Dear sir,

I have been an act customer since more than 4 years. But, i have been facing internet connectivity issues like frequent disconnections, internet down since may 31st. I had raised first complaint on may 31st (Complaint number sr[protected]). But it was closed without any resolution. I reopened the same ticket multiple times and same was again closed without any resolution. I raised a new tickets twice (Complaint numbers sr[protected], sr[protected]) - but again both were closed without any resolution. I had to reopen both tickets several times and again all were closed without any resolution. The customer service has become worst recently. During this lockdown period, i am working from home like most of the employees all over the country and need a stable internet connectivity which act has been able to provide since six days. I request you to look into my complaint and direct the concerned technicians to resolve my issue immediately.

      My prospect number is[protected] it's in the name of mohd shoeb uz zama... I've made the online payment in the link sent by the act executive on 25th may, after payment he said in 2 days he will give connection... But it's been 8 days no connection is given when i'm contacting the guy who asked me to make the payment he is telling me to call customer care.. Cm care too is just giving fake assurances but no action is taken.

          When we ask for the connection request, they will say it will be done within 3/4 days, once you pay and agree to the act person, they will not respond to the call or messages, and if i tried to contact customer care they will disconnect call without even listening, if they listen to the complaint they will put call on hold and vanish.
          Worst customer service

          I even tried mailing customer service, no reply even after 4 days, where they claim, they will honor within 24/48 hrs.

          And there is no way we can track when the installation will be done.

          Money should be given when we request connection only, but they will not be ready to complete installation even after many days of waiting.

              I installed act blaze on 7th may 2020 paid 6 months subscription fee of rs.7500 after 4 days it is completely stop working. I complained so many times, send mails& also visited so many times no use just they'll send the ticket no. To my mobile & they only closed the ticket after 8 hours without knowing me. I fed up with their attitude, i lost my livelihood can't work from home even my childrens not able to attend the online classes please help me in this difficult (Covid 19) situation or assist me to refund my entire money immediately thanks

                I got act fibernet connection in march 2020(bengaluru location Marathalli). it is of 3 months plan and we have to pay before only.so i paid amount of 3740. But due to COVID19 i left to my hometown on march 24th only and didnt used act fibernet till may 31st. and when i returned to bengaluru on june 1st and on june 4th i got a bill of 3740 for upcoming 3 months and i called to customer care but its always in busytone and i called the marketing guy of actfiber who came first and took the payment for connection. he is so rude and when i asked listen the problem atleast he don't care at all and asked me to dicuss only with customer care...when i told him its continuously saying busy busy what i should do.in reply he said its natural i was shocked...they talk nicely till i got the connection
                after that no one listen or care...#RIP actfiber...BTW he name is krishna and a fat guy...people please dont listen to his buttering works

                  The worst service ever.. internet not working from the past 10 days .. I even paid for this month.. customer care services are down .. you're so called employees are not giving proper responses .. I missed my entire week of online classes and other online stuff.. my opened ticket has no response.. fix my connection .. it just rained for 30 minutes and suddenly my internet goes off.. is this a joke .. repair it ASAP.. or I'll have second thoughts of discontinuing . I want my refund anyways the wires all messed up ..you'll loose many customers if you keep you're services this way..

                    I had requested for act fibernet blaze plan and have already subscription for paid 6 months. Its been more than a week and still i have not received broadband connection yet and it is hampering my work.

                    Everyday i recharge for 100 rp for mobile hotspot which is an additional money which i am spending, i am continuously calling call center and most of the time the call does not connect, i had complained twice and raised as sr. Last sunday installation team had stated that there is no nearby connection available, they will send server team.

                    Post that, no one is responding and i have no clue whats happening, please do refund the amount 7.5 k back if the connection is not possible to establish today. I have never experienced horrible service anywhere. Customer dont have option to know the current status and there is no point of contact.

                    In trust, we customer pay in advance and expect a fair service. Its org responsibility to keep the customer updated and provide an information. I would never recommend act to anyone.

                      On 1/6/2020, people connected to our 'junction box' saw connectivity issues - upon raising the complaints, an ETA was provided of 1/6/2020 which came and went by and as of 4/6/2020, nobody from Act Fibernet has taken the time to fix our issues.

