I have taken the Wifi connnection in the past and now due to change of address i requested the team to do the relocation of connection the to the new address, same was promised in 7 days i raised the request on the 4th and same was delayed in recording by their team on 7th, 6-9 minutes of hold on each call made from my mobile no to customer care, reason for the same was given only sorry and one weird answer volume of calls is it my fault ?. no musical holds they just vanish in between calls, No call back arranged after multiple promises, My connection was disconnected before relocation and adjustment for the bill is not made, Change of plan not allowed, threatening for nonpayment will result is disconnection and again reactivation charges of 500 applicable, various calls and reminder during working hours, arrogant people in their conversation, only talk about policy, when they do the new connection in the middle of the month they send the billing on prorata basis, and now why cant they downgrade my plan just Rs.100 less from my previous bill .difference out of my 60 gb only 18 gb used cant they adjust from the new plan on pro rata my rental on 50gb plan deducting the usage, for 4 days and rest of the days my connection was not active, for the lost days they dont want to give in writing the payment will be adjusted in next bill cycle, Bill sent to me is inclusive of service tax 14 %and once bill is paid tax is shown zero why so its worth finding it, who will pay for the number of calls made for their inefficiency .who will pay for the number of calls made by me and they just dont listen and keep u engaged for 20-30 minutes with no problem resolution, and when u say about consumer forum they just disconnect the call and send you again reminder for payment when you are most irritated post the call. this is really annoying in the workplace resulting in waste of time and non productivity . Nodal officer again does not have problem resolution skills. Responsible team members were Satish the manager, Manjunath, Naveen the collection guy, latha, and many more.requesting your kind addressal for the same harassment and necessary service recovery of my loss. could not attach the bill copy due to the format not supported with the minimum size was low to upload the bill Thanks & Regards Dr, .
