My username is db53_megh.

Very poor service from alliance, in every couple of days i do face issue with my internet connection. I used to contact alliance support earlier but they used to forward the issue to the local operator and issue used get resolved for the day only and again next day the same issue.
Then i started to contact local operator instead and again the same thing, issue solved for the day and next day same issue. This is what i am facing for last a couple of months. I called alliance customer care today and a representative picked up my call and created a ticket and within
Next 15 minutes i got a call from an alliance tech person and asked me about whether i am getting ping or not and without listing anything he cut the phone as saying the issue is being forwarded to the local operator.

My question is that i am facing the issue for last a couple of months, so is there any responsibility lies on you alliance people or operator? Don't you even bother listening to us before cutting the phone?
Enough is enough. Poor experience with alliance. I will never use alliance again.

    This is the worst internet service provider I have ever seen. With in a range of 1 month I suffered with no internet connection from Alliance. Then I have to call to customer care and they took complaint I don't what they do but after 2-3 days it resumes but for 1 month only.

    Internet is very important for me. I am terribly disappointed with the service it is providing.

      No internet speed after 7pm. Facing this problem from last 3 months. There is no response from local service provide. I have already complain to alliance customer care but till the problem not resolved. My id: [protected] & paying 1121/month (Rapid+) for 50mbps and getting 3-4mbps. No website open perfectly, i can't watch live tv though i have a 50mbps connection. Only youtube and facebook runs smoothly. I'm i paying to alliance rs.1121/month for facebook & youtube.! There is no well educated network engineer in alliance who can resolve this problem.

        We have frequent internet connection drop and connectivity issues, local service provider is not taking adequate steps to fix and resolve the issue, we request you to please look into the matter seriously, unless it is fixed and resolved in next 15daya we will have no other alternatives to Lodge a complaint with consumer forum.

          My internet service is unavailable since 7hrs. I complained regarding this problem to the local service provider but they told me that the wire is broken and the repair cost is around 700 and they don't want to solve this problem on their own. They ask me 350 rupees to solve this problem. What kind of nonsense is this? And after that if i told them that it's their responsibilities to for the wire then they behave rudely. I also complained to the alliance complained service but nothing happens. The worst service i've ever had.

            .. Pathetic service as the same is still not resolved... I got a message yesterday mentioning that my register complaint with above token number is resolved... This is cheating when actually the issue is not resolved... They should give me waiver of rental for the days i don't have connection

              It is being regularly continued in every week that My Internet Provider doesn't provide with better service even after recharging regularly in every month.
              I don't have my Internet Connection regularly even after paying regularly. It feels like harassment i was left out with my online exams because my internet connection wasn't good as i was using a hotspot to continue giving my exams. I called my operator before like a many times but he didn't even pickup i was left behind as there was no Internet connection provided. Whats the use of internet even i couldn't able to use it at the right moment.

                I am complaining about my slow internet connection.

                When i am playing games at the server of kolkata the loss is about 50-70% and sometimes 90%. My surfing speed is very slow when i checked my speedtest it is showing only about 10 mbps which is about less than 1.5 mbps but i recharge the package of 'zoom' which must give the speed of 701 mbps or about 8.5+ mbps.
                I've checked both direct and indirect connection with my broadband cables but both are having the request time out issue.br...

                I am not receiving the internet connection for which i have paid. The local operator asking me to pay for wire which i already paid at the time of installation. Since there are no physical damages on the wire from my end i should not be paying for the wire. After reaching out to customer service my issue is not resolved from 2 days. I as a customer is been cheated by this local operator and alliance broadband.

                The login page is not coming, so we are unable to use internet. I had already paid for six months in advance to G. C. Link, I had tryed to contact them but they are not responding.If I do not get service on time I will change the service provider.

                  Hi i am a alliance user for 6 years... My name is sourav satpati.. From hatmahatap lane, bankura 722101... I am facing a high ping issue for many months... Tried contacting the local operator and tried allaince customer support too... I used to have 40 ping but i get 160 now.. I am really tired.. I have tried many ways 2 solve this problem.. But still none of this have still work out yet... I have complained our operator, customer service, even chandannagore main hub... But still today few mint ago i have faced the same problem..& it is really causing me a lot of problem, as i have 2 do a lot of online payment work& i play lot of online games..&; now i am tired of complaining about this...                   This service provider charged me for monthly subscription of broadband but service is interrupted all the time. When I call them for resolution they take too long time and even sometimes they don't recieve the phone to answer. My ID with this company is rk1_prantik.
                  If someone can take action against them, I will be highly obliged.

