Jupiterr technologies.

1) this is non sebi registered investment advisor and still brands themselves as sebi registered.

2) they talk to you very sweetly till they grab money out of your hands.

3) their tracksheet is 100% fake, check all the months only positive calls are update, they do no update negative calls on their website, check if you want,

Multiple dates are jumped in between the consecutive trading sessions. For example after april 3, you will find april 7th... Not 4th, 5th and 6th, because they were the days their recommendations gone wrong.

4) once you question them, they block you from all their social media and they tell you do whatever you want.

5) once you register for trail, they till your trail will be activated from next day, but they say there is an offer on this day and you have to pay only half of the regular amount. If you are willing to pay next day, you must pay full amount.

6) never never join any advising company... Use the same money on trading... You will earn or learn.

I never pay money again to any trading advisor.

Never never join this jupiterr technologies.

      I took my macbook air to this apple authorised service centre in koramangala, bengaluru for a dimmed display issue. Display was intermittently becoming dark. I suspected it was a liquid spill problem.. Which can be fixed just by cleaning and drying it up properly. I just wanted this to be done by trained people to do the justice to the device.

      I had to pay inr 1770 and sign the nonsense agreement documents as they were not accepting to just open up and see without paying that charge and kept it with them stating that my queue number will take 2 business days to just be unscrewed and the eye ball check to be done.

      Trusting this so called apple authorised serbice centre i left my mac even though i knew the issue is a most simple one and was hoping to recieve a positive response.
      I recieved call after 2 days stating that “most of the internal parts are damaged from liquid and would require replacement and would cost around 80000inr”.

      I immediately rushed to the shop and took back my mac which was unscrewed on request to see what this people were claiming. After coming back i cleaned the liquid and blow dried it for 10 minutes and restarted only to see it is working fine.

      To my utter disappoint i realise these people are just conning people under the name of authorised apple dealer and service centre.. They just take out the part and quote a ridiculous amount of money equivalent to a new device. I doubt if even have any basic sense of computer hardware in their team.

      Mostly costumer care number never connects, I have calling everyday and mailed several times, I just want to know my refund status, but no response from costumer care desk has really scared me,
      If I face any problem they won’t be there in any way to help me out .i am so helpless that I have to mention my problem here .

      Hey Suvam! I would like to know about how u cancelled your order. I want to do the same but am unable to since there is no option of cancel in My order page as stated in the FAQ section of the site. Also, did you receive the refund yet?

        I had requested for battery replacement for my iphone in december 2018 and paid the requisite fee of rs, 2000/- and the executive mentioned that it will take 1 week for the battery to be received. I got a call from the company ample technologies and when i gave my phone - iphone se 16gb for battery replacement, they broke the phone and said that new battery caused panic attack for the phone and put back the old battery which came with the phone.

        Even with the old battery, the kernel panic errors started and i had asked for refund of the battery cost of rs. 2000/-

        They broke my phone, took my battery replacement fee, and now not even refunding the amount.

          Hi,
          I have started to face network issuse immediately after opting for battery replacement scheme. My phone worked all fine before that, because of your service centres faulty service i am unable to use my phone. When i visited the service centre at mantri mall they just washed there hands off and asked to pay for diagnosis and service charge. My phone was working fine and it was not tampered that why you accepted it under battery replacement and after replacement when inam facing network issue you are telling device is out of warranty and i will have to pay service charge?
          Please tell me why should i pay for your faulty service.

            I called to complain about management at the newbern location in raleigh nc. 1260 partin rd... Which is a new location. Tamarra a specialist keeps hanging up the phone on me while im trying to clear a customer complaint issue. While i was speaking with her december 7, 2018 between 4pm - 5pm she got really nasty with, and unprofessional and hang up the phone on me.in customer service... The customer is always right... And if i was being rude... Tamarra is suppose to forward me to member of mangement. Not continue to hang up on me. I need for someone to respond to this inbox asap that can do something about this, and my initial complaint.

              Arma technology - pondycherry — arma technology - fraud company do not work with this company

              Arma technology is no. 1 fake and fraud company in pondicherry. Allwell solutions done projects from this company because of this company director prasanna request to do the projects. We billed rs. 125000/- at the end of project in the month of december 2017. Still now he paid our bill and not responded and cheated us.
              He sent 8 months pod cheque and we put the cheque in bank they says there is no account in the name. This is the no. 1 fraud company.

