Recently i had raised a ticket regarding frequent disconnection issue ticket no. Sr[protected].

One of your employees named sandeep attended the issue and marked it as resolved after changing channel settings in the router. After that, again the issue started to appear and i reopened the ticket. For that reason, he was asking me why i reopened the ticket and all and threatened to deliberately not attend the issue for 2 days over the call. After closing the ticket, he was giving reasons like device issue, router issue etc over the call without actually coming down to the issue site even after frequent happening of the issue. Without actually resolving the issue, why did he mark it as resolved? What is wrong with reopening the ticket if issue appears again? Is this how you take care of your customers?

From almost the last 1 week, i have had connectivity issues. Facing a lot of issues while taking client calls and all. This behavior from your employee is not acceptable. I request you to do something about it.

    I had paid for new connection on 17th mar 20 against id :[protected] still no one has come to fix it, every day calling and following up with customer care they don't have proper information, even emailed several times to all authority (Support, nodal, applicant) no one is responding
    I got the service request message on 30th march which suppose to be closed on 31st still no one attended.

    Worst service ever seen this is ridiculous.

      It's been more than a week since i am not able to use the internet. Everyday i am raising complain and they are simply closing the ticket without even fixing the issue. I am working from home and just because this internet issue not able to work properly. They even promised 300 mbps speed but whenever the internet is working for 1-2 hours that time its giving only 50-80 mbps speed only. They have charged me in advance and this is cheating and mental harassment for me.

      We are unable to reach any customer support regarding this nonsense they were asking us to call back on the month end but no buddy will be responding our call frm past 5 days same in last month also... preplanned business
      I have not taken any membership of zee5 ott platform from actfibernet but bill due is showing under zee5 and when iam trying to contact them no response from them and there is no option from them to cancel or to address the complaint

        I have applied for the new connection on 29th march and made the payment. Local act technician team promised that installation will be done ~1week and asked to proceed with payment.
        After a week no one is picking the call and no responses. 2days, i received a call from act installation person saying that he would be available in next half an hour for installation but still he dint arrive, neither picking up the call.
        Act customer care asks to wait for 2more weeks, which means 3 and half weeks...

        If you do not have enough team strength, please don't claim fake promise and trap our money. Right now i am not able to get my work done and salary is also cut because of your fake promise.

        Very pathetic. Don't fall trap for false promises

        I made a new request connection on March 23rd 2020 from ulsoor-bangalore
        I received a call from a ACT team on March 28th and made me pay the payment for 6months(7498) rs and said me within one week installation will be done

        Now it's more than 12 days and no response.
        Trapped my money, mentally frustrated and left me with no choice to move to alternative solution.

        Very cheap management and strategy. Don't make benefit of this pandemic situation

        Refund my money . This is completely fraudulent.

        This is regarding the new connection for ACT broadband from ACT Bangalore.

        Firstly I made a request on 23-march 2020 and received the response from team on 28-march-2020

        2) on 28-march-2020 made a payment confirming with a team that at maximum one week installation will be executed.

        3) even after constant contact with act customer care, 5th April installation engineer visited and said junction box is not available

        4) customer care constantly kept saying with in a day, still installation would be performed (note: this a reply every day ACT gives)

        5) on 6th April contacted ACT nodal center and received reply that till lockdown (14april) is over no installation could be made. Which means no salary for me for 8 days + 10 days due to no internet connection)

        Now I have my money trapped in ACT due to false promise and please note : local act team does not pick the call and customer care says we registered complaint which I found zero use.

        Now I applied for refund, I want my money back .
        ACT has made mentally frustrated and consumed my valuable time by false promise.

            They promised for connection took money and for some reasons they afterwards said that they cannot give my connection.They initiated my refund on 23-feb but i didn't get my money till now.I keep on talking with customer executive they said that they will get in touch but I didn't get any call from them.

              I have opted for a new connection and i have paid for 6 months package of rs.3245, he (Sales executive-pavan) said, installation will get completed within 4 days. He said, act company is working only on 6 months package. So, i have paid the amount: 3245/-rs. Till now, nobody contacted me for new installation and the sales person (Pavan - contact number [protected]) is not at all picking my calls, i called him 25 times, and message him in whatsapp, no response. His behavior is very bad and contacted customer care, but they are not at all responding properly, their answer is you need to contact the sales executive. So i raised ticket to refund my money, they even did not respond with sr number and disconnected my call, it happen's 4 times and i have not heard anything since then. I don't understand, why these people are playing with people urgency need. They are making money with our need and cheating us. Please help me on this issue asap.

                I have paid rs. 2018 through act fibernet application on 21st mar 2020 @ 1.22 pm online. I received acknowledge mail added representative contact details. The rep told me that they don't provide services for my area and i need to contact cc for refund. I sent several mails from registered mail id which i updated in their application portal. But they asked me to send mail from registered mail id. I have given then clear screen shot of payment details. I have nit received proper response till today.

