I am very disappointed to say you that alliance broadband call center people are don't know how to talk the customer. They are very bad behavior.
Somehow, i have complained two days ago for "no connection" and they have assured me that it is resolved shortly.
Two days gone but they yet to resolve. May i know the reason why there is unnecessary delay to resolve it?...

A cheque was collected for new connection, i will told that in 24 hours service activation will be done. My kids and family was anxiously waiting for this. Till now there in no one turned up. I tried reaching agent multiple times but he didn't answer the call. When i tried reaching through other number he replied quite rudely. My internet is not working since 12 June. After repeated calling to customer care and local serviceman of alliance, my is not resolved. They have taken service charge in advance. I have called them 3-6 times a day and continue. But all is in vein. Their customer care representative are very rude. I am feeling insulted many times.br...

Pathetic service & customer service. The customer service representative somali is horrible. She is treating the customer like hell. She is not ready to give any sla for for my issue. Also she is telling nobody can provide any sla from alliance. Pathetic customer service experience. No escalation desk available for complain. That why they talking like anything. It seems that don't want tondo the bussiness.

The payment for the service was taken prepaid basis on the first of the month and yet the connection not working until the 14th june 2018 with their reply of of getting it upto working condition for more 4 days. My docket number is 15193 in the id of amanc_fc and the complaint was registered on 4th june2018 after the waiting of 4 days of not working. From last one week the connection keeps dropping
More than half of the day we don't use the broadband as we are not home and the remaining time it doesn't work properly.
Local service provider came and checked was of no use every day calling customer service of no use
We are using a really expensive package worth. Rs767 even after that if we keep receiving these type of problems we will be forced to change our service...

I am from bangalore and have taken new connection online by paying 500rs. First one person called n askd all details and askd to pay 500 by sending i'd proofs. I paid. Another girl called n askd details again n i gave. Another person called n askd details again. He askd to send id proofs again.

He said he will come on 6th eveng. When i called him said he will come next day morning ie 7th before 9am.

I submitted a complaint on 2nd June for internet not working...and it's 5th June end of the day... Whenever I call the customer care they say they have been already informed by the local service operator... And whenever I call the local service operator the person is either not picking up the phone or he/she says that it will take some more time...This is heights o[censored]nprofessionalism and I do recommend that please never opt for alliance broadband......

I have been facing the network issue for quiet a long time and whenever i call a local service provider they have only one thing to say that they have a fiber issue, every time they give me the same excuse and everyday the net is not working from 1pm to 5pm it has become a major issue and i am really thinking of changing this useless network. Alliance representatives first offer to buy the router on behalf o[censored]s. Then, within 8 months the router getts damaged and they say get it fixed by self. I am trying to connect my android phone to my alliance broadband connection. My laptops are getting connected through router with no issue. But my phone is not getting connected... Saying failed to obtain ip address.

It is not that it is issue with only my phone, but other phones are not getting connected also

We have raised the issue with our cable operator b r communications but they have failed to resolve...

Yesterday morning 8.5.17 i complained for not getting net connection at 9.37 a. M with docket no. 7247. From that time to till now i called several times to their customer care - every times they said that it will solved by local service provider - who was already informed by them. The local service provider is very poor and unprofessional. Every day from 1pm the internet connection is unavailable till 5pm and the local service provider called 'Ezyvision' is incompetent and provide very poor service with rude behavior.
The local service provider does not do anything to resolve the problem and doesn't even care to respond to any complaints...

Hello, i am an alliance braodband connection user. For last few days te internet connection is not working properly and their customer support number ([protected]) is down. I am unable to reach any contact number given on their website and their support team at the time of installation. I want a refund for my package plan that i've paid for this month....

I am getting very low speed from past a month as i called service provider they said that the problem is with the router and again and again they say that put the connection with pc but the same issue. They said they will provide a technician but still they didnt provide anything. They always check speed test but after that no solution. What is happening we dont know the local provider says that we cant fix the speed issue it is to be said...

Issue 1 - we were having problems with the speed and after much discussion with the phone representative and our local service provider (Dolon communication, mukundapur area) we changed our wifi router recently. Because they said the problem was with the router and not internet service. After changing the router, the problem persists but it has taken another form.
