    So from today my internet speed has been extremely slow according to speed test it shows around 8 mbps

    My net was working fine since morning when the connection went off and ever see it came back had been very slow

    Using ping command i'm getting request time out frequently

    Have a plan of 60 mbps but since may it has been worse
    Complaining in their office has been of no use, they just ignore please see to this

      My lco is dum dum cantonment, subhas nagar, dulal saha. On 8th june there was thunder and lightning in the evening. Immediately after that the connection was disrupted. It has been two days but no improvement. A person from lco came to check and confirmed that router is malfunctioning but i can clearly see that two signal lights are working on router. If the router was malfunctioning then the entire router would be off. This issue of connection disruption has been happening on and off.

          Due to amphan we all had a problem but now it is almost 20 days or more than that the local operators are not picking up the calls and not even giving a text reply. And the customer care also fooling us by saying that we will resolve it by today or tomorrow but not exposing the exact reason what is really happening.
          Worst experience i ever had

            After amphan cyclone in kolkata almost 7 days was tolerable but it is now over 20 days our wifi is down. We are very much disappointed.

              When ever i face any internet connection failure i call up the service provider and they give us various type of excuses. And then provide me to call the customer care. They force to send people to check what the problem is. But the service provider of DURGAPUR CITY CENTER never keeps local people who can check the problems. Always give lame excuses and shut down the office when ever other peoples are in need. Please Alliance broad band connection make proper connection so that people can connect without hesitation.

                It is due to aamphan that the net connection is lost. I understand that and took patience till now for the connection to resume. But inspite of repeatedly telling my service provider they are not giving the service. My official work is at the state of loosing my job.
                Pl help me to get back the connection by tomorrow.

                  I don't have internet for more than 15 days and tried calling many times. The representatives are giving me excuses. I asked for connection to avail and extended service due to their failure. They didn't respond anything.

                  They should provide me the service for the amount i paid. They should extend the dates too.

                  They are not receiving support calls. Always said will be resolve connection will be back they do nothing.

                    No alliance connection since amphan. Getting no response from local alliance as they are no longer picking up my call. I have to work from home and it is becoming a pain to work without a stable internet connection. Getting frustrated with the lack of response and not being provided any eta for internet restoration. It has now become over 2 weeks after the storm.

                          My user id is kallolc_ps. I am using alliance broadband for the past 1.5 months and my experience is pathetic.
                          Ever since cyclone, the broadband service was unavailable for approximately 1 week with hardly no communication from the customer care service which is non-functional.
                          Now since this morning, the service is again unavailable and the customer care number does not work and nobody picks up at the local hub number.

                          Can someone help me on this? I regret my decision to avail their service.

                            Sir, my name is sudipta mondal. We all know that last 2 weeks before amphan strom destroyed everything.. That time mobile network.. Broadband service everi was disconnected.. You all guys did amazing hard work thats why i get back my interest on 29th morning. But i lost my interest 7 days which is very valuable to me. I request to you please extend my validity period of alliance broadband. 7 days to me a huge loss becz i belong from a middle class family. Every single money is valuable to all o[censored]s. I trust your service. Check my account. I am your prime customer from 2016. I don't want to lost my trust from your service. Pls kindly look after the matter. My account expiry date is on 5th june.                               Since 20 may cyclone their behavious is beyond acceptable.. They wont even pick up customer care phone and speed has gone down from 12-15mbps to 1mbps and even that isnt stable. I really wish this company gets shut down for this and i will be switching isp before its affecting my job at such [censored] internet

                                  I have have had very sloppy internet connection for the last 15 days. The connection goes off, the net is really slow and to top it all off the service provider doesn't return any of my call, even if they do, they will provide the sloppiest of services.

                                        I have been a customer of your broadband service for around 5 years. I have received great service from your company. We all know that a super cyclone destroyed many of our states' government as well as private property but many companies (Broadband service) are doing there best to meet the need of the customer. It is very sad from my side that from 22nd of may i have tried many calls to reach you, to keep my problem to you but neither of your customer service is taking calls nor the local hub and also same with the local operator. Today is the 30th of may, still, my connection is not given. Money is not the factor but my work time that are disturbed and doesn't get any value is not coming back.
                                        Therefore i request the service company to extend my pack termination date as per the days that are delayed. On this regard, i want you to improve and keep my request that i have made. Otherwise, i have to change my broadband connection and have to look for another one. Hoping for the best in future. Thank you.