                Kindly advice how to get back money from them. I'm from bangalore.

                  I been a client of broadband service provider act, around 2 years ago the broadband service provider installed a power box at my residence with the promise that i would be given a power discount. But till now every month their billing has been without the promised discounts. When contacted they conveniently lie that it would be done in the next bill, but then they don't. For referrals they promised 25% discount on the next bill, but that too hasn't been delivered properly. Despite calling & mailing them regularly, no action taken from their end.

                  as for the issue. kindly go through the complaint properly & thoroughly. it's been the same damn issue since that box was installed. you expect the customers to make a call every month to your inefficient, non-performing, zombie customer care & ask them to inform the back-office team to update the account details? if so give it in writing (physically or here). and the referral amount also not credited properly. from day 1 there seems to some problem or the other. give me just one valid reason why ACT shouldn't be taken to the consumer forum?

                    On feb 2nd i had taken the act connection and i paid for 6 months in advance. After that i have to shift my place and asked act to relocate the connection but they refuse for that saying they don't serve on my new location. So i asked for the refund for that on 19th march they said that they have refunded the amount in my account and since then i am waiting but still the amount didn't came to my account. After raising the complaint on customer i am not getting any response and i don't know hot to get my money now. Even they are not replying to my emails and not even providing me the receipt in which account they have transferred the money.

                      I had applied for a new connection for which the sales person came and did a survey after which i was told that the connection can be done and he took payment for 6 months. After that 5 times installation executives have come and left without installing and each gives a different reason. After following up with customer care more than 10 times and physically going to the act office in indiranagar, bangalore, still i was told that the installation will be done by the manager sanjay. However, no installation has been done and they even refuse to answer calls or even update their own system with the failure of installation. After multiple visits and 3-4 weeks spent endlessly following up with them they finally tell me that installation cannot be done and i should apply for a refund. This should have been informed to me before taking the payment. The installation executive gopal and the manager sanjay have been extremely incompetent and did have the decency to even give updates to me. They expect me to run behind act everyday and find the solution myself. Pathetic service for a customer who has had an act connection at a different location for more than 5 years. This will be the last time i go with act fibernet.

                        Hello,

                        I initiated reconnection of my act connection (Account number[protected] this tuesday (17th march) and customer service is really horrible. First problem is - i can't reach customer service, second problem is i get a call from them when i send an email asking if the problem is resolved and when i say it is not resolved they promise action and nothing happens.

                        Finally this was resolved a few days ago and unfortunately the resolution was only temporary. Within a few days o[censored]sage, the owner of the building where act has put the box (Fiber to lan box) has cut all the lan cables and my connection is disconnected for last 4-5 days. This is really frustrating and i dont know why i am sticking behind act despite all the poor customer service. Kindly look into this and fix this asap as in covid situation work from home is becoming difficult due to inconsistency in internet connectivity.

                          [protected] is my account number and the moment we requested for an account activation they came home and took money for activation and disappeared. After a week or so after continuous follow up they came to connect and that too was rude with us. They never show any responsibility towards services that we need. After connection every day we face issue with connection but they never turn up.. Finally when we are unable to connect we just left it and wrote a disconnection mail to the company. They kept on calling us for the bills to pay where we are not even using the internet, infact we are unable to connect it shows as user name and password not recognised. We shifted to the new house just above the house we were living early and informed them for new connection. They reactivated the connection without setting up the wire or the wifi box and now behind money. Such poor services and poor behavior i have never seen in my entire life. The number to which we were calling up is : [protected] who keep saying will call you latter but he never call up.. We are writing this because at this crucial time of covid we are unable to connect to net for work and still they want the money to be paid. - we dont have wifi box or wires even connected to our house..

                            Hi my user id is[protected] i am unable to log in thru act fibernet app it's saying invalid user id and also i have a complaint regarding the detailed data usage my 400 gb data is finished in 15-19 days and i don't have that of much o[censored]sage it happend only in this month in previous months i was always having 100 gb extra left but in this month i reached my fup limit quite early and so i purchased flexy bites 50gb plan that also ended within 1 week i hardly use torrents or any thing that consumed much data i don't understand what is the issue kindly resolve it or if it's same in the next month i won't be continuing with your service kindly check and resolve the issue as soon as possible

