Here I have came after not getting help from anyone from the ACT's Customer Care Service regarding my Issue that is unable to access Internet I had followed them every day multiple times but could not get the resolution,
even I had mailed to their respective contacts which are as follows nodalofficer.[protected]@actcorp.in, appellate.[protected]@actcorp.in,
helpdesk.[protected]@actcorp.in but no resolution till today therefore the detail Issue is mentioned as follows
On 26 June 2020 : I was not getting Internet at my place I tried to reach Customer Care but no response, then next day I got connected with them and waited for full week and got access to Internet again Same Issue come up
On 3rd July 2020: I contacted Customer care again regarding Internet Issue they created a SR : SR[protected] but no resolution
On 4th July 2020: no resolution only new SR number assigned SR[protected]
On 5th July 2020: again no resolution they assigned new SR[protected]
same thing continued I contacted everday now latest SR numbers are SR[protected] and SR[protected], I had already paid in advance even for the GX box installation that was 2, 200 INR

I need Internet in order to do my daily work, which is getting impacted due to this issue as a customer at least if the Company can not provide the facility then they should refund my money or resolve the issue it is being almost a month I am not getting the services for which I have paid in advance
please someone look into this matter and try to reolve this As Soon As Possible
