I had raised a service request # sr[protected] on 'internet not working' on saturday 30th may 2020. But till now the issue has not been resolved. I am facing extreme difficulty to continue working from home due to the unavailability of internet.

I have been repeatedly calling the customer care no everyday. But i get the same response that it will be fixed as soon as possible. I can still understand the bad weather conditions which might have caused the current issue. But sla of 5 days is far more than what's expected. Still there is no proper confirmation by anyone on when this is going to be solved. Off course i cannot wait for weeks and months.

If this doesn't get resolved asap i would left be with no other options but to look for other alternate. Because i am really disappointed on how the act team handles issues/queries with connectivity.

    I want to cancel my subscription and they are not replying either to mails or calls. One of the worst service in bangalore. They sent an email with due amount even though i asked for disconnection. How can they renew subscription without my consent.

      Act internet is down since 26th and i have made repeated complaints and escalated to respective nodal officer and appellate authority as we are working from home. I have only requested from day 1 that i get a call back from the respective technical / on field team handling my area so that they give me an accurate time at which this will be fixed. This will enable us to make alternate arrangements as we are working from home. I got a call finally after umpteen calls and emails from my side on the 30th and on 31st. On 31st, shreyas, a nodal officer assured me that he will call me back within 24 hrs to either resolve the issue or inform me when it will be resolved. It has been 3 days and i still have not got one call back nor has he taken my calls. No callback from the technical team or customer support team. This is pure consumer harassment,

        Internet is down from 26 may 2020 till 3rd june 2020 in koramangala.
        Act is still unable to fix the problem. Their costumer care no is not reachable. Terrible costumer service and a very weak technical team who cannot fix issues for 10 days...
        Cannot trust them for primary connection.
        They have screwed up hundreds of people by this irresponsible service.

          The act service is very slow and disrespective, they will not respond properly after the payment they will in my case it's anil from act who did not respond propery like did not pic my calls after payments and did not give me any updates regarding the instalation

            I payed 4400 for 3 months plan. Sales man told me will be installed in 4 days but it's been a week and no one's picking up my calls and no installation has been done.
            Thinking of filing a police complaint.

              I have raised a wifi installation request 8days back but yet to now they have installed it. I have paid them 6 months 5030rs in advance.
              They are providing very pathetic service after taking there money. Kindly help me on this.

                Its been nearly 2.5 months, still we didnt get our refund.
                Issue: applied for new connection in tirupati, and paid money before installation, but they delayed the installation, so decided not to take the service and cancelled it and processed for refund.
                The worst service we have faced in tirupati.
                We have raised nearly 10+ tickets and have direclty contacted the service people in tirupati, but still no response and we havent got our refund.

                  My a/c no[protected] and my registered complaint for cancellation and refund sr [protected] where in they advise me that the resolution of the complaint will be effected by 01/06/20. Till now no action initiated nor have they informed me the reasons for the delay. I am starting to have doubts about their intentions. I am senior citizen. Being troubled.

                    Hi,
                    I got act fibernet connection 6 months before and within these 6 months more than 10 times my internet connection stopped working.. And everytime a raise a complaint, i am not getting proper responses from the customer team..
                    Since its covid situation everyone are forced to work from home.. Without internet it is very difficult for it people to work.
                    More than 5 times my internet is disconnected during these covid days and no proper communication from the customer team

                    Latest may 29, my internet got disconnected raised a ticket.. Got update that it will get resolved by 29 5pm... But later in the day got another message stating it takes 48 hours for fixing due to inclement weather.. After 48 hours i tried calling customer care. Getting busy always from past 2 days. I have called around 50 times.

                    Even after 4 days is completed my internet has not come and not even an update.

                    Very bad customer service

                      I took connection on sunday, today is tuesday since yesterday it is not working.. What the hell it is..!? Web-login account user name:[protected].. Customer care number always coming busy busy how silly it is..? Since morning i tried many times am couldn't able to reach them.. Worst broadband

                        Hi, my name is garima kapoor

                        I requested for a new fibernet connection to be installed and paid an amount of rs. 1179.00 on 27-may-2020, however, no tech has called in yet for the installation. Receipt received on 29th may for the payment made.

