I am getting very low speed from past a month as i called service provider they said that the problem is with the router and again and again they say that put the connection with pc but the same issue. They said they will provide a technician but still they didnt provide anything. They always check speed test but after that no solution. What is happening we dont know the local provider says that we cant fix the speed issue it is to be said at the alliance main office. Then again i contacted the main office they say that contact with local provider but then again no solution. They are blaming each other but the customer is suffering the loss we are paying you for the service that we get but its really dissapointing for us that this issue is happening everyday please check and resolve the problem as possible otherwise we are planning to switch to other broadband which will provide better service than this. I cant do my work for this issue pages are also so slow please check and i really never expected this form alliance reply asap [protected]. Thank you

I have taken alliance broadband since 3 months but for the last month the connection is being very slow. Only youtube opens properly and other site either very slow or does not opens at all. I have complaint them 10 days back but till now they haven't repaired the connection.

    Issue 1 - we were having problems with the speed and after much discussion with the phone representative and our local service provider (Dolon communication, mukundapur area) we changed our wifi router recently. Because they said the problem was with the router and not internet service. After changing the router, the problem persists but it has taken another form. Almost every other day there is no connection and the login page doesn't appear. So, that's a huge loss for us in terms of money, time and work that depends on internet. I don't believe we have to call you every other day to fix the problem. This is not the service we are paying for. Sometimes broadband phone representatives say that the problem is with the local service provider and dolon communications says that the problem is with broadband alliance. So, no one takes the ownership but keeps blaming the other. Meanwhile customers suffer.
    Issue 2 - few days after issue 1 as mentioned above, one of their engineers came and charged rs.500/- to fix the issue which is not right. Why do i have to pay for their fault?
    Issue 3 - after that incident today we are facing the same problem. The log in page is not appearing. I fail to understand why we must face so many problems. We are paying rs. 1000/- a month for the service and out of 30 days, 5-6 days of service is always interrupted. Isn't it a big loss for us? Where we pay for 30 days and they give us service for 24-25 days. Sounds pretty unfair for people like us.
    I request you to look into the matter seriously and resolve it if possible. Otherwise we are already planning to change our internet service provider who can give better service than theirs. We will be looking forward to your reply.

      Often the network speed drops sharply and even the connection is completely dead, and it occurs almost on a daily basis starting mainly from midnight. Complaining to the local service provider has been proved fruitless as the problem has not been resolved yet. I had contacted the toll free number where i was told that i will be contacted shortly from the operator, which has too not been done. I have important works to do, but due to unavailability of network, it gets hampered. It was promised that during the midnight hours, additional speed will be provided, but on the contrary, it has become a daily routine of not providing with network services. Please look into my matter as soon as possible, as this faulty service cannot be dealt with for long, and if not, i want my compensation.

      The call from the operator has been made, but the problem in the network connection is yet to be solved
      Hi I have recently called the alliance broadband team for rectifying my Internet connection which is not coming from past 2 days. They gave me the below number as my complaint is -18410.

      Post that I got a call where they don’t have any idea that what time it will get rectified.

        Hello, my client id is [protected],
        For past few weeks i have been facing an issue that is it is happening often when i am unable to open any website, this happened before too... I have complained back and then someone from local provider came and when i told him about the problem he said google ping was not their concern and wont fix... After a few days the issue got resolved automatically... It was ok for a couple of months, then again this issue has resurfaced... I do not know what should i do, because the help i received from the local guys was aweful and not willing to experience the same, i am completely gridlocked here.

        Dont know what should i do next about this. Please help me with a proper and long lasting solution.

        I have urged the local providers multiple times to send a technical guy rather than a cable connections experienced guy, but it seems they are not at all bothered about their consumers
        Every time I log a complain to the alliance 24/7 support they call me back and check the ping from their end and from their end its always working fine and that was the only reason I have requested for any engineer or any technical guy who can understand the actual problem and help solve the issue, but i have never got any proper help from their end...and now it feels disgusting to even call them for support as I know that they will run me through their common protocol of harrasment in the name of lose cable, check the router, check the plug putting directly in your pc and stuff like that...and today I am forced to lodge this complain againt them...
        Actually Today our internet is not working in DLF 1 area.Also most of the time it is very slow .Also the internet speed is very slow all the time .and the internet quality is very bad . Every time we have to complain and wait for 4-5 days to get it rectified. Please visit the place and rectify soon .

