Hello act fibre support,
I got the hungama subscription closed on 27th april. However, my may 2020 bill still charges me rs 99 + taxes in the bill. I've sent emails (4), support tickets raised, no use. Also, there is no option to submit ticket for over-charges or bill issue. The chat bot only have selected options. This is cheating and fooling the customers.
Please generate new bill without hungama subscription.
