The internet plan is for 7 months in total, bill is paid at one time. Since the internet junction box is at my house, there is a wave off of Rs 59 as per their process. But ACT company denies to provide this even after 50 call complaint request. Without providing a resolution, they simply close the complaint request.Also their customer support is the worst who do not even reply to our emails and even if manager escalation is created, none of them call back.Ticket is just closed.
Also for a bill the taxable amount is supposed to be the plan amount, but they are adding an extra 100 as taxable. Which is a fraud business.
Even their higher management does not even respond.
Request you to please look into this and provide some solution. ACT is complete fraud.