                    I have complained more than 15 times and went to local operator 4 times but no progress to solve my problem. Every time it happens. I have chosen worst network. No customer support. They don't feel customers necessity. My username is sohailm_bcn. I have given 1500 for new connection, but still they don't provide any service and behave very rudely. I think i have to choose different internet provider. If not resolved by this night i will discontinue this worst broadband service. Every week i face problem with this internet.

                      I'm suffering from 'no internet 'issue due to request time out of ping 172.17.22.1 - t from previous two days. I complained more then 10 times. I don't know why they ar not taking my complain seriously. They just told me to keep passions we will fix it as soon as possible, but there is not any kind of development. They ar taking a lot of time to fixed it but after 1hour of fixing the same problem came back again. It's take 6 to 7 hour to fixed it again. So i'm requesting to fix my problem if it possible.

                        My local provider is "anjali cable" i have complained 100 times about their behavior unprofessionalism impoliteness rudeness mostly uselessness. Alliance customer care never once took any step towards any of the issue instead alliance customer care has been deceiving and manipulating it's valuable customer. This is unexpected and disappointing that alliance service is not living up to its expectations. Without any completion alliance is clearly taking advantage of the situation. As you say "taken for granted". Alliance so called reputation is going down the drain. As a victim of corruption this is highly unacceptable.

                              I have been complaining for the last 7 days that my i am unable to access my internet and alliance local hub is completely denying for assisting me with the problem. My name is abhirup roy, my docket no - 5850, ticket no - 54020 facing a problem regarding fiber link as i came to know later from a local technician who have diagonosed the problem and suggest me to do an "otdr" fault detection which could be only possible by alliance. The local hub denying to assist as they are saying to fix this issue they will face loss and also they are not going to provide support for a single customer (As i am the only user remaining in my colony). Even i have contacted alliance kolkata office which of they are saying that local hubs decision is final and they can't do anything. I am using alliance for more than 3 years i guess and this is the treatment they are providing to me. Finally i have renewed my connection on 31/12/2018 and have used till 8/1/2019. From 9/01/2019 i am unable to get any access and still getting nowhere. My place is alliance pace+ rs.590 and i want a refund for the duration i am not getting any access and i am seriously considering now on terminating your connection which is getting pain staking for me.

                                  I experience frequent ping loss every night. I have to complain almost 3-4 days a week and the customer service provider assures me, every time, that my problem will be resolved soon, and closes the docket. But the same thing happens repeatedly. If this continues, i would have no alternative except for unsubscribing.
                                  Also, at times, i cannot even contact the toll free customer care number. And if they do, sometimes they do not even care to listen to my problems properly and just casually and carelessly inform that my complaint has been noted. This type o[censored]nprofessional behavior is not expected from a broadband service provider of such reputation.

                                    I am using alliance broadband connection since 7yrs. But around september 2018 suddenly my connection stopped working, when i contacted alliance customer care they told me that there is problem in their switch, which will get resolve in 3-4 days. But after 10days also the problem didn't got resolved. So i again contacted them but this time my connection subscription had expired, so they didn't logged my complain and asked me to renew my subscription, so that i can register a complain. And as they said i renewed it. After that they registered my complain but again no action was taken to resolve it. After multiple calls also, they just keep saying that this will get resolve soon. After one month the subscription got expired again, but still the issue was not resolved, and i was waiting that may be it will be resolved in some days. And now it has been almost more than 3months, they had not taken any action and when i am trying to log a complain they are again saying that your connection is in expired state and they will not register a complain until i renew my subscription. Previously i renewed, but still they didn't resolve it, now if i again renew it, my money will again get wasted, as the connection is still not working. Because if connection is ok, then after service expires, user gets a service expired message in the login page. But since the connection is still not working, the login page is not opening, so i requested them to first fix my problem first, then i will renew my subscription, but they told me that, you need to talk to franchise to resolve your problem, and when i talked to the franchise people they asked to log complain in alliance customer support. After so many request to both the offices they are not taking any action and harassing me that go and find another connection, we will not provide you the connection. Please have a look at my problem and please resolve it as soon as possible.
