Dear team,

I applied for act internet connection. They told me that it is available in our area and was told to make payment. After making payment no one gave me proper response. Even it takes 2 weeks it should have communicated to us. But every time i call customer care they made false promises. And after 10 days i received mail for refund saying that internet cannot be providers to us.

So why they asked us to make payment if internet cannot be provided to us.

We wasted our time and money in calling customer care and following up.

Company should respect customer time and communicate honestly with the customers.

      I requested a new connection to the act fibernet more than a week ago and paid in full amount for 3 months in advance.
      For first two days two engineers contacted me after that there is no contact from any of the engineers or the customer care who promised me a connection within a day or two. I was trying to call customer care for the past 4 days but there is no respose.
      I was highly disappointed by the worst customer care service of act. I was in such a rush to install fibernet as the online classes were about to begin. I already lost 20 percent of my attendance due to this
      Please resolve this issue asap.

        I had to initiate a refund request, to gain their attention. And it worked finally. Two days after my refund request was in process, ACT technicians visited my house and completed the installation.

          I had requested for a new connection at my residence and made the payment on 23/7/2020. The work order was generated on 24/07/2020. Permission was requested for the technician to visit my residence for installation on 24/07/2020 to which i responded immediately. Till date the installation has not been done.
          I have registered a complaint with the company (No. Sr [protected]) on july 31, 2020. It has not been addressed till now. I have written to the nodal officer umpteen times, but have not received any response till now.

            Sir,

            I have raised an installation request with act fibrenet two days back - 5th august. They asked to pay 6 months rental which was paid. Necessary documents were uploaded and told that concern team will call for installation.

            Till today 7th aug neither got call nor information when the installation is going to happen. I have called 10+ calls to customer care asking about the same.

            Only one response - wait for 24 hours and will respond. Our concerned team will call you. But no one gives a call and their backend team is a complete #.

            Nobody visits, checks the availability. But they take the payment without checking this and rest all history.

            They don't give damn concern and you will be clueless wondering when the installation will happen.

            They literrally cheat the customer

            Forgot to mention, one of the ACT guy called 6th Aug 10:30 AM from landline asking about my address and guided him. When I asked where is he, he told almost 2 KM from my home and after that guy didn't come.

            If he had issues finding my address, he should have called.

            In March-2020, have raised a connection request and they didn't install it even after 10 days. Had to cancel and got the refund...

            Now I am facing the same issue and not sure how many months do I need to wait?

            @ACT Fibre, you take the money first and then send customers to hell...

            Congratulations for beating BSNL on giving the service.

              Is this a joke to this fiber net company?
              I am very unhappy with the service its been 4 days now i have made the payment and till now no one came come to install

              What type of internet facility is this. Do the payment and then confirm you internet connection. If the customer has paid the amount it is your duty to give them very good service.

              I am really unhappy with the service. By any cost i need the installation should be done or else i demand for return of cash and i will look for some other connection

                  I'm unable to connect with act customer care personnel to discuss about the bill discrepancy in august 2020 month bill.
                  On taking the connection, we were promised a discount of rs.200. From the bill amount since we moved from bsnl to act.
                  Till date we availed that offer. But in august month's bill, we were charged rs. 1013/- instead of rs.967/-. Only rs.160/- is considered as a discount amount for net tax calculation.

                  Major problem faced is, they don't provide promised internet speed. Also contacting them is a difficult task. They have in-built support system which never gives options for problems like this. Also there is no customer care number to lodge a complaint for these categories. Wondering how they could be very confident about the bill discrepancy part complaints raised are also not addressed on time.

                    I am deikha, act fibernet account user id :[protected]

                    I made frequent talks to the act customer service since june 2020 for my previous cycle (Dec 19 to may '20) and requested to disconnect the connection once the subscription is completed (6 months + 1 month free).

                    Without any intimation, they have turned the 6 months plan to 1 month plan and sent a mail/message to pay the one month due for jun'20.

                    I again called act customer service verious times and created cases and service call,

                    After lot of bill correction finally they asked to pay 1172 in july, i have paid just to clear the bill and dont want to make any fuss.

                    Now, from the past one week, act sent continuous messages that the service will be disconnected and today it is disconnected.

                    I called the customer service and today the connection again reestablished at 8pm, 21/02/2017.

                    My question are...

