Such a poor service from alliance.in every 2 3 weeks some connection problem occurres. Alliance customer care says they forward this issue to local operator. Local operator says he doesn't get any information about issue from alliance. This happens everytime. I have to suffer without internet at least 2 days. If this will go on everytime i will cut the connection and want refund of installation charges. This is the worst customer service from any service provider.

    My docket number is 46. I have called your operator several times and no solution i am getting. No body is telling when it will be solved. I am facing this problem for last 2 days. Somebody is given me only temporary solution for 1 day. They are saying we are talking with local operator but nobody is responding please help me. If you people are not able solve it then tell me for disconnection i will try some other vendor

      Alliance, it's a worst network ever . How to start these people don't Kno how to talk with customer and connectivity is soooo ### bad and when u needed most then the broadband is down im done with this alliance natak and now I'm moving to a different network which will work properly . Pls pls do not buy this network it will piss u offf . When u going to call CUSTOMER CARE o Lord they never listen they never gonna fix your problem never ever. Pls go for 4g that will be much better but alliance is one ### swine network .

        I have submitted all the documents needed for a new broadband connection to the alliance offine in jalpaiguri, notun para, they had told me i would get the connection within that week but it has already been 1 week since the documents were submitted and i had called to the office 3-4 times about t his matter. Their only response was that they asked for my contact number and i had given it but they didnt tell anything about when the connection would be given. No one called on the contact numbers provided to the office and no information about when the new connection would be given has been provided to us.
        Alliance Broadband customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        After repeated complaint, they provide unreliable service, goes out every other day, remains out during weekend. This is on going for last 3 months. Please sue this company.

          The day my net connection is provided, i am facing slowness (Took 60 mbps connection, getting 0.43 0.8 mbps) not even 1% as branded.

          Complaint many times to customer care, each time i call, get answer -"still it's no t resolved?". As if it will get resolved automatically.

          If i have to compromise with less than 1 mbps then why i have to go for broadband?

          I am very disappointed to say you that alliance broadband call center people are don't know how to talk the customer. They are very bad behavior.

            I am not yet an alliance customer bt wished to be one as i understood you are the best internet service provider. Unfortunately, the experience i had even before getting the broadband connection is simply pathetic. I contacted pragati communication ([protected]) in kestopur as advised by alliance and they are not just worth it! Their behaviour is pathetic. They just don't know how to deal with customers. Are they doing a favour on me? I requested the connection premium + on the name of kuntal dutta and deposited the money as they advised but unfortunately need to wait for them to decide when they wish to provide the connection. Seriously? Yesterday they called several times to inform that they will provide the connection today. I arranged everything as i have a family member being hospitalised who is pretty serious, and stayed back home waiting for them to come. I called them as they didn't turn up and wow! To my surprise they mentioned they cant come as the guy who will provide the connection is off sick. On top of that they didnt have the courtesy to inform the customer. The man is freaking rude! Guys, pragati communication is a franchisee i guess and trust me they simply doesn't deserve to be one for a company like alliance. Please choose your partner's well!
            And the guy is too personal to call my husband as my friend/brother! Just wow! What an experience a customer can have with alliance! You guys will just lose your customers!

              I am using the broadband for last 3 years but last 15 days 4-5 times internet was down and when i call the local provider they restore it after few hours. Its really frustrating now as one time my wifi router config was affected and i had to pay 400 rs to reconfigure it.

              From yesterday again my internet connection is down and its becoming a regular issue now.

              If this continue then i have to think of other options as this can not continue.

