Hi,
I have been using airtel postpaid for more than 5 years with the corporate plan, i have faced many issues due to internet speeds and others but i was with airtel.

Recently i have seen data speeds have come down, at the same time pre-paid offers and data speeds were much better, so i have decided to move to prepaid.

I have visited airtel 4g store in brookfield and applied for porting 2 of my numbers to prepaid.

This was supposed to be a 3-4 hours procedure, but it is more than 4 days now i am not able to recharge either online or in-store.

As this is month starting we have many obligations like paying rents emis and others without phone we can't do any of these on time.

I am requesting you guys to please help me out in this regard, enable my number so that i can re-charge and start using it again.

I have ported number from jio to airtel for better coverage but its very poor signal strength even not able to call
When ever I use to turn on my mobile data it directly open sign in page of airtel

    I had requested to port my number to airtel on[protected] which was successfully ported on[protected] at 22:00. But i am unable to activate my sim through airtel activation number 59059. When contacted to customer care they replied it is a 7 working day activation process. Thus i have to wait next 2 days without any network as my previous provider has deactivated my sim.

      Hi airtel team,
      One of your airtel employee has stolen our helmet from the bike parking and we have captured it in cctv footage. Please help by taking strict action against this act and provide us the compensation.

      If company does not take necessary action at the earliest we will raise compliant to police and go to any extent to stop this injustices for the benefit of the society, today it's helmet tomorrow we can't predict what extent this attitude will go, so can't encourage this act.

          Such a bad network provided by airtel.
          Is this called fastest network.
          Can't open even 1 page. My money was waste. After this pack over i'm going change my network service for sure. Thank you airtel for your very cheap behavior. And thanks for wasting my money. Always showing 2g bar. There is no 4g just come and gone. I can't imagine you guys provide us such network in our area.

            I did the recharge for 299 through airtel app but i didn't receive my prime subscription and airtel tv premium features.

            I want the refund as their representatives are saying you have made the payment through 3rd party app what?? Where are those t& c #. I need my refund.
            Even the airtel tv app is not working on airtel network. Pathetic services.

                When somebody try to make a call to me it is diverted to someone else. This is happening from last week.
                Since last month im having connectivity issues. I repeatedly have a mismatch error. And i need to call multiple times to get it rectified. It is becoming very annoying and almost impossible to use airtel. If this goes on i will have no choice but to switch to another network.
                I want to know my last six months all call details of my airtel mobile no. regarding this there is no information is available on my airtel account after recharge with unlimited pack i want to know my account call details like jio provides.

                  I got international roaming pack recharged for rs. 3599 for Spain on an airtel number. But shockingly, there was no network at in Spain. I called the customer care multiple times to know the issue as there was no use to pack untill and unless, there is a network. After, trying every possible setting as instructed by them, they later told that the network would be named as orange(amena). Still in vain, as there was no such network named as told by them. There were other different networks starting with orange name but all were FORBIDDEN(screenshot provided). The user even changed the phone but all in vain. I want all my money to be returned immediately as they have fooled us. There is no airtel network working in Spain.

                      Iam reloacated to chennai from hyderabad. By the time my airtelnumber is idle for 3 months. When i come back and see my aitel number got deactivated. I went to near by airtel store to reactivate they took complaint and not responding for my request. I went almost 6 times in 2 months. I felt this is not good to struggle a customer.                         Very worst false info, cheating service | airtel postpaid [protected] for 20/50/75 kbps @ airtel 4g net speed till now.

                        Last 1.5 years before i complain about airtel voice and data very low signal also very low but till date very very worst services from airtel postpaid in t nagar 600017 in chennai tamilnadu. I wasted my cost last 1.5 years of spent for airtel postpaid bill per month 649+gst 18% = 765.82 x 15 months are rs. 11, 487.30/ —

                        Every time of complaint about this airtel network data issues in customer care, simply said that already given rs.100 discount for billing (Monthly bill amount: 649+18% gst = 765.82 ) but every often asking expected only full service not waiver or discount, but without data services for us every day to day very worst data usage in metro city of chennai tamilnadu.

                        But i need only full voice and data 4g services but till date not provides so last more than 1-year cheating and promising false information, we will rectify airtel network issues in my location and 2 times network team visited not rectify simply only shadow signal not data or voice signal strength. So till date cheating customer bill amount monthly by monthly without services from airtel no.1 open network of cheating services.

                        So need 50% amount refund for last 1 year due to very worst airtel voice & data of 1-year cheating and promising false information and till now not possible rectify voice and data issues for me. Lose business due to the very worst airtel services from last 16 months...

                          2 months ago i buy a airtel sim card, i had no problem in any one facility. But from last 2 week i got a problem with sms, internet, incoming and outgoing calls i mean all the facility. I tried to call customer num. I talk with them, they told me that in your area site is being under construction. There are three towers in our area.-vyara dist tapi. These is all indoor problem. Even one signal isn't come. If there are theree towers atleast incoming and outgoing calls should work.

                            I have port out my Idea number [protected] to Airtel on 02/09/2019. I left india on 06/09/2019 to US. After i reached US i got a text on my alternate number on 07/09/2019 to change the sim and perform televerification. Now i am in international roaming and cannot perform televerification. As there is no network on my phone to call 59059. Every time i try to call it says no mobile network. As of now my number is not working. Seeking help for any alternate way to perform televerification or do it post first recharge.

                              I am not able to recharge my phone offline or online from the last 1 week. Money is getting debited but the recharge is failing every single time. Please help immediately. Unable to make calls.

                              I went to the customer care in karnataka but they said my circle is andhra pradesh, and i should go there and check. How can i travel to ap to get my phone checked. Why can't the customer service be of any help.

                                Because of airtel's fault bill was not updated correctly in june month. Since 3rd july, 2019 my outgoing and internet services got blocked because of billing which was airtel's fault as they were not able to update it correctly.
                                Now they keep sending each month bill along with previous month. They have disconnected my number and asking for payment of bill.

                                I have sent around 20 emails and called multiple times but all time i get one response that they are working on priority to fix issue.

Kindly consider the matter seriously and take appropriate action against that nonsense using this number or otherwise i will lodge an fir at police station and take shelter at the court of law against that person and service provider.
