I have been facing issue with my network every month and these people at alliance just likes to see their customers face problems and do nothing about it. I have been calling them to fix my network issue for the past 5 days, all they can do is say that they are informing the local operator. The local operator here is a usless person named sagor, ph no:[protected], this guy would pick up the phone and make false promises that his men are going to fix the issue by today, but when i try to call him back since he didn't fix it, he just doesn't pick up the phone.. Please take some serious action on the local operator guy, as he is the sole reason the people in my area faces internet issue.. He just doesn't care for the customers

    I had hathway broadband with account [protected] for almost 3 years approx. Recentlyi discontinued the connection without any dues. I have returned modem, router, adapter. Personal ly went to hathway office.
    While handing over, did not receive security deposit as said there is no pending due from hathway as a deposit. Where unethical and unprofessional behaviour of a company.

      Before a month i was given 1000 rupees to airtel service guy for broadband connection but now no one picking up my call mr parul verma was dealing with me for this. And he is not picking up my call now i want to solve my this problem. I really bad experience with this guy name is parul verma i want my money back with all papers. Cause i don't want to share my any paper with airtel company.

        I had subscribed the Zoom+ pack which costs around Rs.770. I resides at Baguiati. I paid the entire money to my local cable operator on monthly basis but the thing I am noticing that earlier i.e., on 2016 the year I took broadband connection such problems didn't happen, but in this year 2019 right from February most of the days no connection problem arising.

        It sustains for more than 2-3 days per month even. I complained to Alliance broadband customer care also, but they are fully ignorant to solve the problem. They advised me to call local cable operator but the scenario still remains same. I am just at a loss. Ping test also fails in case of local cable operator. I want complete solution to the problem. I am paying for this, it is hard earned money, so here service provider is not giving anything free of cost.

          Alliance id pankaj18_scn, since last monday to till this time almost 10days i don't have internet connection. Contacted to alliance help line and also local service provider but they are reluctant to solve the issue and this is not the first instance every other day there are some issues about internet connection. I found that i am not the only one in my locatily who is having this issue, everyone alluance are moving to some other service provider because of your poor service.. I have decided to move to consumer forum as all my calls regarding this issue has been recorded.

            The first day the internet was in its best condition.. No packet loss...
            After a month it began... I had 80mbps plan.. I was recieving 30 mbps.
            I called them up and informed them, it took them 2 days to fix it. The internet was back to normal again for 7 days... Again it began... I again informed them. They fixed it again... Again after 12 days it began, this time i was having 10 mbps speed and extreme packet loss, i informed them.. They fixed it, i was recieving full speed but i had packet loss... Its still there, they are telling me that they will fix it..

            Cant they fix the problem permanently? Packet loss is very annoying!
            I am not satisfied by the service alliance is providing, its very reluctant!!!
            I really want my issue to be fixed at the earliest possible!

              frequent net disconnection

              Internet connection gets disconnected on daily basis and it gets solved after 4 to 5 hours. I have asked help from local operators but they cannot stop that from happening. I have lodged numerous service tickets in android app but that too cannot provide any permanent solution.
              It feels very annoying and cheated for paying for the whole month and everyday using jio mobile wifi.

              Hi, i live in kolkata in vip nagar pin 700100. My broadband, for the past 2 days had been going offline for more than 4 to 5 hours. And as i work from home it is very inconvenient. I had the connection with trust as it has a good reputation. My supplier, is vikram. I would appreciate if this matter gets solved. Would not want any off servers anytime as it causes me great deal. I take the 707 rs package. If these server problem will reccure or will still recur please let me know so i know which connection to pick and dont have to wait like 6 hours to do my work again.

                An airtel broadband connection was taken in the month of January 2019 and it was only for 3 months package. Bill amount of around Rs. 2800 was paid in advance for this connection(which includes GST)
                We have not used this connection after February 2019.

                This connection should have been disconnected after 3 months(end of March 2019) from Airtel. But, We are surprised to get a bill of Rs.1759.79 to our address.

                We are not entitled to receive this bill.

                  I am complaining from the last one month or even more of bad connectivity. The customer care executive told me that the problem might be from the local operator. The executive assured me that my complaint is forwarded to the local operator but any of them haven't visited or contacted me yet. I have complaint 4-5 times for this issue but everytime the customer care executive response me with the same resolution which is not resolve yet.

                        I am using alliance broadband services for more than a year now. During any little thunderstorm, internet problem occurs in our area and we call the service providers that day only but mostly they can't solve the problem even in the next day.in today's fast world if we have to wait for 2 days to solve the internet problem then i don't know what to say. Moreover, the service provider here only solve internet problems from 10 am in the morning to 5 pm in the evening. At other times, if problem occurs, he is least bothered to solve. I request alliance broadband services to please look into the matter or change the person in charge here who provides alliance internet services here.

