I paid my internet bill today but my act account is still in suspended status and no one from act is answering my call. The app just keeps asking me to pay the bill over and over again even though nothing is due

I paid the bill around 11:30 am today and my account was suspended around 12:20

    Hi,

    I have paid rs 4, 390 on 24-apr-2020 for buy a new act fibernet connection transaction id[protected]. Sale executive person gopalkrishnan - employee id 19945, personally visited my home and confirmed that he can give connection within 5days. After gopal confirmation ii have paid rs.4390 to act through my debit card.
    He didnt provided connection for a week and i have called many time he not picked and spoke abusive words on me.
    Later i have direct contacted act and raised refund on 05-may-2020. They promised within 10days provide back my money. I have waited for 10days and i didn't get refund. I have sent many mail and many call to customer care no proper response from them. Most of the time customer care is busy. I have waited for 20 min many time.

    As of today 12-jun-2020, i didnt get my refund amount. Kindly take action to get back my money and put fine against company.

      My account is still inactive as i have upgraded my plan by calling the customer care before deadline and they informed me to wait 1/2 hr and check the plan and make the payment
      I did the same by morning i unable to access the internet saying that ur account was suspended due to payment not done
      I did for 6months plan
      What should i do now?

        I had raised a new broad band connection request (Request id :[protected] on monday i. E. 8th june 2020 and got a call from support team, asking me to make the payment in order to process installation. I asked them about the time for installation process and they said that installation would happen within 48 hours from the time of payment. I checked with person, if the installation can be done in 24 hours. Then he said, it is not possible within 24 hours and assured to do it in 48 hours.

        So, i made the payment by logging in to the act fibernet app and completed the process immediately on the same day i. E. 8th june 2020 and awaited for the team to process installation. I haven't got the call from anyone regarding the installation post to the payment. Then i reached out to customer care to raise the complaint. I explained all the situation and they said that installation will take 2 weeks, which was not intimated to me prior to payment. I started asking them why didnt they keep me informed about this before making payment. They promised to arrange the call back from techinal team to process installation, but havent got the call back. I have done this for multiple times and every time i reach to customer care they just asks for some time, so that they will arrange a call back but will not provide any resolution, instead they are trying to bluff customers by saying false reasons.

        Today is friday i. E. 12th june 2020. I havent got any call untill now. I have again reached out to customer care, but didnt get proper response. I am really vexed up now. Before making the payment, the team will be contacting multiple times to follow up but after making the payment they are not even considering. Is this the way a customer is treated.

        Desirable resolution:
        I request the team to either process installation immediately or refund my money back immediately.

          Iam using act fiber internet and this is the 2nd time in a week i lost internet connection. They never resolve the issue with in given time. Yesterday they told issue will be resolved by 11th june 3pm but still have same issue. There customer care number not working no response on support email

            Thai is regarding the new connection request.
            As per the conversation with mr. Chandru ([protected]), while taking the connection, he had given a commitment to give connection with in 3 days. But till now it is not happening and not responding to the call.

            Kindly provide the connection within a day or refund the amount which we have paid.

              I want to disconnect my act new internet connection, because i will pay amount on 06/06/2020, but i couldn't get internet connection till now i will choose the 6 months plan but there is no response.
              Couldn't reach any of the customer services since lines always seems to be busy or out of reach.
              Please disconnect my act net connection and refund amount

                I have taken a new internet connection on monday and completed all the formalities of payment. I was supposed to get my connection within 24 hrs. But from then on no one responds to the calls and i have absolutely no information about the connection. The technicians don’t answer the phone. This issue is in moula ali, hyderabad-500040. What should i do now? Should i cancel the connection and in that case how will i get my refund? I expect a solution from act fibrenet at the earliest.

                    My refund request ref sr[protected] is pending. Unable to connect to customer care and the number is always busy.

                    I ordered Product Body shaper 1 Medium size from monkandsocial.
                    But it is too small, and I'm not satisfied from this product.
                    I called customer care so many times, and also sent the email. but there I didn't get any response.
                    I want to return it.

                      Kindly disconnect the internet (Broadband connection).

