I am rajani applied for the new connection over act fiber net with an online payment of rs 4064 with a customer id[protected] dated on 8/8/2020. And then on the very next day technicians came to home and said there is no feasibility here. And i got a message that your refund request is registered and it's been more than one month the money is not refunded into my account yet. Without solving the problem how can i get a message that the problem has been solved saying that your ticket has been closed. Please check into this matter and do the justice

Complaint marked as Resolved The problem has been resolved regarding amount refund, I mailed to the nodal officer with a proof of online payment and I also registered at www.consumercompalints.in and I leave a message here what had happened to me at consumer complaints with act account id that's it
