I relocated from bangalore to hyderabad. Before relocation i asked for the process of refund, act care told that i can use for new connection. When i take the new connection in hyderabad the team in hyderabad told it is not possible to deduct the amount and they told to raise a refund request.

On 10-mar-20 i raised a request and provided all details for refund and i got a message like refund initiation was processed and i will receive my amount in 5 days.

From 15-mar-20 i am waiting for my refund. I contacted the act team on mails for several time and no response.in may i called them and asked for refund they told it had been processed in 15-mar-20 itself. I told them i have not received that. They provided an email to submit the bank statement and ti have attached the same copy to the mail. But no response for that mail after several reminders.

I called their customer care around 10 time for this refund, just they are opening an sr and closing without any proper resolution.

Customer care is not providing any proper resolution and if ask for next step they are telling to go with legal action.

    I have placed a new broadband connection request online to act broadband team. One person called me payment and he shared the act payment link for process and i paid for 06 months offer. He said our team will reach you by tomorrow for connection with cable and router. But there is no response.

    I have given complaint to customer care people, they said our team will reach you by tomorrow. But there is no response.

    After two days customer people said we don’t have any free port so it will take 10 days more time to setup new box to provide a connection in your area. So i told them please cancel my new connection request and return my money. He raised request for refund.

    But no response i have called again to customer care but no use. They we talked with refund team and will get with in 48 hours but not received.

    I am calling daily to customer care since one and half month they are saying give 24hrs we solve the issue in 24hrs on priority but no response from last 20 days

    As a common man, around 5500 rupees is a big amount. Please do the needful for me. Begging you. Solve this problem, please.

      Sir/madam,
      This is jagannadharao, 1-24, jai jawan nagar colony, kapra, hyderabad, 500062. And i am using act fiber net for internet from past 18 months,
      My internet is not working from 4th june 2020, and i have given the complaint on same day as per their suggestion problem will be clered in 24 hours, but problem not yet resolved, now they are not responding properly, and they are closing my complaint their own without my knowledge, i am suffering lot to work without internet.

        These # haven't giving any resolution to the complaint raised two weeks back. It takes 25 minutes to connect them over a call, they will say 24 hrs everytime you call, # haven't even responded even once to this issue.# pathetic service when people are working from home. They are disconnecting the call every time, motherchods

          On 22 may 2020, i contacted sahakarnagar
          Branch of act fibernet (Beam fiber) for getting new internet connection and no engineer contacted me for 1 week after constant follow up i contacted the engineer on 28th may 2020 and they mentioned that all switches are full in my area and they cannot set the connection and hence they refund my amount but till now there is no note on refund. I am unable to contact their contact center as it is always busy. I had contacted an engineer by the name vijay now is also not answering my phone calls. I had paid rs:4753 towards act fibernet account no[protected] on 21/05/2020 through google pay due to recent issues on connection setup and worst customer services, i have requested for the refund. As per vijay from sahakarnagar mentioned that they would raise a refund ticket for this issue and we will get the refund processed within 7 days into my account as i had paid through google pay. No one has contacted me on the refund nor have i got any email on the same. I have sent several emails to the customer service it has more than a week now, no progress or calls are being done. I need the refund to be processed asap

            I never experienced such a harassment reply for complaint which i raised today. One of your staff stating that he is a team lead lives at avadi location controls whole urapakkam and guduvanchery, called me and said his name ramesh. Tel #[protected] gave me bad words said he will not resolve my complaint. He will cut my internet connection, i'm not sure who gave him this power. I know that he was under influence of alcohol while talking to me. I'm a customer with act more than a year. Also i got a threatening call from his friend tel # [protected]. I guess he might be your ex-staff, who want to create a bad name for your organization. Still my internet isn't working. Im leaving this to you now but i'm not gonna leave this anymore till i get justice. Hope u don't let me take criminal action against your staff members.

            While talking in concall with your field staff, he disconnected my call stating he doesn't want to talk with customer with his subordinate who is working under him clearly shows an arrogant attitude. I would requesting you to take a strict action on that team lead who spoils your actfibernet goodwill gesture. Also your field staff said the junction box battery is for steel type, my house junction box got installed plastic. I'm leaving this to you to take strict action and to restore my internet connection as soon as possible.

              I am a customer with the broadband since year. I have paid my six months subscriprion in advance. My wifi internet service is not working since 30may2020. I have raised a request registered on the app. The sms stated that the resolution would be provided by 31may2020 by 11am. Same is displayed on the app till today. Next day a sms on my registered mobile stated that due to inclement weather the restoration would take 24 to 48 hrs. Later i tried both the customer a service numbers but in vain. They seem to be busy. I sent mail to help desk and also escalated the issue to nodal officer and appellate authority for further redressal. Yesterday i got mail reply from appellate authority that they have assigned the work to sr technician and the issue will be restored. Vouching that such problems will not arise in future. However till today when i making this appeal my service remains unattended.