                        The local rep ([protected]) who introduced me to this plan has gone mum and is not answering my calls - i have been trying to reach him for days with no luck at all.

                        I am really disappointed with the type of initial impression - very poor services.
                        The payment details are enclosed for the reference.

                        I have raised the same concern on twitter, linkedin, emails but there is no hope. Also i have seen many people complaining on linkedin that they have taken the payment and no one has visited for installation. Attaching all the documents i have, expecting justice.

                            My cust id :[protected] internet stopped working on friday 29 th may 2020, at 4. Pm or so, after receiving a message from act broadband that one of their links is down and it will be rectified within 3 hrs. When internet was not back, i raised complaint @ 10.30 pm sr [protected]. But internet still not working till date 02 june 2020, act broadband has not even called once to update on the issue!! Such pathetic company even nodal officer is a joke!! Customer support no [protected], i get always busy tone, even at midnight!! Alternate no [protected] is not reachable!! Come on act was claiming to be best broadband provider few days ago during lock down, what happened suddenly now? Act is always very poor in terms of customer support, never get new act connection, bcos internet we will get only if issues are resolved at the mercy of act support team!! Please read this complaint i[censored] want to buy new act connection, think twice, especially for your business, do it at your own risk!!
                            Its high time when govt. Should make rules for these isp to pay fine if internet not working beyond 2 -3 days, when they charge late payment fees from customers even if we delay for 1 day!!

                                I raised a complaint on 29/05/2020 sr[protected] for not having internet service, they registered my complain and i received one sms that my connection will be restored by 30/5/2020 by 3.00 pm, after that i got another sms that due to inclement weather it will take 48 hrs, nothing is restored till now, today after several email their appellate authority emailed that it will take 48 hrs. 48 hrs from when? Or it is rolling 48 hrs? Pathetic customer care, but very prompt on collecting payment, even if you paid the bill their representatives will call repeatedly and confirm through phone also. They didn't respond to twitter, their customer service didn't pick up phones.
                                ACT Fibernet customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                Every day they are telling me that it will take another 24-48 hrs. Is it a continuous 48 hrs? What is the date and time when the connection will be restored. This is a height of fraudulent commitment and worst example of customer service.
                                It has been since last 96 hours there is no internet and every day ACT team is giving false promises after promises that it will restored today, even their representative called and told me that he will send an waiver email to me that these days, while there was no connection they will not charge me. But neither they sent any such email, nor they restore the service. However, their Appellate officer are sending email everyday that it will take another 24-48 hrs but it is rolling 48 hrs, everyday 48 hrs and increasing and increasing. They are simply taking advantage of our faulty system and faulty judiciary.

                                  Three o[censored]s in our flat have act connection. We all have ups at home. But we lose internet when power goes off. Every day i raise a complaint and every day they close it without resolving. Their customer care is forever busy. I am having the worst experience. Plan to shift to airtel if this continues.

                                    This issue is regarding internet connection reactivation, i went to native on 20th march 2020 on my personal work, i was about to leave from my native to bangalore by that time this corona lockdown imposed, i requested act customer service center to deactivate internet connection as i can't use, i came back to bangalore on 29th may 2020, i requested act customer service center to reactivate my internet connection same day, they are responding carelessly, from today (01.06.2020) i suppose to start my work, i am getting calls from my office as i am unable start my work due to internet problem, initially they promised that it will get resolved within 24 hrs but now it's been 3 days am facing the problem.

                                      I have raised the complaint for no internet connection 3days ago, no support from act till now and their customer service no. Not reachable. I'm working from home dono how to get this sorted.

                                      Sharath, you are not alone in this its not working for me as well!! ACT customer care no is always busy!! Its high time that we lodge a complaint against ACT broadband for fraud !!

                                        The payment was done on 20th may, 2020 and the salea executive told that the installation will be done in 4-5 days, yet the installation ka not done. A lot of my activities are getting delayed so please ensure fast installation. My ticket number is[protected].
