I got new connection using your app on 3rd august. No one got back to me till 8th august. I called your nodal officer on the same day. He asked me to be in contact with one agent who did not reply for next 3 days. She collected all the documents on 11th but still did not process new connection till 14th august. She created account but gave me eta of 3 days for installation. I got back to you in 3 days. No one replied to message. Customer service calls are useless, no action taken after multiple complaints. I paid full amount 10, 555 for 6 months. Everyday there is new excuse and installation is not done yet. No one even communicated the delay. Nodal officer number is alway busy. After using my money for 1 whole month. No connection provision, no customer service calls, no reply to emails and no refund amount credited in my account. Pathetic service from act.

      I am relocating and hence raised request to close the current act broadband connection. I have already paid current month amount and want refund for the remaining days for which i won't be having their broadband service.

      But customer service representative told that refund in my bank account is not possible instead they are suggesting to keep balance with act account. I want my money to be refunded.

        I have been requesting for refund and they are not providing the refund till today
        21th August 2018.

            I had reactivated my internet connection on 26.01.2018 for 6M + 2M free plan, They had charged rs 2791/- . They told me it will works till 26.09.2018. But now they disconnected my connection today. They have given a false commitments. They cheated me. We have all sms in my mobile. They also accepted we promised to for 6M +2M. But 6 months 20 days, ACT fibernet de activated my connection, had to call up the customer care and explain them, they told me we dont have the plans like 6M + 2M, but you pay for more 4months then you will get for next 6M. How will be-leave those words...

            I have the same issue. I was promised for 6M + 2M and, I paid for it starting 19 July '18. Which means, I am supposed to have the connection until 19 March 2019.
            However, in the bill, I see the end date is 20 Jan 2019. I have raised several questions to the ACT personal who provided the connection. But have not received any response yet. The customer care number keeps me on hold for more than 30 mins which is quite frustrating. So I eventually wrote an email to both Help Desk and Nodal Officer, and still have not received a response. I personally feel cheated here in Vizag. I did not have any issues when I used ACT in Bangalore.

I got my account number on 13th of Aug and same day I got call from ACT installation team but that time I was in office, so I told to that guy come after 4:30 and do the installation. But today's is 15th Aug and installation is still not done.

              A couple of months back i had trouble paying 6 months bill at once and a customer representative helped me pay from the backend and some entertainment subscription was enabled without my consent. When i opened a ticket questioning the same, i was told that it is some hooq subscription, i still don't know what it is and have neither opted for it nor used it. The representative told that since i had not consumed the service, amount will be reversed and she disabled the subscription.. I was told that the amount is reversed in the back end and it will take a day for it to reverse in the front end which never happened and i still see one month subscription amount as due. I have opened 4 tickets so far and everytime its closed without my consent. This is nothing but robbing loyal customers which is not acceptable. I need to pay my relocation charges which is about 350 but the due amount is showing as 434 including the hooq subscription.
              The customer representative is telling now you have to pay it and they will not reverse it. Please help

                Have purchased six months plan from act. They have provided faulty connection.
                Now they are not responding to my calls messages or emails. I have not been able to use single byte of data. And my validity period is going on. I want to disconnect and refund. The registration guy has threatened that the installation is over
                And he wont do anything. The technician said that the network will come automatically. But i got it checked by other guy who said the wire is not connected. They have not provided the complete setup. And they have charged 4300. I dont know what to do. I am a new guy in the city. This is my worst experience ever. I am not a rich guy. Please help..

                  Horrible service. Complaints are not fixed for more than 24hrs. And it is happening frequently. Customer care number is continuously busy. [protected]. Every time there is power out, just out connection goes off rest all other connections work in the building. Replacing battery did not help. This happens very often.
                  Act service is horrible. Miss airtel in this area, they use to solve problem within 2hrs.

                    I have raised couple of tickets to get my act fibernet connection shifted. The shifting is inside the same apartment/same floor, only to next door. I am shifting from door no 309 to door no 310.
                    All the internal wiring is completed and ready to be connected, still act people are not responding to this request. I have written to apellate authority & nodal officers multiple times, but no use of that as i did not get any response from them.

                    Initially they told it is not feasible to have act fibernet in my area, which is false as i have act in door no 309 and needed to be shifted to door no 310. One person from act sales team came home and told me that shifting will take nearly 1 month and told me to take a new connection instead, which is again misleading.

                      A complaint was raised[protected], & there was no internet connection for more than 52 hours, to rectify the issue they moved the power box to my residing premises & are taking power connection for same. For this the team tried checking the power supply at various points. Now these have caused 3 issues to me & nearby members.

                      1) i have not received how much refund i have got / or how many extra days are added.

                      2) how much discount for will given for the power box current utilization, still no clarification.

                      3) still the wires are not connected properly, probably raising risk for the life or physical damage to the property.

                      Its more than 7 days, now they are opening a new ticket [protected] & without any confirmation closing the ticket.

                      Still no proper progress, they have called me stating they will resolve the issue & mark the ticket as closed. And I have to reopen again. I have recorded all the calls but not able to attach here. Only 10% of the issue verbally they said the waiver is given (I need to check) I wont pay until the issue is resolved.

