Junction box not removed from my flat wall which is causing inconvenience to us

MY A/C NO.1266317( In the Name of S.MANOJ SRIVATSAV) .My Internet connection was cut without no reason on 09.11.2015. I tried to register a complaint with ACT FIBRENET, CHENNAI, in their Phone No.[protected].But always their line dead.I finally made complaint on 12.11.2015.After several complaints since I was not satisfied with their service I told them to disconnect it immediately & refund the amount paid by me in advance.They disconnected...

As i done a recharge of 1200 for paying the bill to my wifi connection on 15 thy sept from HDFC debit card, so i recharged to pay tm for 1200 once so amount deducted of 1200 from bank and reflected in pay tm, so from pay tm wen im making payment to ACT fibernet the amount dint get recharged, so again i recharged 1200 to paytm from hdfc bank the amount reflected in paytm and i done the recharge to ACT fibernet so recharge was succesfull, so in this two time the amount of 1200 deducted but only the 1 time amount has been recharged, so regarding this i raised the complaint in hdfc bank they took 60 days to revert back to the complaint and info gvn to contact paytm, so raised the complaint in paytm with the trans details and with the bank details for the month of sept, and alos raised the complaint in ACT fibernet also regarding this so they told the amount is refunded to the bank, , so i called them and told that the amount is not yet refunded, so they asked to send the sept month bank statement, so two times i have sent the bank statemnt to ACT fibernet and also to Paytm merchant, so paytm merchant reverted me back saying that transaction is successfull in this and i shd contact Act finernet team for this, so again raised the complaint with the bank statement on dec 13 till now nobody bothered to get back, i lost my 1200 rs am not getting proper response from Act team Paytm Team and hdfc team, calling to them i lost my phone bill... so i need some shd be contacted me on this and refund my money of 1200 withe the interest for the 3 months and with my phone bill charged, ,

Act called me and informed that the problem is from paytm merchant.so they have detailed the complaint to paytm.merchant and my deducted money is refunded to my account after 4 months...if they have done this need full at the beginning it ud have been good...

Its been three days and Beam Telecom has not resolved the connection issue. They promise of 24Hrs problem resolving which is actually long time even in that they cant fix the issue. It is not worth money.

    Applied for New connection on 19/12/2015 and paid RS 4100/-. New account opened[protected] and new ticket([protected]) registered. But broadband has not been installed till date. Initially he agreed to install on next day 20th Dec. But later Sales person told me there is some issue with ports in my building which will be resolved 23 dec after that connection will be installed. I wasn't in hyderabad from 24th Dec, so I asked him to install on sunday 27 Dec. Since 27th till date no one has come to install the connection. So I have initiated request([protected]) on 27/12/2015. First time customer case executive said there won't be any refund but amount can be transferred to another account. Next time another person told I will be receiving call from accounts department and will receive cheque within 15 working days. So I not sure about refund.

        Why does the centralized customer care number of Hyderabad is Busy always?? this is the first time I heard a busy tone for a customer care number and that too from a service provider whose service are prompt in Visakhapatnam which weighed me to take the connection from them.

          I have been using Beam/Act fiber from current location since more than an year(since Nov 2014). On 12Dec2015, I was not able to access internet, so when contacted was asked first to place a request for connection shifting to current address. Though I have been using internet from this location I was not able to understand WHY I WAS ASKED TO PLACE A REQUEST FOR CONNECTION SHIFTING! Getting compramised, I have placed a request for connection shifting on 13Dec2015. Since then, everyday I have been calling customer care everyday and each time I am being given 2 COMMON FALSE PROMISES: A) YOUR REQUEST WOULD BE RESOLVED WITHIN 24HOURS B) PLEASE GIVE US LAST CHANCE. Also, everyday MY TICKET IS GETTING CLOSED WITHOUT BEING RESOLVED AND I AM ASKED TO CREATE NEW TICKET! THIS IS HAPPENING SINCE 2WEEKS(TODAY IS 25DEC2015), STILL THE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED. So, got fed up with this irresponsible and unfriendly act team and placed a request for Disconnection, even for this request to be fulfilled, they are saying that IT WOULD TAKE TIME TILL THIS MONTH END! Account Number:[protected] Tickets raised: [protected] 12thDec2015, [protected] 14th Dec2015 [protected] 14th Dec2015 [protected] 16Dec2015 [protected] 18Dec2015 [protected] 22Dec2015 [protected] 24Dec2015 So, guys, the new ACT management is incapable of handling your requests! I strongly suggest DONT GOT WITH ACT FIBER!!!

