I had requested for shifting of my internet connection on 8 Aug 2020, I clearly asked the customer care executive and your your policy, which states it takes 7 days to complete the request.I stated that 14 Aug 2020 Iam shifting to new residence at GMR Garden Route Estate, near Saran Nagar. You promised to install connection in my new place by 19Aug 2020.
Since myself and my daughter work from home, from 14 Aug we are using other providers data.
We have taken 100MBPS Plan in which out of 1000GB we merely use 1/5 the of the total data.thus giving you a grand benefit. Inspite of it I have to shell out money for internet from other service provider till date 26 Aug 2020 .
19th Aug was the date you promised to install your service, I have taken off from office as I work from home, vdue to no internet, Iam in great loss due to you guys not keeping up with your promise.
Till date no one has visited my place, and no one has provided an update about the progress of shifting.
I have lost my patience.