                I have took the hathway broad band internet connection with ac no:[protected] with house address (H no-281, 2nd floor, 7th phase kphb, kukapally hyderabad) on sepetember 2015 to feb 2016, due to network issue internet service is not good removed and closed the connection and changed to airtel with same address. Till date (March 2016) i've payed bill every month as per bill cycle and closed the complete bill till end of the connection and i have shifted my new connection to airtel brodband on the march 2016 to till date using the airtel broadband. I've payed the all amout of the hathway brodband connection and informed to local operator and shifted to airtel, now i'm getting the unnessary messages from advacate with details of demand notice generated with bill mount 6277.0 rs to avoid the legal action from the contacts-[protected], [protected]. I've call to customer care and asking the details they are telling your account in hold and getting the bills, till now no one is called to pay the bill only asking to submit the devices. I have called to somany times to take the modem devices but they didn't came to my house and they did't collected the devices. Now they are demanding to pay the amout of rs-6277.0 rs but i didn't used the internet and i have changed the house mid of 2016 year to other house and till using the airtel. I have used the only 7 months of hathway connection and payed the every moth bill till they are demanding to pay the pending mount. Today (5th july) getting the call from delhi high court and asking to pay the bill other wise will send the legal notice and need to attend to delhi high court, with number-[protected] and asking to call to another number for advacate of delhi with number [protected] and case file number:801.                   Team, this bellow email was sent to you before but i did not hear anything yet. Bellow are my questions.

                  My question is: do i have to stay without the wireless? Do i have to deal with such mannerless people every time i have issues? Does alliance give business to such mischievous operators? If the gentleman has the number of that guy who configured my router, then isn't he one of them? If not then how he has his number? If yes, then isn't their plan to rob the customer like me, who has the issues with the connection every time? Aren't they creating issues themselves and sending people to steal money from customer?

                  Please let me know who all i need to speak to?

                  Hi,
                  I reported an issue about my slow connection (6-7 mb) and the person on the call logged a complaint (16218). Then i called the local operator and he assisted me to connect the lan directly to the cpu. The lan was connected to my router previously and worked for wired and wireless both. Once i called the local operator he connected me to the cpu directly but then the wireless connection stopped working.

                  Then after 2 days the slow connection was fixed and i connected the lan to my router and through ethernet connected to my cpu from router. Now, the wireless stopped working after the local operator configured me manually putting ip, dns etc. I called them and told that once you guys configured me to connect directly to the cpu, my wireless connection is not working. I called them several times and today when i speak to a person from local operator he did not want to tell his name. Then he was repeatedly telling me to call that person who first configured my router. But the person was one of them (Local operator).

                  Then he disconnected my call. When i called again one lady picked and she was literally shouting on me and was repeating the same thing that i need to call that person who configured my router. I just wanted to explain that, when i called first time for the speed issue, the person on the call instructed me in configuring the router manually and that might be the issue now i am not getting wireless connection. So i wanted to change that configuration so that i can get the wireless connection again as the wired is fine. However, the lady was so rude and was not allow me to speak even and continuously shouting on me. Again she was telling me that they will not help me in wireless connection and was not ready to understand that, one of them changed it manually when i called them. She was nearly abusive. Then some gentleman picked the call and spoke to me nicely but told me the same thing that they can not do anything as the wired connection is fine. Then the gentleman gave me the number of that person who configured my router first and told me to call him.

                  Now i am without the wireless and waiting for a justice. I called on the toll free number again and the person on the call logged another complaint (21175). Then i got a call from a lady and she tried to get me the wireless connection back but without any success.

                  My question is: do i have to stay without the wireless? Do i have to deal with such mannerless people every time i have issues? Does alliance give business to such mischievous operators? If the gentleman has the number of that guy who configured my router, then isn't he one of them? If not then how he has his number?                     This is Dimitri Mukherjee from Behala Chowrasta, Kalipada Mukherjee Road, want to complain about my network problem. My alliance network is not working for past 2 days. I informed you distributor regarding the same but they just checked and said that wire has some problem which needs to be changed but till now no service has been given to us and they're making numerous excuses. Very much dissatisfied with your service.Dont know if they will fix my problem or not. Just not expected from your company.

                      I am very disappointed to say you that alliance broadband call center people are don't know how to talk the customer. They are very bad behavior.
                      Somehow, i have complained two days ago for "no connection" and they have assured me that it is resolved shortly.
                      Two days gone but they yet to resolve. May i know the reason why there is unnecessary delay to resolve it?

                        This is to inform you that from 1.7.2018 my internet is not working so i complained local operator number of times but it didnot work so i called customer service that asured me it will be solved but yesterday night a man came and said the problem was from there side and it has benn solved, when i came home and saw he have not done any thing, instade of that he asked for service charge and have to pay him, my complain no 15359 ueser id riddhi_nmcn

                          A cheque was collected for new connection, i will told that in 24 hours service activation will be done. My kids and family was anxiously waiting for this. Till now there in no one turned up. I tried reaching agent multiple times but he didn't answer the call. When i tried reaching through other number he replied quite rudely. I am writing this to express my sheer displeasure and requesting immediate action. I need intervention by concerned team. I want to claim for refund and loss of today's connection. I had spend lot of amount to make calls abroad. I incurred 3k for the same. This amount should also be remitted.

