I am rajani applied for the new connection over act fiber net with an online payment of rs 4064 with a customer id[protected] dated on 8/8/2020. And then on the very next day technicians came to home and said there is no feasibility here. And i got a message that your refund request is registered and it's been more than one month the money is not refunded into my account yet. Without solving the problem how can i get a message that the problem has been solved saying that your ticket has been closed. Please check into this matter and do the justice

The problem has been resolved regarding amount refund, I mailed to the nodal officer with a proof of online payment and I also registered at www.consumercompalints.in and I leave a message here what had happened to me at consumer complaints with act account id that's it

He told i send another team but not come .. almost 4 days going on not giving conection i dont want u r ### conection refund my cash my id number[protected] .. immediate refund my cash i don't want conection

    I am rajani applied for the new connection over act fiber net with an online payment of rs 4064 for 6 months subscription and act customer id account[protected] on 8/8/2020. And then on the very next day technicians came to our home and said there is no feasibility here. So i decided to raise the ticket for refund and i got a message that your refund request is registered and it's been one month the money is not refunded into my account yet. Without solving the problem how can i get a message that the problem has been solved saying that your ticket has been closed. So this is not fair they loot my money... I did so many calls and contact executive but nothing had happened and they put off the call in the middle of the conversation...

      I wanted a act connection in the beginning so i paid the ACTfibernet provider and he sent some of his technicians to me they told me here connection for act cannot be established due to some technical issues and he told me that we will refund your paid money back and i even got a email and a text message regarding after that its been 3 days but i haven't received even a mail or a text message regarding it

        I see my internet gets disconnected after every 10 mins, it says connected but no internet. I have a raised a ticket on portal few times but no proper response from the concern team the resolution for every complaint raised is they tell us to reboot or restart the router. I have a plan of 30 mbps, i don't see that speed any time.

          Hi,
          I had a netflix subscription through act fibernet from july 27 to aug 26 them i cancelled my netflix membership. Later, on 29 august when i renewed, netflix app asked me for payment which i did and reactivated my account.
          But now, act guys are also charging me in bill for aug-sept. Their helpdesk is not helpful at all. They are not aware of anything which they can resolve themselves. I have my internet bill due on 15th september.
          Tried calling them and raising tickets but they are simply closing tickets without any resolution or contacting me.

            Hi,

            I paid for new connection on 25 August till now no technician called or visited yet. I have called to customer care 100 of times they said will arrange call back from technician in 4 hours that call also I didn't get but now escalation department worst people disconnecting my call. I want to know why I didn't get call or service from team.. Firstly I war very irrated because of escalation team of disconnecting my call. Is that team know their work I want to resolve my issue within 24 hours

                From past 2 days, Act fiber Internet is not working. Raised some 10 complaints through customer care. But nobody bothered to call back and resolve the issue.
                Totally dissatisfied with the service. I'm paying around 1270 rupees every month. But customer care is very very bad

                  I have been waiting for my user and Id and password since yesterday.

                  The service emgineer told me that it would be given immediately.

                  I switched to ACT only because I heard of their good customers service. I'm very disappointed.

                  Whenever i try to login into act app it says me that the account activation is in progress.
                  Help me regarding this issue and solve it in minimal time.

                    I had applied for a new connection during which i had paid for the router charges, knowing it was a single bandwidth i had requested for the cancellation of router and refund the amount back. It's been 3 weeks since i got my new connection and the amount has not been reflected in my ACT account or my bank account yet. In my September bill the amount for the router has been charged even though i am not using or bought their router.

                    I have been calling customer care since past one week regarding same issue, every single time they issue a ticket, and immediate next day the ticket get's cancelled without any reason.

                      I had registered for act fibernet connection as my friends was suggested act is best fibernet. I had applied in act fibernet app and made payment of rs. 8309/- for 6 months + 1 month pack of act diamond pack and i had paid for router for extra cost as per the instructions of act fibernet representative on[protected]. Till now i had not got my connection and i had contacted act fibernet help desk number and they had registered my complaint. But the issue was not resolved. Kindly resolve the issue and install fibernet connection.

                        From past 3 weeks, I've raised tickets regarding internet problems. A technician from ACT was supposed to visit yesterday but still no response. Their customer care number is hopeless. I hope they will take immediate action after this.

                            I have submitted a request to act fibernet regarding the shifting request. But there technician came and didn't solve the problem and made few excuses.
                            Can you please done the shifting request asap as you know we all are working from home.
                            I am totally frustrated with act now. Please do it asap.

                              This is to inform you that i had requested for a new connection and your team member had been to our home day before and installed a box in the building without any information about the junction box nor receiving our calls. House owner has asked to remove the box imd since that's a connection box used generally for others user too. Am very unhappy with the service and negligence of your team members. after that got mail saying..not refunded

                                I had requested for a new 6 months plan internet connection. I was made to pay the amount on spot. After wards, the trouble began. I had to make multiple calls for the installation. Later after 1 week, they say it's not feasible and asked me to apply for a refund. I have raised a request for a refund but it has been many days and refund is not initiated. This is a big fraud. Please take action and i need my refund asap.

                                    The worst service provider with poor customer care. I have requested for a connection and it has been 2 months i have not got connection still. The sales guy who used to call twice for the connection is now least bothered to pick the call. Customer care everytime asks for 24 hours without knowing what the problem is. Nodal officer is useless with no proper information. Worst of all they say write to the below id.

                                    Their response time is 48 hours but they havent replied for atleast 15 days and i have already 10 emails to them.

                                    I have recorded conversations of all the false promises and i have also told them inspite of all this they havent responded properly.

                                      My complain number is sr[protected], i am registered a shifting request on 31st august. Still my shifting process is not done yet. I am really depressed. Internet connection is very important for me. Yesterday act worker call me and tell "there is no channel available in your area so it will be take more then 4 to 7 days". I am already waiting 8 days. This month i am not using internet but bill mail came. I am already inform to customer care stop my service after relocate my connection then you generate the bill for remaining days. Customer care says ok i will generate the bill for using days.
                                      Please do the relocate connection immediately. You are my lost hope.

                                        I have paid for 6 month plan to act fibernet for new connection regarding broadband connectivity. It was delayed for 1 month by them and when they have provided connection, due to some reasons i have to relocate in delhi itself and raise a request for relocating connection - request number pending is sr[protected]. When i have asked for refund, customer complaint team is not ready to listen for same. Support required for refund.
