And for that fraud activity no compensation has been provided by company.

    I raised a complaint on 7th September at 11am
    (Ticket no: [protected]) and I was told that the problem would be resolved by maximum time 24hrs.
    It has been 4 days since but still the problem has not yet been resolved.I have been calling customer care daily and they keep saying it would be fixed by that day but nothing has happened yet.
    I have been a act customer from past 5 years and this is the first time I am regretting going for act.

      Have been act customer since the days when hr was beam, though customer service was always bad, somehow the speed was awesome. Now from last 2-3 weeks i have been facing connectivity issue acth almost no internet during this time. I bought a plan for 1200 rupees as i am required to work from home, but with no connectivity, had to keep going to office. The worst thing which i don't understand is how could act charge complete amount, instead they should be apologetic to their customers and should not ask for complete payment. I am so annoyed that i want to just disconnect the service, but looks like they don't want to accept any calls, hence i am left with no option but to not pay the next month advance, so i could get a call from them. Unfortunately this is the only way i am left with a company who doesn't care for their customers and their view.

        From last couple of weeks i tried to login to my account, but could not as the web page is saying you are login to other network. raised the complaint several times along with mail communications, but not solved.

        it is creating the problem in paying the bill. However the payment can be done through the app, as informed by the customer care. But why should i require to down load the app. several app, it makes the phone speed slow.

        it is complete a negligence towards solving the problem, even after escalation.

        when one dale delay company imposed the penalty, then not solving the problem also the company should also to be penalized, when they are committed to solve the problem within 24hrs.

        Request action against for such defaulters.

          Two months back we've got a new connection. They set the general reset date of data on 2nd of every month but did reset it earlier. When i tried to contact them they are not at all responding. I even tried to contact them by registering for a new connection. As it was for a new connection they responded quickly. But when i said it was about an issue they simply said we are transferring the call to technical team and hung the line. Feeling worst about the service.

              We paid money for 6 months for new connection on sep 2nd but till now we did'nt get call from act team we contacted many customer care persons, nodal officers and hyderabad act employees but they are telling tomorrow we will check ...They are telling from monday to till now we given compliant to nodal officer and appellate authority through mail we are not received any reply from their employees.But we don't know whom to be contact persons for further complaints.Please hep us to resolve issue .                 I raised for a disconnection request 3 days ago and confirmed them to disconnect it and stop the billing cycle from the month of september. The customer care person told that before disconnecting i will get a call for disconnection. I informed that its not possible to receive call during my work time so i confirmed them to disconnect even if i am not answering my phone but they are not disconnecting. For that, i have been calling them to disconnect but still it has not been done and they generated the bill for the month of septmeber '2018. For which i called again and spoke to a customer care representative named ashish who should be fired since he don't know how to speak to customers and understand the customer's situation. He shouted at me and asked me whether i understand english or not. Who is he to ask me all these? Either he should be fired or the one who recruited him should be. Because if this is the way customers are treated then customers will definitely discard their connection since there are many more good service providers available. Act should think that because of customers they are present, if customers are not there then there is no act.

                  Its pathetic that irrespective of my requests and commitments my issue is not being resolved. Some official had come and could not able to fix the issue but again no follow up to fix that issues and i am calling left right to customer care... Every time there is a 4 hours tat commitment which is a joke as never the company adhering to this tat committed by them only...

                  Under this circumstances, why a consumer case won't be filled against act fibernet for harassing consumers like me who has been a loyal customer since last 4 years without defaulting a single occasion in paying my dues on time...

                    faulty router replacement

                    Hello all,

                    I have registered multiple complaints with act for frequent disconnections and speed drop issue. I have an 100 mbps plan but i always get speed of 1-2 mbps with frequent disconnection. I have raised more than 100 complaints so far and everytime they close the case as resolved. The only mistake i have done is i paid advance rent for 12 months and now act is treating me like a beggar.
                    I am facing the above stated issues since past 6 months still there is no resolution. They simply close the case as resolved. I have tried reaching to nodal officers and appelate authority but they have been dumb and deaf.
                    I need a refund of my entire money else i will have to escalate this even further and file legal action against act for looting and cheating the customers. Act account #[protected]

                      I have requested for a new connection and the representative came to me, took the amount INR 4, 380 on 17th July 2018. I tried calling them many times and no one had come to me to install and finally after 15 days I could contact the escalation team(Srikanth) via their call center and he confirmed that they cannot provide me a connection as there is no distribution box available near me. I requested for refund and they said that I will get a call from the Refund team to take the bank account details to refund. After a long wait of 20 days, i got a call from refund team 3 days before and they said that I will be getting an email asking for my bank account information to refund. I am waiting for that I still did not receive any such email or call from them. Its been more than 45 days and no refund yet. I have called the call center many times and no proper response. I am frustrated with this company and want to complain about this. They are to obsessed with the customer's money and don't care for the customer any more.

