I have paid 3887 rupees for 6 months subscription to act and they assured me to provide installation within a day or two. It's been two weeks and no one came for installation and no response from customer care. Please help me to get my refund as I lost faith in their service. They are not responding for my refund mail properly.

    I have an FUP of 400GB and the App says I've consumed all of it in 15 days where as I've never crossed 200GB in a month from the last 3 years.

      In 11 days it says 230gb of data has been used which is no where close to my actual consumption. I started tracking my actual usage and the usage being reported by the act app when i got a notification saying half my data had been used. If 10mb is actually used, 100mb of data usage is recorded. When i called customer care asking for data usage split up for the month, after keeping me on hold for five minutes, i was told that there was some glitch in the system and that split up wasn't available. Now the customer care phones are dead and i'm not able to connect to them. This is nothing less than thievery.

      Has your company gone bankrupt? Other than the bots replying, there is no response.
      So here’s the story ...paid for new connection on June 26th for 50mbps 500gb fup plan...next day the cable guy came and left without giving connection...with a week left till to one month ..speed became 1mbps which says data exhausted ...funny thing is I’ve been trying to check the usage at least once a day but the self care act website says data can’t be retrieved...I’ve checked all the devices in my home...all sums up to around 350gb ..which is by the way no where near to 500...and I don’t know what the hell is going on...I mailed the exact same thing one week ago...guess what...no response and since then I’ve been typing the same everywhere which says complaint FORUMs ...this is thievery man...what happened to my 150gb...I’ve got ### online classes to Attend and this ### happens ...better to have airtel ...ACT SUCKS ..
      Same problem. Out of 650gb ... upload data alone shows more than 330gb in August. While in june and July it was only 110 and 115gb upload data per month and customer care not providing proof of it.

        I have a 75 mbps connection but i do not get speed more than 20 mbps at any point in time. With direct wired connection i get the speed but while connecting with router i am not getting the speed. Tickets were closed saying it is router issue, i verified with router oem and as well tried using the same router with another connection where i get good speed fro the router.
        Inspite creating so many tickets nothing seems to work.

            I have placed a new connection request on 24th march and when i did not get any confirmation from act i reached out to customer care. They have told me that they did not receive my payment and cannot go ahead with new connection. Then i have raised the complain with my bank and after the investigation my bank had confirmed that the money is successfully transferred to act ltd and they have given complete details of the investigation. Again when i call up act customer care they denied stating they have not received the payment they will look into it. These people are such a useless and do not know the value of customer's time and money. I am raising the issue here so that someone can support in getting my money back

              Dear team

              Even after escalating matter to consumer complaints my issue not resolved

              I have made advance payment on 13th april and till now no response from act

              Every day i am calling there customer care of act they are telling it will be resolved in 24 hrs but that 24 hrs till not come

              New connection taken for my sons college and school class but act is not caring even for education

              I want you to take strong action and support, else i have to know the doors of consumer court

                I had raised a ticket for internet issue on May 10, 2020. Every day I call ACT fibernet customer care but my issue is not resolved. Since we all are working from home in covid 19 situation, it amounts to huge impact on my office work.

                This is second time when I am facing this issue within a span of 2 months. They just keep lying about when the issue will be resolved. Extremely unprofessional.

                They never ask for any permission and update a false status report in their system that issue is pending because customer is required to provide approval to install some port at Customer premise.

                They have not contacted me for any permission and when I asked about the issue and provided my permission then and there on customer care call, still they have not fixed the issue.

                    not able to cancel my act fibernet connection

                    I am an unfortunate customer of act fibernet
                    I had applied for a new connection on 23rd march with full amount paid for 6 months. I was told i will get connection in 6 days. But even after that i didn't took it up because of corona lock down (Still they were giving connection in neighboring apartments)
                    Till date may 8th i didn't get the connection repeatedly contacting them from april 3rd week. I tried contacting nodal officer through mail and all i was getting was a automated reply to wait. Area manager and customer care executives use to say 2 days every week that they will give connection but after they they don't even have manners to give me a call back. Area manager started declining my calls. I called another employee today and he was saying if area manager was not picking up the call means its difficult to give connection they will refund the amount. As a service provider they committed me to give connection in 6 days and now its 46 days. I think they cheated me nicely. Took my money and kept it with them for 46 days rs 7498.

