Good Evening Act Corp and Friends,
Short Story: Unethical Wiring completed result in life threatening Circumstances Reported in our apartment Premises. Yesterday a dog damaged the wire upstairs. This is the complaint raised by me, and your executive gave a resolution and my connection is working fine.. but the wiring got completed by attaching 2 strings and taped it.
Issue in Detail: Due to work from home, I wanted to go for Act corp amidst a lot o[censored]nhealthy reviews by customers, because I wanted the speed. That doesn't compromise the quality. Wiring should be made on the corners of the walls by other service providers like Jio and Airtel.
Incidents happened in our apartments and there is always an issue with dogs. I completely understand. If we have a system for wiring it has to be done in the corners of the walls. why the hell on earth with a illiterate Installation team would put the wire on the floor, it's not only DOG, but senior citizens go for walking on the upstair premises and they would succumb to fatal injuries, why the installation team is not understanding the problem today dog can damage the wiring tomorrow too.
1. And I want this to be rectified in 24 hrs time.
2.The wiring should not lie in the floor it should go to the corners of walls with properly connected for my connection and other 2 connections too.
3. Post the Installation, within 5 days I saw a dog damaged the wire and the resolution provided is pathetic, instead of connecting 2 wires I want a wire replacement.
4. Concealed wiring for all the users of act corp in our apartment premises.
5. While checking the issue resolution, I myself succumbed to injuries due to wires lying on the floor.
6. There needs to be a difference between the human brain and dogs brain. Don't send dog brained people again for this wiring activity.
Please consider this as the highest point of escalation.
If you send dog brained people, as a secretary of the association I am ready to help them and guide them. At this Corona times you are providing good service (not free of cost rite) don't be prey to this kind of nasty reviews ACT corp.
