I am using ACT fibernet, the internet gets disconnected frequently, there is no customer service number that we can talk to, and there is a stupid app in which user needs to raise complaint, it takes a minimum of 24 hours to resolve the issue. this is a pathetic service for the premium they are charging every month

        The internet has been down since morning. I have registered a complaint with act with the ticket number sr[protected]. I work from home and desperately need the internet. My account number is[protected].

          I had taken the connection for 6 months offered by act by doing a prepaid mode of payment. They quoted a price of rs. 4850, which i paid upfront before getting the connection. They promised me a free router before the payment, but did not oblige while setting up the connection. Since, i was in a need for new connection i did not have a choice but to get the connection anyway. Their sites are misleading giving out wrong information too.
          After one month of connection, they generated a new bill saying there is a outstanding amount to be paid. I tried contacting them through all different means possible. I emailed them a few times without receiving any response, i wrote to them on messengers. I called their numbers, but 2 of them are not serviceable in 3. At last i got through in to a number, and they made me wait 12 minutes and took down the complaint. They promised that the problem would get solved in 24 hours, but they simply closed the problem in place of resolving the issue. I had to call them the next day again and after 7 mins got through them. They reopened the complaint again and then promised that it will get resolved, finally cutting the call on my face without giving prior warning. Same thing happened again, they closed the complaint without resolving it. I tried to peacefully call them one more time on the third day, it again took 10 mins to get through to them but i patiently waited. This time the customer executive told me that they raised the prices after they had given us the connection and without intimation just generated the bill. I pointed out that they cannot do that, since they had quoted a price and took an advance payment of their services. They should have informed us of the price changes. She conveniently hung up the call knowing very well that next time i will not be able to get through to their customer care. I am being pushed around like this for 15 days now, and its not fair to us as customers to go through this. Their service is terrible and their way of dealing with complaints is unfair.

            I have installed act fiber net app and chosen for a new connection, it took all of my area details then i got a call from an act sales dept. Who has assured me of new connection within 2days, so i have subscribed for a plan and made payment on 30th of june 2020,
            They have accepted the payment and from then onwards i have no response until i visit the nearby branch office and raised a complaint there.
            After 2 days a technician has came and told us that they have no server box in my surrounding area so he said that they had to install a server box in my house where he said that it will take 5days of time, i've agreed for that and waited for 4 days and called him again to know the status where he recklessly answered me that it can't be done tomorrow it'll take 10days more.
            Now it's been 15days since i made the payment, till this day i haven't got any proper response and proper answer from them.
            It's like completely cheating the customer.

              fake billing without internet usage

              Hello i am from bengaluru... As everyone know due to this pandemic everyone is working from their work station headquarters wfh or from their native place. I was away from bangalore from march until july 1st and i haven't used a singled byte of internet. Also i informed the act customer care executive to temporarily disconnect my connection from april until july. (I paid my bill for march as i used the internet for 10days) but they didn't...

                I placed order for act fibenet few days before still installation is not done and now i changed my address and i called to sales executive he told me that address change is not possible please contact customer care after that i called to customer care no one picked up after waiting in queue also. It's a worst experience i am having now i want my refund amount i don't know what to do now. Can you please go me out to get my money back. If not i want address change should be done.

                  I have opted for act fibernet new connection a week back and amount is paid and still there is no installation of it done. I am working from home and facing network issue and what to get it done as soon as possible

                    I enquired about new connection through act's website a salesperson contacted me and i purchased act blaze pack on thursday 9/07/2020 and i was given an assurance that it will get installed by saturday i. E 11/07/2020 but after getting the payment i have not received any communication from act about the connection and that sales executive is not answering my calls. I tried calling their customer care services but there they are just escalating the issue not action taken since. Today is 14/7/2020 state is the same request for a refund that too kept in side box.in this time of locked-down, we are working from home and internet connection is causing our loss of work. Act is ignoring its new customers after getting the money they don't care whether the service is given or not, even representatives do not have updates regarding the delay. This is highly unprofessional.

                      Currently my connection is in Bangalore but no one is using it hence we have been trying to get it disconnected but the 24X7 Numbers don't work, We have tweeted the issue but no response. We do not know how else to get the connection terminated.

                        I had requested for new connection in bangalore on 18th june 2020 and as per the sales executive shivu (Ph no.[protected] paid an amount of rs. 4491.
                        After that there was no call from either any of the installation person or even the sales executive did not pick my calls. Whenever i called the act customer care they would promise it would be done in 24 hrs but still it was not done. Due to which i opted for cancellation and raised a refund request (Sr[protected] dated 6th july 2020) and got an sms stating they would get in touch with me within 48 hrs and would take the my bank details to process the refund and after that within 4 days the refund will be completed.
                        But till today nobody has called me to take the bank details or the refund has processed. Please do the needful.

                          I have opted in for a new ACT Installation on Wed 8/07. The connection is for my office purposes, and sales guy assured me of a new connection in 2 days, I have been checking with them since. I was given response that the connection will be given that day. After 4 days, He responded me that he needs another week to give a new connection. This is not what I signed up for and going by their track record I am not confident of getting a new connection in a month also.

                          Worst CUSTOMER experience ever, I have shifted from my existing act connection in Hyd because of the ### CUSTOMER service provide. But I don't have many options in the area I live, I was expecting this kind of Service and was right fearing do.

                            I planned for a new connection and contacted ACT.
                            Their sales executive took all detilas and made me to pay 6 months in advance. After payment he is asking me to provide all original Aadhaar Card and DL in WhatsApp.
                            As per him my connection is not approved and while contacting him his wife is picking call to inform he is not available. I can provide his employment number also.

                            At last after sending mails I got connection application form and from last 4 days I am trying to contact customer support on [protected] and [protected]. Both numbers are not working and I am not getting any clear message regarding my connection. Invalid numbers are making me uncomfortable with ACT. Have sent mail to their Nodal, Appellate and media mail id's

                            My request number is SR[protected]. Either they can initiate refund or provide me connection.

                            ACT is a real waste fibernet provider in Bangalore.

                                I had requested a new act fibernet connection (Enquiry id:[protected] on july 7th 2020. After completing the process for document submission and payment, the field engineer team said that a connection wouldn’t be possible in the required location.
                                I haven’t been able to contact the salesman for refund. Customer care has cut my calls 3 times after being asked to wait.

                                Request refund of paid amount as soon as posiible.

                                    It's been 3 days my internet is not working. I am in no way able to reach their customer care. They are not picking calls & neither responding to mails. I can't find any way of contacting them. Their chatbot sayd your complaint is resolved while no one has even contacted me yet.

                                    It has seriously affected my work & studies.

                                      I have made the payment online 2 times. It didn’t appear in the account and still showed as unpaid.
                                      I had an emergency so i made a payment yet again, but this time it was accepted.
                                      But the suspension on the account wasn’t lifted immediately.
                                      My work has been on a standstill since then!

                                      The support team isn’t available 24-7.
                                      I am unable to re activate my account even after payment.

                                      They even exaggerate the usage i guess so that the monthly limit is exceeded and the customers can be lured into a better package, as i surely haven’t used 150+gb in 6 days.
