My Account Id is[protected] ...I AM NOT ABLE TO MAKE PAYMENT ONLINE AND OFFLINE (neither from your act fiber App not from the website )..I have even tried paying in the e-seva but my account details is not updated (i entered my account id but its stating invalid user)...And YOUR customer service is EVEN MORE WORST..i called the act fibernet customer support many times and told my problem but he said it will be resolved in 24 hour and you will get a call from us in 24 hours but no one called me its been 6 days and the problem is still exists ...i urge the act fibernet to please update my account details as soon as possible and SO THAT I CAN MAKE PAYMENT ATLEAST THROUGH E-SEVA
I referred one of my friend through act broadband referral program, they promised me to give tickets, but they never called me. my problem was not solved till now..! my id: 115770.

    My Acct #[protected] I got a massage on 7th Dec 2015 morning stating that your FUP is reached to 80%, I surprised to see that message form ACT, as I haven't used this much download time that too in starting week of a month. My FUP limit is 50 GB reset date is 1st of every month. i never used this much data within a weeks time. I called customer care and informed this immediately, they replied that send a mails to [protected]@actcorp.in will send usage report and not ever register the compliant and close the ticket without resolving the issue. I again contacted and send a mail to [protected]@actcorp.in, but i never get any response form support. i haven't faced this type of worst services / support form Beamtele. I immediately changed my login password and router passwords and switch off the router for 2 days. I just switch on yesterday (12/12/2015) to check my mails. I shocked that usage is reached to 95%. After half an hour I get a message "Your account has reached 100% of FUP limit. Please reset your FUP / upgrade your package to enjoy the Jet speed." Without usage of data how FUP limit consumed ???????

      I was signed off on act page n switched main router off on 29/11/15, n left my house they were no people at my house from said date to 4/12/15, when i returned on 4 dec i singed in act login page i was shocked the usage was showing 16.80 GB, consumed.i called customber care n informed about tis on 4 dec, i reg complant till 7 dec no action was taken i again called customer care on 7 dec, they said d problem will be solver by 24 hr, but till the date i mailed around four mail to helpdesk no mail or call i recived yet, i got last night mess from act care that my fup have reached the 100 % limit, now tel me wt shall i tel about this company the internet usage is running without the router n also with out singed in logging page which was singed out from 29/11/15 till now, this company is bluffing people by saying incredible speed.i am saying incredible mis guide of people money in incredible way, has i have been not using the internet from so many day i was unable to do my business from my place due this bluff company i lost thousand of rupees, now i need wt ever i lost due to this bluff company, we or not fool to get bluff lik this so i will take all major step to prove them,

        I have given provision for power supply without interrupt for the Beam/Act/POP switch board in my home, repeatedly complained for hike the discount since my power bill consumption went into different slab since i never used power not more than 100 units for my home, once the Beam's Switch/Router started power consuming it went to next slab rate and power bill is coming very high..           I have recently shifted to new place and have requested ACT Fibernet to make the necessary changes for shift of connection and none of the team members have got back to me so far. It's been more than a week and no response from company. Customer guys hang up on me when asked for explanation. According to the customer support the case or ticket number has been closed and resolved when none of them have actually contacted me. I work from home and I'm self employed, I have had a bad response from my client end and financially have been stuck badly because of false commitments by ACT. Does ACT take responsibility for this scenario?

              I am a registered user of ACT fibernet in Besant Nagar, Chennai. I switched over from BSNL to ACT 2 months back for the speed promised which is required for my official work purposes at home. In the past 2 months (from date of paying the installation and new connection deposits), the service has been down for more than 15 days now. The service response is very pathetic and all people whom I try to reach for help keep pointing me to some other person. I have spent huge amount of time and money on calling up the service assistance and am mentally harassed with the deceiving responses. To add to this agony, I am also not receiving bills by mail to make the monthly payment. For this too, I have raised an online complaint. So far, I haven't received even an acknowledgement that my complaint is received and will be taken care. The customer care number has never been reachable for the past 2 days (it says either "line busy" or "number does not exist" or "check the number you have dialed"). All these are in response to the customer care number posted in the ACT web portal. For once, yesterday, I could luckily get hold of a customer care executive who registered a complaint on my behalf and promised that the problem will be resolved in 1 day. But soon after 2 hours or so, I got a message that my complaint is addressed and closed though the problem is actually not resolved. I have invested a huge amount in getting the new connection, paying 1 month rent in advance and buying a new wifi modem. Today none of the numbers that I have are reachable.

