Amzer India — Company is not honoring warranty
I bought a mobile case from Amzer on 18/8/16, it has 1 year warranty.
In Feb 2017, the one corner of the case broke without any drop or collision.
I contacted Amzer on Facebook and via email. I send them images of the broken part. There is no scratch or drop marks on the case, still they are not accepting it as manufacturing defect, they are not ready to replace the item, but they said they are ready to sell me another same case with 50% discount on MRP.
This is really not accepting. As a consumer It's very disappointing.