                      We been trying to connect to their helpline and their phones are unreachable. There is no concrete information provided by them on when our connection will be fixed.

                      It's fair to say the Act Fibernet service over the past few years has become pathetic - I am seeing this first hand right now (oh, and I'm on one of their premier plans which promises prompt service to their customers).

                        Atc internet is down for over 2 days, with horrible custoer care support: —

                        Internet is down in uttarahalli road, for over 2 days, customer care executives are well trained and polite, but management / leadership is horrible, do not respond to escalation tickets, no call back for ticket raised, no updates on email or sms, below are key issues

                        1) help line number gives message as "no, busy, no, not reachable, call drops after dial"
                        2) once call connects, it takes over 10 min of hold time to get an agent on call.
                        3) they have standard sop based answers, not aware what is happening in the telecom/network. Don’t give correct info, commitment given by them is never honoured.

                        Below the chronology of events: agent names i spoke to, ticket no, they raised
                        4th june
                        Raghupathy 2:55pm - converted the ticket to red alert, he said, he pinged krishnavani, and also his supervisor - jagan not online, when i asked to speak to his supervisor. Kept the call on hold for over 3min
                        Shanthani — 12:20 pm — 9min wait to get connection — manager-krishnavani - she committed call back within 2hrs,
                        Call back ticket no: sr[protected] —
                        Soundarya — 7:40 am — was holding for over 17 min,, she committed to call back in 2hrs, but no call back.
                        Waseem — cut the call after 6 min, wait - 12.15 pm — 4th june

                        3rd june — sainath - 12:18 pm — 18min wait time — he said he will connect to manager ashok,, never happened

                        2nd june —
                        2pm: tried to call helpline no's over 10 times, call says busy / no, not available / call drops.
                        3pm: sr[protected] logged ticket online and got a message that it will be resolved by 6pm same day, post that there is no updates.

                          Sr[protected] has been registered for fixing internet issue on 26/05/2020. I got a call on 28/05/2020 that the issue was with damaged optic fiber which has been fixed and now the issue is with the act switch installed at my house which will be repaired by the technician within an hour. After multiple follow ups, giving a call to customer care about 50 times, no action has been taken. I requested for disconnecting the internet and refunding the prepaid amount rs. 7500 that was paid earlier. But no response. Even after several escalations no one bothered to respond. This is very frustrating as we can’t use for what we have paid, and very careless service. If our connection can’t be fixed and the extra data can’t be given to utilise that has not been used since last 10 days, i would want my money to be refunded.

                            We are not using act internet from last 3months and we will be shifting home next week. I had been trying to call the customer care to cancel my subscription for time being but they are not responding. So i request here to cancel my act subscription and will let you know once we are done with shifting to request for the re-connection.

                              I am unable to use internet since 26/05/2020 in hegde nagar bangalore. A complain has been raised with request number sr[protected] on 26/05/2020 for the same. I got a call back on 28/05/2020 by a technician who said there was some damage in the fiber optic cable which caused this issue, and now it has been fixed. But the act switch had some issue which the technician would repair within an hour. No one showed up till today, after multiple...

                                I had applied for a new internet connection and paid upfront for 6 months as requested.

                                I was told that connection usually takes 1 week but was assured it will be given within few days by the sales team.

                                I have written numerous mails with no response yet and called many times but the connection has not been given yet.

                                Pathetic management as no response even after writing to their escalation email i'd.

                                Please do not go ahead with act fiber as their response and customer service is quite pathetic.

                                  Hello i opted for act new connection and waiting for more than 10 days now. Initially the person who spoke told that he can provide the connection within 2 days. All these days after sharing exact google location. I dont know what kind of verification these people will do. After 7 days someone called and said they can give connection on that day and it didn't work out. He said junction box is required and left. After 2 days agin some other person called and after enquiried the area he said there server is full in that area and disconnected.
                                  My question is act doesn't have an option cancel new connection as customer wait for a month. Looks like a trap for me now. Irresponsible response from the service person too and he was very rude, didn't pick my call neither replied in whatsapp.

                                    I requested for a new connection on 8th May, 2020, the ACT team initially promised to provide the connection within 7 days. After repeated followups and call the connection was not provided.
                                    I requested for refund on 14th May but even after repeated followup calls /mails/ twitter, ACT team remains unresponsive and not returning my money back.
