Am krishna shaw using ur alliance broadband service from 2015,... Through gopal naskar cabel operator baguiati, we are dealing with him a great hassel... We cant complain him in any issue related to connection, or disturbance related to net... What disgusting attitude he has towards his costumers seriously... Talking to him is its self is a insult to us.. Before we used to recharge our net every month but bcoz of bad behavior from 2017 we are recharging after every 2 mths... Just to keep the net connection ongoing and also to avoid him as well we decided not to rechrge every month... But his behavior iz just the same still date... Despite of complaining against him in alliance boardband via helpline number provided by them they didnt bothered to take any action against him ever... How can they give him license to such person who doesnt know how to speak to a consumer despite of prompt payment we have to take his insulted words... How can a operator loose his temper just on hearing a simple normal reasonable complain of a consumer i seriously cnt understand this..... Am waiting for ur action now... Am not gonna take any more # for this man anymore am sorry... They are not giving their service for free.. Today was a height of tolerance the way he spoke that to a woman

      I have been experiencing packet loss problem since a week..and have notified the alliance customer care several times about that but all they say is they are notifying local cable operator about this and to wait.The local cable operator doesn't do any of his work and therefore is useless so I am stuck with the problem.The behaviour of the operator is rude and just doesnt know how to work

        I have been a customer of alliance broadband for long duration and i am paying each month on time but the service frequently gets disconnected and service provider is not at all bothered to repair even after repeated calling. Instead he behaves badly. I am totally upset with the service and i have no choice but to unsubscribe from the service with this kind o[censored]nprofessional attitude.

          From last four days i facing networks issue with alliance connection, so i called [protected]. They provided me a complaint id no: 18184.
          After few moments one of their executive call me from : [protected], (25th oct 18 at 6.30pm) just forget his name (He was too much arrogant as well as rude) without understand my problem he told me to contact local operator and hang up phone within 1 min.
          So i called local operator rabi das ([protected])
          He also not concern about issue, he just told me wait till saturday (27th oct) problem will resolve.
          Today i called him again and he suggests me to connect rj45 cable with router, when i told him i check all this thing, he suddenly became rude and told me "if know know everything then fixed it by yourself, and don't call us again"
          I have call recordings.
          We are not getting this services free of cost, we paid for this and we have to tolerate this behavior too??

            Hi,

            We are unable to get any network since the past 7 days. We have been contacting the vendor since long yet they do not give any positive response. Today they said the connection is resolved, yet we have not received any net. Very unsatisfactory service from their end. Other vendors do not have any much issues. So please provide the details of any other vendors nearby my area if there is available. The details of the customer are as below.

              Hello, i am prithul saha, an alliance broadband user for quite a long time. I came to kolkata on 17th october and recharged my alliance account. The internet was still not working. I lodged a complaint with docket no. 13558. The internet is still not working. I have called repeatedly and the helpdesk told me the issue has been raised with the local operator skylark. The first time given to me was 18th october 10 am, then they kept on postponing with the excuse to give them more time. It has been 3 days since then and the issue is still not resolved. I want a full refund of my recharge as i dont need the internet anymore. I hope they do it, else i can move to the court for irresponsible service.

                My alliance broadband client id is[protected]
                I lodged my complain numbered 10510 at around 10am on 13th october 2018 through there central customer service.
                The customer service is telling that it has been communicated with operator, and operator is saying they cannot service this in saturday-sunday. So they will service that on monday. My service is down from 12th october. Will anybody compensate these 3 non-service days and also the loss i'm facing for not having internet??

                  Hello,

                  My customer id is [protected].

                  I am suffering from poor network speed almost entire september and still now this continues. I am using preferred+ plan where i am supposed to have 40 mbps; where as when line is up, i am getting hardly 24 mbps and sometimes this is accompanied with ping loss.

                  After repeated complain, the so-called 'n/w engineers (?)' couldn't resolve the issue. When i place a call to customer care, they say like ' now this is working - so please continue' - as if my money has no value. I am paying extra for preferred+ plan and getting lower speed - so where the extra money is going. As a customer, i have right to know on this - other wise i need to take legal help.

                    I am using preferred+ plan and having 6 mbps download speed... Lol

                    I am probably supposed to have 40 mbps speed. After today's down pour at sinthi area, the connection vanished; and after repeated call to local hub (Alliance cc # [protected] never picked up my call and i recorded), they informed me like the issue is fixed; and now i am getting 6 mbps - i am unable to connect to remote desktop for my official work.

                    They are taking money and not providing the service - i need now attention from consumer forum to get back my money.

                      Facing connection issues for last few months and the same was informed to customer service too. Evermonth getting service after lot of follow ups with service people and this way it is getting very difficult for us. Even for last few weeks i am not getting connection and after lot of attempts in service no i lodged my complaint docket no 26899 on which i am yet to get any resolution and if this the way of customer handling them would request you to take action against the team wh bare handling the matters. We are using this for some necessities and if alliance is unable to provide the commited service to the customers then there are other service providers in market. Your fastest response will be appropriated.

