My payment was done on 02.07.2020. My sales executives says my connection done by 1 or 2 days till now no further action for installation. I fed up with the false promises given by sales executive his name : priyadharshan subramani (Senior executive – sales) contact number ([protected]) he promised me for the connection but now he is not response properly in fact he is not pick my call. Very poor service i didn’t expect from act company. Today its self i called customer care they said maximum 2 weeks for installation. Why the sales executive lie to the customer?. We are expecting good service from the team. Ticket number : sr[protected]

    I have been following up with act guys since 4 days and they are not providing any resolution, instead they are closing ticket with out giving any resolution.
    Customer care executives and field executives are talking in a rude manner.

      It has been 35 days from the date of payment.
      Till now, there is no response from your side.
      Do you treat a customer like this?
      Before paying, you will say incredible customer care, where it is?
      I have called more than 30 times to customer care and i have also mailed you.
      It was a very bad experience with act fibernet.
      Please see through it and solve the issue as soon as possible.

        I have raised relocation request (Sr#[protected]) on 22-jun-20. And its been 15 days, no body from act team is addressing or responding to the request.
        I have shifted my location and been without connectivity from such long time.

        When i reach to customer support it takes 10 mins in queue. And after connecting they have no idea on whats going on. When the request would be addressed. They only mention that they do not know. And would arrange call back within 4 hours, but that has never happened.

        On reaching out to nodal team/appelate authority: they also mention that it would be shorlty address with the auto reply message. And no body is bother to answer on call/email on the concern.

        It has been the worst and horrible service that i experiencing with this provider.

        There is no response at all from ACT. It's already 5 days since I posted complaint here and 20 days since I raised request with ACT.

        Team is least bothered about providing the service, since they already captured 6 months of subscription money. They are only interested in getting the money. And no body knows who and when the complaints would be resolved.

        How long do I need to wait? As I am facing lot of issues without internet connectivity. Unable to perform my work and losing my credability and money. Only because of worst service provider.

        If I don't get the issue resolved by 15-Jul-20. Then I would go with other internet connection.

        And would escalate the issue to consumer court. To get justice on this.
        There is no response at all from ACT. It's already 5 days since I posted complaint here and 20 days since I raised request with ACT.

          I already have an existing connection from act. I took a new connection of act broadband for my another home. I was told by their sales person that i'll be getting a 25% discount on my bill on existing connection (Offer provided for taking a new connection on same number). I was not given the offer and no billing discount. Their customer service number doesn't work. When i emailed them, they opened a ticket: sr[protected].
          After a day, they just closed the ticket. No one has contacted me since then. I re-opened it and they kept closing it without resolution. This happened almost 4 times.

          Need help as this looks like a fraud they are running. They provide some offers on phone and they don't fulfill.

            Delay in installation

            Hi'

            I requested a new connection to the ACT Fibernet . And got a callback from ACT sales executive Team leader - Dharasn . I made the payment (4, 3086/-) on ACT app on 02/07/2020 . After paying, one guy from ACT told me that my area needs junction box installation and will come back in day. After that no one came for installation and didn't provide any wifi router/internet connection as per the plan chosen. I am not able to...

            I had registered for ACT fiber net new connection, the sales executive call me and insisted to pay the money online i payed same day now he doesn't respond properly he said he would take maximum 3-4 days for installation now it is almost 11 days still i dont get calls or any updates from ACT, please help me get my connection

              I required the act new connection on 24– 06–2020.

              I did not get a single call from act for 5 consecutive days, keep in mind i had already paid for the act blaze 3 month connection on 24th only,

              So i called customer care

              Here your problem starts if you are from bengaluru

              1. Number for act customer care is [protected], it disconnects 5 to 6 times you need to keep trying and is the first hurdle you will face.

              2. After connection to the call you give your connection mobile number then starts your second hurdle to connect with the call executive. You need to wait an average time of 10 minutes to connect with the call executive.

              3. After you connect to the executive you will face your third hurdle, the executive is not at all updated on the status of your connections so will only raise a internal ticket and give you promise of solving in 24 to 48 hours. I got the same promise. This was on 29th.

              4. On 30th the wiring guy called to install wiring and act box, he installed it on the same day and promised the router installer guy will come on same day to install router and connect to act. The router installer guy did not show up. I called him he promised he will do tommorrow and cut the call.

              5. On 1st i called him again he did not pick the call till 4 pm, after picking the call he told he cannot install that day because he was in marathalli and he will definitely install the next day before working hour.

              6. On 2nd called him again he did the same as the previous day did not pick up the call. So i called the customer care after connecting, the call executive raised an internal ticket. He picked the call at the end of the day and again promised he will come the next day definitely.

