Ticket no: [protected] This request was made on 31st October. Today is 13th November. ACT fibernet is so pathetic that they didnt even visit the place and install the connection which we used for 15 months. ACT fibernet ruthlessly forcing us to live without internet in Alwarpet, Chennai for 13 days now... still they made NO effort to resolve and their customer care number also not working. Kindly make ACT pay for their poor service and i had suffered huge revenue loss due to this.. which i can prove. Contemplating to file a case in consumer court, chennai.
