The local service provider is very poor and unprofessional. Every day from 1pm the internet connection is unavailable till 5pm and the local service provider called 'Ezyvision' is incompetent and provide very poor service with rude behavior.
The local service provider does not do anything to resolve the problem and doesn't even care to respond to any complaints

I am using broadband starter plan last 9 years.current starter plan provide 60 Mbps as per website but i am getting download 2.43 Mbps and upload 2.89 Mbps.its second time i am complain this issue, but issue not solve.also attach a screen shot

I pay rental every month for broadband service to Alliance Broadband. But I do not receive the Internet connection for 25-30 hours a month usually. Now a days it is happening more often and this month it is already 14 hours past that the Internet has stopped. Should they not payback the money or extend the validity if the service is not provided?

Frequent breakdown of internet services.no prompt action taken.even the customer care not picking up phone.local operators are totally uncooperative.no response despite repeated attempt to call them oVer phone.