                We vridhi consultancy services have been a consumer of act fibrenet. However, when power goes off even after having ups for our systems. Fibrenet is not working. No response also from them. They simply send a message/mail that your problem is resolved.

                  After hours of continuous waiting to contact customer care, i requested for the disconnection. They asked me to pay 200 in advance before they can take my request. I even paid that amount and i was told my request will we fulfilled by 3 rd of june. I placed the request on 26th of may but still haven't heard from them and they even have sent me the bill for the month of june (They charge money in advance)

                    But still yet anyone from not reached me about the connection request.
                    Every day am trying to call their customer care but always i getting number busy number busy.
                    I don't know what they thinking.
                    My thoughts they are trying to cheat me

                      There is no response from your technical team yet, sales guy number is switched off,
                      The helpline number is busy always.
                      I can't understand what's going on.
                      Act company is financially not affected due to covid, why you are downscaling instead o[censored]pscaling your services.
                      You have permission from the government to operate and other providers are all working fine why your service quality got impacted?

                      In our area, we have junction box giving connection is essentially 10-minute job and not that technical too, just wiring and plugging into lan port.

                      I don't believe you have problems in movement of your engineers because your sales guy literally came in 10 minutes to my area after calling him.
                      Please at least send your wire & wifi router with the sales guy we will install ourselves.

                      Please kindly understand i have switched from bsnl broadband with trust in your service, please don't spoil your reputation..
                      Please complete the installation today, its important to have the internet to continue my education online.

                          Dear sir,

                          I have been an act customer since more than 4 years. But, i have been facing internet connectivity issues like frequent disconnections, internet down since may 31st. I had raised first complaint on may 31st (Complaint number sr[protected]). But it was closed without any resolution. I reopened the same ticket multiple times and same was again closed without any resolution. I raised a new tickets twice (Complaint numbers sr[protected], sr[protected]) - but again both were closed without any resolution. I had to reopen both tickets several times and again all were closed without any resolution. The customer service has become worst recently. During this lockdown period, i am working from home like most of the employees all over the country and need a stable internet connectivity which act has been able to provide since six days. I request you to look into my complaint and direct the concerned technicians to resolve my issue immediately.

                              My prospect number is[protected] it's in the name of mohd shoeb uz zama... I've made the online payment in the link sent by the act executive on 25th may, after payment he said in 2 days he will give connection... But it's been 8 days no connection is given when i'm contacting the guy who asked me to make the payment he is telling me to call customer care.. Cm care too is just giving fake assurances but no action is taken.

                                  When we ask for the connection request, they will say it will be done within 3/4 days, once you pay and agree to the act person, they will not respond to the call or messages, and if i tried to contact customer care they will disconnect call without even listening, if they listen to the complaint they will put call on hold and vanish.
                                  Worst customer service

                                  I even tried mailing customer service, no reply even after 4 days, where they claim, they will honor within 24/48 hrs.

                                  And there is no way we can track when the installation will be done.

                                  Money should be given when we request connection only, but they will not be ready to complete installation even after many days of waiting.

                                      I installed act blaze on 7th may 2020 paid 6 months subscription fee of rs.7500 after 4 days it is completely stop working. I complained so many times, send mails& also visited so many times no use just they'll send the ticket no. To my mobile & they only closed the ticket after 8 hours without knowing me. I fed up with their attitude, i lost my livelihood can't work from home even my childrens not able to attend the online classes please help me in this difficult (Covid 19) situation or assist me to refund my entire money immediately thanks

                                        I got act fibernet connection in march 2020(bengaluru location Marathalli). it is of 3 months plan and we have to pay before only.so i paid amount of 3740. But due to COVID19 i left to my hometown on march 24th only and didnt used act fibernet till may 31st. and when i returned to bengaluru on june 1st and on june 4th i got a bill of 3740 for upcoming 3 months and i called to customer care but its always in busytone and i called the marketing guy of actfiber who came first and took the payment for connection. he is so rude and when i asked listen the problem atleast he don't care at all and asked me to dicuss only with customer care...when i told him its continuously saying busy busy what i should do.in reply he said its natural i was shocked...they talk nicely till i got the connection
                                        after that no one listen or care...#RIP actfiber...BTW he name is krishna and a fat guy...people please dont listen to his buttering works
