I required the act new connection on 24– 06–2020.
I did not get a single call from act for 5 consecutive days, keep in mind i had already paid for the act blaze 3 month connection on 24th only,
So i called customer care
Here your problem starts if you are from bengaluru
1. Number for act customer care is [protected], it disconnects 5 to 6 times you need to keep trying and is the first hurdle you will face.
2. After connection to the call you give your connection mobile number then starts your second hurdle to connect with the call executive. You need to wait an average time of 10 minutes to connect with the call executive.
3. After you connect to the executive you will face your third hurdle, the executive is not at all updated on the status of your connections so will only raise a internal ticket and give you promise of solving in 24 to 48 hours. I got the same promise. This was on 29th.
4. On 30th the wiring guy called to install wiring and act box, he installed it on the same day and promised the router installer guy will come on same day to install router and connect to act. The router installer guy did not show up. I called him he promised he will do tommorrow and cut the call.
5. On 1st i called him again he did not pick the call till 4 pm, after picking the call he told he cannot install that day because he was in marathalli and he will definitely install the next day before working hour.
6. On 2nd called him again he did the same as the previous day did not pick up the call. So i called the customer care after connecting, the call executive raised an internal ticket. He picked the call at the end of the day and again promised he will come the next day definitely.
7. On 3rd called him again he did not pick up in the morning, in the evening at about 5:45 pm he arrived near our home changed the switch box from a brand new one to an old one. Came and installed the router in the sense he just gave a jack to the wired connection and unboxed the wifi router (Tenda). Then he told some reason he could not do the connection he will next day before afternoon.
8. The next day i. E today i called him at 1 pm, he is telling server is down will do tommorrow definitely. I called customer care, enquired with the executive about the server down issue she straight forwardly told me no such thing has happened and that she will raise an internal ticket regarding the issue.
Summary: you need a week just to install a router connection from act to your home see if you cannot install airtel or jio. I request everyone to change your executive if you get the below executive, he is the absolute worst guy you can get.

Very GOOD Service HATHWAY provides. Less than 1/2 half for installation.
