My internet speed is very less. My plan is 100 mbps but i see wifi speed is around only 4.5 mbps.
Please fix the problem.

    My salary is 52k/month and i've given shifting request on june 26th today its july 1, 2020, i can understand it's a pandemic my area here in hyderabad is outskirts so no proper mobile connections are available to use dongles so i begged act for every day, they repeat same dialogue technical team will contact you where as technical team is reckless they don't care, i'm getting warning from my workplace to report work from home we need staff in pandemic or else you will be suspended.! So if i lost job coz of this act fibernet i would just kill my self for some money for my family to survive in this forest!

      We have raised complaint to act fibre to transfer our connection
      Its been 11 days no response from team
      Worst customer service
      No proper response
      They give ticket nos no sense in it
      No body bothers to call back and ask
      If payment is delayed for 2 days, they disconnect
      But aftr we take theeir connection and call for compalint phone doesnt get connected
      We are fed up.. No body bothers to fix issue
      Local hub guys are lazy not nbothered to visit to shift or fix connection
      Im getting harassed by act fibre calling and compalining no reaction or response from act fibre... Applied for transfer told in 7 days will fixed its 12 days no response.. No manager or supervisor reacts
      Someone pls keep compalining
      I regret for taking connection
      They r busy selling new connections
      Not bothered existing clients
      I use their services from 12 years now im fed up
      Every time same nonsense
      If any issue the phone never rings... I think they may keep receiver hanged
      I wanted my connection to be fixed asap or my money to refunded
      My work is under loss
      Duirng this covid work from home so important.. We are losing work and moeny
      Im having pressure with this internet provider
      I have ticket nos and all all waste... No use when no response

        Hi i have applied for a trasnfer of my actfibre net connection 10 days ago..
        They riased ticket and told by 29th june they will resolve that means in 7 working days. After that no body bothers call back or fix issues
        Its been 11 days now, we have submitted all documents
        Making several calls to customer service team,
        No reaction
        No response
        No team follow up
        No calls escalation
        Fed up i want my refund back
        Fed up with act fibre
        Near by hub guys also dont respond... They say busy with new internet connection

          Act is really a useless unethical ISP. Internet is not working since 5 days and did not receive a single call from the technician. When you dial the customer service number, they disconnects the call right away. Then the one who answers, would say it takes 24hours to fix it. I just don't know what is 24 hours to them. It's been 60 hours and still I'm here with out internet. In this covid situation everyone are working from home. And my productivity is affected. Not able to join client call and present. Not release new product on time. They are just useless unprofessional mankind

            Refund dispute is not addressed by the act refund team and the tickets were closed with out any intimation or call back

            I have used only one month of data out of 6 months act rapid plus 6m + 1m plan

            *plan start date 25th feb 2020 paid 6792 inr
            *march 21st requested for the relocation sr[protected]
            *not attended by the network engineers for more than 2 and half months
            * june 6th 2020 so the account was disconnected saying refund will be given for non usage months
            *refund of 2182.74rs received which is not correct
            * n no. Of tickets are under my account
            *latest ticket no. Sr[protected][protected]

            Refund the rest of the amount

              I contacted act cust service on 25 june 2020 for the new internet connection for the first time and was offered a call back from the conserned team but never got a call back. Its not easy to reach customer service, after many attempts, call gets connected and tht too after wait time of 10 -12 mins. Then also one is not sure if cust service agent will attend the call or hang up without answering.

              I made payment for 6 months connection on 25th june 2020 through online mode using act website. I made several attempts to contact customer service, everytime have been advised that we will be contacted by someone within 24 hours but no one will get back to us. I then finally decided to get installation cancelled, that is when customer service agent said, it will take about 15 days for the refund. I again contacted customer service and was advised to continue services as earlier act had many requests to answer my issue but now in another 2-3 days connection will be provided. I have also written escalation email to nodal officer and nothing happened.

              Every time i call to the customer care they will say that within 24 hours you will get the connection and concerned person will give call to provide the connection, but nothing happened.

              I havent seen such kind of pathetic services in my life and that too when its linked to a brand like act.

              Looking forward for some resolution asap.

                The request was only for an ownership transfer. Same address, same plan (Changed from 6 month billing to monthly). All that needed to be done is change the name of ownership
                Previous account number in the name of akshay[protected]
                I had given permission to proceed with this on a saturday keeping in mind i was promised this will be reconnected in 24 hours with the new owners name - ronnie roy
                New account number as received by sms[protected]
                What i want:
                Be truthful and adhere to the commitments. Why am i the one to be calling you guys and waiting to be connected to someone just to be told your standard nonsensical lie of 24 hours tat? Why am i to be spoiling my day and mind running behind something i am paying from my hard earned money?! You conveniently ensure every penny is collected on the billing date without fail. Why no compromises there?? All this for a name change?? Serious? No escalations team, no supervisor no manager. How the hell do you guys even operate and hold up the dignity to call such business a service of any kind?

                  Very prompt while taking payment for a new broadband connection after that no response regarding activation. I had contacted the customer care 1 and half weeks in advance since i am shifting my house and wanted a new connection. Working in it i cannot take more than 2 days leave and a person in the team named divya [protected] had told it would take 2-3 days for activation and after that on 27th june she was so responsibly/promptly after me for registration/payment. After making the payment when i reached out to her she did not reply on whatsapp and not even picking up the calls and giving a date when the activation will be done. But she was so prompt and responsible while taking payment. Now everytime i call customer care they say we are looking into it and it might take upto 7 days. Is this the kind of service act provides?