                I have never been receiving the soft copy of ACT Bills for the last 6 months or so. Since Dec 3 I have been trying to reach out to the customer care through Phone calls and emails. Phone is never reachable (says always busy) and none has responded to my emails till date. I have went and escalated this issue to the ACT TV Appellate and Nodal Officers but even they seem to be utterly useless. I have never seen a worst customer care as ACT anywhere who are deaf and mute to customer issues. I am finally thinking of surrendering this connection by this month end

                  Greeting I have approched ATRIA CONVERGENCE TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD. for Semi Annual Subscription Charges -A-Max 650 6M 184 Days 3, 575.00 Service tax: 500.50 Total : 4, 075.50 Total Invoice Amount : 4, 075.5 User Id : [protected]@gmail.com Invoice No : 13515709 Account No : 857685 As to provide service for 14/07/2015-13/01/2016 ( as mentioned in their invoice) service provided 139/184 days. In the month of november dated 25 i have raised a complaint with them that I am unable to access internet. After interaction with their company i have come to know that there is no free slot available to provide internet connection. For which i requested them to either proved me internet connection or cancel my internet connect and give back refund of remaining day. They have disconnected my account on dec-2 with the reason "Please note that your A-Max 650 6M package with us, has been disconnected reason SERVICE ISSUE-CONNECTIVITY FREQUENT DISCONNECTION." Today i got a call from the company[protected] at 6.04 pm on my registered mobile +91-[protected] number that they will not be refunding the amount and i have to wait until they find a free slot to provide us internet access and they don't mention specific date when the slot will be given. Attachment of my invoice copy for your reference. Therefore my appeal to you is that either i should get refund or connection at the earliest.                         Hi, I called Act customer care in 3rd week of December 2015 and informed that we are going to shift our house from Lingampally area to Chandanagar and requested them to check whether ports are available in the apartment or not. They recommended me to inform them one day prior shifting our house. As per their recommendation I raised the request on 28th November 2015. The request is still open and I am doing follow up every day. Whenever I call customer care on[protected] I need to be on call for at least 30 minutes. They always tell me the same thing that we are expediting the process we will address your request by end of the day. It's been 1 week but the request is not addressed. Ticket No : [protected] I don't think employees have customer empathy who are working in Act. They are simple making FOOLS by telling that we address your issue by end of the day. Every time whenever I need to access internet I am going to either Internet cafe or office. My questions to Act Management : 1. Why there is no proactive step taken ( Checking whether box and ports are available in the apartment) though I mentioned I am an IT employee and working from home. I informed them that with out internet I can not do my job ? 2. Why they did not tell me that we can not resume your connection with in 24 hours. If they would have told me at least I would have make some other arrangements for the time being ? 3. Who will pay my mobile bill for the calls (@ 200 Minutes from the day ticket is raised and till date) which I spend to call customer care to do follow ups. 4.                           My name is Faiz Mohideen, Triplicane, Chennai with ACT user id 10901092. My connection is not working since 28/11/2015, I had been facing regular disconnection since October 2015. November is worst most of the time my line is down. Every time you guys give pathetic excuses like fiber cut and rain.

                          Being an ISP you should have been prepared for all the contingencies. Most of my work is interrupted because of your lethargic and unreliable service.

                          I need waiver for all the non working days. Try to give any logical reply this time and I want my connection to work immediately. I can't take this anymore.

                          As updated on 4th December 2015 : ACT Chennai Customer care Number is not working[protected] is not working for the past 3 days, they are not responding to any mails. But they have sent the bill for November 2015 very promptly.

                          Shameless ...always giving reasons rather than resolving the problem...the Act junction box in my area in open and it stands open since 30th November 2015. No one came to attend the problem.

                          I need my connection to work immediately and I need waiver for all the non working days in November 2015 and for December 2015.

