This is literal #... Out of 3 months paid i didn't even get proper connectivity.. Everyday their servers are down... My problems still not yet solved.. They just close my ticket.. The customer care lady said i'll forward you're query to technical team and they will call you in 4 hours.. I can't login into my own account as it says you're not authorised to login from my location.. This company should be out of business for fraud.. I can't access what i paid for.. I want my refund in cash.. This is a fraud act on you

    I had applied for a new connection and paid 6 months advance, but actfibernet executive came to may location and advised that its not feasible, call customer care and initiate ticket for refund, i have initiated ticket on april 7 2020, and i received msg i ll be receiving call for bank details but after that i haven't received call nor msg, i called customer care staff informed that we have escalated you'r issue, you would receive call for confirmation and i didn't receive the call or msg, but i was informed that it would take 7 days to get approval for refund i waited, then i wrote many mails helpdesk. [protected]@actcorp.in refunds. [protected]@actcorp.in nodalofficer. [protected]@actcorp.in [protected]@actcorp.in only helpdesk replayed back saying our team will get in touch with with but i didnt response from rest team especially refund team, i am keep on calling customer care regarding refund ticket status but they tell you will received call by eod or 24 hrs but so far i haven't received any msg or call regarding my refund. They have been committing to pay the refund but not yet received. I have attached the documents. Kindly look into this and help to get the refund amount.

        20 days over refund is not done
        Hi,
        On 13th march i made a payment of rs 7498/- to act fibernet for a new connection. Till 9th of april i didn't get the connection so i have requested for refund (Ref SR[protected]) but till now i haven't got the refund. When i am asking to customer care they are keep saying it's in process. Initially they have told me that it will take 7 days. From 02th may almost everyday i am calling customer care but not getting any resolution.
        I can understand the present scenario. But do you know in digital India if you will make a NEFT transfer how much it would take? I think it will not take more than 3 working days. If I am not wrong total 18 days(13 working days) are over. How much time you are expecting me to wait? Sorry to say it looks like you are taking the advantage of this scenario & delaying the payment.

          Hi, I am mounika.i taken a broadband on april 1st.due to their non availability they extended the time and not given connection.so we asked for refund on april 5 th now the date is april 25 th but still they didnt processed our refund

              I have applied for new connection one week ago. Payment and documents verification done. And they saying we need to fix the box on your building. But no one came up. I got work from home. But i am unable to do it because of ni internet connection. Even in this financial crisis i paid full amount for the connection. And it's nothing useful. What's the use if i get the connection after lockdown lifted?? Customer care is useless. And the people who contacted me to guide the payment and document verification they even picking up my calls and not responding to my messages. One rule must be there, payment after the connection. This is strictly needed.

              I have cancelled the new connection. Please provide me the refund amount ASAP. I gave up on the internet connection as Poor response from ACT. Guys don't pay the money prior to the connection. Atleast ask them to visit your building first then talk with them, review completely then pay the money. Else it would be pure business to them.

                Hi team

                I have places the order for new connection on 18th march 2020 and i have made the payment on same day using upi google pay your team has imformed me that they have received the payment on 23rd march 2020. From that day to till now installation not been done when last time i called customer care they informed that installation will be done on 3rd r 4th april then on 3rd one o[censored]r executive visited my location and informed that there is not nearby junction box so we have to call engineer to install the junction box i asked how much time it will take they informed it will be done in a week now its more than 10 days and no one visited to the location today (12/04/2020) they told it will take more one week for the installation. I wont that why u guys r making fools to the customer by taking there money and not giving installation on time. When i call to your customer care and inform them to transfer the call to seniors they keep the call on hold for more than 30 min and disconnect the call and day before yesterday i spoke to one of the adviser from customer care he have given me the assurance that installation will be done within 48hrs and now its been more than 48hrs even i have recording of that call. I need installation to be done asap

                  My refund request(7427/-) is registered on APRIL 10th 2020, But no-one from refund team contacted me for 2 weeks, every 2 days I was calling to ACT team, they say within 24 hours issue amount will be refunded, I crossed many 24 hours but it is not solved, I didn't get refund amount. I am facing this Carona pandemic crisis, ACT is making me into more crisis.

                      I wanted a new connection as i was forced to work from home. I opted for actand paid inr. 7498 for 6 months plan (100 mbps). Respected person came to give connection but he told there is no junction box and dint give connection. I requested for refund and 10days back and was told i will get the refund in 10days, as i waited for refund and i called customer care today, they told to fill a refund form and sent a link which is not even working customer care executive told he will look after the refund and do not worry and no need to fill any form. Truly worst customer support. Every executive in customer support are giving differnet answers everytime i call.

                          Hi,

                          I had paid amount of INR 7, 498 for ACT fibernet connection through online portal on Sunday, March 22, 2020. But, I after the payment was successfully made, I was redirected to the home page and I all I got was a single SMS regarding confirmation of payment. I couldn't proceed any further even after paymnet. I went ahead and paid an ACT agent again, and got the connection done. Afterwards, I spoke to the Customer Care Centre as I had made multiple payments and they told they'll initiate a refund. Now, it's almost a month and I have still not got any refund. When I call the Call Centre, which is first of all very hard to reach, they say that the refund has been initiated on April 2nd. But, they do not provide clarity at all and finally after coaxing them, they told me to post my complaint on the forum. Please don't play around with people's money during these troubled times and quickly refund my money.

