Every time i am facing very weak signals, even after complaining to the provider there is no resolution. This is hampering my office work from home, for this i can lose my job as well. Alliance is harnessing people they are no more bother about customer service, they only want us to recharge and forget, very worst internet service ever.

They are only harassing people my phone internet is far better than this, worst service, worst connection fed up of this provider. I want an immediate resolution on this.

    Worst internet connection. My plan is 472, but i get speed at 100 kbps maximum. I am sick of this garbage connection . Internet Connection not working As it is running very slow and I am facing regular disturbance.please fix that problem.

      I paid my broadband client ID[protected] monthly bill but the amount was not credited and went to some inn avenues. I did the payment again which was aucceaful. Kindly tell me about the previous deducted amount.

        Internet connection so slow that i can't watch a youtube video in 480p quality, where as i am paying these stupids 590 rupees per month for 50mbps speed. And i am getting this — not able to watch a 480p video. I complained earlier but nothing happened. It's better not to use these stupid alliance at all. Poor infrastructure, poor everything. The customer service says they'll notify the local, but nothing happens. The locals are also bunch of #.

            I am facing problems with this net connection a lot, i have lodged complaint with this problems several times, but each and every time they are assuring everything will be alright, but it's not happening, it's hardly coming for 2 or 3 hrs a day and then totally no internet connection through out the whole day, my semester exams are on, it's online so how am i going to manage all this stuff with this worst network

              I have contacted the customer service no. Many times regarding the problem the only suggestion they are giving is to contact the local service provider.
              I am unable to contact the same because they have not provided any such contact no. Or email id.
              As per today's scenario i am working from home and without any internet connection it is proving to a challenge.
              Provide me the local service provider no. Or email id or anything else through which i can contact them.

                Hi i am a alliance user for 6 years... My name is sourav satpati.. From hatmahatap lane, bankura 722101... I am facing a high ping issue for many months... Tried contacting the local operator and tried allaince customer support too... I used to have 40 ping but i get 220 now.. I am really tired.. I have tried many ways 2 solve this problem.. But still none of this have still work out yet... I have complained our operator, customer service, even chandannagore main hub... But still today few mint ago i have faced the same problem..& it is really causing me a lot of problem, as i have 2 do a lot of online payment work& i play lot of online games..&; now i am tired of complaining about this... Plz help i will really glad if you look after this matter sincerely...

                  Hi team,

                  The last payment made through online for customer id [protected] with package 354 rs which selects automatically. After that we have come to know the customer id is not active for a broadband connection.
                  Now the question is when a customer is not active how a recharge is accepting for that customer.

                  I want my money back if this customer id is not active.

                  After contacting multiple times internet connection issue has not resolved. Ticket number 190398 was raised with Aliance on 30th March 2020.

                  There is no internet connection to my router. Internet connection is down. Call log has done with Alliance and no response even after multiple followups.

                    I have request to alliance broadband that who will be the local dealer that should be judged by company. It's really needed. And if the dealer is not responsible and lazy then then company's reputation goes down. It is really irritating for us. Last 7 days i am requesting the local dealer and sodepur hub. They r just careless. Ignorent people. Just today again i gave them 250 rs for confirmation. And that time internet was ok. But again after 2 hours it's gone. So please think about it.

                      I am facing no internet connection in my home since 2 days though i made regular complain to the local alliance provider but still they neither solved it from their office and neither visited to my premises to solved it.

                      Now i am writing this complaint seeking for urgent response to solved this issue or else i will change my internet service provider

                      Every one next day or the other there is problem, it shows "no internet". I do monthly recharge of INR 590 . When I contact the local operator, he speaks in the most rude manner & threatens to cut the connection as I'm facing
                      frequent connection problems . They also took installation charges of 3500 INR & the service that they are providing is worthless.

                        No internet over one day, unspeakable language of the service provider worst behaviour using slang for no reason, I think I have wasted my money and trust by facing this kind o[censored]ntolarable behaviour. These people are so fearsome i fear for any injuries they will give me.

                          I recharged of 590 but my net was very slow for day first day and and one month there no internet connection 😡 and when I ask them they said take fiber optic but now it's running I recharged this month and last month I was out for most of day that I don't get time to complin but now I'm free this month I want my money back of previous recharg and I have tay another connection now if this will not work fine then next month I will not recharged and I will complan to conssumer cort

                            It is going down very frequently and speed at night is pathetic. Very poor service. [protected] this is my client i’d. Everytime i complain it to local provider but nothing works. He seems not interested. He always says tomorrow it will b resolved. Bt again next day same issue appears. Nobody responds after 10 pm. So u hv to b on gods grace after 10 pm.

                                Zapbytes is not providing router access to its customers due to which customers can't manage their bandwidth for which they are paying and anytime they block the internet bandwidth saying the customer has exhausted their limited for which they don't provide any kind of bandwidth utilization details. All the internet servce providers provide router web console access which is installed at customer premises so that they can manage their bandwidth on their own and also enhance security to avoid misuse of the said connection. However, for zapbytes connection since the admin password is not shared the customers do not have insight if their connection is even being misused by the vendor or their engineers. I have already written a mail to their directors as well mr. Ankur and mr. Ankit but they seemed not to care about their customers.

                                I, think every customer has full right to have admin access of the router which is installed at their premises to manage the bandwidth efficiently.

                                I am also going to raise a concern on this in the public grievance cell so that a strict action is taken against the isp.

                                  I am using alliance broadband for over three years now. Earlier complaints used to get resolved but this time, no one is helping to fix my internet problem. I do not have internet since 5 days. I have lodged a complaint on day one and i am following up every day. But no one has fixed my problem till now. My user id is sd235_sco

                                  I will cancel the connection if the problem is not fixed.

I have made several calls on alliance customer number but to no avail. As you know i am a college student and most of my work is done online. They tell me the connection should be fitted with fiber optical cable and need more money. Pls solve this solution. Thank you

                                      I have tried to contact their customer service atleast 7 8 times with no avail. Every day around 2240 or so internet will be turned off and upon calling them they reply the same we will look into it it has turned into a kind of harassment. The local cable partner isn't doing anything as well. At this point as a customer i feel deceived.

                                        The local operators and the lineman are extremely ignorant. I have been calling them since Jan 1 for introducing fibre optics but still they did nothing, they don't even pick up the calls. I think now it's time to permanently disconnect alliance and go for Hathway or jio. Enough with their irresponsibility.