                      Requested for shifting i was unable to accept set-up box on my building as my owner disagreed the same.
                      However, i do not want to take an additional device for cost 2, 000/- for individual connection hence request for disconnection.

                        The worst experience i have faced with the act fiber net
                        I wanted a new connection, the guy called me and ask to make an online payment, i have done immediately in 5 minutes.
                        They havent come till 10 days and i kept calling them, finally one day they came and said that this couldn’t be installed in my location due to some stupid reason, then when i asked for refund they said it will be refunded in 3 days.
                        The 3 day kept on going for so long,
                        We were calling customer care many times but they say only one thing that refund will be processed in 2 days. I have called them like 50 times but still didnot get a solution for this. This is very frustrating.
                        Its been 70 days till now my money hasnt been refunded. I have paid around 4000/-
                        I want to raise a complaint on this issue.

                          Hello sir I have applied new internet connection on Wednesday June 3 act blaze of1200/- and I have paid 1980/- throw g pay and have got the confirmation that the techanician will come and instal. On Monday but no response from your r.t nagar office the person who gave me the connection is saying will do from past 8 days there is many other option I can go but my cousin prefer it So chose act i[censored] are not able to provide connection refund my amount do the service asap by tom

                            Hi team,

                            My act fiber net is not working for almost a week now. I have raised service request ([protected]) with customer support and following up with them on daily basis to hear it will take 24 hours more to fix the issue. I feel it's one of the most unprofessional company, who does not understand customer problems.

                            I have sent mail to nodal officer as well, no reply from him as well. Such a pathetic escalation matrix they have.

                            Please get it fixed as soon as possible, i'm unable to work from home because of this, please understand.

                              My online payment to new connection bill got failed at https://bookonline.actcorp.in/personal/fibernet/book-online site on 6th june 2020 at 7:01 pm but the amount was deducted at the paytm site, raised the complaint ([protected]) thru helpdesk and requested for refund my id is id[protected] and refer the attachment which has successful payment id for new connection (New order id scpi[protected]) every time when i call the helpdesk, they say concern team will respond but not received a single call or an email for the past 4 days on this and no clue on my compliant status as well.

                                  I live in bangalore and due to work from home requirements, i opted for act fibernet broadband plan for six months and paid 7, 500 rs up front after daily followup from their sales team. Amount was paid on 27may2020 but till now nothere is no update on when my internet will be setup and installation process. No one responds when i call customer care and local technical guy never picks calls. Please help me.

                                    Hello,
                                    This is to inform that i availed new internet connection from act at bangalore in oct 5, 2020 by paying rs 3750 for new router. But due to poor service, within 2 weeks i requested and raised ticket to cancel the connection and initiate the refund.
                                    Within those two weeks there were several calls made to customer care. On 27th oct, router was handed to over to mr. Satish at my residence and it was then handed to babar of act. All these information was captured and sent several mails to nodal officer. We used to get standard readymade response from madhan that matter is being escalated and it will looked into. It is now allmost 6 months passed and no clue of transfer of money which was paid to the act.

                                        This is to raise a concern for the account id:[protected]. We had applied for the new connection on 28/05/2020. All the required processes, including payment (6 months pack) is completed but still the account is not yet activated. On 31/05/2020, act installation people had visited and told ports are not available in the junction and another team would get back in couple of days with new junction box but they never did. It is been 13 days since we applied for a new connection and still waiting.

                                        Tried to reach out to them through all the below mentioned means-
                                        1. Customer care number - not reachable or always busy (Unprofessional customer support)
                                        2. Sales executive - who helped in in the prospectus, talked very nicely till getting the payment done and then not at all responding to calls or texts (Unethical staff)
                                        3. Email - mailed multiple times to customer care mail id and nodal officer. They take two days time to acknowledge the issue and forever to resolve.
                                        At first place, representative had promised that installation would get done in 2 days, then after raising concern, they promised the issue would get resolved in 3-5 days. Its been 13 days and still counting, no sign of the resolution (False promises)
                                        4. Twitter - utter waste. No proper response

                                        We are in urgent need of internet and our work is getting affected by this delay. I urge act fibernet to resolve this issue immediately or refund full amount immediately!