                          It's been more than 3 months now, and neither have I received a call nor has any executive contacted regarding the refund. At this point, I just feel like ACT is downright SCAMMING ME. No offices are open, customer care is of ZERO HELP and now, the consumer complaint is also being ignored.

                          Revert back to me ASAP regarding my refund amount, or I know what other remedies to pursue.

                            I had requested for a new connection and payments was also paid upfront on april 9 2020 the technician visited and advised that the act box available in my lane is full and a new box needs to be installed however it will take 15 to 20 days, the waiting period was too long hence i did not agree to it and requested for a refund contacting the customer service. 1. I was told a refund request will be taken and the amount is rs3749, when i confirm i had paid a total of 4399 and it was a link sent to me from act i was told by the customer service agent to hold on and the accounts team will contact me and here is the ref-no:ref sr[protected] shared to me in the email and someone from accounts team was suppose to contact me within 48hours.

                            2. After 48 hours i din't receive any call from accounts team hence i contacted them and i was asked to hold on i will get a call and if i don't get a call please send an email to helpdesk. [protected]@actcorp.in, i sent an email to the mentioned email address on the 15 april 2020 with the payment proof screenshot and the message received from the bank and got an auto reply stating some will respond to this within 48hours and till date not heard from anyone.

                            3. On 18 april 2020 i sent an email to the nodal officer email address: nodalofficer. [protected]@actcorp.in and still dint here anything.

                            Surprisingly i got a call today from act technician stating he is on the way to my place and he will reach in few minutes and installation will be completed, it has been more than 2 hours now and the technician is still not visited my place and when i tried calling there is no response.

                            I seriously can't believe that company like this has such worst service and this behavior of them is put me in trauma.

                            This company which is so inefficient has no right to stay in the market i believe.

                            Moreover I submitted my complaint here on 20th of April 2020 and today is 25th April 2020, do you think I am in a different planet which is causing you to delay contacting me.

                              I ordered new connection from act fiber net on 6th march 2020 and due to technical connection feasibility act agent confirmed me to disconnect the request and claim refund using custom care process.

                                  I have placed a new connection request through the phone to mr. Mesak padala ([protected]) in sriharipuram, vizag. He came to my house on 21st march 2020 and gave me the act bank account number to pay rs 1950/- to act fiber net. He said that the technician will come on the 23rd of march 2020 to provide us the new network connection.

                                  My act account no is[protected]. Each day i called him and he started delaying saying tomorrow we will connect, from 23rd it became 28th march 2020 no one came.

                                  Then i raised a ticket on the act consumer forum to refund my money on april 1st, 2020. They gave me a
                                  Ticket no - sr[protected] and my
                                  Work order no - is wo[protected]
                                  They said that i will get a refund by 7 weeks or most probably 15 days and their refund team member mr. Sri ram will give me a call to get the bank details but i never received the call to date.

                                  I have been calling the act call center ([protected]) daily since the 10th of march 2020 to know the status and why mr. Sri ram is not calling me to get my bank details and the only reply which i am getting is that they will raise a ticket and he will call in 24 hours, now it's been more than 17 days. And still i am getting the same reply and i haven't received a call yet from mr. Sri ram.

                                  I am mailing to their nodal officers (Nodalofficer. [protected]@actcorp.in) almost daily but they have never replied too. For me, that amount is huge especially during this crisis time.

                                  Two months ago I have raised this complain act has closed my ticket, Salim -act fiber net customer care service person said that I will get my money by today but still I haven't received my money, I am sincerely requesting the conser forum now please help me get this money back. Act fiber net is not helping me. I need that money urgently.

                                    Hello,

                                    I requested for a reconnection on 1st april 2020, technician came on 3rd april, he said will send person in 3 days to remove the existing junction box and install a new junction box as server was removed from junction box while requested for a disconnection 1 year ago.

                                    Waited for 3 days, i never received an update nor person did not arrive at my place

                                    On 8th april, i called act call centre, raised a service request informing all the details, sr[protected]. I was assured that the issue will be fixed by 14th april 2020, no response from act team.

                                    I kept calling them each and every day, they provide fake promises.

                                    I spoke with rajeshwari (Team leader) on 15th april, who assured a call back on 16th april, no call back received till date, they are disconnecting my calls.

                                    Executive names who promised a call back in 4 hours and never arranged a call back: vinod kumar, vijay kumar, rajesh, rajeshwari

                                    One of the worst service provider.

                                      I have requested for the connection shifting to my new house address 15 days ago. Submitted all the supporting documents and paid the bill for this month also

                                      Made so many calls to customer care, in the mail also i have requested them to complete the issue, but the issue is not resolved yet. Please have a look into it resolve asap

                                        The connectivity is absent for more than 13 days out of 28 days since i have taken the connection last month. Every time i am raising an issue, there is no response. They might send a technician sometimes who just closes the ticket without resolving the issue. The connection is down most of the time and they do not refund the amount they have taken. It is a fraudulent company. I have faced enough humiliation at my work due to lack of connectivity in such a critical time and internet being an essential service. I am going to raise a petition in facebook and keep you posted here to go ahead with a legal suit. Customers who have been through any harassment by act broadband can help me with the petition.