                    1. Why act not having a common communication within the representatives.
                    2. Dont they have any discipline to follow the request raised by the customer. (I asked to stop the connection after my initial subscription is completed, but they didnt, changed from 6 months to 1 month subscription without any intimation).
                    3. Why act asking me to pay the bill of aug'20 as i am already paid my outstandinf which i did not used just to clear my bill and dont want any more connection / relation with act.
                    4. Customer representative doesn't know what are all the plans showing in the app.

                    Finally act keeps raisign the bill month on month, im not sure whther maintain any customer complaint and request record.

                    Without concerining our request or our ticket rasied they keep generating bill month on month.

                    I have sent hte mail on this case to various team since june till now no action only i hear from act is pay ur bill month on month

                    So it is clear that even i[censored] disconnect they will keep raising he bill, and not interested to clear or hear customer voice.

                    So far i have sent 10 mail i have not received any clarity or reply mail from act. Only they are money minded.

                        I reached out to the company several times to discontinue the service using various modes since i'm out of town from past several months. I tried reaching the phone numbers provided everywhere but both numbers are not reachable any time. I reached out through email. The response was awfully late for modern era. They asked for reason which i shared but no response so far. I also raised a complaint ticket through their app by using the internet slow service and then putting comments to discontinue service. But you know the result - no response. So there appears to be no sane medium by which you can reach a real person to talk to. After not doing anything about my request, now they are asking me to pay a due amount of rs.4543 by messaging. I have not used the service for past several months and do not wish to continue. I do not want to associate with such cheat companies who ask for money by not providing services.

                          I subscribed for 6 months plan from ACT Fibernet and paid in total. I raised a deactivation request after 2 months since they can't able to shift the internet connection to my new location.
                          After repeated emails and calls to support they deactivated my internet connection.
                          After deactivating internet connection, I can't able to connect them through call. So I keep on sending emails to their customer care for the one month. But there is no response from their side.

                            I have applied for a new connection on 28 July 2020. I have paid 4200 INR initially even before installation. After paying the money none of the members or agents for the ACt Fibernet team has contacted me till now. Its been 10days (6 August 2020). I am trying to reach the helpline number but every time they are disconnecting my call. They have taken my money and not providing the service nor responding to my concerns. Please take relevant action and help me with this.

                              After repeated complaints and issue registration, none of the people from act are not bothered to solve the issue. Only during the new connection their response will be good, after that you have to go behind these people at least once in a week, because they just manipulate things and you will not have internet connection at least thrice a month and they come up with stand reason that "switch is down, our engineer is working on it". But it will be resolved only after three days.

                              None of the people will pick your call or respond from actthat would be service they provide.

                              I prefer if you are located in coimbatore, for god sake do not prefer act.

                              Being a pro longed customer & corporate consumer. I assure they lose a huge number of customers in very short span of time.

                                Act engineer has recently (Since june) started using my personal home electricity connection for powering the junction box in my apartment.
                                It was agreed that a certain amount (Rs.100 i guess) would be refunded every month for such an arrangement.
                                I do not see a refund being done for june and july month.
                                Please do the needful.

                                  Act customer care is not responding over complaint of no internet from last 5 days.
                                  Every time i call they have a classic response and talk like trained parrots that issue will be resolved in next 24 hrs. Neither the issue is resolved nor any action was taken.

                                  Contact no:[protected] ; ofc cable was connected 3 months back, till today not serviced, but bills are getting raised. It is unfortunate that bsnl is neglecting our complaints. Complaints portal never functions, to whom we have to approach ? or file a case in the court ? no asker no teller on our difficulties.
                                  Hell with Act fiber you people loot money from us and show your backs. Does your technician take 12 days to relocate my connection. From the day 1 of my complaint I did not receive a single call from your end regarding relocation of my internet connection.I live on earth and want to relocate my connection on earth not to any other planets or moon. Your nodal office team in hyd thinks that by giving reply to my mail ends there job. They forget evey time to send a technician. Please sprinkle water on there face and wake them up.

                                      I used to get 100rs per month till march 2020 as special discount for the junction box installed in my apartment. From april, i stopped receiving the discount, for which i had to raise multiple tickets and i only received half the amount i was supposed to receive. I raised the ticket to april to june 2020, 3 months, for which i had to receive 300rs, but received only 150rs. Even in july 2020 bill, i received only 50rs as the discount. I raised tickets for this also, but they get closed without reducing the issue. I am fed up with the customer service also as my calls don't get through the automated response everytime. Please resolve this issue or else i will have to switch to another service provider.