                        We had been prepaid subscribers of act fibernet (Internet service) from 2016 to 2018. As prepaid subscribers, we pay for internet bill one month in advance.in july 2018, we were out of town and we could not pay the bill by 10th. Without even asking us, act disconnected our internet service. We were greatly troubled by disconnection and we decided to move on to another internet subscriber. But their customer care agents kept on calling us. We told them we were no longer interested. But act fibernet continues to send us bills long after they have disconnected our service. We are shocked that they have sent us a consolidated bill of 1593 for the months of july and august when they have not given us a byte of internet in the month of august. Act continues to harass us by sending us bills and their customer agents keep on calling us. We need a resolution and such bullying behavior and unabashed cheating needs to stop right away

                          I have applied for the act internet connection and more than 10 days they were not able to provide the connection, so i initiated the cancellation and ask for the refund. They said they have processed the refund but i haven't received that. I enquired them, they asked me to share the entire month bank statement. After sharing the bank statement, i haven't got any response from them, even though i have looped appellate authority : (

                            Hi, my internet is not working from past week and after several calls and tweets, you guys unable to do anything about that. No executive even came to visit and check the issue. I emailed same to you guys even nodal officers in loop but all in vain.
                            You guys did not even know the problem and no one is bothering me to tell the issue. Making false claims the fibre is cut at some location but all our neighbors did not face the same problem.
                            Then you tell me that they are connected to different server. How do they connected to different server when the same fiver is cut at our location? And how do i can't join the same server as them?
                            You don't have the answers and you told me that you will get back to me in 12 hours, its been 36 hours and i didn't receive any thing from you guys.
                            And your customer care no is so pathetic that all the time its busy.

                              Today i got a message about my due amount. When i saw app you have generate bill from 5th august 2018 to feb 2019. But why you have issued bill for next 6 months. I am shifting my house as i was for my internship only in my house.

                              Its disgusting that you issue bill even without asking and that too before last date of current plan 5th august.

                              Please cancel my subscription. Now i will be not using it.

                                This Melwin from Jayanagar 4th T block, Bangalore-41. I had applied for an installation of act fibernet to my home paying Rs.3749 . They assured me it will be done by 2-3 days, each day there field engineer came and told they don’t have server box to give an installation to pot to my home. It happened for a week . I called the CUSTOMER CARE team they told me they ll send a mail to my registered mail I’d ([protected]@gmail.com) within 72hours but I haven’t got any . It’s almost 2 weeks I haven’t got any call nor a mail. If this the case I ll walk down to the main office in Bangalore or file a case in consumer court. Stop being stupid ### company and do the needful.

                                  This is sudha singh. I came to your banjara hills office on 2o july 2018.

                                  I paid for first time of rs 2907 for 6 months to ramu (Collection executive of hitech city) in 3rd july. But as it was taking long time i asked for cancellation and bought another connection. I asked for refund of my cash and it was told by ramu that he has processed it. I called him several times and he said same thing and confimed from customer care that was also of no use. Ramu and customer care kept on lying to me for 18 days. Then i came to know it has not been started. I went to jubilee hills branch, there manager also lied to me that it has been processed, but it was not. He collected my details and said he will send me a mail, which i never received.

                                    My package is act blaze where i get a quota of 280gb per month. I pay it on 15th every month. My usage relates to checking emails and social networking which includes watching youtube videos. On 21st of this month my net connection ran slow and upon checking the fup status it showed exceeded. Since, it was a weekend and we wanted to use it for entertainment purposes, i added a flexybytes+ data pack for 50 gb worth rs 400. Today is the 24th and again it shows exceeded. How is it possible? Within 4 days 50 gb exceeded. Customer care is always busy. You can't talk to anyone. I seriously want to change to a different provider. From 15th to 24th - 280gb+50gb gone? Are you serious? I don't download movies. We watch on amazon prime and so far only one movie. So are you saying, if i watch one movie online, my entire data gets over? This is really crazy and i'm losing so much money every single month. 50gb for hardly 3 days is atrocious.

                                      I just recharged for flexbytes for 50 gb paying rs.400 (On 18th june 2018)

                                      I haven't used any massive downloads, just normal browsing and watching youtube and listing to amazon music.

                                      Today[protected] my flexbytes is empty and i am in slow speed. There is no the way to check my usage and the act portal says it's not working.

                                      The mobile app doesn't have the data usage page. I know what i surf and checked with my family member about the usage.

                                      I don't even think we touched 10/20gb between 18th to 22nd. This is really alarming, am i getting cheated here???

                                      Where us your data usage page? What was my actual usage?

                                      I have raised a ticket with them today at 22nd using their app. Let's see what happens.

                                        One of the worst internet service providers. It's been a week since iv paid for the internet service and they haven't even installed it yet. Have to literally keep calling them. Their agents never call back. They are least concerned about anything and If this doesn't get resolved by today I'm going to the police station to lodge an fir against these guys and all the various act fibrenet agents who have been visiting here.