                        worst customer service from act internet-providing reconnection, yet asking us to pay rs 1249

                        My act number was 11356570 in bangalore. I got it disconnected two years back. But in july 2018 i received a message from them that reconnection charges will be waived if we order for reconnection. So i submitted a request. They sent one person to verify whether the reconnection is feasible. That person told me that there is no junction box nearby, so reconnection is not possible. But next day they sent me a bill for rs 1249.

                            I was promised to get the connection by last saturday by the agent at the time of booking and payment. But once the payment is done there is not update and action taken. Even the agent is not picking the call. Such pathetic service. Now i am frustrated and i want my full money back. I don't want to be with such a pathetic service provider.                             Is this a joke? A group o[censored]seless people. Unprofessional booking agent. You guys are so unprofessional that you even don't bother provide any status update.
                            It has been one week since I have paid. And you are telling that you are working on it. Why did the agent make the fake promise at the time of payment?
                            I don't need your service. Refund my money ASAP, otherwise I will take necessary action.
                            There are number of ISP who can install the connection within 3 hours.
                            I'am a customer of act and my id is[protected]. I want to upgrade my plan and I've been trying to call the customer care since last month but it says not available and holds the call but even after 10 to 15 minutes of call hold my call doesn't connect to any agent, I hope they will look into it asap

                              I have been struggling with ACT customer service for the past 2 months.

                              In the month of July, I had the issue of my entire data of 280 GB being consumed by mid-month although I have not made downloads/uploads to that extent. I called the customer care and an agent arrived after a week and advised me to change my Wi-fi password and mentioned that there cannot be any other investigation done.

                              I have changed the password for Wi-fi and realized the issue is still continuing - I had called the customer care and mentioned about specific dates having huge consumption. No one turned up to attend this issue so far although I have followed up with the customer care for more than 3-4 times. Again, I have run out of data before 15th of the month though there was never so much of download/upload done by me.

                              I strongly believe there must be an issue at their back-end as so much of data cannot be used up basis my usage pattern. Note: I have been using ACT for quite sometime now and facing this kind of issue only for the 2 months.

                              I FEEL CHEATED BY ACT FIBERNET - GETTING CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE NOT RENDERED. ON TOP OF IT, NOBODY ATTENDS TO A CRITICAL ISSUE (TICKET) RAISED FOR MORE THAN 2-3 WEEKS

                                  I have been using the act fibernet broadband since jan 2018 and the service was excellent for first 6 months. Trouble started as soon as i renewed the connection for next 6 months. The internet is down and i have raised several complaints both from their mobile app and from customer care. The complaints are closed without any resolution. Escalation to nodal officer also did not help. I need a full refund if they are not able to resolve this issue.

                                  The connection has been restored by ACT field technicians and a network junction box has been installed in my house premises.

                                  Thank you very much for resolving the internet connection issue. I have been using the service for past few days and there are no problems with the connection/speed. A special thanks to the nodal officer and the support staff. Please keep up the good work.
                                  As committed by ACT executive they will be giving Router for 6 months plan.
                                  Now they are saying that routers are not available. No one is taking the responsibility. Now the ACT executive is saying that the a separate company handles routers so please followup with them. very bad experience with ACT beam.

                                    Hello,

                                    I have a ACT Fiber connection with account number[protected] from more than 3 years with your company. This is regarding complaint Ticket No:[protected]

                                    I have registered this complaint on 19th August, 2018 where I have said that my broadband connection is not working. There is some power switch issue. I was given the deadline of evening 8. I called after 8 pm and got registered my problem again wherein I was told that by next 2 working hours the technical team will sort out the matter. I received a call then from Bharghav(esclation team) on next day around 3 PM and was said that my problem will get solved by 5pm. That commitment also failed.

                                    Its Five days now, and yet I didn’t received any solution from your customer care. Even the technical team is not bothered to give a call and inform about the same.

                                    This is the second time in six months I'm facing this issue. I am sorry to say but the service quality of your company is deteriorating day by day. They have forgotten the meaning of commitment. Perhaps they don’t want their old clients to be sustained who are with them from years.

                                    Points to note :

                                    1)Ticket#[protected] - Even though issue is esclated 3 times, no response received till now from any one from your company.

                                    2)3 times false promises or false commitments given.

                                    3)Today morning, I went to Chandanagar Branch and spoke to TL(Kaladar), Manager(Kiran) and branch head(Naveen), they promised by 2 PM issue will be resolved, but no response recived.

                                    --- Had spoke to Naveen(branch head), I do not see any commitment to work from his side. He was trying to give again false promises without knowing the issue. It is very important how we talk to customer in polite way being a branch head which is lacking.

                                    I request you to tell me whether my problem can be solved or not. In case of non event I will disconnect your connection and will make use of the other available alternatives with better commitment and services. If this is the service quality your company is offering, then why not look for other options in the market.

                                    I hope that my problem gets solved at earliest, at least from your end.

                                    Moral of the story : At the end of 5th day(today), I don't have any trust on ACT FIBER, Hyderabad company that someone will read my mail and address the issue as I have paid my bill amount till December so just writing the one for having no other option.

                                    I have been asking the customer care to disconnect my connection since 1 month they asked me to contact after 20th of the month please help to disconnect.