                              Hi, i am new customer of act fibernet where i was promised with false commitment for sooner installation in this lockdown situation and insisted me to pay the full amount and done the payment on 21 march 2020. But it’s been a week as we are working from and couldn’t go to office since there is lockdown we are requesting for sooner installation but no one is responding even after the escalation (No reply also).
                              Everyday they sending a message that installation will be delayed by 2 weeks but the days are not getting minused. Every new messages the days will counted one that day, the previous days are not in count. If 2 weeks from everyday will lead to months together to get the installation done and there is no way to contact them as they very unprofessional telling that to refund the money as this will take 15 days and other sources of internet providers are will take another couple of weeks hence i am loosing hope to get the installation. And the salesman who insisted and given false commitment is switched off his phone and blocked us on his mobile. Hence there no proper solution or response to mails, messages, escalation. I didn’t get any ways to resolv this and get the help. I also lost all these days i don’t want refund i want the connection as i won’t get immediat connection from other sources which is required to work from home in this tough time. I believe government is providing facilities and giving passes at least they can ask the engineers to work on installation with this help but they are not even responding to customers. Kindly help to get my connection as soon as possible.

                              It’s been 15 days . I know it’s tough time . But we also have lot work to do which needs the internet in this tough time as we are working from home. I understand, had wait till this time.but still delaying is not acceptable. I know government is not stopping such emergencies of work and not saying ACT to stop working and let the people suffer. Please help me with the connection asap. Government has provided the facilities continue this type of work to help the needed and they providing passes too. Please do the needful and complete the installation and connection activation with no time or asap. As we are also facing problem in such tough time. Need an internet connection badly to work from home.

                              Today I have called the customer service again they are giving a false commitment saying that the technician by name sharan will call for installation. The day has ended nothing happened.Now, again I called them they are telling it will take one week and here nothing has been registered that it is assigned to technician. After some time she told it has registered but don’t know about the installation said she will escalate on the guy who spoke in the morning . All that I can understand is they are playing fool with people and later she told she connect the call to higher level which took 20 mins it didn’t get connected she just pushed the time so that I disconnect a call after waiting . Later, she disconnected without further notice. The mails that I escalated on the Nodal and appellate, I don’t know where they are . They never come back.Is there any to help me ??

                              I spoke to the Nodal officer too . Now again they don’t have any updated information saying that they cannot do any connection right now. She is very irresponsible not doing any update and again telling 15 days from today.
                              I have done payment on 25th but did not received the refund due to I have done two times payments to same register number please kindly refund my amount please issue this problem as soon as possible as we have contacted act people many times they are not responding at all.

                                Dear sir,
                                I am a customer of ACT broadband service, my internet plan is
                                "A-MAX 425" according to which my FUP limit is 200gb per month after which my internet speed will be reduced.on 30/3/2020 Monday when I checked on ACT official mobile app, it claims that my data usage exceeded my FUP limit ie 200gb, but when I checked detailed daily usage in the same app it shows that I only used 10.63 GB upload and 160.75 GB download data which is total of 171.38 GB on march 31 which clearly under the FUP limit.
                                When I contacted ACT customer care on 30/3/2020 for clarity on this difference between FUP usage they claim in my account summary and detailed day-wise usage is shown in their app, they are unable to give clarification and they told me that they will contact me back in 4 hours but they dint.
                                NOTE- even according to data on the ACT portal page, I used fewer data compared to what they claim.

                                  I am really upset with the kind of service these guys provide. Once the company is established they forget about their customers. Customer service is pathetic, they need to regulate their customer service accordingly. I want my money back for the false promises made and the pain that i have undergone because of these unprofessional people, just wanted to keep you informed i am a heart patient. This is my account id[protected]. Please see if some responsible citizen of my country can look in to these irresponsible companies and the people associated with them and help us. They are all taking us for granted.

                                    I paid the money for act fiber net connection for 6 months through online. I have been told that the connection is going to be acrivated within 48 hours. On 3 rd day one person from act company called and told that they will send the technician. But no one attended. On 5 th day the manager called and informed that they are going to send their engineer. No one came to home. 9th day one person called and informed that they are going to activate by tomorrow. Unfortunately this was not happened. Most irresponsible. I don't want the connection. Hence i want to surrender the connection

                                      I registered for Act connection online within 1 hour their sales agent came and collected money for 6 months plan around 5400₹ without even giving connection or checking if it's feasible.

                                      Then for 5-6 days I had to call them repeatedly to provide connection. And when they finally came they said we have to drill holes in the building to which building owner refused so I requested for refund. They should have informed in prior before collecting money that drilling of building needs to be done. Without feasibility check they collected money.

                                      Now it's been around 1 month I have still not received my refund, I called customer care I mailed to nodal officer but I have still not received my refund.

                                        I have paid the connection amount of 7498 for a new act fibernet connection in bangalore. They are not creating the account and saying that they will refund the amount after account creation. I am calling the customer care everyday they are not providing any satisfactory resolution. It takes 20 mins to connect to the customer care. Either provide me a connection or refund the money.