                        Alliance is the worst service provider for internet so far - i am supposed to have 40 mbps download speed as per my plan, i am getting something in between 1-3 mbps - this started from sept 1st - and today is september 22nd. After several complaints, the issue is not yet fixed - i have recorded all conversations with csr and their 'engineers' (As demanded by alliance, though i am doubtful about their competency) - sometimes these people talk to me with so non-technical verbiage, which becomes more irritating. I am seeing now the only option is open for me to meet consumer forum with all details and demanding compensation for my loss of time and energy behind alliance calls and off-course the amount i have paid, just 3 days back.

                          Such a poor service from alliance.in every 2 3 weeks some connection problem occurres. Alliance customer care says they forward this issue to local operator. Local operator says he doesn't get any information about issue from alliance. This happens everytime. I have to suffer without internet at least 2 days. If this will go on everytime i will cut the connection and want refund of installation charges. This is the worst customer service from any service provider.

                            My docket number is 46. I have called your operator several times and no solution i am getting. No body is telling when it will be solved. I am facing this problem for last 2 days. Somebody is given me only temporary solution for 1 day. They are saying we are talking with local operator but nobody is responding please help me. If you people are not able solve it then tell me for disconnection i will try some other vendor

                              Alliance, it's a worst network ever . How to start these people don't Kno how to talk with customer and connectivity is soooo ### bad and when u needed most then the broadband is down im done with this alliance natak and now I'm moving to a different network which will work properly . Pls pls do not buy this network it will piss u offf . When u going to call CUSTOMER CARE o Lord they never listen they never gonna fix your problem never ever. Pls go for 4g that will be much better but alliance is one ### swine network .

                                I have submitted all the documents needed for a new broadband connection to the alliance offine in jalpaiguri, notun para, they had told me i would get the connection within that week but it has already been 1 week since the documents were submitted and i had called to the office 3-4 times about t his matter. Their only response was that they asked for my contact number and i had given it but they didnt tell anything about when the connection would be given. No one called on the contact numbers provided to the office and no information about when the new connection would be given has been provided to us.

                                After repeated complaint, they provide unreliable service, goes out every other day, remains out during weekend. This is on going for last 3 months. Please sue this company.

                                  The day my net connection is provided, i am facing slowness (Took 60 mbps connection, getting 0.43 0.8 mbps) not even 1% as branded.

                                  Complaint many times to customer care, each time i call, get answer -"still it's no t resolved?". As if it will get resolved automatically.

                                  If i have to compromise with less than 1 mbps then why i have to go for broadband?

                                    I am not yet an alliance customer bt wished to be one as i understood you are the best internet service provider. Unfortunately, the experience i had even before getting the broadband connection is simply pathetic. I contacted pragati communication ([protected]) in kestopur as advised by alliance and they are not just worth it! Their behaviour is pathetic. They just don't know how to deal with customers. Are they doing a favour on me? I requested the connection premium + on the name of kuntal dutta and deposited the money as they advised but unfortunately need to wait for them to decide when they wish to provide the connection. Seriously? Yesterday they called several times to inform that they will provide the connection today. I arranged everything as i have a family member being hospitalised who is pretty serious, and stayed back home waiting for them to come. I called them as they didn't turn up and wow! To my surprise they mentioned they cant come as the guy who will provide the connection is off sick. On top of that they didnt have the courtesy to inform the customer. The man is freaking rude! Guys, pragati communication is a franchisee i guess and trust me they simply doesn't deserve to be one for a company like alliance. Please choose your partner's well!
                                    And the guy is too personal to call my husband as my friend/brother! Just wow! What an experience a customer can have with alliance! You guys will just lose your customers!

                                      I am using the broadband for last 3 years but last 15 days 4-5 times internet was down and when i call the local provider they restore it after few hours. Its really frustrating now as one time my wifi router config was affected and i had to pay 400 rs to reconfigure it.

                                      From yesterday again my internet connection is down and its becoming a regular issue now.

                                      If this continue then i have to think of other options as this can not continue.

                                        I have took the hathway broad band internet connection with ac no:[protected] with house address (H no-281, 2nd floor, 7th phase kphb, kukapally hyderabad) on sepetember 2015 to feb 2016, due to network issue internet service is not good removed and closed the connection and changed to airtel with same address. Till date (March 2016) i've payed bill every month as per bill cycle and closed the complete bill till end of the connection and i have shifted my new connection to airtel brodband on the march 2016 to till date using the airtel broadband. I've payed the all amout of the hathway brodband connection and informed to local operator and shifted to airtel, now i'm getting the unnessary messages from advacate with details of demand notice generated with bill mount 6277.0 rs to avoid the legal action from the contacts-[protected], [protected]. I've call to customer care and asking the details they are telling your account in hold and getting the bills, till now no one is called to pay the bill only asking to submit the devices. I have called to somany times to take the modem devices but they didn't came to my house and they did't collected the devices. Now they are demanding to pay the amout of rs-6277.0 rs but i didn't used the internet and i have changed the house mid of 2016 year to other house and till using the airtel. I have used the only 7 months of hathway connection and payed the every moth bill till they are demanding to pay the pending mount. Today (5th july) getting the call from delhi high court and asking to pay the bill other wise will send the legal notice and need to attend to delhi high court, with number-[protected] and asking to call to another number for advacate of delhi with number [protected] and case file number:801. My hathway account no:[protected], register mobile:[protected], email:[protected]@hathway.com can you please help on this
