Hi team,
The internet is not working more often than not during the last 2 weeks.
It is not available during the office hours which is really hampering my deliverables.
I have raised complaints for all the issues however a permanent fix is not being provided.
Please fix it as soon as possible.

    Act fibernet worst customer service. They just cut your calls while keeping you on hold. Since 10 days we are not able to use the internet. Every they ask for 24 hrs... Explaining the problem again and again and while transferring calls to escalation team they just hung up. Worst response to customers. Cc team says they don't have update on tickets. When reaching out for disconnection they say sir your ticket will take further 3-4 days "some kind of joke" they make of the customer. Especially in this covid situation when everyone is working from home.

      Dear concern,

      Please find the summary of the issue below:

      — sr[protected] raised on 7th june as internet was not working.
      — approx 7days have passed without any fixes.
      — no response from the nodal or appellate authorities. Email address fetched from act site.
      — fake information provided in the official documentations. The email address for the escalation team does not exist [protected]@acttv.in. No mode of reaching out to the escalation contacts.
      — support number/agents are not reachable.

      Being an customer of the isp, i expect internet as a service however the same is not met by the company act and hence i would request the consumer forum team to look into the issue so that other consumers get proper support and information going forward from this company.

      The issue was never addressed. I waited for 10days and later decided to move on with another isp. Pathetic customer service received from act

      ACT as asusual did not turn up to their promise and i have decided to opt for another isp. Thanks consumer forum team to take in on priority and acknowledging it.

        It all started with relocation request ticket no.: sr[protected] raised on 21st march, which was not attended fro more than 2 and half months.
        And on 31st march the ticket was closed with out any call/intimation, when checked with customer care they say network engineers have commented saying no open ports available to give connection. Network engineers should have called and informed the issue but they did not and closed the ticket.
        Which led to disconnection of my account and i ended with loosing connection and

        On june 9th 2020 i received a mail by act on refund amount, which i totally disagree

        "greetings from act fibernet team!!!
        We have processed your refund amount through online charge back amount of inr. 2182.[protected] and the same amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days and your refund is against mq id: 102875xxxxxx"

        Had a call with customer care executive.
        Call was regarding the refund amount. Which i totally disagree,

        Explained my issue on why i do not agree with refund.

        Plan start date was 25th feb 2020 and the relocation request was raised on 21st march 2020 till that data was used for one month,
        Later for next 2 and half months the relocation request was not addressed by the network engineers & no call on the same.
        That means out of 6 months of my act internet plan (My act plan is act rapid plus 6m + 1m)
        I used only one month for this plan and have paid inr. 6792.00rs

        Means one month usage later relocation request not addressed no data usage during this period so 5 months amount to be considered for refund.

        So i totally disagree with the refund amount of inr. 2182.[protected]rs

        Customer care executive raised a back end request for the refund amount recheck for non usage months and told will get call back from refund team.

        Revert back call by act fibernet team is a dream.!!

        ""since i was a customer for act fiber net for more than 1 and half year and wanted to continue the same in my new location where act service is present and operating, due to the network engineers poor service ended up with loosing connection, i dint expect this kind of service from them.""

        Relocation request ticket no.: sr[protected] dated 31st march 2020
        Recent ticket no. Sr[protected] dated 09 june 2020

        There is 'n' number of tickets raised under my act account id after the relocation request ticket dated 31st march 2020, most of the tickets were not resolved and will be closed with out intimation.

        Conclusion: i totally disagree with the refund amount by act team and i want them to promptly calculate the amount that has to be refunded for the months that i have not used or inconvenience caused by them.

        Act is showing up its poor quality of service!!

        From 10th june daily i am calling act customer care support to check on the refund dispute ticket SR[protected] which was told that will be addressed by the refunds team and refund for non used months will be settled and next day i had a call with the act customer care support to check the status of the same. and on 11th this ticket was closed and reopened after i gave call back to check the status of refund which was not resolved.
        but on 15th this ticket was closed with out any call back from the refunds team. so i called act customer care support to check on this and a new refund dispute ticket was raised SR[protected] saying the refund team will check on the refund dispute and the ticket has been prioritized and will receive a call back.

        today 16th june called act customer care support to check the status of the ticket SR[protected]
        till now no call from refund team

        and act customer care support person told this issue will be escalated to the higher management to resolve it as early as possible

        and will receive the call from refund team on the same with in next 24hrs

        the ticket SR[protected] regarding refund dispute has been closed today 17th june 2020 with out any intimation or call back from the refund team,
        had to call back customer care and check the status of the ticket, executive told ticket has been closed by refund team,
        requested for reopening of the ticket SR[protected] and requested to promptly to calculate the refund amount that has to be refunded for the months that i have not used the data.

        with respect to previous reply from "Team ACT Fibernet"
        What do you mean by "We have put this on priority with our team." you mean to close the ticket with out resolving the issue on refund

        the above ticket SR[protected] was closed by refund team with out any comment in the log under my account yesterday 17 june 2020 evening
        and had to check with the customer care executive any updates on this ticket
        since there was no update on refund amount, had to reopen the ticket again
        and customer care executive told it will be prioritized and escalated to next level

        till now no response from the ACT fibernet team

        the ticket SR[protected] for refund dispute was closed by the act fiber net team with out intimation. got to know when i checked the status of this ticket with the customer care executive.

