I subscribed for 6 months plan from ACT Fibernet and paid in total. I raised a deactivation request after 2 months since they can't able to shift the internet connection to my new location.
After repeated emails and calls to support they deactivated my internet connection.
After deactivating internet connection, I can't able to connect them through call. So I keep on sending emails to their customer care for the one month. But there is no response from their side.

    I have applied for a new connection on 28 July 2020. I have paid 4200 INR initially even before installation. After paying the money none of the members or agents for the ACt Fibernet team has contacted me till now. Its been 10days (6 August 2020). I am trying to reach the helpline number but every time they are disconnecting my call. They have taken my money and not providing the service nor responding to my concerns. Please take relevant action and help me with this.

      After repeated complaints and issue registration, none of the people from act are not bothered to solve the issue. Only during the new connection their response will be good, after that you have to go behind these people at least once in a week, because they just manipulate things and you will not have internet connection at least thrice a month and they come up with stand reason that "switch is down, our engineer is working on it". But it will be resolved only after three days.

      None of the people will pick your call or respond from actthat would be service they provide.

      I prefer if you are located in coimbatore, for god sake do not prefer act.

      Being a pro longed customer & corporate consumer. I assure they lose a huge number of customers in very short span of time.

        Act engineer has recently (Since june) started using my personal home electricity connection for powering the junction box in my apartment.
        It was agreed that a certain amount (Rs.100 i guess) would be refunded every month for such an arrangement.
        I do not see a refund being done for june and july month.
        Please do the needful.

          Act customer care is not responding over complaint of no internet from last 5 days.
          Every time i call they have a classic response and talk like trained parrots that issue will be resolved in next 24 hrs. Neither the issue is resolved nor any action was taken.

          Contact no:[protected] ; ofc cable was connected 3 months back, till today not serviced, but bills are getting raised. It is unfortunate that bsnl is neglecting our complaints. Complaints portal never functions, to whom we have to approach ? or file a case in the court ? no asker no teller on our difficulties.
          Hell with Act fiber you people loot money from us and show your backs. Does your technician take 12 days to relocate my connection. From the day 1 of my complaint I did not receive a single call from your end regarding relocation of my internet connection.I live on earth and want to relocate my connection on earth not to any other planets or moon. Your nodal office team in hyd thinks that by giving reply to my mail ends there job. They forget evey time to send a technician. Please sprinkle water on there face and wake them up.

              I used to get 100rs per month till march 2020 as special discount for the junction box installed in my apartment. From april, i stopped receiving the discount, for which i had to raise multiple tickets and i only received half the amount i was supposed to receive. I raised the ticket to april to june 2020, 3 months, for which i had to receive 300rs, but received only 150rs. Even in july 2020 bill, i received only 50rs as the discount. I raised tickets for this also, but they get closed without reducing the issue. I am fed up with the customer service also as my calls don't get through the automated response everytime. Please resolve this issue or else i will have to switch to another service provider.

                Need to get my internet services disconnected as they are not able to resolve my issue from past 6 months and keep telling that it'll be resolved this time. I'll lose my job if i keep using this pathetic internet connection. So, please disconnect my internet.

                  Good Evening Act Corp and Friends,

                  Short Story: Unethical Wiring completed result in life threatening Circumstances Reported in our apartment Premises. Yesterday a dog damaged the wire upstairs. This is the complaint raised by me, and your executive gave a resolution and my connection is working fine.. but the wiring got completed by attaching 2 strings and taped it.

                  Issue in Detail: Due to work from home, I wanted to go for Act corp amidst a lot o[censored]nhealthy reviews by customers, because I wanted the speed. That doesn't compromise the quality. Wiring should be made on the corners of the walls by other service providers like Jio and Airtel.

                  Incidents happened in our apartments and there is always an issue with dogs. I completely understand. If we have a system for wiring it has to be done in the corners of the walls. why the hell on earth with a illiterate Installation team would put the wire on the floor, it's not only DOG, but senior citizens go for walking on the upstair premises and they would succumb to fatal injuries, why the installation team is not understanding the problem today dog can damage the wiring tomorrow too.
                  1. And I want this to be rectified in 24 hrs time.
                  2.The wiring should not lie in the floor it should go to the corners of walls with properly connected for my connection and other 2 connections too.
                  3. Post the Installation, within 5 days I saw a dog damaged the wire and the resolution provided is pathetic, instead of connecting 2 wires I want a wire replacement.
                  4. Concealed wiring for all the users of act corp in our apartment premises.
                  5. While checking the issue resolution, I myself succumbed to injuries due to wires lying on the floor.
                  6. There needs to be a difference between the human brain and dogs brain. Don't send dog brained people again for this wiring activity.

                  Please consider this as the highest point of escalation.

                  If you send dog brained people, as a secretary of the association I am ready to help them and guide them. At this Corona times you are providing good service (not free of cost rite) don't be prey to this kind of nasty reviews ACT corp.

                      My issue with refund dispute is not addressed yet,

                      Below are the details for better understanding.

                      Act account number is[protected],
                      My act plan is act rapid plus 6m + 1m
                      Paid amount 6792rs
                      Plan start date 25 feb 2020
                      Relocation request raised on 21st march 2020 (Later no data was used)
                      Used data for 1 month feb to march
                      After relocation request raised internet service is not used

                      Received a refund of inr. 2182.74 which is not correct

                      Since i have used the data for only 1 month out of 6 months plan (Act plan is act rapid plus 6m + 1m, paid inr.6792) rest to be refunded considering 5 months no data usage.

