We have been provided with poor services by act fibernet.
Since, past 10 days i have no internet connection. They have taken money for 3 months, installed a hub at my home, connected it to my home electricity but they did not connect the loose wires to my router. Which is why i have no internet connection.
I have called act customer care, written to the nodal officer, talked to so many people from past 10 days but it is useless.
Please rectify it as soon as possible.