        Had to again open a ticket SR[protected] for refund dispute on 19th june 2020, daily i am checking for the status with the customer care executive as per them i should get call from the refund team for the dispute in refund amount.
        But till now have not received the call from Refund team,

        this is the service customers get from the ACT fibernet team once the issue starts with there network or if any one request for relocation
        (in my case raised a relocation request on 21st march 2020 and had to wait for more than 2 months, ended up with disconnection of account, with no intimation from the act fiber net team. i used the data for one month from 25th feb 2020 to 22nd march 2020 plan package was of 6 months paid 6792.00 RS out of that used only one month data that means refund amount should have been calculated for 5 month. but i got a refund of amount 2182.74rs which i do not agree with and want the rest of the amount to be refunded)

        ACT team promptly calculate my refund amount and refund the rest of the amount.

          Act charged me rs.2500 for nothing even though i have paid in full for 6 months of service. They have closed all 4 request tickets without resolving. Every time i hear that billing team will be contacting in 24 hours but no one gives a call back and request is closed without any action. Even nodal officer does not take any action.
          This is now act fibernet will cheat you. Be aware

            I have opted for new connection from act fibernet in coimbatore on 16-march-2020 and paid for the connection (Rs. 5657) for 6 month subscription on the same day.

            Even after 2 weeks they have not provided the new connection i call customer care and asked them why the connection was not provided they said due to corona pandemic they are not able to provide the new connection and they told that i will receive a refund.

            Till now i have not received the refund even after tried to create a service request they keep on closing the ticket without informing me i have already contacted the nodal officer and appealing authority as well but no luck.

            I have contacted them again on 11 june and reopened the sr[protected] for refund request but again it got closed.

            Looks like they dont have idea to provide me a refund.

              Guys,

              I have created ticket no: sr[protected] on 01/06/2020 2:25 pm ist stating that internet is not working, after 5days also no one responded.
              Even till today i mean 13/06/2020 2:21pm ist... I have called more than 30 to 40 times... Worst internet services in bangalore.

              Even i am not sure when they are going resolve and now i am planning to take another internet service now.

                I have made payment on 10th june for new connection and still not connection get installed at my location. Kindly please resolve it on urgent basis.
                As sales executive give me new time every day for installation.
                Very bad service.. I don't know what will be done after installation.

                      I have raised an incident (#sr[protected]) with the customer care, i have made several attempts to contact the customer care but no luck.

                          I paid my internet bill today but my act account is still in suspended status and no one from act is answering my call. The app just keeps asking me to pay the bill over and over again even though nothing is due

                          I paid the bill around 11:30 am today and my account was suspended around 12:20

                            I have paid rs 4, 390 on 24-apr-2020 for buy a new act fibernet connection transaction id[protected]. Sale executive person gopalkrishnan - employee id 19945, personally visited my home and confirmed that he can give connection within 5days. After gopal confirmation ii have paid rs.4390 to act through my debit card.
                            He didnt provided connection for a week and i have called many time he not picked and spoke abusive words on me.
                            Later i have direct contacted act and raised refund on 05-may-2020. They promised within 10days provide back my money. I have waited for 10days and i didn't get refund. I have sent many mail and many call to customer care no proper response from them. Most of the time customer care is busy. I have waited for 20 min many time.

                            As of today 12-jun-2020, i didnt get my refund amount. Kindly take action to get back my money and put fine against company.

                                I had raised a new broad band connection request (Request id :[protected] on monday i. E. 8th june 2020 and got a call from support team, asking me to make the payment in order to process installation. I asked them about the time for installation process and they said that installation would happen within 48 hours from the time of payment. I checked with person, if the installation can be done in 24 hours. Then he said, it is not possible within 24 hours and assured to do it in 48 hours.

                                So, i made the payment by logging in to the act fibernet app and completed the process immediately on the same day i. E. 8th june 2020 and awaited for the team to process installation. I haven't got the call from anyone regarding the installation post to the payment. Then i reached out to customer care to raise the complaint. I explained all the situation and they said that installation will take 2 weeks, which was not intimated to me prior to payment. I started asking them why didnt they keep me informed about this before making payment. They promised to arrange the call back from techinal team to process installation, but havent got the call back. I have done this for multiple times and every time i reach to customer care they just asks for some time, so that they will arrange a call back but will not provide any resolution, instead they are trying to bluff customers by saying false reasons.

                                Today is friday i. E. 12th june 2020. I havent got any call untill now. I have again reached out to customer care, but didnt get proper response. I am really vexed up now. Before making the payment, the team will be contacting multiple times to follow up but after making the payment they are not even considering. Is this the way a customer is treated.

                                Desirable resolution:
                                I request the team to either process installation immediately or refund my money back immediately.

                                  Iam using act fiber internet and this is the 2nd time in a week i lost internet connection. They never resolve the issue with in given time. Yesterday they told issue will be resolved by 11th june 3pm but still have same issue. There customer care number not working no response on support email

                                    Thai is regarding the new connection request.
                                    As per the conversation with mr. Chandru ([protected]), while taking the connection, he had given a commitment to give connection with in 3 days. But till now it is not happening and not responding to the call.

                                    Kindly provide the connection within a day or refund the amount which we have paid.

                                      I want to disconnect my act new internet connection, because i will pay amount on 06/06/2020, but i couldn't get internet connection till now i will choose the 6 months plan but there is no response.

                                        I have taken a new internet connection on monday and completed all the formalities of payment. I was supposed to get my connection within 24 hrs. But from then on no one responds to the calls and i have absolutely no information about the connection. The technicians don’t answer the phone. This issue is in moula ali, hyderabad-500040. What should i do now? Should i cancel the connection and in that case how will i get my refund? I expect a solution from act fibrenet at the earliest.