              7. On 3rd called him again he did not pick up in the morning, in the evening at about 5:45 pm he arrived near our home changed the switch box from a brand new one to an old one. Came and installed the router in the sense he just gave a jack to the wired connection and unboxed the wifi router (Tenda). Then he told some reason he could not do the connection he will next day before afternoon.

              8. The next day i. E today i called him at 1 pm, he is telling server is down will do tommorrow definitely. I called customer care, enquired with the executive about the server down issue she straight forwardly told me no such thing has happened and that she will raise an internal ticket regarding the issue.

              Summary: you need a week just to install a router connection from act to your home see if you cannot install airtel or jio. I request everyone to change your executive if you get the below executive, he is the absolute worst guy you can get.

                I am unable to reach the customer care services to get my act internet the disconnected.kindly disconnect the same as early as possible.Iam paying the bill unneccesarily due to poor response from ur side.I have already emailed regarding the same.So kindly respond to disconnect the internet service.

                  I have a request to shift my connection on 18 june 2020. Relocation request SR[protected], this was to be completed on 25th, but still its not done. I have been contacting the customer care number and still there is no resolution. They take a so called high priority requst and never fulfill, working from home has become a mess and they made me suffer during this difficult times. Very un professional.

                    Have booked a new act broadband connection on june 11 and today it is 3 jully and still, no is responding and not got the connection yet.

                    Need to cancel the connection but not able to contact anyone.

                    One of the worst customer support.

                      I applied for new connection and paid amount on 24th june 2020 and submitted all required documents. Act send a system generated form with account number and i received sms from act "we confirm receipt of rs:5028 via online towards act fibernet a/cno[protected].in case of queries pls call [protected] or [protected]."

                      After all this payment and documents, no one has came for installation till date (Today is 3rd july 2020).

                      Contacting act customer care every day and every time same answer sir we will finish this in next 24 hours.

                      Called sale executive who took payment and collected document, he is not picking call nor replying.

                      Action should be taken against the act.

                        I have requested for Shifting connection 15 days back, Till today there is not even a single word from the shifting team, When i call up with customer team about status update, always their response is wait for 24 hrs simply. But there is no update being received. There is no point of having a Customer Care team where they don't have any proper update, and Shifting team is worst ever team i have seen, they wont even consider any kind of requests. No Escalations also on this, Tried checking with Nodal officer of ACT, Appellate Authority of ACT, No update even from them. I can see Nodal Officer also cannot resolve the issue, Appellate Authority also cannot handle the issue, And it looks like Shifting connection is not revenue generated for them, so not taking any customer request seriously, And as i see in other complaints, if we raise new connection, they might do it immediately. To survive in Bangalore kind of city, Proper Customer service is needed in all channels. For now, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever seen.

                          This is about the refund request for my Act account number[protected].

                          I contacted ACT customer service on 31st May 2020 for the new internet connection for the first time and was offered a call back from the concerned team but never got a call back. It is not easy to reach customer service, after many attempts, call gets connected and that too after wait time of 10 -12 mins. Then also one is not sure if customer service agent will attend the call or hang up without answering.

                          I made payment for 6 months connection on 2nd June by downloading ACT app. I made several attempts to contact customer service, every time have been advised that we will be contacted by someone but in vain. I then finally decided to get installation cancelled, that is when customer service agent said, it will take about 15 days for the refund. I again contacted customer service around 9th June and was advised to continue services as earlier ACT had many requests to answer my issue but now in another 2-3 days connection will be provided. I have also written escalation email, and nothing happened. Yesterday I have been shared local agent number by ACT Baswaraj, who is the head of locality, informing that our case has been assigned to him on 12 June and he will get our connection. When I spoke to Baswaraj, he says he is on 15days leave, check with customer service who will install our connection.

                          I had raised a refund request on 09th June with request no SR[protected] and i was informed that the refund will be done within 7-15 days, but it is more than 25 days the refund is still pending. To the utmost surprise the ticket is closed without refunding the money and without my consent and the new refund request is raised on 30th June SR[protected].

                          I am all lost and not sure what is happening. I have not seen such kind of pathetic services in my life and that too when its linked to a brand like ACT. Even the escalation team is not doing anything on the emails. Requests are being created and closed without intimation and proper solution. I would be taking a legal action against the ACT for such harassment from last one month.

                            Hello,

                            I have been follow up with this issue from past 10days, am not even getting proper response from the act team.

                            There is no option to raise a ticket for invoice address issues on the act app.

                            I have mailed act helpdesk team couple of times after 4days they replied and assign one ticket to field engineer, i donot agree this move how can field engineer will help me to changing the address in my invoice???