          Its more than 2Weeks and they are simplying closing the shifting connection Saying its shifted WITHOUT ACTUALLY SHIFTING THE CONNECTION! This has happened more than 5times within past two weeks! Worst service provider that I have ever seen!

            Hi All, I have taken ACT broadband connection in chennai, after 4 months onwards Iam facing connectivity issue. I raised so many complaints and they will say that engineer will come in 24 ours but no will come even if you wait for more than 50 hours. Then they will close the complaint. If I ask the same thing they will say silly reasons like.. informed enginner, simple cable issue. due to their poor service I lost so much work from my clients. but they will expect bill in time. especially in Thiruvanmiyur area.

              We have been taken ACT Fiber internet broadband on 09.10.2015.But we requirement on 01.11.2015 before the Sales executive visited our Office ok he has been accepted and installation done on 19.10.2015. Sales executive commitment given me. sir we have four systems wire cable free off cost we provide the cable was very much and he has told positively. After as on 30.10.2015 I have been called to Mr.Venkat sales person ok sir 1st November onward your service will be activated and i will send technician to your place but from 1st onward i have been tried and after one week called up from ACT Fiber internet that person name was Upadhya Commercial Manager his taken can call with manager name i think Shaik saraf Manager. I have been explained issue His agreed sir your problem resolved as soon as possible his told. From after that still no one take care of this issue. Yesterday I went to ACT broadband Office Bangarahills Road No.11. I met to customer support person(lady name i dont know) Her called to Mr.Naresh his told to me and his given no.[protected] you directly call to this no and resolve the issue. From yesterday onward s his not responded. So that my amount(10260) refund as not get i will wait on Monday the problem was not resolved, I will go to consumer court and i file notice send through my Advocate to ACT Fiber Broadband. My request mail sent to below mentioned mail ids, but didn't respond nodalofficer.[protected]@actcorp.in, appellate.[protected]@actcorp.in Already informed to ACT I will go to Consumer Court.               Still not yet resolve the problem, I having update my refund amount and Compensation details

              Compensation amount is 2, 00, 000/-
              Connection Bill amount is 10260/-
              Interest 18.75% @ 3 months is 5771.25

              As early as possible arrange the amount other vise we will go to Supreme court.

                I am noticing my broadband usage is getting finished even without my usage and when sending complaint to act company via email i am receiving not even one reply and if calling call centre and asking to talk to a senior person they are telling to send email. I have sent 3 email's from 17th december but didn't get even one reply till now. Please help me in getting my connection proper.

                  Hello, I had very bad experience today with ACT Internet cusyomer care, I have paid amount till this month (December 2015 ) 22nd and legally I can use internet until then but because I didnt pay coming month bill in advance they have almost disconnected my internet (reduced speed dradtically).When I called them and asked that please provide me internet with high speed as normal then disconnect from 23rd but they said that they cant increase the speed. I dont know what to do, I think I have legally right to use high speed internet as part of my plan untill the date which I paid money already. Please help me in this.

                  I spoke with supervisor and also his manager but no one resolving my issue. When I make cancel request it is your duty to provide service until the date which I paid money. You got money till 22nd Dec and you have to provide with proper speed as agreed while taking connection. How can you reduce the speed.