              So please do not work with this company.

                ear speaker not working after battery replacement - raf no. igm1704090.

                I got the battery replaced under raf no. Igm1704090 yesterday (Wednesday, 19th of sep'18). I restored my phone from the backup and realized that the ear speaker is not working. I spoke again to the apple support and brought back today for checking at ample service centre in gopalan mall on old madras road. Now, they are informing that there is a hardware problem and now the screen needs to be replaced, which will cost me inr 17k. The reason...

                I bought in two of my perfectly working (But declining battery) iphone6 for battery replacement. I get back my one iphone6 with the battery replaced but with the front speaker and front camera not working. I immediately sent a message to them saying the same. When i go back asking them to fix it, i am told its not their frigging fault and i have to pay for the mess they made on my iphone??? Obviously its their way to rip people off more money to service their apple products! No thank you, i'll use a bluetooth earphone and wait for an upgrade later. Never going back to ample icare ever again. Pathethic service!!!

                  My macbook air laptop was broken accidentally.
                  I had taken ample insurance during purchase of laptop. They said that all damages will be covered under insurance.

                  I applied insurance claim on 20th aug 2018.
                  After i made several followup with ample insurance customer care executive,
                  I got below reply on 5ht sep 2018.

                  Exclusion 5: loss or damage caused by gross negligence

                  I don't understand the purpose of insurance. They are real cheater.
                  Do not go with this insurance when you purchase any apple product.
                  Not worth for money, completely waste.

                    My iphone 6s is stopped functioning and been surrendered in icare service center for repair, and the product is under one year warranty. But they rejected the warranty saying the product had a crack in the rear camera. Which had happened long back and the camera was functioning well and it has nothing to do with device failure. I don't want the camera cover issue fixed i want the phone in working condition, which they agreed to do only with paid service.

                      insurance approved but still delay in giving a credit note for 4 months

                      I have dropped my phone in hsr icare in the month on november 2017 and the reference number is amp00276 and smh1403817.

                      The latest update i received in the month on january is that the claim has been approved and i will be receiving the money by january end since it required 48 working days. Now it's been almost 3 months extra and i still haven't received any claim money from the insurance at their end. I have been patiently...

                      It is with a great disappointment that i am writing this complaint, considering apple is always known for the quality of after sales service. I purchased accidental insurance from ample technologies for my iphone 7. My phone got damaged due to a bike accident. I have given brief about the accident to get raf no. Again i had submitted the detailed facts of the case manually while claiming insurance in the store. They rejected simply stating that brief and detailed notes are different.                       Your insurance claim was rejected basis information mismatch between initial intimation and subsequent written statement.

                      Initially you stated that the device slipped from your hand (which comes under the realm of "Negligence") and there was no reference to any bike accident which was subsequently put up by you to claim insurance under the accidental cover.

                      Hence the insurer considers this as "misrepresentation of facts" and has hence declined the relevant claim.

                      Am anywhere not stated like "slipped from my hand" it is slipped due to an accident. Kindly refer the initial claim attachment. This is not a misrepresentation from my side, its a language barrier. You don't give any chance to insurer to explain the fact of the case. You have taken my language barrier as advantage and denied my claim. I kindly request you to re-present my case and approve the claim.

                        I purchased Accidental insurance from Ample Technologies for my iPhone 7. My phone fell of my shirt pocket accidentally when my bike bumped over speed breaker resulting glass of phone and speaker damaged. Ample manipulated the whole of my situation and named it as negligence and rejected insurance. They are telling me that putting phone in the pocket is negligence which is completely fraud.

                          On 01 november 2017, i had given my damaged iphone 7plus for service (Under insurance) at icare service center at ttk road, chennai. On 17 nov 2017 they confirmed me that my phone cannot be repaired and will be given a credit note worth s.52000/- towards insurance claim within 45 days. Now its already 110 days and several times i had called up and followed up on the status, but no proper response or confirmation from any of the service / customer care team. Since i will be getting credit note from them and that can only be used for purchasing from their store, i have to wait till i get it. I have pre-orderd new iphone and i waiting indefinitely to take the delivery, due to this uncertainty. Really fed up with them and so frustrated with the kind or unprofessional approach of the people. Pathetic customer care!

                            As we are running an bpo firm from chennai, we got one project from ample telecommunications from 29/102, sector - h, jankipuram, lucknow 226021, uttar pradesh - india (http://ampletelecommunications.com), and then they asked us to pay an security deposit of rs. 1, 00, 000 (One lakh), we have done that and then they provided email data and content. We have started the work and completed that work in one month and we have sended all the reports...

