I made frequent talks to the act customer service since june 2020 for my previous cycle (Dec 19 to may '20) and requested to disconnect the connection once the subscription is completed (6 months + 1 month free).
Without any intimation, they have turned the 6 months plan to 1 month plan and sent a mail/message to pay the one month due for jun'20.
I again called act customer service verious times and created cases and service call,
After lot of bill correction finally they asked to pay 1172 in july, i have paid just to clear the bill and dont want to make any fuss.
Now, from the past one week, act sent continuous messages that the service will be disconnected and today it is disconnected.
I called the customer service and today the connection again reestablished at 8pm, 21/02/2017.
My question are...
1. Why act not having a common communication within the representatives.
2. Dont they have any discipline to follow the request raised by the customer. (I asked to stop the connection after my initial subscription is completed, but they didnt, changed from 6 months to 1 month subscription without any intimation).
3. Why act asking me to pay the bill of aug'20 as i am already paid my outstandinf which i did not used just to clear my bill and dont want any more connection / relation with act.
4. Customer representative doesn't know what are all the plans showing in the app.
Finally act keeps raisign the bill month on month, im not sure whther maintain any customer complaint and request record.
Without concerining our request or our ticket rasied they keep generating bill month on month.
I have sent hte mail on this case to various team since june till now no action only i hear from act is pay ur bill month on month
So it is clear that even i[censored] disconnect they will keep raising he bill, and not interested to clear or hear customer voice.
So far i have sent 10 mail i have not received any clarity or reply mail from act. Only they are money minded.
ACT Fibernet customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
There are never any communication when customer needs but this company keeps begging without providing proper customer service