                    Between once when i called customer care one of the employee named kartik misbehaved. He started giving me classes like area manager only decides things there is no one to question them. Then i asked what kind of organization is yours and he told me like you will get connection only after 60 days...

                      I have requested for new connection on 14 apr20. But still i have not got any update on connection. I'm requesting nodal officer and customer care but no response by them. They say we will inform consern team.

                      Act sales executive has promised me that it will be done with 7 days but now he is not answering my call.

                      My work is getting effected because i do wfh.

                        I have paid ₹1950/-on march 21st 2020 for new finernet connection with 3 months data plan via phone pe with transaction id-p2003211038466983936199.
                        However my payment is not reflecting on account.

                        Please see the attached doc for payment confirmation.

                        As per the plan i paid for 3 mnths in advance and need not pay till july. But not my account is showing due and previous payment is not reflecting.

                        Please send me cash receipt to gmail account. So that i can reimburse from my office.

                          My name is amudha, i stay at bommnahalli bangalore. Recently i requested for a broadband connection. Nuthan josh bomnahali executive helped me in updating my details in act. I did my payment on 2nd may. Still now i haven’t received any call nor message from the service provider he’s not replying nor calling me back.

                          My stress has raised to the core. Currently no connection has given yet. No broadband installation done so far. Hence i need my money back.

                          I am completely frustrated by your service so unprofessional and unethical.

                          I am a salaried employee. I don’t need this anymore i want my money back. They have acknowledged the receipt of rs:4753 towards act fibernet account no[protected] on 02/05/2020.

                            Hello team,
                            I am experiencing the same issue where i have asked for a refund and they have not paid the amount and every time i call them they say 24 hrs some one from finance team will call and re fund the amount, but no one calls.
                            Looks like act is a cheaters company and they want eat customer money.
                            They have also blocked my number.
                            I will have to raise a consumer complaint on this and publish that act is fraud company in all leading social media sites.
                            Pls help else i have to do this

                              Dear team

                              I have booked a new 6 months broad band connection vide account no[protected] on 29th apr. I have paid 7500 rs as a 6 month rental in advance. They confirmed that the connection will be givne in 3 to max 7 days as the movement of staff is restricted due to lock down. I also agreed. Now after the relaxation is given from 4th may they are not given the connection.
                              When i contacted the call centre they sent the standard mail that please wait and they are not committing any details
                              Then i contacted the person who concluded the deal ms tejaswini at mobile no [protected] from today morning and she told she will get back in 30 minutes but not responded. After 4 hours i called and she pretended that she is taking some senor person on call and kept the call on hold for 20 minutes and finally told some person will call you and disconnected the call without any confirmation,.

                              Now i keep calling and made more than 50 calls and she is not picking the calls

                              This is the response of the isp before providing the service then i an wondering after the connection is given how will be the performance and service.

                              I have earlier heard so many stories about the company that they are not professional in work and they dont have nay respect to their customers which came true in my case

                              I have cancelled the connection and they told they will contact for refund within 48 hours and till now they have not yet contacted for refund. When I contacted for call centre they also dont have any clear picture.
                              They know my area is not feasible but still they collected the money and never given the connection even after 12 days.
                              This is the service of a ISP who mentions in their website as best ISP in India.

                                  Hello act fibre support,

                                  I got the hungama subscription closed on 27th april. However, my may 2020 bill still charges me rs 99 + taxes in the bill. I've sent emails (4), support tickets raised, no use. Also, there is no option to submit ticket for over-charges or bill issue. The chat bot only have selected options. This is cheating and fooling the customers.

                                  Please generate new bill without hungama subscription.

                                  Please let me know if you require more details or how to provide the details.

                                  ACT salesman sold a ACT broadband package to us and collected the registration fees and the first month charges on the 6th of Jun 2015, with the promise that the service will begin in 7-10 days. But we haven't heard from them until now and inspite of calling them and filing a complaint several times, I haven't seen any response from them.