                      Relocation request on 21st march 2020 sr[protected] which was not attended by your network engineers for more than 2 and half months (April and may) data not used all this months, and without intimation the relocation request was closed by the network engineers (May 31st) saying no new port availability and ticket status was set as disconnection request.
                      Disconnection request was not from my end since no new port availability for relocation request customer care executive set it for refund saying refund will be provided for the total non usage months including the months i waited for relocation request would be attended.

                      So refund should be given for months including the relocation request (Which was not attended by the engineers) and caused inconvenience for all those days.

                        installation delayed and no proper response from the act installation engineers

                        I enquired with act fibernet regarding new connection and they made me pay for 3 months in advance saying that installation will be done soon.

                        2 days later act technicians visited our home and were going around the locality looking for nearby servers.

                        They said they weren't able to find any servers nearby and will come back after 2 days.

                        I received call from one more act person who said they will...

                        I am sending this email with huge frustration that my shifting request is still not processed.in these times of covid where most o[censored]s are working from home, i am not able to get any internet as my shifting request has not been processed at all. I placed the request on 24th july. Feasibility was checked on 25th and no one has got back to me since then. I called up the customer care multiple times last week where i was promised a callback if not a physical visit to assess the situation, even that hasn't happened as well. One of the executives informed me today that it might happen after 2-3 days which is not acceptable solution as it's already been 11 days since i placed my first request. Can you please help?

                          Hi team,

                          I had requested the shifting for my act fibernet within the same locality (Jalahalli village, bangalore) on 31st june 2020 and one field guy came and said no port available to contact customer care. Every time i call customer care after trying for "n" number of times it gets connected and each rep says different reason for not giving connection. So finally i decided to disconnect the internet and asked for the refund, as i had paid the advance amount for july 2020 which i never used. No body again contacting me for the same just received an email asking for the bank details. I replied back [protected]@incredible. Actcorp.in with my bank details many times and untill now no refund made. Now i am not able to contact them also over phone as i am not a customer to them so i only get an option of ivr for re-connection.

                          So much bad service never expected form act.

                            I have never applied for a static ip and without my permission they have added this charge even to my new bill that hasn't even gone into effect.

                            Even after removing the static ip for my plan, the bill details are still the same. Calling their customer care is completely useless, they ask the technical team to call me back and the tech team asks me to file a complaint with the customer care. An ongoing loop.

                            What's worse? They close unresolved tickets with no option to reopen them. Their facebook page is filled with unresolved complaints by customers and yet these fraudsters are allowed to operate as a legal company while cheating their customers.

                              I already have a 30mb per month plan and i have paid for 6 months. I recently got in touch with cs about upgrading my plan and they told me that i will have to pay the amount again (Except for the months the plan is still active) so i decided to upgrade once my current plan ended which happens in october 8th. Yesterday i got a message that my plan is upgraded and that a revised bill will be sent out, if i dont pay that bill then my internet will be disconnected. Need help as i dont have any money to set up a new connection and i want the plan to continue without upgrade because i paid for it. Thanks for reading

                                Hi team,

                                In connection to the above subject, please note that i have filed a complaint multiple times to cancel the service as there is no connection available in my location. However the representatives are visiting multiple times though there is no solution. Hence, i have cancelled and awaiting for the refund amount from last 3weeks. Therefore, i am escalating this to higher authorities to take it forward and also i am filing the grievance online.

                                  I am ACT Fibernet consumer and been using this connection for past 2 and half years with id :[protected].

                                  Recently I shifted to a new place which is 3 km away and its a ground floor.
                                  So I raised a ticket on Customer care for shifting purposes, Noone mentioned me regarding the shifting charges. its very shocking that the shifting amount charged (600 rupees) on the customer is really very high.

                                  i have already taken the basic plan of 799 which i thought will be economical and affordable for and in any unavoidable circumstances is bearable, but the amount for shifting by itself is very high when compared to my monthly due am paying.

                                  Kindly reason out why do you charge such large amount on the customers and why on the other hand when I have the modem in hand and when you just need to get me the connection alone on that locality and we pay monthly bill around that is bearable for us.
                                  keeping such extra payload on us, i don't think it is appropriate.
                                  If you really think that this amount is fair enough for the customers I expect a proper validation.

                                  AND MAINlY :

                                  i asked the installation guy to intstall the router in the hall. he installed it in the bedroom and left without checking the speed. i am getting very less speed due to that.

                                  its really very bad experience, atleast expecting to waive off the installation charges.

                                      I have been following up with ACT and team for the past 1 month and its been utter chaos.

                                      1. Early 1st week of July 2020, I request for a name change and they agree to get it done. So I forward all the necessary documents.
                                      2. No reply for 2 weeks and I followup. I get a reply that it is not possible due to COVID 19 situations.
                                      3. I call them again and this time they promise to get it done since I was no longer interested in ACT if the name change is no complete.
                                      4. I wait for the entire month as ACT team promised the name to be updated in the next month (August 2020) cycle.
                                      5. To my surprise, I do not see the name updated.

                                      Its with great disappointment and Im truly ashamed to be a part of a company that cannot keep up to its words and takes customers for granted.
