Zero connectivity (except for one day on Nov 18th) in Indira Nagar, Adyar, Chennai since November 8th. The customer care number is either busy or not reachable at all most part of the day. It gives different automated message for every call made - number not working, this number does not exist, number is busy, etc. Really irritating. Yesterday I called the ACT Fibernet manager why the customer support is not picking up my calls and he gave me improper responses and harassed me and after 5 minutes he gave my message "Line wont work you" disconnected my internet in middle of my freelance job. I called the ACT customer support and they also behaved unprofessional . I recorded everything and put it on web

Internet not working for two weeks

My ACT fibernet stopped working around 9/Nov/15. I was not able to launch complaint through phone until 11/Nov/15. Most of the time it is failed to reach their customer care number[protected]. I called them repeatedly and asking for update. Everytime the update that I am getting is that it will be resolved within the end of the day today and it is almost 10 days and still it is in the same pathetic situation and not even get a feeling...

Act fibernet is pathetic!!! No internet since nov 8, 2015

My ACT fibernet connection stopped working from Nov 8, 2015. I have raised enough complaints with CC and everytime they kept telling me within 24 hours it will be fixed but invain.

Wifi

I understand there was heavy rain and the cables were cut. But I think the other areas are able to get their wifi and here I am didn't get it. No internet service

I don't have internet connection for the last 4 days and I stay in Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai. On 10.11.2015, connection was lost which was resolved on 12.11.2015. Again on 14.11.2015, connection was lost and am still awaiting for my connection to resume. Interestingly, this is only my 2nd month with ACT service. The Field Engineers are so 'sarcastically helpful' that they assure you to get things on track within next 2-3 hours but unfortunately...

I had applied for ACT Fibernet - ACT Blaze 1049 for 6 Months + 1 month Free + Zero Installation to Rangaiah (9089) with CAF number 300500 with cheque payment of Rs 7175/- on 14th Oct 2015.