                      I have requested for new connection and still did not happen. The agent said he can give connection by today, but not although i told him the necessity of my job, he is very careless and he is not picking up my call. And this may lead to my job loss in this pandemic situation. Even i called customer service and they have raised sr[protected]. But they have not responded. Please kindly take appropriate action.

                      Finally the service guy came in. But with Out router. And he is very careless and he even did not given wired connection although I have requested him. This is not fair and extremely worst. Please kindly a strong action against him and provide me the connection asap.

                        With reference to my Broadband relocation request SR[protected] raised about a week back where I requested to relocate my connection to my new address :
                        Flat 4B, Sri Rams Amiya Residency, near Chirec school Gate-5, Kondapur, Hyderabad, pin -500084, there was no response till the last day and got rejected without assigning any reason . I am now in deep trouble as my connection needs to be relocated tomorrow only - being the last day for my tenancy . None of the Customer Care numbers are responding to my calls, the ACT Fibernet app does not have any provision to call customer care ( at least I could not find it ) - hence I am forced to raise this complaint .
                        Please let me know -if I would get a resolution to my problem by tomorrow morning, lest this relationship will become unsustainable .

                          Using ACT fibernet connection for more than 4 years . since i am relocating to a new location i raised
                          a shifting request On 27-May-2020 (# SR[protected]) and the resolution time given was 3-June-2020. but no one bothered to call so far.
                          I thought may be ACT is more interested in getting new customers so i wanted to give a try for that by paying for a new connection ACT blaze 6 months with wifi total 7682
                          on June 8th 2020. within couple for days verification was over but no one showed up. after multiple follow ups with customer care 2 technician shown up and concluded that new
                          fibernet Juntion box has to be kept and they promised that it's seaprate team which take cares of this initiative and will be done within a week. but same story no one showed up.
                          I requested customer care for a refund and ticket has been generated for the same on 15th june 2020 (#SR[protected]). Till now no refund was given and customer care
                          would given the same promise every day that it will be resolved. No phyiscal presence, No senior contactees all we have is the customer care even they are clueless.

                          First you need to pay then only they will let us know whether they can provide connection in your lcoation or not. if you have near by box available then you are safe
                          other wise screwed up. if ACT is not capable of handling this situation why to keep our money instead of returning. i guess these all are automated instructions.

                          Another one gimmick is by the Sales team. To achieve their targets they will take easy items first. if you keep calling them then you will get a reply to call customer care.

                                The 4th time this month that my internet connection is down and these people don't even have a proper customer care number.
                                Is is a joke..?
                                My dad has been working from home and it has been very difficult for him undef such circumstances.
                                I've been suffering lately, too much because of act and who'll take responsibility for the days i spend without internet?
                                Will they reimburse me for those days..?
                                No.
                                They'll make sure i pay the full amount but still, this is how they treat customers.

                                  This is regarding the broadband connection shifting in bangalore. The ticket # sr[protected] was raised on 19th jun and expected resolution was to be given by 27th jun 12.30 p. M.

                                  The concerned person had come and checked for the same on 22nd jun, however he mentioned that he would need to put a box on the building. The owner of the building has clearly mentioned that it is not allowed as he had a bad experience with act broadband before.

                                  The concerned person also mentioned they are not able to get connection from our neighbour building for some reason.

                                  I am waiting for your team to come and connect my internet connection with other options. Surprisingly there is no revert on the ticket and no one is bothered to get it done either since today is 28th and the ticket was supposed to be closed yesterday.

                                  Additionally, the guy who is supposed to check on this issue, just goes rude and fights for no reason.

                                    I have been using act broadband for almost a year now, there is some or other problem every month n internet doesn't work atleast for 1-2 days!! Recently on 28 may, received text sms from act that due to some activity internet interupped for 3 hrs, but internet was down for more than 6 days!! I was working from home n needed internet badly, i used mobile data, spent 400/-, i had taken act broadband top up for 150/- in may 25 2020, which i couldn't use as internet was not working!!
                                    I have cancelled act connection on june 16 but act broadband delayed it till 21 june. Act broadband wants me to pay bill for june, but i need compensation to be paid first b'cos act customer support was not available when internet was down n i was harassed for 6 days without internet!! Act is threaten me to pay reconnection charges n pay bill for june 2020!! I don't want act broadband at any cost, also there is no payment due as i already spent on mobile data n act top up!!
                                    Act broadband is answerable to me n to all others why customer support goes black out when it's needed most?? Why so many frequent interruptions, do u expect customer to pay for upgrades?? I need compensation n clear answer from act broadband, how can they threaten customer for reconnection? I have proof of text received

                                      It is new connection request, field technician visit site and confirm my location act network feasibility not available, then only i raised cancel request. 6days gone still no refund update from act. I am not receive any update from act, i tried multiple times customer care, they keep on saying waiting for refund team update. Bad experience. Mobile:[protected]

                                        Shifting of act fibernet connection request was given on 15/06/2020, till date neither the issue has been resolved nor any visibility on completion date. Even though in service request tracker on act fibernet app shows expected resolution by 22/06/2020 20:39:34. The number of follow up calls made to the call centre is more than twenty. Yet absolutely no visibility on ticket closure.
