Hi,
I have been using airtel postpaid for more than 5 years with the corporate plan, i have faced many issues due to internet speeds and others but i was with airtel.
Recently i have seen data speeds have come down, at the same time pre-paid offers and data speeds were much better, so i have decided to move to prepaid.
I have visited airtel 4g store in brookfield and applied for porting 2 of my numbers to prepaid.
This was supposed to be a 3-4 hours procedure, but it is more than 4 days now i am not able to recharge either online or in-store.
As this is month starting we have many obligations like paying rents emis and others without phone we can't do any of these on time.
I am requesting you guys to please help me out in this regard, enable my number so that i can re-charge and start using it again.
