On sept 17 i paid to act executive, on oct 5th they fixed box in my location, pulled wire to my home. But no connection till now i haven't seen login page in my laptop. Worst service i used airtel broadband, gsn broad band, ticona, hath way. I found act-bangalore is worst not even comparison with others. Every time they will tell ticket created & updated ticket thats it. I made complaint but not responding.i have service issue .i[censored] r willing to provide service, plz disconnect it.from last 15 days I made calls for customer service I am wexed up ..tq plz take off the connection .

From last 4 days, internet is not working. Escalated the issue to nodal officer, but no use. Pathetic customer support and irresponsive. Everytime they open a new ticket and no action is taken so far.
Also wish to close the connection if not resolved in a day.