                            Myself Prashant Raut one of the customer of alliance broadband services, having monthly package Rs. 1000/-
                            My internet is not working since 12 June. After repeated calling to customer care and local serviceman of alliance, my is not resolved. They have taken service charge in advance. I have called them 3-6 times a day and continue. But all is in vein. Their customer care representative are very rude. I am feeling insulted many times.

                              Pathetic service & customer service. The customer service representative somali is horrible. She is treating the customer like hell. She is not ready to give any sla for for my issue. Also she is telling nobody can provide any sla from alliance. Pathetic customer service experience. No escalation desk available for complain. That why they talking like anything. It seems that don't want tondo the bussiness.

                                The payment for the service was taken prepaid basis on the first of the month and yet the connection not working until the 14th june 2018 with their reply of of getting it upto working condition for more 4 days. My docket number is 15193 in the id of amanc_fc and the complaint was registered on 4th june2018 after the waiting of 4 days of not working. I want the repairing of the connection as creating an issue for around a fortnight was highly unexpected and the refund of the amount for the days service was unavailable and a compensation for the harassment that i have faced because putrescent service from a renowned service provider.

                                They called and promised to fix the connection by Monday 18th June, i.e. today and they are not answering my call from my usual number and from another number they answered but with some reply of please wait for sometime. This is a total harassment and the compensation with good connection shall be provided immediately!!
                                Dear sir/madam,

                                We have taken the connection of broadband from past 1 year+ and this month we are literally facing the problem from past 10 days and no one is taking care. Please look into this as our business getting hampered and we are loosing clients. Our IP address is 10.28.30.54

                                  From last one week the connection keeps dropping
                                  More than half of the day we don't use the broadband as we are not home and the remaining time it doesn't work properly.
                                  Local service provider came and checked was of no use every day calling customer service of no use
                                  We are using a really expensive package worth. Rs767 even after that if we keep receiving these type of problems we will be forced to change our service provider

                                  Really very disappointed 😞

                                    Hi
                                    I am from bangalore and have taken new connection online by paying 500rs. First one person called n askd all details and askd to pay 500 by sending i'd proofs. I paid. Another girl called n askd details again n i gave. Another person called n askd details again. He askd to send id proofs again.

                                    He said he will come on 6th eveng. When i called him said he will come next day morning ie 7th before 9am.

                                    Today 7th, i called at 8.30 am he said on the way and will reach in 30 min. I called at 9.15 he said 2 min. From 9.30 he didn't attend calls. By 9.50 i messaged him and he replied as i am in meeting. Will come evening. I replied to cancel the connection but no reply from him.
                                    I called first person to cancel n he said he will rectify. Now he is also not attending the calls. I can't understand how irresponsible they are. How can i get back my installation charges?

                                    After looking at various complaints here, i regret for choosing airtel.

                                      I submitted a complaint on 2nd June for internet not working...and it's 5th June end of the day... Whenever I call the customer care they say they have been already informed by the local service operator... And whenever I call the local service operator the person is either not picking up the phone or he/she says that it will take some more time...This is heights o[censored]nprofessionalism and I do recommend that please never opt for alliance broadband... Every alternate weekend they have some internal problem due to which internet goes off for 2 days and they don't have any valid reason for it...

                                        I am getting ping spikes and packet loss during online gaming this strange behavior started from 28th april my client id:[protected], i want this to get fixed as this is my only internet connection and was working fine until now. So the problem started from 28th april at midnight when there was heavy raining going on and suddenly my isp showed that my data pack is expired even though i already paid for the next month, next morning i contact my service provider about this and he fixed it but my isp speed was very low as low as 580 kbps my provider told me that its some kind of issue from there side and he cannot help me about it so i waited for some improvement now its more than a month better than before but still worse because of ping spikes during online gaming, download videos and using voice chat services like discord and ts3 please fix this issue.
