I had raised a new broad band connection request (Request id :[protected] on monday i. E. 8th june 2020 and got a call from support team, asking me to make the payment in order to process installation. I asked them about the time for installation process and they said that installation would happen within 48 hours from the time of payment. I checked with person, if the installation can be done in 24 hours. Then he said, it is not possible within 24 hours and assured to do it in 48 hours.
So, i made the payment by logging in to the act fibernet app and completed the process immediately on the same day i. E. 8th june 2020 and awaited for the team to process installation. I haven't got the call from anyone regarding the installation post to the payment. Then i reached out to customer care to raise the complaint. I explained all the situation and they said that installation will take 2 weeks, which was not intimated to me prior to payment. I started asking them why didnt they keep me informed about this before making payment. They promised to arrange the call back from techinal team to process installation, but havent got the call back. I have done this for multiple times and every time i reach to customer care they just asks for some time, so that they will arrange a call back but will not provide any resolution, instead they are trying to bluff customers by saying false reasons.
Today is friday i. E. 12th june 2020. I havent got any call untill now. I have again reached out to customer care, but didnt get proper response. I am really vexed up now. Before making the payment, the team will be contacting multiple times to follow up but after making the payment they are not even considering. Is this the way a customer is treated.
Desirable resolution:
I request the team to either process installation immediately or refund my money back immediately.
ACT Fibernet customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
But it is too small, and I'm not satisfied from this product.
I called customer care so many times, and also sent the email. but there I didn't get any response.
I want to return it.
can you please help me out to return the Product or refund my money please revert me back as soon possible.