                            I purchased the phone from qatar 5 months back and my brother used this phone for browsing purpose only and now i am using the phone for nearly 2 months and i have found an issue regarding the earpiece crackling sound. I took my phone to the service center which is 150 km away from my home and the service was good at that time and it is confirmed by the service center guys that my phone is having an issue and they send it to bangalore and the bangalore service center has found there is no liquid damage or anything in that phone. That means its a manufacturing issue and i have talked several times to the service center that to replace my phone. Now i got a mail that they are going to change my display due to earpiece problem. After seeing this i called the service center and i told them it’s your issue and you must replace the phone and i have almost 7 months to end my warranty. When i contact them they told they have already shipped my phone. See if this was an apple store they will definitely replace my phone. I have been using apple devices for nearly 7 years and i have replaced the phone in germany due to their issue. But here i am not blaming apple because the ample technology guys is playing a big game here. If they replace my phone they will not get anything and if they repair my phone then they will get a percentage from apple. This is only happening because it is india. That’s why these kind of cheating is happening here. So please guys don’t give your phone to this service center. If you have anyone abroad then send them your phone and show it to apple store. The problem will be solved and you will get what u payed for. So please apple cancel their authorisation and open an apple store here.

                            Hi Nabeel,

                            As an Apple Authorised Service Provider, we are governed by strict rules and procedures as set by Apple to ensure that the same is strictly followed for all Apple Customers.

                            In your case as well, we have only followed the guidelines and processes as set out by Apple. Only display replacement is done in cases where the symptoms reported and diagnosed could be resolved fully with the same and this too is done at the Repair Centre of Apple in India and not by us. We facilitate the same for the Apple customer as an Apple Authorised Service Provider.

                            If in case the diagnosed issue/s qualifies the device to be fully replaced only then does the Apple system allow for a Whole Unit Replacement.

                            Hope this helps clarify the apprehensions in your mind regarding the stated repair.

                            Now I again visited your service center yesterday. My phone only got one issue ie.earpiece and you changed the entire display and now what the display that you installed in my phone has some issue. There is some color difference in the top right corner and top left corner (the color is dimmer in the top left corner and the color is brighter in the top right corner. Do u know that it's around 150 km from my home and how it is difficult to travel from my home to your service center. When I visited the service center they are acting and saying that they cannot see anything and they don't thing that there is a problem. And what I did is that I just showed to some customers and at the first moment itself they told them that there is a problem in the display and the manager at ample technologies (Edappally, Kochi) he is not admitting it. And I also submitted my iPhone 7 for the same issue and what I see here is that the staffs over there got some serious issues with their eyes. So I am requesting ample to buys a bunch of eye glasses and give to your staffs. I have only one thing to say ample don't think that you made me a fool. Not only me all the customers here in India. You thing that we are all fools and we will hear whatever you says. I am reminding you that I will surely file a case against you in the consumer court. See what I can do about it.

                              Hello,

                              I'm very disappointed by the service and support provide by Ample Technolgies India.
                              I had given my phone for service on December 26th, 2017 and following up with the customer care service every other day. The response I get are very unsatisfactory.
                              The device is covered by accidental insurance policy(promoted by Ample) and for the claim I was promised that the process will take maximum of 8-10 working days.
                              I'm sick of following up and every time I call there is no genuine update on the status.

                              After following up too many times on 07.02.2018 I receive an update saying insurance is approved and difference in amount I need to pay for the service will be shared.
                              On 08.02.2018 I call to get update on "difference amount" the story has changed and I was told the same update I got 20days back. This is very frustrating thing.

                              They are not even providing estimated date also, even after so many follow up through phone and mail.

                              Company assigned a representative to personally handle this particular condition. Although the total 65days took for getting back the repaired(replaced) device. Standard timeline for this process is 15-20days max.

                                Above here is my ref number. I hv given my phone for accidental insurance coverage on 24th july. I hv received a mail saying i will b getting a credit note only. Dan after no response form ample. Every time i call executives says u ll b getting ur credit note dis week. Now even i m not getting reply to my mail. Ample care is simply looting people. I[censored] can't meet ur target better stop ur service. Don't bother customer unnecessaryl. I would suggest people to not to go with ample insurance. Its a waste of money and time.