                            I have been using act from last 2 years and getting very worst customer support day by day

                              Lines of misery :-

                              1)It all started with the SALES representative(Ravi Kumar) who assured me of ACT fibernet connection.
                              2)Post opting for the 3 months plan and making the payment - Mr.Ravi assured again that the end-to-end process will be completed in max 10 days!!
                              3)After 2 days, a field representative by name - Amzad visited my place and assembled the junction box on one of my brand new walls ( drilling 6 holes ..!! )
                              4)Waited for 10 days(as advised by Ravi) and nobody responded.
                              5)Called ACT call center 100 times to check on the status - NO PROPER RESPONSE nor the ETA. Escalate the issue and requested for a supervisor callback!!
                              6)Archana called the next day claiming she was the supervisor. The lady acknowledged my problem and assured that INSTALLATION will be done within 4 days for sure. Also that she keeps me updated if any unforeseen issues arise!!
                              7)To my surprise, I receive an SMS stating your work order is cancelled and a REFUND request is raised ...!!!
                              8)Again my next day starts by hooking up the phone to reach the call center. As expected, LAME responses and careless attitude by one and all.
                              9)After calling multiple times, one lady confirms that work order was cancelled due to a FEASIBILITY issue at my locality ..!!!
                              10)With despair and shock, tried to reach the SALES guy - Mr.Ravi .. HE NEVER RECEIVED ANY OF MY CALLS nor RESPONDED to any of my messages..!! --- HORRIBLE customer service ..!!
                              11)Escalated call center guys again and requested to stop the refund and to have the supervisor - Archana to call back soon. I was informed she calls back in 4 hours time. I've been waiting since 4 days now and there's no luck yet ..!!!
                              12)I've received my money back now ..!!!

                              IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE FEASIBILITY OF THE CONNECTION, WHY ON EARTH THE JUNCTION BOX WAS ASSEMBLED???

                              IS THERE NO PRIOR COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE FIELD REPRESENTATIVE AND LOCAL TECHNICIANS???

                              WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH THE JUNCTION BOX NOW???

                              WHO WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS IRRESPONSIBLE JOB???

                              NOTE : THIS IS MY 2ND ATTEMPT FOR GETTING THE CONNECTION AND THE SERVICE HAS BEEN THE SAME ----- PATHETIC ..!!!

                              I HOPE SOMEBODY WILL REACH OUT TO ME ATLEAST NOW AFTER READING THIS BIG EMAIL OF MISERY!!!

                                This is the worst experience i had.

                                I have raised a request for a new connection 20 days back. The first thing i told them is, i will opt for it only if they are going to provide connection within 48 hours. They said it will be done and till now nothing happened

                                For 15 days no response, from last 5 days i am calling them daily and they say it will be done in 24 hours. First day one person came and fixed the box, second day one person came and pulled the wire into the house. He left saying he will be back in half en hour with router. Till now no response from him and if i call his number he doesn't pick up the call. Customer service team says that they will check and get back. It has become daily routine to call them and ask for status.

                                Now my account is showing active but i am not able to use it and don't know how to use it. The technician did not say anything and left. Router is not fixed yet and will lan cable i don't need it.

                                If during initial stages only the response is like this means and don't think in future it will be good.

                                Please cancel the connection and provide refund at the earliest.

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  Wit reference to the refund request number:
                                  Sr[protected] we have been following up with customer care for refunding the money for the last two weeks, but it has not happened yet. I am escalating this matter to be taken on priority and solve it.

                                  As promised by your team, it should have happened by now but i don't see it.

                                  Request you to expedite the process and refund the paid money back to the same bank account in couple of days from now.

                                  Act Fibernet team finally refunded the money after a lot of follow up. But it was a painful to reach the customer care and they kept pushing dates before finally solving the issue. Anyway, thank you for all.

                                    Raised a request for shifting connection on june 14th, 2020.
                                    The technical team even though it is a feasibility is available for connection they told cannot connect for another 2-3 months. Then we had to take airtel connection. Raised a request for disconnection and refund on 24th of june when the act team told they cannot give connection.
                                    But till today i have not got the refund or any reply from the act team.
                                    We request the team to respond to us and refund our money from 14th june 2020.
                                    Zero ethics, zero responsibility, zero concerns for customers.

                                      Ticket # sr[protected] the ticket was raised on[protected] and has a 24hrs resolution timeframe. Its been almost 4 days and the issue is not resolved and i haven't received any communication for the resolution time as well. The customer care numbers are not reachable, when connected they gave false promise of an issue getting resolved on monday by 6 pm. Yet the issue persists. It's affecting my work from home and i am forced to go to the office because of this issue. Now that the covid19 cases are rising, because of these irresponsible services, we are forced to go out of our house leaving us no choice.

                                      Pathetic service and customer service. None of the customer service numbers work nor do they reply to the emails.
