I have been using act broadband for almost a year now, there is some or other problem every month n internet doesn't work atleast for 1-2 days!! Recently on 28 may, received text sms from act that due to some activity internet interupped for 3 hrs, but internet was down for more than 6 days!! I was working from home n needed internet badly, i used mobile data, spent 400/-, i had taken act broadband top up for 150/- in may 25 2020, which i couldn't use as internet was not working!!
I have cancelled act connection on june 16 but act broadband delayed it till 21 june. Act broadband wants me to pay bill for june, but i need compensation to be paid first b'cos act customer support was not available when internet was down n i was harassed for 6 days without internet!! Act is threaten me to pay reconnection charges n pay bill for june 2020!! I don't want act broadband at any cost, also there is no payment due as i already spent on mobile data n act top up!!
Act broadband is answerable to me n to all others why customer support goes black out when it's needed most?? Why so many frequent interruptions, do u expect customer to pay for upgrades?? I need compensation n clear answer from act broadband, how can they threaten customer for reconnection? I have proof of text received