          Alliance broadband is openly proving their incompetence by not updating or improving their system infrastructure which is extremely vulnerable. Any user can change their ip to a nearby neighbor address and the login page of alliance will immediately prompt all the information, including name/address/invoice/mobile/email/clientid to the user and alliance is taking zero measure to prevent this.

          When i attempted to inform them regarding this invulnerability they harassed me saying that if i ever attempt such "hacking" myself, they will take legal actions against me. I am mortified by their attitude in responding to this matter and i implore everyone to file a class action lawsuit against them as they are leaking all your private data to everyone and showing total indifference towards mending it.

            Alliance broadband is getting worse day by day. Once it gained huge popularity it started avoiding customer satisfaction. My scenario is simple i have 2 alliance connection one is in kolkata and other one is in midnapore town. They provide different pans for regions kolkata has its pans and midnapore comes into a category to their rob section plans. They discriminate the kolkata circle plans from rob so much that indicates people of kolkata only deserves to use the internet other areas dont. Just tally their plans. Rob there is a package priced 590 pace+ which privides only 3mbps bandwidth where as almost same price round about 700 in kokata zoom+ provides 30mbps bandwidth. Its like internet racism.in rob its a struggle to watch onine contents in just 3mbps. I hope alliance listens to their customers input as their executive responded very unprofessional way treating me as a illitarate person. We are paying money damnit, not giving free service. Very bad experience with alliance. Loca internet provider giving 15mbps at 450 where alliance providing 3mbps in 590, shame on you guys.

              This is really pathetic. My wifi connection is disrupted very frequenty and is not resolved for 2-3 hours and that also during the peak hours. The connection is ok at midnight when it has the minimum use. This is just stupid and pathetic way to save money. Complaints go unnoticed and is really frustating. Thinking of complaining to trai but is not getting the appropriate platform. Any sort of help would be appreciated.

And for several times i tried to connect to the concerned person but he was not taking my call and from today morning he has diverted his call.                 I have always paid my bills online that too before the date of renewal if I am doing my job by paying the full amount every month I should get a service like that. But the opposite is happening with me, there is no connection from past 3 days even no one is answering/picking up the call (the numbers provided on the page).

                Internet providers here in coochbehar are bad they give 1mbps speed and charge 750/ month i hope alliance broadband comes here.
                worst service. Connection is dead almost on a daily basis from approx. 11 pm. repeated complaints to the local service provider has been fruitless.

                    In my area in emergency, i call to our area's alliance service executive.. Every time no one was receiving call... They said call to there helpline number, but i try every time but no one can response, when i ask why they show mee attitude, so plzz any one tell me is its a public service...in public service your operator ar show attitude to mee, great great... So now i[censored] guy ar not taking action on that believe that, mee and my all fndzz ar take another internet connection which is best for us...

                        I have logged a complain with alliance on sunday and today is wednesday, still my wifi is dead. Docket number is 25844. Everyday i call 3-4 times a day. They say they will tell the local operator to see the problem and will visit my house to resolve it. No one has visited from local cable team. There are 3 members in my family who use internet for work and education. We are very disappointed with alliance's reluctance to provide service.

                          My internet has been performing worst since 11.10.2017. Huge amounts of ping loss and download speed is not more than 157kbps approx which i am supposed to get more than 1.5 mpbs which i am not getting.                             I am using alliance broadband connection since last 3 years and my tariff plan is swift + and it suppose to give me 9 mbps internet speed not but i never got such any speed.in the evening time my speed fall less than 50kb. I have complained several times but they say their team is working and will get solved shortly. I am very much disappointed now and filing a complain at consumer forum. Please do a necessary steps so i can get same speed as mentioned in the tariff plan.

                            I have been using alliance services since last 1 year, I have on 1150 rupees package, where I suppose to get the speed of 6mbps, but I'm not getting such a speed, and that's quite true that Alliance are very worse in order to provide services to their customer, I have lodged a complaint that my Internet is not working since last 15 days, and I have given full payment of this particular month, I have tried to call at Alliance customer support they said that the will contact with my are provider but I haven't got any call yet from anyone of them, now I have decided to move this on consumer Forum and file a complaint against Alliance broadband .

