Dear sir,

My act internet stopped working from (09/09/2020) morning and my complain no sr[protected].

On 10th sep monohar the technician from act had visited my places his no[protected]. He came told me to change the mcb at the electric meter and left. I got it replaced in half a hour but the internet still doesn't work. I called him and said that i replaced the mcb and requested him to visit and rectify the issue. He said he will come and after which he does'nt pick calls. Tried from many number, even my sis and mom. Its just that he doesn't pick any calls.

I raised a complain to helpdesk. [protected]@actcorp.in on 10th sep no response.
Sent 3 mails to [protected]@actcorp.in on 10th sep and the mails bounce back.
Raised a complain at act app no response nor the ticket is closed.
I called the act customer care numbers and it disconnects. I tried all act customer care numbers. Listed are the numbers
[protected], [protected], [protected], technician monohar ([protected]) final tried calling his team lead anna dorai ([protected]) non of them is picking the call and atleast informing what the issue is and how long will it take. I sent a whatsapp message to ana dorai, he has seens the message but did'nt reply nor call or text atleast.

Please find attached how many time i have tried to reach these numbers, text message to anna dorai.
Kindly let me know what needs to be done.

    I purchased annual package around 4 months back. I have been facing internet issue for more than 40 days now. Intiaially raised few complainants and resolved over discussion with their team. But those did not resolve the issue. Finally i identified that problem is with the router provided by act. I have been escalating through 3 channels contact centre, nodal officer, appellate. [protected]@actcorp.in
    But still the issue is not resolved. They are not even caring the requests.
    ACT Fibernet customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Hi,

      This the final email I will send you guys.

      I’m a customer who is facing a lot of stress and anxiety. I have called the customer service and asked for refund either they hungup on me or will say I will get a manger call but I have received none of these request from you. If you do not provide a refund I will take this to financial ombudsman. It’s been one month that I am following up for the refund. Is this the kind of service that you provide customers. You have provided me a a lot of stress and I am not getting because you guys have not provided the connection or the refund so that I can go for alternative service provider. I kindly request you to provide a refund as soon as possible. It’s been 40 days that you guys are giving me run around. I need a call from the escalation team or financial team about the refund.         I lost connection in the early morning. It happened nearly 8 times now for the last 4 months. Everytime, there is a disconnection, it is followed up by huge drama. I got scolded for cancelling the class. He is my private student. Because of this internet people, I have lost my job. On that day I lost my job, I made complaint here. After that day, it happened twice. Now the student is asking me to refund the fee amount. What should I do with these people who are highly irresponsible and careless. I complained at 7, until now no one repaired it.

            Dear sir/Mam,
            I paid 2.9k for new connection At Visakhapatnam steelplant through online, but due to some reasons I could not get through the connection and cancelled it. But it’s been 3 months I did not receive any amount back, no new connection nor amount refunded. Can you please check through this.

                I subscribed to netflix via act on feb 15th.. And i cancelled it on march 14th.. By netflix billing cycle this one month subscription.. But act charged me with charges for 2 months netflix.. When asked about this to customer care they said me to mail me regarding this to their helpdesk.. I even mailed them 4 months back.. Till date i didn't receive my money back..

                  I am rajani applied for the new connection over act fiber net with an online payment of rs 4064 with a customer id[protected] dated on 8/8/2020. And then on the very next day technicians came to home and said there is no feasibility here. And i got a message that your refund request is registered and it's been more than one month the money is not refunded into my account yet. Without solving the problem how can i get a message that the problem has been solved saying that your ticket has been closed. Please check into this matter and do the justice

                  The problem has been resolved regarding amount refund, I mailed to the nodal officer with a proof of online payment and I also registered at www.consumercompalints.in and I leave a message here what had happened to me at consumer complaints with act account id that's it

                      I wanted a act connection in the beginning so i paid the ACTfibernet provider and he sent some of his technicians to me they told me here connection for act cannot be established due to some technical issues and he told me that we will refund your paid money back and i even got a email and a text message regarding after that its been 3 days but i haven't received even a mail or a text message regarding it

                        I see my internet gets disconnected after every 10 mins, it says connected but no internet. I have a raised a ticket on portal few times but no proper response from the concern team the resolution for every complaint raised is they tell us to reboot or restart the router. I have a plan of 30 mbps, i don't see that speed any time.

                          Hi,
                          I had a netflix subscription through act fibernet from july 27 to aug 26 them i cancelled my netflix membership. Later, on 29 august when i renewed, netflix app asked me for payment which i did and reactivated my account.
                          But now, act guys are also charging me in bill for aug-sept. Their helpdesk is not helpful at all. They are not aware of anything which they can resolve themselves. I have my internet bill due on 15th september.
                          Tried calling them and raising tickets but they are simply closing tickets without any resolution or contacting me.

                            I paid for new connection on 25 August till now no technician called or visited yet. I have called to customer care 100 of times they said will arrange call back from technician in 4 hours that call also I didn't get but now escalation department worst people disconnecting my call. I want to know why I didn't get call or service from team.. Firstly I war very irrated because of escalation team of disconnecting my call. Is that team know their work I want to resolve my issue within 24 hours

                                From past 2 days, Act fiber Internet is not working. Raised some 10 complaints through customer care. But nobody bothered to call back and resolve the issue.
                                Totally dissatisfied with the service. I'm paying around 1270 rupees every month. But customer care is very very bad

                                  I have been waiting for my user and Id and password since yesterday.

                                  The service emgineer told me that it would be given immediately.

                                  I switched to ACT only because I heard of their good customers service. I'm very disappointed.

                                  Whenever i try to login into act app it says me that the account activation is in progress.
                                  Help me regarding this issue and solve it in minimal time.

                                    I had applied for a new connection during which i had paid for the router charges, knowing it was a single bandwidth i had requested for the cancellation of router and refund the amount back. It's been 3 weeks since i got my new connection and the amount has not been reflected in my ACT account or my bank account yet. In my September bill the amount for the router has been charged even though i am not using or bought their router.

                                    I have been calling customer care since past one week regarding same issue, every single time they issue a ticket, and immediate next day the ticket get's cancelled without any reason.

                                      I had registered for act fibernet connection as my friends was suggested act is best fibernet. I had applied in act fibernet app and made payment of rs. 8309/- for 6 months + 1 month pack of act diamond pack and i had paid for router for extra cost as per the instructions of act fibernet representative on[protected]. Till now i had not got my connection and i had contacted act fibernet help desk number and they had registered my complaint. But the issue was not resolved. Kindly resolve the issue and install fibernet connection.

                                        From past 3 weeks, I've raised tickets regarding internet problems. A technician from ACT was supposed to visit yesterday but still no response. Their customer care number is hopeless. I hope they will take immediate action after this.