                          Besides I am getting an promotional text message from one of your sales person.. to book new ACT broadband connection...so that I can avail free wifi router...is this some kind of a joke

                          I just want to know when will your restore my connection that's all...I don't want any fake promises

Started November 17th 2015, worked with frequent drops. Made several complaints all ended in vain. Even today wrote to ACT Chennai mail. They keep on sending false promises.                               I have taken Beam internet connection.initially it was good for speed.but this company is not that much good to provide the service for customer problems.
                              recently i was shifted my house i raised the request for shifting my internet connection also .but its almost 2 days completed till now nobody responded for my request and when i called to customer support they are saying that we will resolve with in 24 hours.
                              i really got frustration after repeated calls to Beam customer care.worst service i never ever seen such kind of service.

                                As per the ACT advertisement of referral scheme on introduction and activation of account the person referring would be given 2 movie tickets in 2 weeks. It has been over 3 months and I have not received what was promised over and above I have reminded and asked them about the same and have been promised that it will be resolved soon but no action has been initiated. They have no records of my requests and all the calls made to them have been dismissed as not recorded.

                                  I had a good six months with ACT subscription. I have a 100 GB Lightning plan since November and this got over within 20 days. I had to reset my FUP for the next 10 days and paid approx Rs. 500 for around 34 GB and this was over within three-four days.

                                  There is no chance that 134 GB would have been used from my connection within 24 days. I tried calling your customer care to no avail last week and dropped a mail as well to helpdesk.chn. No response still.

                                  Today being the first day of the month, at around 10 AM, I see that 1.22 GB has been used from my connection. My modem is locked through MAC address and hence no other person would be able to use my modem apart from the devices in my home.

                                  I would request ACT to look into this issue. If this goes on for one more month, I have to assume that ACT is scamming me and would be left with no other option but to switch to a more reliable competitor.

                                    FUP status abnormally high, shows 20GB when only 7 GB was used, raised complaint (#?), called several times, spoke to the following customer service reps. I have been paying up for an extension of FUP since October 29th as I work from home too and I need the connectivity. Bhavik - Day1 Vinay - Day 2, Says '24 hrs' means '24 working hours' - (I can only laugh at the quality department of the very mediocre customer service provider act has) Sumit - Day3 And Mr.Vijay - Must mention called the next day and informed us that he was working towards resolving the issue. Baby step towards what real customer service, however, would work if he kept up his good work...didnt follow up after that...

                                      Hello, I have been using ACT Fibernet internet connection since 2 years but for the last 2 months the data usage is showing very abnormal behavior. I have used not even 15 GB of data for the month of November, 2015 but Act Fiber net portal is showing as 52 GB of data used. I have raised a complaint(Complaint number :[protected]) with Act customer care about a week ago. But no one respond and takes responsibility. They are simply making me wait till the month end, so that data usage resets automatically. They are cheating by wrongly calculating data. I have escalated the issue to Bangalore Nodal officer, but even he/she didn't solving the issue. Please take some serious action against this Act Fibernet.

                                        I want to raise a relocation request for which I'm trying to contact ACT Broadband customer care for the past one and half week on[protected]. The number is either busy or after connecting successfully no customer exec joins the call. I have tried dialing this number from ACT's own office itself and the result was same. I have also dropped a mail but there seems to be no other response from ACT except an acknowledgement.

                                        My user id is 11310872. I have raised a connection relocation request for which there is no response except an acknowledgment of the ticket. The customer care executive informed that connection will be relocated to my new place within 7 working days but it has been 3 weeks and I have not heard back. I would appreciate if this is expedited.

                                        It's been more than a week and there seems to be progress from your end. The customer care executive promised that my request will be resolved in 7 working days but it has been more than 30 days without any progress from your end. Although I'm satisfied with your product I'm very disappointed with your service. Request you to expedite my request soon failing which I have no option than switching to a different internet provider.

                                        It has been more than 5 days since I raised a request for termination of my request. As usual there is no update or action from your side. I feel very sorry for a such good product that is weighed down by a bad customer service. There is no proper communication channel other than your mail id to escalate any issue. There is no proper update for any request and it irritates to chase you guys for every request. You have set a standard for a bad customer service. I'm greatly disappointed by your service. Request you to terminate my connection (ID [protected]) immediately.

                                        Installation Not Done Till Now
