Kindly read the below email and arrange for a call back to address queries. Lot of false commitment with customer set and it was never met. Installation without a router is done.

                            1. Installation without router, never agreed with customer that it would be delayed.
                            2. Cabling of wires crossed neighborhood home middle of the terrace and affects them.
                            3. Improper response for perform poor cabling and requesting for shifting later with charges.
                            4. Wiring done with windows to kept open permanently in open condition.
                            5. Using only cables but installation consider successful since the day cabling alone been done.
                            6. Lot of false commitment from helpdesk on delay of the service timeline.

                            Thank you for your response. Queries are still open. Request was your swift action. I have not received an router yet and cabling remains open. Almost now 13 days over and i was able to use less than 3 gb of monthly data (200 gb) because of router not available. With cabling it is very hard to work from a single desk at home and i am using a other options with paid service.

                            When i discussed with the help desk they mentioned me that act no longer provide the offer of router as compliment for 3months payment. No customer or given with router. Is that true statement???
                            So the charges paid by you is only for monthly. Is the compliment then just an option for sales person to cheat the customer and when customer call back helpdesk respond in harsh way. I don't really understand the way they react to customer and respond to queries.

                            Few things need to understand from the team. Not sure you are reading all these emails fully. I never get a call from any supervisor listening to my queries. This is not the way a corporate unit has to work. I was also person worked in a carrier of help desk. Customer satisfaction should be the key for an service. Might be it's the case for me alone i don't know.

                            I have never faced this much bad experience with a customer service.

                            Vamshi krishna is the sales person who booked my order. He responded my queries two days back assuring that router will be provided shortly. After he stopped answering my calls. Every day i spent 2 hrs calling customer care and asking for router and cabling to be corrected. Today i spoke with another person sales person name vinoth who shared me his personal no and guranetee that issue would be fixed by tomorrow. More than issue the response and commitment is really disappointing.

                              On 30th of Aug 2020, advance payment of 2500 was made to avoid to get GX Box. It had SLA of 7 days, last day to install being 6th September. Today it is 16th and still no updates by Act Team.

                              Pathetic experience and irresponsible.

                                    In august 2020, i took a new fibrenet connection with 1 year subscription. Due to technical issues i had to cancel the connection on the 17th of august 2020 itself (Active for just a week). Customer care confirmed refund would be credited in 7 days after collection of wifi router. Until date i. E. 15september2020 nobody turned up to collect the same and refund is still in progress. I called up customer care more than 20 times, but no progress has been made. My account no is[protected]. My contact no is [protected]. This is a biggest cheating act.
