From 20.05.20 our internet service stopped.
Now on 30.05.20 it has not been restored. 10 days have gone.
Since we are wroking from home, we are suffering a lot. Right now we are using jio.

    From 20.05.20 our internet service stopped due to amphan cyclone. Today is 30.05.20 till today it has not been restored or resolved. Your toll free number is also not working.

      Broadband stopped working after 05/20. Work from home is hugely affected. No resolution provided yet. Everyday they are saying it will be resolved today but nothing happened.

        I don't have internet connection since 05/20, work from home is hugely affected. Their toll free customer care number is not reachable. They are saying everyday it will be resolved today for past 5 days but nothing happened.

          The company doesn't care for its customers.
          I have a optical cable broadband connection and after amphoon in 20.05.2020 the connection is still not restored till 29.05.2020 8:00 pm.

          On reaching out to local operator, the phone was always switched off and not even replying to whatsapp messages.

          The customer care of alliance was also down since 20.05.2020 for nearly 8 days and not even properly working for these 2 days.

          Customers are not given exact day as to when my connection will be restored in customer care (If luckily it connects).

          For these last 10 days no internet my project work is getting hampered and need compensation.

            There is no stable connection since the amphan storm. Its getting annoying now. I have already raised a ticket. None of the alliance customer service or phone numbers are reachable. Alliance has not contacted me in any manner to update on the situation. I could not work since 20/5/2020 and its hampering my job.

            The connection came back today morning and again got disconnected at 14:20. Its just not getting back to continuous connectivity

            The connection was on and off since June 1 till about 13:30 today, June 4. But since then the LOS light has been blinking red and there is no WiFi connection

              It has been 1 week since the cyckone amphan that the internet connectivity has been down. Some nearby areas have got the connectivity but not in my area yet. It is so frustrating working from home. They never think twice before asking for payment but so pathetic service now.

                  For 6 days i've been having los, yesterday there's no more los but still getting wan connection error, it's been a week since the internet is down. Alliance toll free is not working, no reply for multiple emails i've sent. I don't know what these alliance guys are doing.

                    Its been 6 days since the cyclone hit . Checked with few of my friends and they have their connections(from other providers) restored on the very next day. I don't understand what you guys are up to. The customer service number is either switched off or not reachable .By any luck if they pick up "Surprise... we don't know when it will be restored".Are you guys serious ?? if the customer service guy can't tell when it will be restored then who will tell ? Common guys be serious and fix this asap otherwise till the time your service is up there will be no one to use it.

                      Um-pun arrived on 20th and connection was cutoff.Understandable.But 6 days have passed and I am sitting ducks here.Connection hasnt been restored till date.Pathetic service and the lackadasical attitude of the customer service will lead to its demise.I mean... come on alliance! Is this the best u got?No service and still u expect us to invest in your connection..Restore the services at the earliest or you will get another angry customer who will complain and look for other alternatives other than ur net.my username sbr_rl

                        After kolkata was hit by cyclone we have lost our internet connection, today is the 6th day we are still facing this issue. We all have our offices every day and with no internet connection its really difficult to work. The numbers provided to us for customer care is either switched off or not reachable. It's really irresponsible on your part to firstly not restore then internet and secondly to not inform us regarding the present situation and when will it come back. Hope so immediate reaction is taken.

                          It's 6th day there is no internet connection in my locality.. Called my local operator he told it is switched off from the main.. I tried to contact the main but their ph is switched off even after trying 100 times..
                          What kind of behaviour is this... Atleast inform ur customer why u r off

                            I love in beliaghata area and the alliance broadband is not working here. The local person of alliance networks do not have any information when the internet stats again. It's fifth day the internet is not working. All the customer care numbers are off. No one on there from alliance side to help. It is is worst customer service. We are paying the bills before time and what we are getting in return is this irresponsible behavior from alliance customer support. God knows when these guys will help.

                                      Dear sir / madam,

                                      I am writing to you to raise an issue about: broadband internet

                                      The issue that i have experienced was: my internet connection of id [protected] is causing problem since last two weeks. From 20.05.2020 the internet connection is totally out. First it was pointed out to be a problem of router, then the problem got temporarily resolved. However the connection is totally out since 20.05.2020.

                                      It occurred on: 21/05/2020

                                      Alliance broadband should adhere to the principle of customer satisfaction when the customer has never been a defaulter in payments even in this challenging time. Instead of doing the same, i was accounted with very rude and unpleasant behaviour of your agency in haldia township. I was told that as they didn't receive any government aid they will not do anything to attend to the problems. They even asked me to move to any other service provider. They didn't take my complaints. They are not picking up the phones.in this situation it is becoming difficult to continue with the services of yours.

                                      I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