                      Before i tell anything bad about ACT broadband : You guys can try to call ACT Customer care and see how much you get charged to get connect to Customer Care : Even if you get connect, they would say give us 24 hrs to resolve . For me every month am wasting 200 + Rs for ACT Customer care alone . and additionally i have to recharge my Data Card .

                        Sir, this is about "ACT Fibrenet Internet Service Provider" services data usage in my account.Here, a clear account of data usage is not being shown on daily/weekly basis(details are not at all shown, only the amount of data used is shown).As such there is scope of many wrong and exaggerated usage, on the part of ISP. My data usage starts on 17th of every month afresh.today on 18th Dec 2015, the site in my account shows that i have already utilised 4.9 GB of data, within a day.This is shocking, as i am sure i did not use this much of the service.So i suspect that there is an error in the calculation of the same.Or even the ISP is exaggerating the same, so that the speed can be reduced after the FUP limit is crossed. I want the concerned person/department to look into this aspect and needful action is expected from them at once. thanks. -Prashant

                        Hi,
                        this is to bring it to the notice of all the concerned personnel in ACT Fibrenet Services and the Public that with respect to my previous complaint about the "exaggerated DATA usage figures" on the part of the ISP, the problem is still continuing as earlier.
                        The response team from the "ACT Fibrenet Services" adviced me to change my password to login to my account, which i followed. But to my surprise, evern after that the problem is present.

                        I feel that the service provider is showing the wrong data usage details, so that after crossing the FUP limit, the speed is reduced to a very low level, which is against the attractive offer of their advt. being presened to the common public.

                        If any other user of this or another ISP has the same problem, do let me know by mail.

                        Those of you in general thinking to get connected to this ACT Fibrenet Services for "internet connection", i advice not to go for this new connection, as proper support / clarification is not given to users in this aspect.

                        Hi.. I also had the same problem of showing exaggerated data usage. It has been so worse that it showed I finished 50 gb in 4 days. Finally, disappointed with their answers, I had to go for disconnection.

                          Dear All, Hello, We have taken ACT Connection 1 year back. it had come for 5 days with low speed after that it was not coming since from 10 days .then we have lodged a complaint through customer care they said our representative will come and fix. No one has came. I called 5 to 10 times to your customer care, every time the same answer will come our representative will come and fix. He never come and may it take his life time to come and fix the issue. Hope you understand of my pain, we are connecting Laptop, Tablet and Mobiles, all are stopped. My child project work is delaying due to this and not able to work from home myself. Need the resolution in the next 1 hour and confirm.                             My account id is 1085830. The junction box was fixed outside my place in October 2015 and it uses my electricity connection. While fixing the box, I was informed that I'll be receiving a concession of Rs.50 in my monthly bill. Till now I haven't received any concession in the past 2 monthly bills. I filed a complaint regarding this issue today and the complaint number is [protected]. And during the heavy rains in Chennai, my Internet connection was cut for 10 days from November 27th to December 7th. I registered a complaint regarding this issue and the complaint number is [protected]. The customer care executive informed me that I'll be receiving a waiver for all these days on which the connection was cut. I have stated both the issues and their complaint numbers, here. I expect ACT to look into these issues and make sure that I receive the waiver as well as the concession for placing the junction box for the past 2 months.

