I have requested for Shifting connection 15 days back, Till today there is not even a single word from the shifting team, When i call up with customer team about status update, always their response is wait for 24 hrs simply. But there is no update being received. There is no point of having a Customer Care team where they don't have any proper update, and Shifting team is worst ever team i have seen, they wont even consider any kind of requests. No Escalations also on this, Tried checking with Nodal officer of ACT, Appellate Authority of ACT, No update even from them. I can see Nodal Officer also cannot resolve the issue, Appellate Authority also cannot handle the issue, And it looks like Shifting connection is not revenue generated for them, so not taking any customer request seriously, And as i see in other complaints, if we raise new connection, they might do it immediately. To survive in Bangalore kind of city, Proper Customer service is needed in all channels. For now, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever seen.
ACT Fibernet customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Team is least bothered about providing the service, since they already captured 6 months of subscription money. They are only interested in getting the money. And no body knows who and when the complaints would be resolved.
How long do I need to wait? As I am facing lot of issues without internet connectivity. Unable to perform my work and losing my credability and money. Only because of worst service provider.
If I don't get the issue resolved by 15-Jul-20. Then I would go with other internet connection.
And would escalate the issue to consumer court. To get justice on this.