                              Hi. My name is dulal ch sikdar and my user id is dcs_incon. From 9th october there is no network connection. I complained several times. Ur head office only told that give me some times and put everytime a doccet number after complained. My doccet number are 10813, 11214. But your commitment is totally unaffordable right now. Last 50 more hours i didn't getting any help from your staffs. So, what is the point of your customer service center. Please give our service. Already siti broadband, maithan broadband called us. And there connection service is too friendly. I fed up with your local provider and your company employees ignoring.

                                I am a allance broad band customer from 4/5 months but iam not happy with this poor net connection. That is frequently disconnected and signal is 1mbps and lower also. That is not good net connection i am geeting. You and company prescribe starter pack is minimum 25 mbps and 500rs per month. Very very poor signals. Pl do the nesecery steps. After complaining almost 24 hours gap they come to attened the job. This way i am loosing my money.                                   I am an airtel customer from years, i am using my mobile, internet, landline everything airtel.

                                  This complaint is regarding the blunders done to my boradband connection and they screwed my connection.

                                  I am with 16mbps speed from year 2015 and i don't have any issues. One day i got a call from airtel saying my connection speed feasability increased from 16mbps speed to 24mbps, only thing is to change the modem and re-configure. They sent a technician and he without even checking the speed and feasbility changed modem and re-configured. Since then my internet speed came down to 4mbps and i am unable to work my office vpn connection with this speed.
                                  I called customer care and escalated the issues, and they say that feasibility is not there. Technician blames on airtel customer care saying, why they said there is feasibility of 24mbps, airtel customercare say that there is feasability.in middle the escalation team listens to me and technician and do nothing.

                                  I have even spoke to a floor manager venkatesh ramayya and region manager venkatesth s, and they promised they will work on my issue and will take up personally to solve, its been more than two weeks now.

                                  Just i got a call from airtel escalation team asking me to downgrade my connection speed to 2mbps and they say i will get better speed.

                                  Are you kidding, i was getting 16mbps speed before they changed my modem, now they are saying me to downgrade to 2mbps.

                                  Today i got a call from harish, floor manager and he is aksing me to downgrade to 2mbps.

                                    I am rimi boro one of your service user from jalpaiguri, west bengal. Today i want to raise a complain about your service in jalpaiguri. Your service provider jalpaiguri, west bengal is really so disgusting n bloody stupid service provider. They are too much pathetic to give service. 3rd tym i raised my complain about them but this time it's too disgusting. Since 3days i continuously called them about my connection problem but they didn't give any response to solve it. Just rcv cl n say k will sent someone at ur home to check ur connection. But till 3rd day no one will come. I never ever seen such a stupid service u give all ur customers. All office staffs are so irresponsible n careless. I will disconnect my internet connection from ur alliance. I[censored] were unable to resolve customers prblms thn why i use ur service. Especially jalpaiguri alliance is one of the worst.
                                    I just want resolve my problem by tomorrow any how. Do at your end what ever to ur jalpaiguri distributors for solving my problems. I want quick, better service not such a stupid service. I[censored] were unable to do then i will take my action against ur service. I pay for my service not take ur service freely. You give order n give some kind of lesson to ur bloody jalpaiguri distributors how to deal with customers n how to give service.                                       My internet is down since 2 days. After relentless complaining they still haven't managed to resolve such a petty issue. They do have the means to contact the local service provider.
                                      And the call operators sitting in customer *care* office, they do not know how to speak to the customers. They hardly have any information about anything. And then they blame the customers. Such a pathetic service.
                                      I would want alliance to take an action against the below mentioned names:
                                      Shalini
                                      Priyanka
                                      Moushumi chandra (Something)
                                      These people have learnt a few lines "wait kijiye", "feedback call aaega", "toll free number" and the blabber out the same while talking to a customer. Except these few words, they do not how to perform their job. Sitting their passing lame comments on their customers is the best they can do.
                                      Did not have a worse experience than this. They cannot resolve any issue. Good for nothing basically.

                                        My internet is not coming for last 5 days.

                                        After several complains also no one is looking into this. They are not responding at all. They always listen to it and in the end the only reply you get is"yes it will get resolved don't worry".
                                        This is the worst service i am getting right now fro the internet provider
