fastag is blacklisted

Hi,

I have fastag id and its active as per customer care. Whenever i am at toll plaza, machine does not read my account and i had to pay cash. I am facing this for last 2 months. Contacted axis bank customer care and raised request - sr[protected] and no solution. Each person in customer care gives different points and no solutions till now...

I have an vijaya bank account and ac no:[protected]. I tried to withdraw rs2000/- from my account from axis bank atm near sunambu kollathur at11.54 am on 22/12/2019. Once transaction was shown successful but 2000/-rs not came out. And amount have been deducted from my account without receipt of cash.

Sir I had applied for fastag on 11th Dec .. I got acknowledgement as will be delivered in 7 days. However it is 9th day not yet received and not even info regarding dispatch also. My urn no is in attached image. Please do needful as fastag has become mandatory since 15th Dec.

Thank you for support, as I received Fastag very next day upon complaint. At least I If I had got notification regarding dispatch of Fasttag I wouldn't have raised complaint. Happy that Received in 10 days.

      This complaint is regarding axis bank fast tag. There is issue of non receiving physical tag.
      I had applied for fast tag on19th dec 2019. It was mentioned that tag will be received within 7 working days from date of application. But till today i didn't received tag in physical form. I got mail with wallet id and etc customer id.

      There is no tracking option is available on axis bank fast tag site./bluedart.

        I have applied for the axis bank fastag on 6th dec. 200 bucks were deducted, however neither a wallet id has been generated as of now nor it has been dispatched from the last 16 days now. This is a pathetic service, as i am not sure why money was not refunded, if there has been no information shared with me yet. I have to travel out of town in next 3 days now, so tell me what should i do, wait in a long queue and start abusing axis bank for such a pathetic service or will i get any revert soon.. Attached is the payment receipt.

          I have booked my fast tag on dec 1st 2019. I have received message of despatch details on same day but not yet no tracking details given. Helpline number is not useful/only music pays after two ivr option.
          Service request is closed without any escalation and reason.

            credit card recovery legal notice

            I received a legal notice today from o m gujar law chambers about my axis bank my zone credit card dues. I failed to pay the due amount for past 5 or 6 months and i admit my mistake but bank did not even contacted me or sent any recovery agents for collection. Instead they directly sent a legal notice which completely gives such legal action statements that is actually a mental and physical threat for me. I can even sense a feeling of getting...

                As per the bank website it must be reached within 7 days, but despite deduction from my account i am facing problem while crossing though a toll gate.

                  Dear sir, my fastag a/c no is [protected], and my vehicle no is jh01cp7802. I ordered fastag on 16th of dec, 2019, but neither i received the card nor am able to track it in bluedart by putting my car number as reference no. Your fasttag consumer number is also useless as it not provide any delivery related option to the customer. So please resolve the issue.

                    I bought fastag on 24th nov 2019.

                    Till now it didn't delivered to the address.

                    Fastag wallet id [protected]

                    How can axis bank cheat people like this, i heard like axis bank is not delivering fastags as expected.

                    I did big mistake by buying fastag with axis bank.

                    As per policies it should be delivered by 30th nov 2019.

                    Today date is 20th dec 2019. It's been one month.

                    Also I have entered my vehicle number ts32c0435 in ref number but it is showing as invalid.

                    Then I have entered 0435 same it is not showing.

                    How to track the things? Being customer of axis from last 7 years I am feeling shame of axis to reply like this.

                    Please give waybill number to track the courier. Provide valid tracking numbers to track. If we enter pod number in tracker it is not showing. Provid way bill number

                      I have not yet received my fastag. Not even the dispatch details received. There is no way to call customer care as they only have two options and they are relevant to check the status of the dispatch.

                      If you are not able dispatch within the timelines you have quoted it is pathetic. Please dont site the delay is due to high volume. You people were aware that there will be a higher volume towards deadline and should have not advertised that you will recieve it within 7 days

                          Hello,

                          This is regarding personal loan payment. The collection team guy had called secondary contact without calling the primary contact even once. Without listening to the customer, he started abusing and made threatening statements.
                          I got the collection guy number from the secondary contact and tried asking him about the issue and get information on the payment. He did not even care that i am a woman and started abusing me and threatened me saying random stuff. He also said that he will come to my house and make me stand on the main road and collect money from me.

                          When i tried to get details from him, he refused to give me his name and details. I have his number contact number [protected].

                          I would like to see strict action against these representatives and would like to proceed with legal complaint on abusive people.

                            Made an international atm debit - and yes i took into account cross currency exchange, gst and probably amount levied by international atm bank - still doesnt add up to 7k difference. Funnily bank doesnt know how the transaction is split - connected with customer care, and bank branches in bangalore as well as trivandrum. Their hierarchy for solving customer complaints is nonsensical - they just revert saying we'l get back and they never do.

                                I have booked through online for fastag on 12 dec, in axis bank portal as their ad is popping up everywhere, and received booking id and login details on the same day, but when i try to track it on blue dart it is saying no matching consignment regarding this reference number. Their helpline number also not helping. And they didn't give any other information regarding my fastag.

All the customer care numbers are inactive with no reply to email please forward it to axis authority. Atleast they should give the information on the processing and delivery status of the fastag. Phone number provided on axisfastag website is not working kindly provide the useful number instaid if fooling the people with useless support number