                          I have been chasing with alliance broadband for weeks for the issues of frequent disconnection. Every time i raise a complaint, customer care executive calls. Asks me to connect the jack directly to laptop taking out from the router. They ask to ping the gateway and see the result. During the call i keep them informed about the status. Sometimes in can connect and later it can not. Then they say that they will look into it. And from there nothing happens and few days later they close the ticket. The same loop is going on for ever with no solution. No service engineer ever visited y place for checking the issue. Please look into the issue and help e getting the service i pay for.

                            में Alliance broadband का ग्राहक हूँ पिछले 8 से 10 महीना हो गया है, लेकिन अगर में इस मई महीना की बात करू तो मुझे बहुत ज्यादा दिक्कत हुई है अलायन्स की ब्रॉडबैंड सर्विस को इस्तेमाल करने में।

                            मतलब डाउनलोड स्पीड 2-3mbps से ज्यादा नहीं मिल रहा था जबकि इस browse+ packege में 13mbps डाउनलोड स्पीड मिलना चाहिए मुझे, और जब यह नहीं मिला मैंने कस्टमर केयर से भी बहुत बार बात की है, लेकिन पिछले 10 दिन से इस प्रॉब्लम को सही नहीं किया गया है आज तक।

                            और उन्होंने यह भी कहा की तुम एक बार अपने ऑपरेटर से बात करो, और जब मैंने बात की तो ऑपरेटर ने बताया की में उस प्रॉब्लम को सही नहीं कर सकता हूँ अभी, और तुम इस पैकेज की ख़त्म(expire) होने के बाद रिचार्ज नहीं करना।

                            और फिर मैंने कस्टमर केयर से बात भी की इसके बारे में की मुझे ऑपरेटर ने बताया है पैकेज की ख़त्म(एक्सपिरे) होने के बाद रिचार्ज नहीं करना तो उसके जबाब में कस्टमर केयर एक्सक्यूटिव ने बताया की इसके लिए हम कुछ भी नहीं कर सकते तुम
                            ऑपरेटर ने जो बताया ( पैकेज की ख़त्म(एक्सपिरे) होने के बाद रिचार्ज नहीं करना) वह सही रहेगा तुम्हारे लिए।

                            फिर मैंने उनको बताया की तब मेरा कनेक्शन चार्ज (4000 rupees) रूपीस मुझे लौटा दो और में रिचार्ज नहीं करूँगा। तो उसके जबाब में उन्होंने बताया की यह आपको रिफंड नहीं मिलेगा ऐसा टर्म्स&कंडीशन(Terms & Condition) में लिखा है।

                            जबकि इस जगह पर पूरी तरह जिम्मेदारी कंपनी के ऊपर जाता है क्योंकि जब सर्विस नहीं दे सकते हो तो रिफंड तो करना ही होगा।

                            में जो चाहता हूँ

                            १. सर्विस को सही किया जाये टाइम और डेट के साथ
                            २. नहीं तो मुझे मेरा ४००० रूपए वापस किया जाये

                            और नहीं तो में अलायन्स ब्रॉडबैंड के ऊपर क़ानूनी कार्रवाई करूँगा

                              I am a resident of odisha. I have been using alliance broadband connection since the past 6-7 months. Recently, due to the cyclone fani that hit odisha on 3rd may, 2019, all lines got disconnected and it's totally understandable. The current came back on 8th may. I called them 5 days later to ask when will the internet connection be back to normal. The guy told me that it'd take 4-5 days. I waited for 4-5 days and called them back. But the guy won't pick up my calls. Sometimes it'd show busy and at other times, he would deliberately cut the call without even picking it up. Other isps have resumed their net services. The guy who is in charge of the office isn't available at the office most of the time. I went to their office and asked them when will the connection be re-established. They said it will take another 4-5 days. It has already been the 5th day. It's just like the people over there have no concern about their customers and they do not take complaints seriously. They do however call repeatedly when it's the time for the payment to be done. It's becoming difficult to manage without internet as there are official works to be done which requires the net. They should atleast tell the proper time under which the connection would be back to normal and not false assurances like 3-4 days, 4-5 days etc.

                                With reference to my complaint lodged at about 10 am docket no being 19481 dated 19 may i regret to inform that for the last 04 days my internet connection has been very irregular. It went completely off yesterday. Dolon communications, the local service provider did not, and does not, take phones. I had to call to alliance helpline umpteen times for redress. But till now no action has been taken. Mine is a prepaid prime + connection. Kindly do the needful or else i may have to escalate the complaint to higher level.

                                  Complaint docket 19481 dated 19 may. For the last 4 days my net connection has been extremely irregular. Local service provider dolon communication does not receive calls. I had to call alliance helpline umpteen times. Prodded by them the local service provider told they would send a technician but no one showed up till now. At present my connection is totally unavailable.

I used to contact alliance support earlier but they used to forward the issue to the local operator and issue used get resolved for the day only and again next day the same issue.

                                    Enough is enough. Poor experience with alliance. I will never use alliance again. This is the worst internet service provider i have ever seen. With in a range of 1 month i suffered with no internet connection from alliance. Then i have to call to customer care and they took complaint i don't what they do but after 2-3 days it resumes but for 1 month only.

                                    Internet is very important for me. I am terribly disappointed with the service it is providing.