                              Hello, We have taken new ACT Connection 15 days back . it had come for 5 days with low speed after that it was not coming since from 10 days .then we have lodged a complaint through customer care they said our representative will come and fix only one time he came and fixed it worked another one day then after same story this time its going worst customer care people will be telling our representative will come and fix but no one had come and i am getting messages like your complaint has been resolved successfully kindly reply to [protected] with Y for closing the complaint and N if the complaint is unresolved then i sent as N . below are ticket/complaint numbers which i raised: [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] many more are they which i have deleted . This story is being repeated everyday for me . they are sending Resolved and giving as N. They are the no. 1 fraud and if you call for a new connection, they will come within 1hours like a dog searching for a bone. But once you get a fraud act broadband connection, that’s it. Then they will show their real face and they act like they are the ruling party. Fraud act broadband sucks customer’s money exactly on the date they say irrespective of whether the connection is still presence at customer’s place or any disconnection in the fraud act broadband line. They would never bother about the customer’s complaints. My fraud act broadband user name: 11446340 hey want only money by fraud from customers and if act dies, even then they would like to bury them with money. If you ask for regarding to the issues related disconnection or anything, the customer care people would attend the calls for few times and bluff; then if customers again disturb them, they would switch off their customer care contact numbers, hence you can’t call them. The customer care people are totally waste; they got one computer and a chair to sit on it. If they attend a call from customers and just them “we will do it within 1 or 2 days”. That’s what they trained for. But the main culprits are sitting above them and they have to be punished. Now i’m in huge loss because of these fraudsters. ut these act frauds would exactly send the bill within a day or two for no internet connection, money suckers. These have collected me the advance amount 2times, this happened when i asked them to temporarily disconnect the service for only one month. Even i sent them an e - mail one month in advance as a prior notice. These fraudsters not considered and not responded to my e - mail at all. I advise these frauds to remove their customer care’s e - mail address from their website as they would never respond to those. So far these fraudsters looted my money rs 20000 and my efforts i spent so far to reach them to get the connection shifted. Still their mouths are shut. I ask fraud act broadband now why you people need the business, is that just to cheat the customers and suck their money? You keep in mind that fraud act broadband vanishing in future instead of shining. I suggest/advice everyone for not to go to frauds like act broadband, they squeeze you with the money till you become invisible. They are no. 1 fraud. Still if you want to loose your money that you earnt from hardwork, please go ahead.

                                I have taken the internet connection from ACT in Sept2015, but during last one month, it has hardly worked for 15 - 20 days. I am still keeping my old line of BSNL . Even after repetitive reminders, no one attend the problem, but the monthly bill is generated for payment . The customer care telephone no is not working at least for last one month. Team leader Mr Madhan of Anna Nagr Region does not even pick up the call now days. It is totally a frustrating experinece for such a bad customer service . Not possible to reach the Nodal officer also. I wounder about the attitude of the company magement team. It is shocking to see such company existing in this century . They must be penlised .

                                  The ACT broadband connection box was installed in my home as I was the first person to take the connection in my area. But now I dont want to use their service as their service is not good and my company sponsors for airtel connection. But the ACT broadband people are not removing the box though I asked them to do it. I want it removed immediately.

                                    My Acct #[protected] I got a massage on 7th Dec 2015 morning stating that your FUP is reached to 80%, I surprised to see that message form ACT, as I haven't used this much download time that too in starting week of a month. My FUP limit is 50 GB reset date is 1st of every month. i never used this much data within a weeks time. I called customer care and informed this immediately, they replied that send a mails to [protected]@actcorp.in will send usage report and not ever register the compliant and close the ticket without resolving the issue. I again contacted and send a mail to [protected]@actcorp.in, but i never get any response form support. i haven't faced this type of worst services / support form Beamtele. I immediately changed my login password and router passwords and switch off the router for 2 days. I just switch on yesterday (12/12/2015) to check my mails. I shocked that usage is reached to 95%. After half an hour I get a message "Your account has reached 100% of FUP limit. Please reset your FUP / upgrade your package to enjoy the Jet speed." Without usage of data how FUP limit consumed ???????

                                      Me Nitin akhiyani user of internet service provider ACT Fiber net holding A/c:[protected] got my connection disconnected without information, for no obvious reasons, upon asking for reason they were irresponsible of the situation till date, and forcing me install their cumbersome net box if i need the connection which is, ive complained regarding this since 4 days, complaint ticket numbers are -[protected], [protected], [protected].
